Love the sandwiches, love the customer service, all the the employees are really nice, there is a short wait and a nice area outside and inside if you want to eat there.

If you've been to a Togo's you know what to expect. The staff is always friendly and we've never gotten a wrong order.

More pricey than Subway, but oh sooooo much better. Meats are cut, not SHAVED. YOU KNOW ITS PASTRAMI, SALAMI, CAPICOLA, TURKEY. PASTRAMI IS THR BEST WITH PROVALONE AND PEPPERICINI peppers. Tubs, yum. The Italian is a full meal with the best classic italian meats, nothing cheap about their Sandwichso, soups, or sandwiches-turned Into salad.

Came in with a large order of the family sandwiches and they were super helpful! Catering to picky eaters has never been easier. Bread was great! Reasonably priced.

Their service is so friendly and helpful...it was our first time in this establishment and the girls that were attending us were so friendly and accommodating to our liking!! They recommended the BBQ Chipotle chicken sandwich and it was awesome!! Loved it...going back to get another one...highly recommend this place for a good bite to eat!!

TOGO's is my personal favorite sandwich place. They consistently make the best subs you have ever had. Great service, clean store, and delicious food. If you have never given them a try, you are missing out!

i don’t usually go to togo’s but i’m very glad i did the other day. amazing costumer service. i don’t think i’ve ever been to a fast food restaurant where their employees are so patient and kind. the young lady who made my sandwich listened carefully to me and showed no sign of becoming irritated with me. thank you sammy, very nice young lady. definitely would come here again

Hands down best sandwiches in town. Forget subway or anywhere else. This is the place you want to go to get a sandwich. The pastrami down to the regular turkey and cheese you cannot be disappointed.

I picked one of the hottest days to go get my favorite Togos sandwich. Ran out of white bread but hopefully trying wheat bread might be a change. Staff friendly considering we are all wearing masks hard to understand each other.

I'm a Togo's lover, and the Hollister Togo's is one of the best. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. I like to customize my sandwich, and the sandwich makers are always patient and willing to make the changes. They're skilled at making small talk with the customers and are quick to make right any mistakes. Some of my favorite employees are Paul, Sammy, Morgan, and Camille. I know the sandwich is going to be good if they're making it. I also appreciate the professionalism at this store. Too often I see workers on cell phones when they should be working, but that is never the case here. Kudos to Hollister's Togo's. Keep up the good work! You'll always be my favorite sandwich shop! My one complaint, if you can call it that, is that they got rid of Mt. Dew as a fountain drink when they exchanged Pepsi products for Coke products.

Wonderful experience over all. Helpful note: If you're someone who takes 2 meals to finish a full sandwich, ask for the extras wrapped separately. That way, no soggy food.

Had the cheese steak sandwich overall it was pretty good although the bread was a little chewey.

Staff is lacking in customer service but they do make good sammiches so it's all good.

Sandwiches are usually on point and the customer service is usually great. Sometimes it's a little slow but overall I like going here. I like their wraps, pretty fresh!

Wait was fairly long, but the sandwich was really good and portions were oversize. Had a nice shaded outside patio that was comfortable. A little pricey, but what isn't nowadays.

I like this place only when you compare to subway's quality of the food. I don't really like that you can't see your options to put on your sandwich. You'd always have to know already what you want before ordering.

Their sandwiches are a bit pricey but definitely worth the money! I usually get a French Dip until I discovered the California Club! So good! Definitely one of my favorite sandwiche franchises!

Just your average fast food subs. Absolutely nothing special about this place. Wouldn't really recommend it.

Trying to pay as a group (6 of us) was a little awkward, but the food was good and we got what we ordered (eventually).

The food is good, price a bit high. 2- 6 inch meatball sandwiches $15+. My only concern is the crowd waiting inside. Not very easy to physically distance while waiting for your order.

The service is quick but the fact that I pay for added items and do not receive them is disappointing. My sandwich was just meat and bread. SERIOUSLY!

I was sure it had to be the salad because I didn't eat any else yesterday. I almost ended up in the ER. After missing my niece's birthday party I finally vomited the salad and felt better. I'm still at home recovering from what seems to be e coli symptoms. Just wondering if anyone else got sick recently? It won't stop me from going back for my #24, but I think it's gonna be a while.

I'm not here to knock Togo's, but I ordered the Farmer's Salad yesterday with doubl chicken and feta and got very ill a few hours later. I ordered a pastrami and I got a salami 🥪. I give it 1 star.

The restroom door swings outward, and as my daughter was exiting the store, a customer came out of the restroom and the door handle struck her in the hip. It caused bruising. This door should not swing outward, and if it has to to meet ADA, it needs to have some type of warning barrier. This is unacceptable.

