By far the best "quick" coffee option. You need to try the Peanut Butter Cup Macchiato...have em add 2 extra shots of PB, it'll change your life.

I've always enjoyed dunkin. Coffee is great! And way better prices than Starbucks or aromas.

I’ve stopped here about 3 times a week on my way to work for the last year. Sadly, I’ve moved and will not be able to patronize this location like I used to. I think this is one of the best run Dunkin’ locations I’ve ever been to. I can’t speak to the coffee - I don’t drink it - but the food was always made correctly and was nice and hot. The crew there are always friendly while also maintaining the sense of urgency you need to handle such long lines of customers. Never thought I’d leave a review for a Dunkin’ but someone’s gotta recognize them… Thanks for feeding me breakfast for a year, :)

I can confidently say this is a superior dunkin location. Some of the best toasting ability on all food. Incredibly nice staff that works as a cohesive unit. Women even apologized for the wait, while they were noticeable very busy. 10/10 recommend and each staff member deserves a raise or simply recognition.

Friendly staff and good customer service. They are the most consistent with our coffees!

This location offers fast and friendly service with a smile. They have a great selection of coffee, flavors, and sugar/sweetners. If you're just waking up or too exhausted to go into the store, they have a drive through but speak slowly, loud, and clear because sometimes they are busy on the inside. The food is good just not as fresh or green for fast food.

Nice place and actually has a parking lot to pull into. Good food and good service. The problem is that some of the people hanging out by the entrance make it difficult to get thru the door. You know whom I 'm speaking of. Besides that, you should stop in and get a bite and a drink.

Usually pretty good place, but if you're a regular when you walk in, it's what can I get you?? Not welcome to Dunkin. Can I take your order? Coffee is good when they take the time to listen and make it right. Just make sure you ask them to stir it well or your sugar will all be at the bottom.. new lids suck because they make the coffee leak...

They do for the most part pretty good. Sometimes very busy items get messed up, or orders forgotten. But for the most part pretty good.

I am not pleased with the Hollis Dunkin Donuts. I go there every Friday for a Caramel Swirl coffee and I would say seven out of ten times I do not get the right kind of coffee. It is very disappointing to get to work and take a sip of a blah coffee instead of a sweet tasting caramel coffee.

Dunkin’ is a classic go to for me, and I have never had many problems with the service there. Although recently, I have been trying to use less plastic in my day-to-day. After stopping at two different stores, I was declined when asking if I could get my drink made in a reusable cup. The associates were incredibly polite about this, and I have no issues with their professionalism. As a business, I do wish Dunkin’ could improve their measures to reduce plastic waste. Otherwise, amazing option for quick and easy breakfast and coffee.

Out of all Dunkin’ this one is the less friendly. The employees don’t smile, don’t interact well and take forever to do anything and still mess everything up.

Why is coffee more expensive here than at the Dunkin donuts a little ways away?

Dunkin used to be fun. The donuts don't taste as good anymore, coffee tastes burnt, and the sandwiches and hashbrowns taste like the metal they're cooked on! And you can NEVER get the donuts you want, and they are always out of lots of items regardless of time of day! And how come no cute glassware for holiday munchkins like back in the 80s?

Coffee was weak with too much cream. I ordered a large coffee with just cream and it tasted like hot water with cream. And this is not the first time it’s happened at this location.

If you come here bank on a 20 minute wait in the drive through… worst part is half way through you get to find out that no one took the time to prepare the cold brew the night before /-: wish they could get it together because they used to be fantastic!

Probably would recommend staying away from this location the owner likes to serve day old bagels and croissants most of the time there rather stale and just not worth the money, I've also heard from former employees saying that the owner is very unpleasant.

there's a 25% the iced coffee tastes good at all, most of the time very watered down. I know people who work at Dunkin and it is not hard to make the iced coffee taste good, it only tastes bad because they do not care and are lazy. Please make it better.

The coffee artist I had didn't care what I wanted for a coffee. She only heard americano and made it her way... large hot americano with milk and caramel and an extra shot of espresso. Simple... I got an americano with 2 cream no caramel and no extra shot of espresso. Last time I order here...

Ordinarily I would give this location 5 Stars, but was upset to learn they no longer carry the Beyond Sausage sandwich. I inquired and they said Dunkin had discontinued the product. I'd like to have heard that they're lodging a complaint with Dunkin, but it would appear they have no plans to do so. Probably won't stop there for fuel anymore; we were attracted by the Beyond Sausage.

Come here if you want to be sure they "just ran out" of everything you want. I also heard them saying there was something grey and gross in the cold brew through the drive thru. Ew.

I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and 3 different employees tell me they'd be right with me. I had to leave. I can't stand there all morning.

4 workers working on 1 order, and still slow. Took forever to take my order, got it wrong then they were in no rush to fix it.

Waited in line for 30 minutes with only two cars ahead of us and not the first time idk if it’s a staffing or training issue but they need help

Order 2 bagels twice toasted, when I received my bagels from the shift lead I asked if they were toasted twice to which I received no answer. I get home and look at both of my bagels and they were barely toasted let alone twice toasted.

Just stood at counter for almost 10 minutes with no service. Girls just standing around talking for first 5. When I asked if I needed to order somewhere else, I was ignored. When one of girls finally came in view, I asked if they were closed. She said no and proceeded to ignore me. I explained that I had been there quite awhile and she gave me a "well, I'm sorry " in an extremely rude tone. And then turned her back to me. I left at that point. Two other people behind me had already left. Disappointed!

