I'm extremely happy to live nearby a Pizza Hut since it's my favorite pizza chain, so this is automatically a 5 star restaurant for me. There's no place to eat inside, it's just a carryout and delivery restaurant. The staff is ordinary, casual, and simple, nothing major to expect from them. Just the perfect place to order Pizza Hut cravings and go.

The staff in there is super nice. Although they are always confused but they are nice people and get things done at the end. I usually order it online and by the time I get there, the food is ready. Their fries are amazing so if you haven't tried them, give them a shot.

i don't know why people hate this place, we loved it. Fresh pizza, amazing people, always pizza is ready on time, not like other places where they make you wait for 10 or 15 minutes more than estimated time. People might not like this place for the people who work there or these people might work for the competition. i love the place, always order to carry out.

I'm glad that there's a Wing Street Pizza Hut in my area. I enjoy taking advantage of Wing Wednesday and get a 36pc to share with my girlfriend. I love wings and I try wings from everywhere and nothing so far can beat Pizza Hut's Naked Wings. Delicious. I eat mostly keto so of the times I have ordered pizza here, it was cooked well.

First time my kids had pizza hut and they said it's way better than dominoes. The crust is crunchy and the pizza is well seasoned. This location has its own parking lot so it was easy to go pickup my pies.

We actually went to Pizza Hut twice in about a week, which my family does not do. However, we were so happy with the freshness and hotness and flavor of our last order, we wanted to experience that again...and we did. I am happy to see that Pizza Hut is back to the memory I had when I was younger...a good, flavorful, crispy, pan pizza.

I literally live 5 min away from this location. I stopped going for a few years because to my fiancee and I they just couldn't get the wings and pizza right. But recently we had a craving and ordered for pickup. The gentleman at the counter, who I assume is the manager was very welcoming and professional. I even tried to leave a tip on my card but he won't let me. They finally got the food right. The pizza crust is well done and the cheese is melted perfectly. The wings are cooked all the way through. Now, we order at least 2x a month for pickup.

Thank god my gf and I gave this location (or Pizza Hut in general) a chance. I personally have never had a slice of Pizza Hut pizza before yesterday, although I have known Pizza Hut all my life. We ordered a large tavern ultimate and another combo of fries and quesadilla looking thingy… For food that tastes like this, I think the price was beyond reasonable (we only used in-app coupons available to everyone). Food arrived as described, clean, and warm. Thank you Pizza Hut.

My husband and I recently did curbside pick-up. I haven't had Pizza Hut in years, but we decided to check it out with a coupon deal and the two pizzas we ordered were ready quick! They were fresh, hot and delicious! The process for curbside was easy and we had leftovers from a hearty meal. They were quick to bring our food out and watching for us to arrive before we called. I was impressed. It definitely filled our craving! Thanks! We'll definitely be ordering again soon.

I loved mozzarella cheese sticks with sauce. With this sauce unbelievable mixture is coming to your mouth

The only problem i have with them is that the sauce for the breadsticks is ALWAYS cold. Why? Apparently Pizza Hut corporate doesn't care and they clearly don't.

Don't think of it as pizza. Think of Pizza Hut (and Domino's) as a different food item. Like, "What are you in the mood for? I had pizza last night but I can go for Pizza Hut." It's junk food and their regular menu prices are high but their online coupons make the prices reasonable. ORDER ONLINE. This location is take-out only. Waiting area is clean and a bathroom is available.

we love this Pizza hut as it very close to Hicksville when you going to IKEA it a great place to stop by to get their wing. the pizza is great but the bond in wing is the best get it with out sauce and add it on the side. been ordering here for the last couple of week. Always on point and deliver. great job.

Service and delivery was great. Quality of food = bread. The wings were actually ok. They smelled super spicy but I thought they had the perfect spice after trying one. Cheesy bread sticks were bread. So was the pizza. My meatballs tasted frozen. If I buy them in the store they will taste the same. Just make sure to have a lot of drinks because this is bready food. Oh and the prices were a bit high for the quality. Most delivery places are $3, they were at $4.

I guess I should have read the reviews but I was starving after work and did not feel like taking a drive to Westbury which is my normal Pizza hut spot. I did not have a negative experience with the employees even though everyone was just sitting around. Not a very attractive location. The reason why I'm rating it 3 stars was due to the horrible food. I've never had pizza this bad before. If this was the first time trying out Pizza hut it would be the last.

Ordered tavern style Margarita pizza with pesto. Got the pizza but there was no pesto, there was a green powder (maybe oregano) dusted on couple of slices but nothing more. Didn't taste like there was pesto on the pizza. This place has certainly gone downhill in the past year. Disappointed!!!

