Been several years since we went to any Ihop... Been improved. (first time this location) Menu is more varied. I assume chain wide. Food is decent. Before it was quite prefabbed, this was not. Service was friendly and efficient. Not exactly take out of town guests level, but if we're in the area we'd eat here again.

We have been going to IHOP since Shari's closed closer to our home. Once we started going there we have met servers who actually remember us. Last time they saw us in the parking lot and had our table ready when we walked in. We have never had an error with our orders and the food is always perfect. We don't ever want to go anywhere else. Keep up the good work we love you.

IHOP really isn't my cup of tea, but my kids love the place! 😊 And I have to admit it was actually a very pleasant experience. Admittedly this place is very clean. Tables weren't sticky and even the restrooms are very clean as well. Service from our waitress was exceptional. My son simply adores the pancakes with the chicken fingers and it's his favorite thing to have their and he said it was absolutely amazing. In hindsight I really should have got a burger here because the Burger King down the street is an absolute no-go zone. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THE BURGER KING DOWN THE STREET!! Had I known the experience that was waiting for me there, I would have gladly ordered a burger here at IHOP. Kudos for the kitchen staff because even the flatware was spotless. There is good cell phone reception here for your wireless modems, they do offer Wi-Fi and it's quite fast and it's easy to login. Zoom meetings FaceTime and any other kind of electronic communications you have to do with work are acceptable in this location and I had no problems myself. UNLIKE A CERTAIN BURGER KING DOWN THE STREET WHICH I HONESTLY THINK THERE ARE PROBABLY HIDING NUCLEAR WEAPONS OR SOMETHING BECAUSE THAT'S THE KIND OF SECURITY THEY HAVE IN THERE!! 😁 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ESPECIALLY DURING DINNER AND LUNCH TIME! The dining room had about eight different tables and again we had no problem getting top-tier service. If you need something quick to eat or a quick bite I can absolutely confirm to you that it's faster than THE BURGER KING DOWN THE STREET WHICH YOU SHOULD NOT GO TO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES 😆 I had to make a phone call, and nobody asked to see my phone, or ask my identity, I'll wait to verify my presence to some third party before I could leave, or my order. 😁 So I can absolutely say it's a very relaxed atmosphere and you should have no problems here. They also speak English here so if that's a particular concern for you, and you have none to worry about if you have dietary restrictions or like your pancakes in a particular way. Bench seating can be a problem but I can tell you that they are perfect at this location and I had no comfort issues whatsoever. A particular pet peeve of mine is lightning, and I can tell you that it's a warm color temperature and it's perfectly done. The dining room is spacious and it's easy to get around for those in wheelchairs as well if that's a particular concern. If your kids love pancakes and they love typical American style food, IHOP simply is the place to go. Thank you for the wonderful experience. 😊.

After pinball at the pinball museum, we come here to eat. Always clean and good iHOP food. I miss boysenberry syrup though!! Love all the pancake varieties and combos. Great family/kid place.

Just found out that they had gluten free options since 2019. One of my younger lids is GF and her pancakes seemed to be just as good. The waitress let me know that the normal scrambled eggs HAVE WHEAT (gluten), but were able to simply crack open an egg and make it that way. The Colorado omelette was pretty good and my teen enjoyed some spicy burger but said, "I would not recommend getting a burger from a breakfast place" 🤣

Server Mike was the man! He was funny, kind and went through with the requests. Customer service A+ all the way! The meal was exactly what I needed as I had two random night shifts so my breakfast was perfect. Thanks ihop!!!

Took my daughter here for her special day with mom to eat some breakfast. Thank you Cierra for great customer service! Staff was friendly and followed COVID restriction guidelines. Food was good, I would go back if one of my kids wanted to go for a special day with mom treat.

I just love this cozy place with a handful of options to devour. Colorado Cheese Omlette happens to be one of my favorite, and I pair it up with stuffed strawberry-banana-cheese pancakes :P Hashbrowns, regular coffee with vanilla creamer or an iced tea-all of these are my doubtless choices. They have started with burgers recently, which are a little different from the regular ones, but pretty decent I must say!

I enjoyed their Pumpkin Spice Pancake Combo. 1/10/2026 update review. I had a "make your own omelette" and it was delicious. I had sausage and American cheese, then added avocado on the top. I had fruit on the side, it was delicious too. I also had hash browns and they were just like I like 'em, slightly greasy! I had coffee with creamer, it was good coffee. We were seated right away and we didn't have a long wait for our food. Our waitress was great.

We recently visited IHOP and had a mixed experience. Starting with the positives: the Breakfast Chicken Biscuit Sandwich was a standout — it exceeded expectations and was absolutely delicious. It was crispy, flavorful, and definitely something we’d order again. The Fruit Crepes were good, with a nice texture and flavor, but could’ve used more filling to balance the crepe-to-fruit ratio. The Chicken and Waffle was a disappointment — the waffle came out cold and the butter didn’t even melt, which really took away from the overall experience. We also tried the Big Brunch Burger, which was underwhelming. It lacked flavor and was noticeably smaller than IHOP’s burgers from just six months ago. It felt like the portion size and quality had both declined. Lastly, the prices seem high for what’s being offered. IHOP used to be a go-to budget-friendly option, but the value no longer matches the cost, especially considering the casual atmosphere and inconsistent food quality. There are still some gems on the menu, but IHOP needs to step it up to keep loyal customers coming back.

Good but disappointing. Did make your own omelette thinking the veggies and cheese would be mixed in the eggs and not just on top. I'm also glad I paid for extra cheese or I don't think I would've noticed much cheese at all.

We sit down as we come in server was quick to get our orders after that he dissapeared we continously had to get his attention no refills on our drinks at all. This was hands down one of the most disgusting and frustrating restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I went to the IHOP in Hillsboro and found a dead fly on my plate — absolutely revolting. It made me question how filthy the kitchen must be, because if a fly made it onto my food, I can only imagine what else is going on back there. The entire restaurant felt dirty and poorly maintained, from the tables to the floors. It honestly didn’t look like anyone had bothered to clean anything all day. The service was just as bad. I was ignored for long stretches, and it took forever to get even basic things. When I brought everything to the attention of the manager, Charity, she was shockingly dismissive. In my opinion, she showed no concern, no professionalism, and no understanding of how serious the situation was. Her attitude made everything feel 10 times worse. I will never return to this location, and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. This place needs a serious overhaul in cleanliness, customer service, and management.

My food had no flavor at all. My first chocolate milk was good then ordered an 2nd one that tasted like white milk but then ordered an soda it was watered down. Then don't get me going about the ants in my salt I'm not coming back for a while. Fix the service or u lose a customer like the rest of the customer that left bad reviews.

We went over a week ago but I came back to write this because im still mad. We got the nastiest Tbone steak ever and some slimy mashed potatoes. We went as a table of 5 two adults and 3 kids. Do not recommend this ihop! Drive to black bear instead is going to be worth your money.
