The food was awesome. I had the teriyaki chicken. The chicken was tender, juicy and the sauce was sweet, but not overly so. I meant to order a loaded baked potato, but didn't, I mentioned it to my server and she immediately brought out the extras. The restrooms weren't super clean, but other than that it was a positive experience.

We went in for our lunch break, and it was perfect. No wait to be seated and the food was prompt, our orders were correct and the employees were very cheerful and attentive. It's definitely a little more pricy than we normally prefer, but we will absolutely be back again.

Kenna was amazing and was very patient with my grandfather when he would ask about things and change his mind about dessert.

I had the Logan deluxe burger, I've never had anything quite like it, and it was amazing. It was very onion-y, in a good way. it tasted like it had a French onion soup glaze on it. It was perfectly cooked just over medium, almost medium well. Our server was very friendly and on the ball with the extra stuff we wanted and refills. My only complaint is super minor, our table was on the small side. Easily overlooked once the food showed up. My price for burger and tea came in at just under 20, which nowadays is reasonable.

The grill meatloaf is my favorite. I also like the prime rib on Friday and the weekend. The staff is always nice.

Simply wonderful! Sounds kinda corny I know especially coming from me and if you knew me would completely understand. Considering they have planned this success with great atmosphere well thought out menu/food selection add 1st timers recieve free complementary appetizer or dessert and cold beer and drink selections. But what set the bar for my wife and I was how they waited on us. Erica was by far the most curtious, friendly and helpful waitress going beyond our expectations and then the manager stopping by to check on us introducing himself was the A typical experience we had and saw other tables that night having too. Great steak dinners my wife and I had reassembly priced and will most definitely return but highly recommend. Thanks Erica, and Logan's Roadhouse!

We've never had bad food or service at Logan's!! My husband and I both had the 6 oz sirloin baked potato and salad... EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS 😋 the salad was cold, fresh and crisp the baked potatoes were hot and cooked perfect!! The steaks were tender, juicy and cooked just as we ordered them 😋 the manager should be proud of his servers and cooks!!

We stopped going to Logans about 8 years ago because our experiences at that time were horrible BUT we decided it had been long enough and my husband and I went for date night. We were pleasantly surprised. All our food was delicious, hot, served quickly. Great sized portions and not over priced. Our waitress was absolutely fabulous. Very attentive and friendly. Her name was Christiana at the Waco location. We will definitely be back.

I go here pretty often. I can honestly say that every time we’ve been there the service has been attentive. If there’s a problem with our meals, they are incredibly active and make sure that it’s recooked if needed and exactly as requested. Though clearly short staffed, the servers are present, polite and present a pleasant atmosphere. We’ve always enjoyed our many choices of dinner and love the coupons that are honored there. We have no complaints are genuinely repeat customers!

Too start off with the apitizer, I ordered moserella sticks, which were great and the caeser salad was also good. The rolls as always were GREAT too! With the main meal, I ordered a 8oz medium steak which was an excellent steak 😋. My sides were mashed Potatoes and mac and cheese, the mash potatoes were good but the mack and cheese didn't really have any cheesey flavor, it was just bland. The service was awesome, my servers name was Melissa and she was AWESOME, she was very attentive, when my tea was not sweet she brought me more sugar, she also made sure that the next batch of tea was sweet enough for everyone. Anything I asked for she got in a matter of a minute and overall a she a great job. The atmosphere here was good and it's definitely one of my favorite steak houses to go too!

All the steaks we ordered had to go back to the kitchen as they were undercooked. But were correct upon return. Good flavor. I recommend this place for a good steak and an enjoyable experience.

So so disappointed.. Sat for literally 7 minutes before 1st staff came to us or said hello, just for her to find out she had food for another table. The waitress finally showed up just to start with ' she was new, and sorry'. Took our drink order, all okay but mine, she left it at the bar. Took our food order with much difficulty. The wife asked for an appetizer to be brought out before dinner, the waitress was confused. still no drink for me. after a couple more visits from her I finally got up and retrieved my beer from the bar. dinner came and still no salads. The food is good and priced fairly well. The service from the kitchen was faster than expected, though busy. However, we could not track our waitress after someone else dropped our food. We needed some empty condiments replace and drinks refilled. Overall experience was great and those PEANUTS...are an added touch. Thank you!

