These best you can get!! They are family owned owner works.there.all day. Pizza is the best anywhere. Crust is perfect they have thier own garlic sauce that is to die for. Thier pizza sause is awsome. Thier is no better Pilly Steak outside Pilly. All the rest of their subs are great to. They make thier own sub rolls pizza crust too. Its great. I've watched them. The own his son and daughter all work there the three of them can turn out a rush that takes 6-9 people at Mark's. Most try. WARNING IS ADDICTIVE IT SO GOOD!!

Delicious and consistent! Open daily and love the delivery option for last minute dinner savers. We love the pink sauce mix on pizzas with either classic pepperoni or a bacon/pineapple mix. The hat trick wings are great!! I usually just go do medium buffalo but I think the hat trick has a wonderful peppery kick and it holds to the wings even better and keeps them crispy longer for pickup and delivery!! The bomber sub is like a philly and delicious leftover as well. Mozzarella sticks are always hot and fresh too! We also enjoy the top shelf plate with the chicken tender and tot combo. Their meat sauce has a delicious kick and goes great on anything! Top Shelf is weekly staple!

I ordered a large pizza and a salad for delivery. It took a bit, but that was expected, so I ordered early. Delivery was on estimated time. Pizza was better than expected. I don't eat a lot of pizza, but wanted to feed staff. So I was very happy. Thank you.

When we order food it is a lot of food because we have a very large family. This place is great! Whenever we are in the area we order at least once. The portions are fair-sized(larger) and the food (so far) has been very good. I definitely recommend.

Love their wing sauce. Wings cooked perfectly. The whole crew there is excellent. The cost was high because I bought enough for dinner and lunch the next day.

When i say this is the best pizza i habe ever had, i mean it!!!! The large roni pizza is about 4$ more expensive then other places but i promise its for a reason. It is truely TOP SHELF. i drive 40 min out to pick up this pizza and will continue to do so. Anyone who gives a bad review truely must have went during training or an off day. But i personally have NEVER had a bad experience.

Food was delivered fish fry was large, hot and crispy but French fries were cold and soggy. Food is great 99.9% of the times I have ordered. Staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Had the seafood platter. Very yummy. It was delivered hot. Shrimp was tender. Clam strips werent rubbery. Fish was also very tasty. Staff pleasant and couteous. I recommend Top Shelf highly.

You guys are great! I've ordered from from the "other" delivery place in town and waited 2 hours for raw meat. You guys have great food and usually deliver before the time given.

Had their fish fry with onion rings and it was amazing. The rings fried to the point where the onion doesn't pull apart from the breading. And the fish tasted amazing. Great choice

Obviously, some changes have been made since I last wrote a review (below) of Top Shelf Pizza. I recently gave them another chance, and the pizza was fantastic, the service was prompt and cheerful, and they have won me back as a regular customer....From my 2 star review of 2023: Top Shelf has been a staple for us for two years. Recently, their pizza has gone WAY downhill. The pizza dough seems different and less flavorful. The dough is too thin in the middle, too thick on the outside. The toppings look like they were thrown by the handful in the middle, contributing to a soggy center, and pieces that can't be picked up and eaten. We kept trying over the last few months, but in my book, this means three strikes, and you're out.

Food good, pricing good. Had to call 2x, someone picked up phone and hung it up. When I picked up, a worker was just standing in front of the counter blocking the table with napkins, etc. Place needs a little update, so does the parking lot (drive carefully).

Solid. Value. Consistent. I like grabbing a sub or wings from once or twice a month. The food is always consistent and lots of it. I’m never disappointed. I usually order it to pick up and it’s about 25-40 minutes. Food is hot. The girls check you out quick. The taste is way above average. I attached a recent menu because they don’t have a huge online presence. Probably because they stay busy even without it. $11 for a large steak bomber.

Stopped by here passing by with friends after a hike. I'm a manager at a pizzeria in Rochester and consume a lot of pizza. With that said this might be the best slices of pizza I've ever ordered from any pizzeria. The chicken bacon ranch and cheese slices I got were absolutely amazing. I will definitely be stopping here whenever I'm in the area.

It's very good depending on who is working there apparently. The employees are generally rude. When they make a mistake, don't bother calling to complain because they never do anything to fix it. No apologies, no refund, no credit.

Usually pretty good, but tonight was bad. 1 hour delivery time turned into an hour and 45 minutes. Pizza was cold. Wings were overcooked and very dry. When I called to find out where delivery was, person answering didn't have a clue. We work hard for our money and this $30.00 was a waste.

Usually very pleased with Top shelf however we have been calling for an hour straight and it's still busy. We are long time customers and now going to a different business to get our Friday orders.. Did somebody conveniently forget to hang up the phone? Not great on a Friday night!

They used to make a great pizza. Ordered one last week. The sausage was thrown only in the middle of it, not spread all over and the crust was over 2 inches long and dry. Pizza was cold and I was there in 35 minutes like I was told. Very disappointed for the price. Won't be going back there again.

I moved to Honeoye about 1 year ago so my family and I are new to this area ( from Rochester ) . Love the area and understand restaurant options may be limited. Having 2 pizza places in town this is the better of the 2 and want to support a family owned business . Ive ordered here a handful of times and usually order delivery. ..SERVICE is poor at least over the phone . Unsure if its all the background noise or if they are unable to get an order right 100% .If you do have to call after you will be passed around to numerous people to express your concern.Its frustrating .With that being said its convenient for the locals. If you want better pizza and wings for about the price drive half hour or so out of town.

