In my many experiences this is the best Wendy's out of them all. The food is amazing, the employees are very nice, and the wait it very short even in long lines.

As far as Wendy’s goes, I’ve only ever had good experiences with this location. Friendly, happy to help, the order is always correct, and service is fast. I’ve never had to worry about their drive thru being too busy it moves fast enough to not be a bother.

Best customer service in Hillsboro. Jordan makes a difference with his courtesy and attention to detail. He’s always busy taking care of customers, even when he’s changing light bulbs. Always goes the extra mile and always makes sure the order is perfect. He’s management material.

Food was great. Smaller burgers then use to have but still tasty.

Wendy's has kind of always been one of my favorite fast food burger places, and this location is no exception. They hardly ever mess up a burger, food is always hot whether in the restaurant, or in the drive-thru, and I haven't had any issues with any of the staff. If you stop by, be sure to get the spicy nuggets with the S'awesome sauce! Delicious!

Food is always good, especially the breakfast, very fresh every time but there's always this person at the drive thru in the morning who is just the most inhospitable person ever. Like, I really feel the "I hate my job" vibe, I still give them 5 stars though because I don't go to Wendy's for the service, I go for the food, I do wish they could have both though but this will do.

This elder guy who took our order on January 29th really respected me as a deaf person. He used strategies that would help communicate better without making any mistakes. A rod to point on the menu so far away. He brought out all of the sauces and indicated for us to pick WITHOUT saying a word. The best experience ever. I wouldn't dare to try troll the social media people behind their branding. They have built a great reputation.

The food is good and freshly made. Most of the sandwiches we get have the full lettuce/tomato/pickles so the fresh veggie thing is important. Also, they are really good about correcting the occasional error. Very happy and have no problem using them for quick dinners.

The manager there is always on her game during the weekdays. Lobby is always nice and clean when I visit. Service is fast and efficient. Fries are nice and crispy. Definitely one of the better Wendy’s in the area.

This Wendy’s is actually nice to us, unlike the Wendy’s on hall. They make sure our order is correct, and give the correct sauces, unlike the other Wendy’s. This Wendy’s is a dream compared to any other Wendy’s we’ve been too. Thank god for actually nice people. Oh and if you want sauce they will give you more than one unlike other Wendy’s that acts like they’re holding the sauce hostage.

Just an average Wendy's. It has better food than McD's and the BK. Doesn't taste over processed and fake. Wendy's is a good place to eat decent fast food at good prices. Almost like a Burgerville but at a fraction of the cost.

If you haven't been to a Wendy's in your life, here's what you'd need to know. The drink sizes are HUGE, the burgers are fairly good for fast food, and frostys are the bomb diggity.

The staff is very friendly, the battery in my phone was dicharged, and the girl behind the counter let me plug into an outlet All without me even asking. Now how ya gonna beat that, in a world that will leave you twisting on a hot tin shingle. Not to mention that the consistency of the food from location to location is what you would expect.

This is a very busy restaurant at this time of night. The crew was wonderful although you could tell they were slightly stressed with how many orders they were getting online. But everything was perfect and I would go back there.

Drive though staff very friendly, and quick at 12:30 on a Monday afternoon. Drinks were marked appropriately, food was still warm when I arrived home a few minutes later to eat with my SO. Fries were ON POINT!

I like this Wendy's. The staff didn't bullying however, they didn't really stand out In any way besides not making th order wrong. Food was correct, even my intentionally customized, "Accuracy Test" was spot on. This is pretty much a basic Wendy's. Not dirty and and tables actually get some attention. Very well done.

Long wait. This location always has a long drive-through wait. Most recently waited 35 minutes in line. I think I counted 8 or 9 cars ahead of me. Be prepared because once you're in line there's no getting out.

Baked potatoes are "okay" but certainly not what they used to be. Got the chili baked potato and I'd say lucky to have a tablespoon of chili and a sprinkle of cheese. Tasty, but definitely not worth the price.

I don't get fast food that often but when I do I go here most of the time I love there frosty but the meat seemed way to dry. But they do have very friendly staff.

Got chicken classic sandwich there was only a tiny piece of tomato and hardly any mao. The chicken was tender and juicey. The fry's were cold with no salt on them. If I'm going to have fry's they have to have salt.

Your typical windy's restaurant, fast burgers and food, but not always exceptional. The food there is okay, but certainly nothing I'd want to eat on a regular basis. I have been to other Wendy's which were much better, and the food was prepared better, and had better flavor overall. Good luck!

Okay, wish they walked into the future with higher quality oil that is separated from meat frying as well a vegetarian chicken and spicy chicken would be great. Companies make a ton of them they Wendy's can just partner with.. doesn't make sense. I used to love Wendy's and they can get my business back one day.

The soda machine here needs to be cleaned desperately. The soda is god awful, the soda leaves white stains all over the cup . Which is a sign of nasty. If the sodas not clean what else isnt..