My wife and I come here as much as we can. She LOVES the Onion Brewski Sirloin and I usually try different things. This time I tried the Chicken tenders. They were alright, nothing to go crazy about, but solid at the same time. Can’t complain. The onion brewski sirloin is almost always tasty (per my wife). I also tried their electric blue lemonade for $5 and it is SO GOOD. Try this place out next time you’re in Waco! You just might like it! Service has always been excellent for me.

I was kinda surprised that everything in Waco closed at 10pm on graduation night. Logan's was accommodating to us by letting our party trickle in past closing time to give our graduate a decent meal. Although we were the last ones to show because we had to bring the graduate, our food was fresh and the allowed us to stay unrushed until we were done. Logan's may want to look into staying open later/taking reservations for after graduation since it's ends after everything closes

It's what it should be. This isn't Morton's of Chicago, it's a lower priced typical steak house. On par with Outback or the like. I had the steak salad at lunch. Was decent for sure.

Deluxe Roadhouse burger was great with the waffle fries. Good service, draft beer available, friendly waitress and was greeted promptly. There was no wait for a table, booth.

Upon entering in I was met with smiles and genuine hospitality. The waitress was kind and seemed to be glad I was there. Her service and attitude was welcoming and made you feel happy you were there. I truly felt invited. The food came out in a timely manner and was pleasing to the eyes. Hot rolls and cold drinks were more than available during the meal. Recommend if you have the time to stop by Logan's Roadhouse in Waco TX.

When we first arrived, our party was greeted and taken to our table. Waited at our table for 20 minutes before the restaurant host realized that we had not been helped at all. He came to the table and asked us what we'd like to drink. Once our waitress came to our table, the service was impeccable! The food was very good.

All was as expected. Kids meal beef tips was a huge portion. I got the three sliders, part of the $11 lunch deal, and I wish they had lettuce tomatoes and onion but it was good.

The restaurant has the decor you'd expect, a fun bar n grill feel with peanuts to spare! Yes this is one of those places you can throw peanuts on the floor. My favorite thing here is the mushrooms and desserts. I have not found a really good steak worth mentioning yet, but the staff is great and the place is fun. I reccomend this restaurant.

Edit... Do Not Get The Tenders, last trip reminded me of that chicken skin stuff you get at bucees. I'd say about a solid 4. In the past I've not had much luck at logans at other locations. But this one has been consistently pretty good. Fast service, good food (I've tried practically everything) really clean, staff is pretty good and what they do. The specials are what suck me in, and im really partial to the rolls. I'm not easily impressed and I tend to be brutally honest if a place isn't up to my standards, but this location particularly is pretty good. And to the owner...whatever your paying Christiana. Its not enough, im requesting her everytime I walk in the doors. A true professional at what she does. I'm not one to call out staff, but she deserves it. 👍👍

On paper, it sounded like a bold and flavorful dish, a taste of the bayou in a sizzling, smoky presentation. But sometimes, what looks good on the menu (or even in the picture) doesn’t always translate to the plate. The Food: A Beautiful Letdown The first impression? It looked promising. Plump, seasoned shrimp resting on a bed of rice, surrounded by seared sausage and a rich, roux-based sauce. A generous helping of cheese toast completed the dish. But one bite in, and things took a turn. • The shrimp had an overpowering fishy taste, which hinted at less-than-fresh seafood. The blackened seasoning? It felt more like a last-minute dusting than a deep, caramelized crust. • The sausage looked like it had potential—grilled, with a nice char—but it was dry and lacked that juicy snap. • The roux? Unfortunately, it had no real depth of flavor. A proper Cajun-style base should be rich, velvety, and layered with seasoning, but this one just tasted flat. • The cheese toast? It was a saving grace. But bread and cheese can only do so much heavy lifting. At $18.99, this appetizer seemed intended for two, but honestly, it was too much food for an appetizer and not enough quality for the price. The Service: A Silver Lining While the food may have missed the mark, the service did not. Quonish, my server, was attentive, friendly, and on point. She checked in regularly, making sure everything was good. Even the chef stopped by, but I didn’t say anything about the food—I figure they put their best foot forward, and sometimes, a dish just isn’t for you. Final Verdict Would I order it again? No. Would I come back? Sure—but I’d stick to the steak. Logan’s Roadhouse may be best known for their grill, and maybe I should’ve gone with what they do best. Lesson learned.