Was just there at 7:50 and my order was all wrong coffees were wrong and bagels were wrong it was like they didn’t care to listen when we ordered I used to work at dunkin in waterboro till i found a high paying job but once I was trained we never messed up orders this bad it really isn’t that hard. They were not busy at all when we went this morning so there was no excuse

If you try to go inside and order they just ignore you. Never a hello we will be right with you, nothing. Absolute garbage. Customer service is business 101.

The wait time in the drive through is absolutely horrid. You wait for 5 to 10 minutes before having your order taken and then wait even more in line to get your order. There has been way too many times now that my order has been wrong.

I had originally given 5 stars until my experience today. I am a Mexican descendant and one of the workers with a beard was stereotyping religion beliefs based on race. I told him I did not appreciate what he was saying. He apologized, but as I pulled out from the drivethru, the girl working the window stated I was overdramatic. Gladly never giving this establishment my money again. Racism is never ok and being made to feel like I was in the wrong for calling him out appropriately is not ok either.

Voted as the worst dunkin in Maine. Too lazy to load the sugar ajd cream dispenser so nothing is uniform. Coffee is always burned or has grinds in it, ajd if you say something they have the nerve to give you an attitude. Girl told me to get my coffee some where else, because I said it wasn't drinkable. Paying $4 for a coffee you should get what you pay for.

If I could post 0 I sure in hell would. I have NEVER experienced such RUDE INCOMPETENT SERVICE IN MY LIFE. THIS IS FOR THE MORNING PEOPLE ONLY!!!! After experiencing several screw ups with doughnut issues and their coffee issues. (They have a hard time with two sugar order its like they dont know what 2 means) i finally aked for black and did it on my own at home). I finally call and asked as nicely as i could if anyone there knew how to read . Again how nicely can you ask that question. I was hung up on. When I called I was a bit irritated because i was serious on my ?. When they answerd I got some young smart ass woman who told me it was what my problem was and what I had said in my prior call. So I told her I asked if anyone there know how to read because they seem to get either the doughnut or coffee wrong . It's like a surprise with both. . Her answer was well thats not a really nice thing to say to start a call and said we don't get any calls on mistakes and if you'd like you can come in and do it yourself. That really pissed me off. Hmmmm it's not my job young lady it's yours to get it right. Also I told her I'd be going to Standish even though it's out of my way and she replied well I guess you should go to Standish then with her little smart-ass reply. Again I got even more irritated and told them to learn how to do their job and NO they don't know how to read. I will admit I kept going back. stupid me lol

To whom it may concern, My husband and I have been customers of Dunkin Donuts for many years and we fortunately live close by to the Hollis Maine location. We usually enjoy going to this location but we are very displeased with the staff. It has come to my attention that the morning staff don’t have a care in the world that they even have a job and or care about conveying good customer service in the very least. I recently went there on Saturday 8/3/24 morning and asked through the drive through if I could have a Mocha Whipped Coffee and the associate rudely told me you were no longer doing those coffees. So I went to my second drink of choice but found it odd that you already removed the NEW drink when it only had been released two weeks ago? I went back to this same location on Sunday 8/4/24 around 11:30 and asked if they were still making the Whipped Mocha Coffee and this associate pleasantly surprised me and said “Yes we are!” So this was great news to me! My husband on the other hand went to this store on Sunday 8/4/24 MORNING and was told the same thing that they weren’t making the Mocha Whipped Coffees and so he continued to get his second drink of choice but then saw that I had ordered on Sunday afternoon a Mocha Whipped Coffee and got one with no issue the very next day which didn’t make any sense. I and My Husband have both experienced this with the morning staff at this Hollis location and the associate that was working on the drive through laughed at my Husband when he went to order a Mocha Whipped Coffee this morning when he told them that I had received one from there just TWO days ago and was told they were still serving that coffee! My husband ultimately left without a coffee today because of how rude, unprofessional and frustrated he was with this inconsistent and utterly dishonest customer service you have. This will be told to many customers that you have and I do expect a response soon from someone to fix this disheartening  experience me and my husband have had with this location.

Very, very unimpressed. I know people have hard days and make mistakes. However, they gave me the wrong coffee TWICE even the remade coffee was not right. Not to mention its taste like burnt water & get the same order every morning. This morning at the drive thru (May 18th). I was also given very uncooked browns. Paying money for things like this is not ok. If I had more time, I would have asked for a third coffee & cooked has browns, or even a refund.

We live just down the road and I’d rather go to the DD near the Hannaford in Buxton. It is rare that they get my order right. Today I ordered a hot pumpkin spiced latte and got spiced reg coffee with cold milk. If they don’t get my order wrong they always “just ran out” of everything. Or the donuts are rock hard.

I can’t really order anything without it being wrong. I order a cold coffee on the go to get a hot coffee which ruins the point of “on the go”. Today I ordered a frozen chocolate for my kid, and when my own parents got home with Dunkin, I notice it was by far not a frozen chocolate. And I’m not gonna drive another 30 minutes to get the right drink

Wow! The worst service I have ever received yesterday, August 1, 2020. I ordered a cappuccino amongst a couple other items for my family. I was handed my cappuccino and immediately new it was made wrong but the DD employee quickly retreated not giving me an opportunity to voice my displeasure. A cappuccino is not a cup of cold milk with a hint of froth. The cup was actually cold, not iced, just regular cold milk. There was no espresso in that drink what so ever. I stood there for a good 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention but no employee bothered to help. With about 10 people working there is no excuses for this poor service!