The place was basically empty when we came in, so ordering was fast, easy, and friendly. Picking a clean table to sit on the other hand was more challenging. It was a game of pinball bouncing from table to table to find one that was not sticky or dirty. The lemonades were fantastic. The fries were so incredibly salty that they were very hard to eat. Actually, we ended up just throwing them away. The burgers were less than appealing, but they filled the hole that our bellies had.

Just slapped together sometime the cheese isn’t melted cold fries in every other oder and the scan code on the cup have already been scan they always forget something I stop going back not worth the gas smh this was my normal lunch spot but it’s not worth it they lost a great manager because it wasn’t like this now ran by nothing but kids that close 2-4 hours early

Kinda upset with the bratty teenagers they have running this place at night. Gave my wife a ton of attitude and then forgot our sauce had to go back and get it only to realize they didnt give up one of our fries that we ordered. Tons of attitude and just acting like she didnt care. Blond girl working night of 2-6-19. Was ridiculous. Then got home. No napkins, no spoon for my frosty. And one sauce. Also no straw.

20% of my salad was rotten lettuce. I don't think I've ever seen salad this old given to a customer.

When a baconator is ordered and you get a double stack which is tiny and just wrong. Went to Wendy's on Imbrie to order a baconator and they almost gave a son of baconator. Wendy's please segregate the baconator and the son of baconator as so that they are seperate number items on the menu

Total garbage and employees don't care. Ordered a Dave's double and a salad to go. Got a single and food on a tray. No one wanted to listen. Don't spend your money here go to the one on 185th. They at least seem to try.

They consistently mess up basic menu orders they have done this consistently to me a great number of times.

Ordered 2 kids meals and 6 junior bacon cheeseburgers. Was given 1 kids meal and 5 burgers. I asked where the other kids meal was and they said I only ordered 1. Then they made me pay again for the other kids meal. I didn't notice the missing burger until I got home even though they changed me for all six. Worst experience I've had with Wendy's. Will not give this store my business again.

The manager is laying on the floor talking and in a meeting. Her phone volume is so loud everybody can hear how there will be a spontaneous check up on certain stores while she’s picking at her belly.

Ordered two medium and two small frosties at 7:44 PM. At the pickup window, they handed over two frosties with Cambell’s soup like consistency and said the machine was being turned off. I would have been happier with two cans of soup instead. I’ll never let this Wendy’s commit frosty fraud against me again.

Beware watch your Debit Card transactions with this Wendy's location or anywhere. I haven't been here in months and I have a pending purchase on my card right now and they took out my last 95 cents, I needed that to get Top Ramen to last me til I get money, I'm very angry!!! Just don't use your Debit Card or better yet don't go here because they don't really care about their customers!!!

If you want your exact order, I would suggest trying one of the other Wendy's in the area. This is the only one that has never got a single one of my family's orders correct. It doesn't matter how big or small the order is, they always get something wrong.

Since your recent menu change, the burgers are COLD!!! (The foil wrap at least kept it warm) Your new fries are flat out nasty! But we did like the new Berry tea. Had to wash that nasty down with something!! Wendy's, you should have left well alone. "If it works, DON'T FIX IT!!! "

I came in a few minutes ago and I made an order asking if I can have a Dave’s double with no cheese and added bacon and extra side of onions and ghost pepper fries. When I got my order I did not get my ghost pepper fries with utensils, and I did not get my side of onions I would not come here again.

I've had it with this place. Not only are the employees always short and seem to be inconvenienced by having customers, but this morning my father wanted to go in and have some fries. He got there about five minutes before opening and instead of asking him to wait, letting him know what time they open they only told him they were closed. I get it, opening times don't change for people. I'm not asking you to change your schedule for a special situation. But, you couldn't say, "We open in five minutes, if you'd like to wait.". Just we're closed. I'm not even surprised considering the demeanor of the employees I've always experienced. Want cheap fast food? Great place to go through the drive through. I'd suggest taking an extra couple minutes to drive to another burger joint to get better service.

Sorry for the bad rating but I got food poisoning from my Asiago chicken . I was so sick 30 to 40 minutes after eating. By the way I did not anything but that. I hope you are more careful in the future but I will not eat at this Wendy's again. Never had a problem til now. So sorry!

I waited for an hour and still no food. Had to go back to work, so cancelled order. No empathy from workers. I understand they are busy but they should probably advice it is over a 45 minute wait at a fast food restaurant. And it's not like the lot is packed and you would know they are that backed up until you order your food.

Just had the most uncomfortable experience at this location. I came by to get a meal after work and first it was a long wait (which I expected). Got to the first window, that worker was nice. It wasn't until the second window where an employee gave me my drink then leaned over towards my car before proceeding to 'ask me a favor' with a twisted smile. He said 'would I be able to bring my friend over and have you call him a 'Wiley-bear'?" I was speechless and tried to politely decline. The "friend" then asked what was going on and the creepy employee said it was nothing. Most likely supposed to be a prank but I still feel uncomfortable. Never had an interaction like that until now. Also my fries were cold and flimsy when I got them 🙁

lobby was trashed, food was soggy and cold? customer service wasnt bad but it was what youd expect of a wendys. card reader was really sketchy ??? bathroom was gag worthy. honestly i dont leave reviews often but i dont think ive seen a fast food lobby be so destroyed before and over all really weird experience especially because i felt like i walked back into 2004 with how much orange wood decor and dated carpeting was in this place

Constantly receive bad service here. Recently ordered chili and made clear to them not to put onions on it. They said absolutely, understood. And then covered it in onions. They didn’t care at all. They are openly rude to our faces on top of it even though we’re always polite. After a few experiences like this, we have decided to start driving to the TV Hwy location.