Started off rough but Server Nisha and night manager saved the day. I went to this location for the first time last night. My party and I were seated in bar area. The bar tender named, well I'll just say "A". came over to serve us. She took our unsweetened tea orders and we asked for to go silverware and to go cups. She appeared to be in a hurry as she brought us our drinks quickly and walked away quickly before finding out if we needed anything else. I didn't think anything of it at first but when she returned I asked for water in a to go cup and it was brought to me in a regular cup. When I asked for a to go cup and an additional small plate for my complimentary roll, "A" appeared to become rattled. A person in my party asked if she was OK and she said she was fine but that we had asked her "like seven questions at one time". In reality I had only asked the two questions listed above. I informed her that I had only asked two questions. I asked her was her shift about to end? I wondered this because she was walking away so quickly and figured maybe she was trying to hurry to get off from work. But she told me that wasn't the case. We asked if there was another server, she appeared relieved at this request and went to to to the manager on duty. I'm not sure what she said but it took a few minutes before a new server was sent over. Nisha became our new server and she was WONDERFUL. She exemplified excellent customer service. She truly turned a negative experience into a positive one. Once "A" returned back behind the bar she and two young men came in of a different hue she seemed happier and it appeared that they received good service. Unfortunately we did not receive the same experience with her but NISHA was AMAZING

This wasn't our first visit but it certainly was the worst. There was a small wait but that was no big deal. The problem was with the service, to be honest. The server never gave us her name, she took our drink order and then ran to another table. We got our drinks and she brought out rolls three times. Each time we still had rolls from the previous baskets. I understand the kitchen was running slow during the busy peak time but really? We received refills at least six times but once the food came she was literally rushing us out the door. Not just dropping off the check but she brought extra refills and to go drinks while we were still eating. She kept asking to take our plates while my daughter was still eating. My food was tasty but my wife's steak had rested too long and my daughter's grilled chicken salad had old or spongy chicken on it, so she didn't finish the protein and just ate the salad instead. All in all, we had a sub-par visit and we aren't use to that. This left a literal bad taste in our mouths, so I can't guarantee we will be back. It might have been near the end of her shift but it was only 8:30 when we were leaving. I'm pretty patient with other restaurants since I've been a kitchen manager before. But this service tanked the whole trip. And whatever her name was, I hope she got off in time to do whatever she needed to do, because taking care of this table wasn't it. Sidenote, I tool some pictures to prove my point. We were a three top and she dropped off at least eight straws for us, just dumped them on the table. Also, my plate was chipped and that could potentially hurt someone. So you might want to look into that. Good luck, I hope they get this fixed.

There was maybe 3 tables at max eating, our rolls were fresh and hot! But our server was very slow. Not very attentive. The food was not worth the amount they were. My Alfredo was just above lukewarm. My friend found a hair that didn't match any of ours in the bottom of her baked potato. All around it was not a pleasant experience this time.

First time eating there. Service and atmosphere good. However taste of pork ribs and meatloaf substandard. Ribs were not grilled, with rubbery consistency and cheap fatty taste. The meatloaf over seasoned. Food definitely made me think of prepackaged fast food cooked in a microwave and very over priced. Will not be going back.

It is the worst experience that I have had at a Logan’s Restaurant. I usually order a steak but decided to try the fish and my wife decided to try the chicken tenders. Will NEVER order that again. It was the worst i have tasted at Logan’s. I guess I will just stick to the steaks, if I decide to go back. Just saying because it was definitely not worth the money I spent there today.

