I am a teacher and I placed an order for my Christmas party! The staff were great in making sure my order was right and delivered on time! The food was good and the children loved it! 🥰😊
I recently ordered Subway delivery for a training session with my students, and the experience was outstanding. The food arrived promptly and was fresh, neatly packaged, and exactly as ordered. The sandwiches were well-prepared, and the variety offered ensured that all dietary preferences were catered to, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The delivery service was efficient, with clear communication about the order status and arrival time. The students loved the meal, and it added to the success of the day. I highly recommend Subway delivery for any group event or training session!
Thank you Mr/Mrs owner this is best subway location I see . I travel most of all state but this is best one price are so cheap / compared to all fast food restaurants. 1. Family working inside was so cool and educated 2. Place was clean and neat food was so fresh specially fresh bread along with fresh meat from slicer. 3. I see google reviews I don’t think people tag reviews are true . If you can’t afford to eat do not comment. I see only subway chain provided coupons every month to survive in this food market.
Food always good. The workers here are always very nice to me. Sure, sometimes they are hard to understand but they are always patient with me and kind. I see a lot of people in these reviews complaining that they “forget an ingredient when you list it” but I think that’s just because they go too fast and expect the worker to have it memorized. We’re all just people and the workers at this subway are always really nice and trying!
Everything actually was very pleasant except for the outrageous price. 12 and 13 + dollars for 2 foot long sandwiches, one steak and one chicken.
When I walked in I was expecting the employees to wear their masks since they are working with food but they weren't. Both employees didn't even know how to add points to my subway card. They should be trained already on how to do this!
Every single time I order on the app, I not only request my sandwich to be toasted, but extra toasted. Not once, not twice, but three times in a row I have received a totally untoasted sandwich. I just don't think it's hard to read "toasted" on an order and then do it. I also asked for light vinaigrette, yet my sandwich was absolutely soaking wet. The people who work here don't seem to care too much about what they're doing.
Could not understand what I wanted. Bread was hard and steal lettuce brown. And my baby milk was spoiled.
Stale bread and they didn't package the extras that I paid for. I guess when they prompt you to tip them, you should check to see if they did their job and gave you everything, first. When you try to call, it says they're busy and tells you to call back later. Thanks for the great service! Not...
Went in here today and there was no line no waiting. Except the staff just minding their business as if I wasnt there. The girl who should have been taking my order took her time continued to clean. She never greeted me or looked at me past my entrance. Then another woman who appeared to speak their language comes in and gets greeted and asked what she needs why I am still standing there with no assistance. So I walked out. Horrible customer service will never go in there again. If you only want business from your friends and family just say that.
Ordered a 6” veggie patty combo with chips and a (missing) drink. Received a sandwich with just vegetables and sauce, very messy, no communication about missing items from the store. If they were missing the main component of the sandwich they could have and should have just cancelled the order from their end. Thanks for the $17 bag of chips I guess since that’s all that was worth eating. Can’t say that I will patronize this location again and I will do my due diligence to make sure than I don’t order from this location again.
Was very rude and did not listen when ordering. Got my order wrong and the said it was my fault and then was cussing me out in a different language. He needs to be retrained and need to learn how to listen and English better
I should have known something when it was lunchtime and almost no one was in there. They hide the meat. You can't see what they're putting on the sandwich. Then they move your sandwich to the vegetables where you are blessed with the sight of your sandwich... BUT beware, they know how to hold it so you can't see the shortage of meat. The day I was in there, the lettuce was starting to turn brown. I haven't been to Subway in a while and after visiting this store it's going to be a loooong time before my next visit. The tuna was awful tasting. I ended up throwing the sandwich away. Did I mention the people working the day I was in there barely spoke English? I had to repeat myself and ask them for clarification on more than one occasion. I guess this is a ploy to distract from the horrid ingredients. Stay away if you can find anything else to eat. Your wallet and your stomach will thank you.
The meat portions were very small. I barely tasted the meat on the sandwich. Then he charged me for a higher priced sandwich that I didn’t order and when I called to make a complaint, nothing was done. I see from the reviews this is their practice to over charge and to skimp on orders. I’ve been to several subway restaurants and this is the worst one by far. Avoid at all cost!!
Clean location, but you have to watch every entry at register. The cashier entered a more expensive sub and then got frustrated when I asked him to correct it. I then asked for a cup of water and he attempted to ring up a bottle of water. Finally, when I went to scan my card, it automatically added a tip. Overall, they attempted to increase the price at every turn. Based on the owners defensive reply below, it looks like the problem may start at the top.
I have visited this store twice, both times, no one greeted me, I ordered my food, went to pay, the lady was on the phone the entire time. I asked her can I get my cup for my drink she pointed at the dispenser...Handed me my pizza and I left. The second time, again, no one spoke, fixed my pizza, went down to the register the guy did not give me my total, instead, he pointed at the screen, he did not put my pizza and chips in a bag handed me my receipt and I left. Out of the 5 people in the building no one greeted me or thanked me, basically I was even acknowledged to a certain extent. I will give them one more chance but 3 strikes and you are out!
They got my order wrong first off, not only that but while waiting I see a guy who had ordered a cookie. The person giving them the cookie drops half the cookie and proceeds to try and put it in the bag. The man of course says to throw the half dropped away, without getting another one. Lastly I had ordered expecting it to be sanitary but I couldn’t even find the health review on any window or inside.
Food was ice cold despite being ordered toasted, fifteen minutes of our twenty minute wait for our food was spent watching the sandwich artist hang idly by the register, and when asked why our veggie sandwich didn’t have the veggie patty, the employee simply shrugged and said they were out. That’s cool, that’s understandable, but it would have been nice to be notified ahead of time. When asked if we could just be charged for the veggie delight instead, the employee again shrugged us away. Nine times out of ten I’m not a complainer. I’ve spent a lot of time working in restaurants, I get it, and I know Subway in particular is a horrible company to work for and the management at these places will straight up leave their employees hanging, but come on man. I’m just asking for some communication.
Be prepared to repeat yourself many times and to check what you order because they forget to give some of your food or the correct order. They even have forgotten to give me my cookies multiple times. Some times i was able to go back and get them but some times it was just too late. Also be prepared to deal with many people when you call because they will pass the phone off to each other multiple times. Pretty much because the other employee does not want to deal with it. Good location for a subways but the people barely know what to do inside. I have given this location a chance over the past few years. Probably the last time for sure.
The service was horrible! The server was rude and wasn't the kindest person. He rolled his eyes at us, muttered under his breath and then shook his head at us. If we did have plans for a picnic at the zoo, we would have left...