I usually never write review, but this place drive thru service is very bad. They are repeatedly missing food I paid for in drive through orders.. Most recent visit, I paid 2 orders of chicken nuggets, they only put one in the bag. Same order I paid for 2 chocolate frosty, they gave me 2 mint frosty. Every time I Asked for sauces they put none. How could they made two mistakes in the same order. There were at least three or four employees serving and the the drive through wasn't busy at the time. I better start quit visit this place.

To be fair, my sandwich was good. My wife ordered a different one. It was undercooked, tiny portion (compared to mine) toppings were "just a hint", lettuce and tomato was miniscule and limp. We drove through and didn't discover this horrible product until later, by which time it wasn't practical to return. I wrote on their website evaluation but got no reply. I like what I hear about Dave Thomas' charitable work but Wendy's is definitely OFF our go to list for fast food.

After a bad experience at Arby's with their strawberry shake, I ended up coming here and getting two frosties one vanilla one chocolate. To be honest, I don't think there's anything bad with the vanilla one, but the chocolate one was definitely bad It reignited the same feeling that I got with the strawberry shake from Arby's or the roof of my mouth started to hurt.

So .... Normally I love Wendy's especially this location. I got home with my order and I realized for one the order was wrong and all the food was cold. The topping on the cake was when I found a hair in one of the burgers.... And then I found out that I couldn't get in touch with any customer service representative.... And from what I hear online it's really tough if impossible to reach one and they are normally located in india! That is screwy. Wendys you have lost my Business. Normally I'm not a leave areview person especially like this one but I was upset since now it seems tough to get a refund...(Cuz I didn't wanna drive back out to the restaurant for the refund which I dont think should be a requirement especially since I placed my order in the mobile app why cant it be set to return it back to the card).at least when I doordash food they will refund me easily when I call them and I have no problem reaching them. Sorry for the rant but it's annoying. Wendys you suck. Upset customer never coming back No photos cuz I threw it all away

So I eat Wendy's regularly I'd say almost every morning actually well without posting anything about it on any signs anywhere they change the open time 2 hours later for the lobby and let's not forget to mention the little blonde girl is super rude and has an attitude with me anytime I ask for the smallest thing and it's realistically help for my disability so the level of customer service here is so trash and no I'm not talking about the manager she's actually really nice and accommodating particularly the blonde one who has no place working here and I hope to God never serves me again actually because of the multiple times I've gotten bad service here now I'm going to travel out of my way to either of the other two establishments in the area just so I can have the good service I'm used to from Wendy's this location is really losing that with these people treating people poorly especially when they are treating people poorly over asking for accommodations with their disability

The lady working the drive-thru was very rude. Apparently asking for a cup of water is just too much when it's you know over 80° outside. Must be a strange request when I just got done buying lunch. She not only smacked her lips and let out a huge sigh as she walked away after I asked for my water, but then she comes back to the drive-thru window and scolds me about waiting until after she hands me the food to ask her for the water. Mind you nobody addressed that I was even at the window for more than 2 minutes while my food was being made.

Went in morning to be breakfast for family before everyone woke. Order then was told to pull forward after paying and wait be door. After pulling forward person behind me wouldn't quit honking until I parked in parking lot. End up going back in store to get refund as employee windows time is more important and treating drive-thru as a drive through. Doubt will be back or going to any other drive-thru as this is becoming the normal. If I wanted to be told to pull forward then I would have went inside. Either treat drive-thru as drive-thru or shut it down and make everyone go in the lobby

The Hispanic gal working shift lead was very disrespectful slammed the window, rolled her eyes, & rushed my order completely. Also I had multiple drinks & was told there are no cup holders that is insane. The gentlemen working the diner was very pleasant, great service. On the other hand drive thru “ manager” was horrible. Also I asked for 4 regular nuggets and my child received a spicy nugget, you can clearly tell the difference skeptical about ever returning to this location because of the lack of customer service and food cautiousness.

Last night, 1/3/25, around 5:15 pm. I ordered food from Wendy's located at 7530 West Baseline Road, Hillsboro, OR 97123. It was absolutely horrible. I had been driving for 9 hours and was looking forward to a nice hot meal, but they let me down spectacularly. I ordered a kid's cheeseburger meal with a lemonade and the food was cold. I also ordered a plain baked poatato and it was so old and brown I thought it might be rotten and I did not eat it. I ate maybe 2 bites of the burger, no bites of the baked potato or fries, but did drink the lemonade. I will think twice about ever going there again.