Our family was seated quickly on a Sunday during lunch. Our wait person was pleasant and prompt. Several of us ordered chicken fried steak with cream gravy, & mashed potatoes, and I had a tossed salad. My salad was good but I found the e tree to be too salty. I was not able to finish it. Well I just want to say if you plan on stopping by the Waco location stay far away from miss Alizae that who I had start my night off with me and my family stopped in for dinner when we were rudely greeted by her from the jump she began to rush are drink order then proceeded to take our food order in a rush as our food came to the table I got my two sides I ordered but no entrée my wife ordered grilled shrimp which came out fried with the incorrect sides I wasn't quick too be upset because I work in the cooking industry, but when other servers began to run her food for her section because she was nowhere to be found for at least 30 minutes it became a problem and whenever she finally came to the table. She was too worried about filling up our drinks with the wrong beverage and quick to shut us up by then I have more than enough of her, so I began to speak with a manager where she began to try to over speak me and tell me that I was in the wrong. Poor customer service, poor professionalism, but my whole visit was not all bad. I asked the manager to switch my servers and that's when everything turned around. I had to give a huge shout out to.Miss Kristiana she was very quick and understanding of the whole situation and got us back on track. She was very quick professional now that's a server. I want to thank the manager as well for helping us move pass the poor service we had and on to a better visit at Logan's the chicken was outstanding. Just wish I could've enjoyed it there instead of having it made in place to go maybe next time. In truly believe in people having bad days but to show it that clearly to your customers not only to our table but her whole section we spoke to the two other tables who seemed to be experiencing the same issues my family stopped in at 8:15 PM which state don't close till 10 but miss Alizae made us feel like we were a burden to her as if we came 10 minutes before they close poorly executed Alizae 1-10 recommend

Ordered the stacked plate for 22.99. came with salmon and shrimp. Not something I would order again. Salmon was burnt. And I could taste it on the shrimp. When I told the waitress, she asked if I wanted something else but I not willing to chance it. My husband has since had stomach problems since we had dinner there yesterday evening. All he had was a burger. We both agree we are good not going back anytime soon.

We came as a family, and everything was fine until our food arrived. Three of the meals were incorrect, including two overcooked steaks and shrimp that came out fried when we had requested grilled. We asked for one of the steaks to be redone, but even after sending it back, it was still wrong. Our server only checked on us a handful of times throughout the meal. Overall, it was a frustrating experience with poor food quality and service. We were hoping it would be better than our last visit, but unfortunately, it was disappointing once again. At this point, we don’t plan on returning.

This Logan’s has a lot to work on. We met family for lunch and the service was awful. It took 20 minutes just to take drink orders…good thing the sweet tea was just like pouring sugar in your mouth because we would need the energy to wait for our meal (which had missing items/salads). To top it off, we believe we left a lost item behind and when we tried to call the restaurant every option would hang up. I even tried to order takeout. We will not be returning.

I would like to start this off as simple as possible. This was by far the worst experience I have had. The hostess was responsive attentive and sat us down quickly. We proceeded to sit down and wait 18 minutes until we finally got asked what we would like to drink. Told the lady 3 drinks only received 2 (one of us was in the bathroom so i can let this one slide.) waited another 10 minutes for the drinks to be brought out (there was maybe 4 full tables in the entire restaurant). We order wait a considerable time for our food to come out all with empty drinks. Received our food drinks still empty. Half way through eating finally get a sweet potato we marked off as forgot about (picture of said potato attached) we then get our refills. Overall experience is worth noting I would give 0/5 if available.

Suprised this place is still in buisness. It's sad. Our Family of 3 was here for 2 hours. Had wings and potato skins 2 things which are starters. It took them 30 mins to wait on us. Then 1hr 15 min to get just 2 starters. Didn't come check on us. Sad. Yall won't get my buisness again. Didn't get a tip I put sad and signed the receipt as logans bad service!