This location has gone downhill within the past year; read other reviews: Check your pizza before you leave--they miss toppings and intentionally do not tell you (or some ppl find hair!). 2nd time the same topping is missing; this time they did not offer receipt. I even spoke on the phone with who I believe is the manager, and he told me to make sure I check my pizza myself... even though he was the one who handed it to me AND admitted he knew it was out of stock! He also kept repeatedly insisting that he gave me a discount the last time it happened, *even after* I'd stated the facts: no-one gave me one bc I didn't even realize until after getting home just like this time, and I didn't even see him last time. Whether you're intentionally lying or not: When you're wrong, you're wrong. The other employees are great and friendly; the manager would do well to learn from their demeanor, especially since they actually greet you when you walk in. "Manager, I'd like to speak with one of your employees instead." LOL Edit: I just took another star off for their poor service and my overall rating because the regional manager has yet to contact me again. It's been over a month since he took it upon himself to contact me, but he hasn't responded to me since I replied to him. ??? Parking is great: many lots and long curbsides to pull up to to grab your pizza. Just be careful walking around--sidewalks jutting out in high/odd directions can make it difficult for people to maneuver outside the place to get to the door. No dining area, but plenty of space to comfortably wait. (pictures from the past: one time they put a piece of ham/pepperoni on my vegetarian pizza.)

This place does not deliver to Levittown even though it is 5 minutes from their location. I will never return to this pizza hut and tell everyone I know to stay away from this pizza hut until they change this. Also the only 5 star review this place got is clearly from a pizza hut employee.

Yesterday I ordered pan pizza which I never ever ate in my life . It’s horrible pizza without toppings ,cheese and only 5 piece of chicken .my kid ate one slice and all pizza dumed in garbage. I never go again to this Hicksville pizza store and advise for other people don’t buy.

We ordered our food at 5:15pm and it did not arrive till 6:40pm. Did not mind the wait but when the food arrived it was ice cold and soggy.

i called the pizza place at 9:15 and they told me that they weren’t going to take my order because “they were about to close” but it really closes at 10pm the manager was very rude to me on the phone and started cursing for no reason.

Saw a commercial for a stuffed crust deal but this store doesn't honor any of that. $20 for trash pizza lmao. and they're as overpriced as they are filthy. if you ever set foot here in person you'd never order from this store. if you're going to be gross you should at least be cheap. mall sabarro is better than this and that's extremely sad.

I hope they work more towards customer service (a smile with a nice little greeting is not much to ask for). Maybe the employee is always having a bad day, but why put it on the customers? Besides the unhygienic and unclean floor, the pizza doesn't taste good at all. So why show that attitude? A lot to work on! A lot of unhappy customers!

Never received food. Delivery time was supposed to be 20-30 minutes. Called at the 1 hour and 10 minute mark. Was told driver was 5 minutes away. 20 minutes later still had not received food. Expressed disappointment, store said driver left food a long time ago. Confirmed no food was left, Expressed further displeasure. Then was told driver was on time but must have made a mistake and left food at wrong location. So was driver late and never showed, or on time at the wrong location? Either way Never received food. Awaiting refund, will not order from here again.

honestly pathetic customer service and quality... Not the first time they disappointed me.. it's best to avoid this pizza hut.. I just ordered today I specified extra cheese on my pizza.....when it was delivered to my house it was missing cheese from the middle. I ordered extra cheese I payed the extra 2.25$ and they didn't make my order correctly. On top of that I called the store first time they hung up on me 2nd time I was on hold for 10 minutes! And on the 3rd call the guy answered.. After explaining to them still calm I asked them only to fix the mistake. Instead the phone was given to the chef and I was told it had extra cheese even when it didn't.... I argued with him for a minute or 2 telling him I payed for extra cheese it should not be uneven/ missing cheese from the middle. He told me "well if you wanted a cheese pizza you should have ordered cheese lover pizza"... So why did I pay those extra 2.25 then.... Out of charity? I just wanted my food.... I asked for refund I was so unsatisfied by the quality the customer service. Pathetic... If you can't deliver on customer satisfaction your not gonna have customers left.

I've only been to this location twice and i have to say that on both visits the wait game is no joke. The visit yesterday was due to the tmobile offer so I expected a small wait....nope i waited 1hr. Only two employees on that day..yikes The pizza themselves and the chicken🤔 they are really salty!! My family spent literally hours drinking water trying to get rid of the saltiness but it would not go away One of the pizza was burnt on one side and one of my chicken order was the wrong flavor

They delivered a messed up pizza and an hour later and it was no rush hours for food. I called and the guy said that they don’t ever know how long their delivery driver takes. I took a picture of my pizza almost as if they threw it and left it outside. When the driver called I told him about his tip he didn’t take it and he hung up. I would rather do pick up maybe their ratings would be better then, but very rude.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Ordered 2 large veggie lover pizzas, which looked unappetizing, the slices were not even cut, thin slices, very little cheese and veggies, over all the pizza was hard too chewy. Horrible experience... we placed an online order and guaranteed 15 minutes... I went to pick up the pizza... they told me they are running late and to wait another 20 minutes... The food is good it’s Pizza Hut, but holy the orders, I can’t express how bad they mess up, with no compensation too, ordered a square pizza box, large, for my family of 5 and was told they don’t have the boxes left so instead I got a SMALL circular pizza box and no other compensation, was told to just take it. Ordered a big dinner box specifically for the rectangular pizza. Went to pick up the order and it was circular pizza. Went back in and was told “oh we ran out of the boxes but you have more pizza now” As much as one can appreciate more pizza I ordered the big dinner box because I don’t like the circular pizza. Didn’t offer to make it correctly. Basically just shrugged it off like it wasn’t their problem.