This particular Togo's is terrible. I have tried both walk in and online services and both are pointless. The staff moves at their pace and ignores orders at times recieved. They don't even give you time to explain yourself without talking over you.

Last time I went here I ordered a specialty sandwich the clubhouse. The girl acted like she had never made one before and she was a long time employee. They didn't have the right kind of sauce for the sandwich and then to top it all off she forgot the bacon that comes on the sandwich

When she approached the 2 girls in the front one of them was name Sammy I believe a little bit on the heavy side and the other girl was Camille The customer asked for a refund because her chicken salad had no chicken and they forgot to put the dressing in .she explained to the Girls that she had driven 20 minutes back to that location to either get a refund or have them make the salad correctly. Both girls acted completely and appropriately by saying that there is no general manager on site and they are the only ones allowed to issue a refund. I was completely appalled and so was the customer. She demanded they call the general manager and issue of her a refund or At least reimburse or for the gas ride over. The girls repeatedly said there's nothing they could do and kind of laughed at the woman asking for a refund. So of course me being in the service industry for over 10 years in management I had to step in and point out to the girls that I ate recognize their bag behavior and they should really re evaluate the way that they are talking to this guest. Even snickering and laughing the customer of course got extremely irate with the girls very frustrated And made one of the girls cry but it was well deserved she should not have been combative in rude to the guest. The only reason I give it a 2 star is because the gentleman that was helping me make my sandwiches was very polite And helpful he even made small talk conversation as he was making the sandwiches which was very inviting. I definitely suggest the management team have a serious talk with Camille and Sammy about their bag behavior with this guy guest and possibly even send them back to training on how to treat customers with the service that they deserve as a paying customer

Horrible customer service. When asked if they had chocolate milk the team member's response was "well obviously not, can't you see the soda fountain?!" Extremely rude.

Usually a great place to eat ,but tonight 2 out of the 4 sandwiches were made wrong,bread was old and hard.

They messed up my sandwich twice and my son's. They do things very different at this togos.

I went into Togo's to order a family sized sandwich for my family after church. I asked the gal who was making my sandwich if I could do half & half. I wanted 1/2 of my sandwich with turkey and avocado....the other 1/2 with roast beef. She says "YES". After my sandwich was made. I was charged almost $35! I said why? You told my $24.99. she says "it's because of the roast beef!" Well duh, that's why I asked ahead of time before I even ordered my sandwich. I just paid & left! Very very unhappy & very dissatisfied.

I came from Salinas and the togos here in Hollister is absolutely disgusting! The veggies were soggy and the pepperoncini taste like medicine … my stomach hurt right after I finished the sandwich. To top it off they have a bunch of high schoolers who don’t know how to make a correct order because they messed mine up. Safe to say I’ll never be back here again

I have yet to have a sandwich made right in the last 2 years and I hardly go to Togos. New owner? New management? Once, the sandwich was like a wet sponge. The manager on duty agreed. The sandwich was replaced as it should have been. This is one example.

I was waiting for a curbisde order for a hour, and they were not picking up there phone when i was checking in. So when i asked about why is it taking so long even though my order was complete and left sitting there for so long, the employee had the nurve to say," why didnt i call" ,when they were not picking up.and ignoring my calls. DO NOT ORDER CURBISDE. They are unorganized when it comes to.that and the store was just a mess .

Horrible place they can’t get the order right. I asked for no tomatoes and they put tomatoes and I asked for extra Pepperoncinis and none. I call and the manager is rude. Lost a customer. The owner should really consider a new manager

I Love Broccoli Cheddar Soup and today after a long day and Being Sick with a cold My Husband picked up some soup for me at Hollister Togos and it looked like Lumpy Gravy the consistency was not soup at all!! Instead it was gross and looked crazy gross Lumpy Not even Soup like at all,..when I called & asked the manager Elisa for another she told me that she couldn't do it, That That's the way they came in.

Saturday at 8 they never picked up phone I did a doordash order they on purpose ignored the phone calls please coach staff to be professional they are getting paid!!! Where is the manager for goodness sakes

2 salads and 2 sandwich’s. Both salads were messed up and items were missing. Online order wasn’t ready or even started with an empty store. How hard is it to follow a list on a order tag? Never again.

Tried to call to complain, but they only had a recording that referred us to their website. Could not order in person either had to place order on kiosk. Very dispointed. Not sure I will ever go back.

Terrible. Place is run by kids with no clue. Call in orders is their priority. They ask you to order and pay at the kiosk. Ordered and paid at the kiosk. 20 minutes later we were still waiting. Order was lost. No apology. Unorganized chaos. There should be an adult here.