2024 - decided to come back two years later and it's still awful! My dad has Mac n cheese in his rice, the waitress just stood there and asked what we wanted her to do. The ribs were hard to cut apart and eat, the shrimp was over seasoned, my chicken Parmesan was so bland - sonic mozzarella sticks have more flavor. We had to ask multiple times for things lien straws and silverware. Our waitress checked on the tables around us and would ignore us, this was after we pointed out the Mac n cheese in the rice. We weren't ugly, we were simply confused. We were sat by the fire and asked them to turn it down, she told us she would get a manager to turn it down and never did. They also have milk on the kid's menu but don't actually have any and our waitress got ugly with us when we were asking if they were out or simply didn't have it. You're better off going to Wendy's next door! (2022) - We went out to eat on a Saturday night, the wait to be seated wasn't horrible and we had a super nice waitress. The problem was waiting over an hour to get our food, then most of it being cold. My boyfriend's steak was only cooked on one side and was undercooked, my brother's steak was over done, my dad got a weird cut that was not a sirloin. All of the fries and mashed potatoes were cold. My mom's fish was rock hard and cold. My dad's Mac n cheese was only half full compared to mine. We were polite and asked to speak to a manager who seemed understanding. We were still charged almost $40, when I was the only one who got to eat, my meal was not $40 alone. They still charged us for my brother's steak. So we waited for forever to get cold food that was not right, were charged for food that was inedible, and the 4 other people I was with left starving. Also, people who were seated after us got their food first. We were a party of 5, nothing crazy. A waste of our night. We have gone during the week and the food was excellent, I guess it's just weekends they can't handle.

I understand ordering through Grubhub on Valentine's day is going to add to the wait time, I understand that. But my food took two hours to show up, and was completely cold. In the time it took for Logan's get a prime rib slab and some potatoes out I could've bought all the ingredients at the store and made that dinner myself. I have never in my life had customer service this poor. 60 dollars. I paid 60 dollars for cold food an hour and half late.

I ordered the New York strip to-go and what I received was completely raw. Very disappointing. Luckily, I was able to throw the steak on the grill and get it up to an edible standard.

They over charged me and didn't tell me and manger told me what you want me to do about it I will not recommend nobody to eat their but I order it so I paid for it some people just don't need jobs like that

When we walked in, we stood and watched a bunch of staff just stand and chat without acknowledgeling us. Once the hostess came out, she said she had to say us at a table as there were no booths. The restaurant was pretty empty. We sat for more than 5 minutes as some staff passed us repeatedly without a word to us before our waitress showed up. It took more than 5 minutes for her to bring us a water and a tea. We had to ask for drink refills. As we ordered, I told the waitress that I am allergic to both dairy and gluten and to please ensure my food isn't cooked with either. I asked lots of questions about ingredients and the way things were done. The server who brought out my food didn't know I had food allergies or how my food was cooked. When she came back from asking, she said I shouldn't eat the rice my shrimp and steak were sitting on as it had butter in it. I again had to explain that I'm allergic to dairy, ie butter. I had asked for my steak to be cooked medium. It was very well done the second time it came out. My husband ordered the prime rib medium rare. It came out well done. The second time it came out, part of it was well done and part of it was medium well done. He's had better streaks at IHOP. At one point the hostess yelled repeatedly across the room to the bus boy to ask him to help her move a table instead of walking across the room to ask him. We weren't sending our food back a second time as we had already been there over 90 minutes. We had watched other tables get seated after us, get their orders taken, eaten their food, leave, another party be seated at that table and finish. The waitress did apologize for the "little inconvenience" we had. We were not offered any discount or any thing else. This was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

This place has gone to crap. Worse food I have ever tasted. We sent the trash to the trashcan. Do not waste your money on this place. They need to shut this place down. Even the waitress was embarrassed

Everything was bland. The sides were cold. The steak was burnt and chewy. The mashed potatoes had a runny consistency. We literally didn't eat any of the food and the server didn't bother to ask why none of the food was eaten. Just brought us our check. Over priced for nasty food. Would never come back to this place.

Can I leave a negative 10? We were seated promptly, but then nothing for 15 minutes, no drink order, no hello I’ll be right back nothing! Others were seated after us, they were given rolls and drink orders within a minute! Sad but true! I will never recommending to ever eat here if you care for family at all! Talked to the supervisor and I was told she was sorry, but at that time after seeing two waitresses fighting about who’s table we belonged to I was done! No thank you! This is why they made Texas Roadhouse a success! My opinion close it down!