There food is delicious, if they hear what you order... ordered 2 sets of 12 wings different sauces and they apparently did not hear my first set of wings I ordered, so when I got my food and called back asking if they could get me the 12 wings they missed they said they could not deliver to me unless my order was at least 10 dollars... so I had to spend an extra 2 dollars on Arnold Palmers in order to get the wings that should have been on the first bill... I will probably order from them again though... only other choice in this town is marks...

I hate to complain and I understand it was New Year’s Eve and very, very busy, but, when you’re using the fryers with that kind of intensity, I think you should be having the employees change the oil more often. My wings had a very greasy nasty flavor to them, which has never happened to me before at Top Shelf.

Their food is great and the menu is great, but their customer service leaves something to be desired. I ordered a cheeseburger plate, and they gave me a hamburger plate. When I got home, I didn't think it was worth going back for a couple pieces of cheese. I called expecting to at least get credit for the extra amount I payed for the cheese, but they wouldn't do anything unless I came back and got a new one. I placed an order for delivery, and called an hour and a half later when they hadn't shown up yet. They came half an hour later, and charged full price despite the fact that I had waited two hours for my order to arrive (and I live a mile away from the store). Also, the girl who typically answers the phone is rather rude. However, like I mentioned previously, their food is very good so I continue to order from them. This would be a five star review if their customer service was better.

The food was tolerable taste wise, but there was a short black hair in my sub.

Pizza is not great. Almost always have a mistake on every order. Wings are dry and tough. Called asked for wings well done extra saucy. Got there to pick up order and there were basically no sauce on them. When I went in and asked for a few cups of sauce the demanded the charge me for the sauce. Which normally there would be no issue but I already asked for extra and am presuming I already paid for it but they did not offer or provide an itemized receipt. I will never again eat at top shelf due to pour and rude customer service and meh food which is over priced.

Unfriendly staff,liked the pizza ( although not much to compare to in town). Customer service and care lacking! Last experience, pizza not cooked, delivery late,called manager asked for a credit.Was told not their policy to give credit. Said he would cook another pizza and it would take 45 minutes. It was later in evening and I said it was too late. Wouldn't budge,so they lost a customer and I let other people know about my experience. We just moved to the area and loved Top Shelf. Unfortunately for the second time in a row tonight our pizza showed up cold and rubbery. The manager would not refund us so we are never ordering from Top Shelf again. Awful service.

Terrible pizza. Crust is flavorless, it needs salt or something. I always eat my crust but threw this out. The cheese was so thick you choked on it and was a terrible flavor. The sauce was so minimal that you couldn't taste it. We ended up throwing away 2 pizzas.

I was passing thru this town and thought this was a credible pizza place. Rather it being worse than than a arcade pizza not friendly staff and messed up my order. The crust was as big their sub I would have rather had a frozen pizza Would not recommend.

Ordered based on the menu and prices posted. When I was over charged and questioned it I was told oh a customer must have posted it. Are you kidding me??? It's the menu phamlet from Top Shelf Pizza. Bad enough they would not honor the advertised prices, but the food was disgusting, definitely not worth the cost. The chicken wings are so dried out the skin is cracking. There is zero sauce on them or in the container. The fried mushrooms are all breading, the actual mushrooms are the size of my thumb nail. And the Jalapeno poppers were all breading and cheese, very little actual pepper. Disgusting. Definitely will go elsewhere next time. I don't like false advertising and disgusting food. Not to mention poor customer service.

Ordered for the 1st time today. Med with thin crust & 2 toppings. The flavor was good with plenty of all toppings. However, it seems that to make a "thin" crust they just pulled all the dough out to the sides, leaving an uncooked, very soft center - it just flopped & hung down when picked up - and lots of extra dough around the edge. Then they slid the hot, medium pizza into a small box - sliding the toppings all to one side & folding one side over on itself. I thought the box looked too small for a medium and I guess I really should have looked before leaving. When my husband went to take a slice out of the box, it just slid off the crust and onto the other pieces. He wouldn't eat it. I won't order pizza there again.

I ordered 2 pizzas one with just pepperoni and one with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms, and asked for it to be well done. I got these pizzas delivered atb6pm on a wendsday, not exactly a busy day. I had company over (3 teenagers) and my family. Both pizzas had raw dough still. No body ate more then one slice due to it being gross. The next day I tried to call the manager and was told that he was not in. I told the people quick what happened and gave them my information. Noone ever called me back. So I called again on Friday and was told by the manager that there was nothing that he would for me because I did not call that night. I had company over and by this point is was 6:30 and it would have been 7:30 by the time I got new pizzas. That would have not helped anything. All I asked for was half my money back (25$) and I would bring him the pizza back to see. Once again he said that there was nothing he would due because I did not call that night. I feel like what I was asking was not that much, after all I paid 56$ including tip on pizza that even teens would not eat. I have bought pizza there before and it was raw then also. Thats why I wanted it well done. I will never go back here again!!!! Papa Joe's pizza is WAY better.

Delivery person was very late delivering our pizza and 2 dozen wings. They did not have change. We had to give the deliverer an 8 dollar tip. Also, the pizza and the wings were cold and we could not get a discount on our cold meal or future discount. Apparently its "against their policy"!!! Sorry Top Shelf, but you just lost a customer.
