This was very cool, we went for the meet Pikachu event. Everyone got to take a pic with Pikachu and Misty, and they handed out pokemon stickers to the kids. My son loved it and the frozen yogurt. Bathroom was disgusting and did not have a changing table, so that's why it's a 4 star instead of 5.

Most of the options are yum and there's something for every palate. The toppings are yum too though the nutella "syrup" topping is so thick, you have to wrestle it out in a sense. I gave up after I realized it looked like a frantic, err, attempt. My yogurt was still yum though. The service was polite.

Yogurt is good but they only have one size cup and 34.00 dollars for two yogurt cups is ridiculous

Yogurt comes in so many flavors, and there are plenty I haven’t tried yet. It would be great if they offered samples so you could taste before committing to a full purchase. Without that option, trying a new flavor can feel risky—if you end up not liking it, it turns into an expensive mistake.

Would not honor my coupon for buy one get one and the overall frozen yogurt was just ok for the price. Would've preferred to have sample options before committing to a yogurt.

Crazy. Just went today. $7.30 for a cup less than half way full. Also no sample options either. No longer takes A+ or honors the Uswirl card stamped. It’s good. But seems pricey. Now. Service was nice. My star is for new pricing & new coupon policy.

A half filled standard cup for almost $10. a family of four will cost you almost $40 for frozen yogurt. Not worth it! And they have an audacity to take out tasting cups. How many corners you are gonna cut??? Response to reply: Instead of dismissing customer concerns, it might be more helpful to genuinely look at the recent feedback — several reviews share similar experiences. The mango and pistachio flavors were especially disappointing. The mango lacked freshness and depth, and the pistachio tasted artificial rather than rich and nutty. For a shop positioning itself as premium quality, the flavors simply didn’t justify the price. For those looking for better, more cost-effective frozen yogurt, I’d recommend places that truly focus on flavor balance and ingredient quality — like Peachwave Frozen Yogurt or 3 Spoons even. If you’re okay with paying premium prices for underwhelming flavors, then this might be your spot — but there are definitely stronger options nearby. Read other reviews please, a lot of people have complained about the pricing and the quality!!

$12 for one frozen yogurt is absolutely ridiculous. You guys are hustlers. To my surprise, heaps of people complained same but the owner has an audacity of being rigid. I wonder how long they will last. Dont go there!!!! It’s not just the money, it’s the whole experience, I absolutely hated it! Owner, please dont reply, i know your response. Read other people reviews before posting!!

They’ll charge you an arm and a leg for what they market as “premium” frozen yogurt — but the quality simply doesn’t justify the price. The portion was small, the flavor was underwhelming, and overall it was disappointing. Definitely not a place I’d return to.

I went to u swirl yesterday and got Raspberry cheesecake, ice cream with , cheesecake, toppings, and peanuts after I sit down I noticed there were two nats in my ice cream. I did not take a picture cause at the time. I’m thinking I could just get a refund and go bout my day, but however, they said that I can just get free ice cream, which I did not want because I already see bugs in the ice cream so obviously it’s not coming out of a clean machine. I just wanted my refund so after some arguing with the worker, they finally decided to call the manager, and the manager gave me $8.27 back. My total was $36 and some change but for that specific ice cream cup that I was trying to get a refund for was $12 but they told me there was nothing more that they can do for me so at the end of the day they didn’t give me all my change , there was bugs in my ice cream I didn’t enjoy my ice cream and that was very rude and disrespectful, and just completely unhelpful and un serious they know they were wrong and yet did not try to fix their mistake and the girl at the counter left after I said that my change was wrong and then she can do better than that. Just give me my right change you know just completely ignoring my complaint, but I have called the health department and corporate and this all happened yesterday around 5 PM.

the lady working ( name on receipt says its kari p) charged me for two bowls when i only had one. i paid almost 12 dollars when all i had was three small scoops of boba. i watched her double my bowl and the total went from 5 something to 11 something. i asked her why mine was twice as expensive compared to the person i was with who had more than me, she responded very rudely by telling me that it was my fault for making it weigh more, when it was in fact her fault.

I took my twin daughters to the Waco U-Swirl to celebrate the end of their first week of school, and left extremely disappointed. While my daughter was placing her bowl on the scale, it accidentally tipped over and a few toppings fell onto the counter at the register. The employee told my daughter to get a paper towel, pick them up, and put them back on the scale. When I went to pay, I noticed there were 4 separate charges. I asked why, and was told they charged me $2.50 for the toppings that had fallen on the counter — toppings my daughter never even got to eat. I understand accidents happen, but charging customers for spilled food they don’t consume is absurd and shows zero compassion or common sense. We will not be returning after this experience.

I've met the owner before-- incredibly nice lady. The employees, not so much. Stopped by tonight (about 9:30 PM, May 16th) for some yogurt and had a really uncomfortable experience. I made the honest mistake of sampling a bit directly from the machine, and an employee left the counter & told me I’d be charged if I did it again-- fair enough, no issue there. After she walked away, I told my friends I'm not gonna be mad at her for that-- she's likely a high schooler and she's just following the business policy, as any good employee should do. What bothered me was what followed. After a moment, she went out of her way to leave the counter (again) & confront us about my comment she heard from her coworker, assuming we were insulting her by calling her a “high schooler." She thought we said "what is she gonna do about it-- she's just a high schooler." I politely corrected her, clarifying I instead said "I'm not gonna be mad at her-- she's likely just a high schooler." Instead of accepting the clarification, she aggressively asserted she was a college student, and walked off rudely. When I tried to apologize again, I was met with sarcasm and cold behavior toward both me and my friends. Even a simple “have a good night” had to be prompted. The owner seems nice, but the staff’s attitude tonight was enough to make me not want to return.

We had a birthday party there and were disappointed at the attitude of the management. My daughter accidentally got too much yogurt and the manager refused to let her have a do-over. She seemed pretty fussy (the manager, not my daughter.)

I always go to Peachwave in Hewitt and it is excellent but thought it was a little pricey so I wanted to try this place so I would have more options. The flavor is not near as good as Peachwave and price is ridiculous,I paid 7 dollars for this cup full at Peachwave,10.30 here!!!