Wife ordered chicken fried steak. It was gray, cold, not seasoned, and rubber like. Told waitress it was not edible, she said wow it looks bad. And then didn't even take it off our bill. Have had better frozen chicken fried patties from gas station!

The food was not good at all. The rolls were very hard and tasted old. We got a side of Mac and cheese, and it was all clumpy, literally as if it was straight out of the microwave. The mashed potatoes were also awful. They did not even taste like real mashed potatoes. I didn’t like my steak either. Don't Waste Your Money Here‼️‼️not quality food!

Wait an hour to be serve after been seated . Noncompliant to the waiter whom was removed from her regular position to help us did a great job only discount was that they removed the bervage which most had water. My experience at Logan’s Was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a restaurant. First, we sat at the table for 15 minutes waiting on a waiter to Help us. Three waitress walk right by us and said nothing and helped the people that were around us and even people coming in after us. now I’m not saying that they have a thing against African Americans , but it was me and my mother and we are African-American and everyone that was in the restaurant seated around us where all white. I then said something to the manager about it, and she didn’t seem too concerned or interested in it. We left and went to saltgrass. I will never Be back again.

saw they had prime rib back on the menu, so made plans to go get some. drove 25 minute to get there, only for the prime rib. and early so they wouldnt be out. 5:45 friday. approximately 5-6 tables occupied. hostess tried to seat us next to a table set up for 25-30 kids for a childs birthday party. the whole restaurant to chose from and she tried to seat 4 geriatrics by that. finally convinced her to seat us elsewhere. ordered drink then food. waitress was super sweet. comes back and says they're out of prime rib. 6 oclock. very few customers. no way they were out. totally mis managed. they forgot to cook it, order it or something, but totally unacceptable. guess I'll have to suffer through Texas roadhouse to get prime rib.

Came in Monday, January 5th @7PM. I should've looked at reviews beforehand. Waitress barely came by our table and when she did she would not clear anything until we asked her to, multiple times. Whenever I would say "thank you" she would say nothing and walk away. We waited 40 minutes for our steaks. We ordered 2 medium sirloin steaks and they came out bloody. We asked for them to be put on the grill again. When they were brought back mine was tough and had a weird, almost greasy consistency. I left not having any steak just broccoli, a little bit of my potato, some rolls and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were the only good part of this experience. The bread rolls tasted so off and were a bit hard. They kind of tasted the way grass smells. So weird, I know. My mom's steak also came out salty, I even tried hers and it was indeed salty. The manager came to our table and said that because they're sirloin steaks they cook weird sometimes, making it sound like the quality of their sirloin is not the best. The manager offered to make me another steak or chicken and that she would cook it herself. I found the encounter with the manager very odd. We ended up paying almost $45 for my mom's steak, the appetizer and drinks. After waiting for the waitress and steak, plus all the mistakes, I feel like I got cheated/scammed paying that $45. The food was not good. My mom and I ended up with stomach aches a little after we left. Overall, we were so disappointed with the restaurant's service and quality of the food. I would not recommend this place until they get better quality over the service and food.

Took my son for his bday dinner. What a ruined meal and huge disappointment. Waitress had to be asked 3 times to bring rolls, never refilled drinks. Appetizers came out AFTER the meal. Steaks were a combination of over cooked, undercooked and just a horribly greasy on one. Rice on 2 plates were icebox cold. A sweet potato was so burnt. It wasn't even busy! Managers response was very nonchalant and wouldn't even stay at the table long enough to listen to the entire problem. Its been a long while since we were there last and it will be a long time before we think about going back.

The food is low quality for the price. Our server, Ebony, was amazing and honestly made up for the of quality of the food, which i can imagine is no one else's fault except who ordered it. Otherwise flavor is there, can be better but the flavor is there. The mashed potatoes were GUMMY gummy. Ranch is AMAZING, but they put entirely too much on the salad, the salad is also pretty good! Just too much ranch.
