Been coming since I was a little kid an they have not disappointed me once. The employees are very nice. An will let you out with a smile everytime.

The atmosphere isn't great- but I've got to say, I had the BEST wings ever- the Luigi's style. They were absolutely delicious- if I keep giving in to comfort food cravings, I'm in trouble!! When we're out of isolation, they should spruce the place and patio up! The food's already very good.

I'm a Captain in the Naples fire department, while grabbing lunch I was toned out for a 2 car MVA, I told staff I was going to have to run, they said to stop back after the call and they'd "take care of it" when I stopped back they gave me a couple slices and a drink to replace what I had to toss and told me to enjoy it saying "anything for a firefighter". Top notch customer service and friendly staff!!!

Everything about them is awesome. The staff is courteous, prompt, friendly and honest. The food is delicious, fresh, filling and home-like. The place is open late. If you are driving thru Naples, this place is a must go.

The pizza Is a great to say the least, with that homemade thick and crunchy crust and that incredibale sweet marinara sauce with feelshy grated mozzerela cheese scattered a crossed the top. But the pizza isn't even the best part.I have never been to a more friendly, caring, and hard working place like this and for such a cheap price. Are server for one was insanely quick and helpful, she brought our pizza out just 5 minutes after we ordered it and even gave us a cup of water for my friends dog we had with us and second and most important, my friends dog was trying to eat bees for some reason but anyways she got stung by a bee of course and the server ran out Ready to do anything she could to help us out, even moving all our stuff so that the dogs wouldn't be near the bees nest. About 5 minutes later she came out and said that "her brother would be right down with benadrill" and we we're so shocked and impressed that a server would go to that Existent to make a customer happy and feel like family. this place is excellent and I will be returning very soon

Great little pizza shop. Each person is made to feel like their welcome and orders are made while you wait. Like something added or left off your sub . . . no problem. I visit this shop often.

Food is always spot on. And only one time I came in for a pick up and I had to wait a measly 3 extra minutes, they offered us two free bottles of soda. Impeccable service, excellent food. Worth 5 stars.

Stopped in today for lunch both people working at the pizzeria and Doner side were accommodating for a cheese slice of pizza for the little ones and the game room. Food was excellent the burger was perfect and fried dough was excellent ! Sarah , Carleigh and Caleb

Quaint little pizza shop right in the heart of beautiful Naples. Perfect spot to grab a quick dinner for the family, or a bite to eat before going off and exploring wine country and all that Naples has to offer! All served with the loving care that you grow accustomed to in this little town, and even a few arcade games to hold the young ones over while you take a breath.

We have been regulars here for over 3 years now. The fresh bed and subs are great. We love the sweet and sour wings. They are great over rice. My boys love the calzones. Don’t forget to check out all the grill items. Really like the owners. One of the few places that will deliver in these questionable times.

It's been a few years since I've visited the very popular Luigi's - when I next vacation here, Luigi's is at the top of my go-to-eat list..! Had lunch here - I had a fried eggplant sub and was it ever delicious~! My aunt and my sister's in-laws are Italian and I can tell you Luigi's serves authentic Italian food. The place smells heavenly, is reminiscent of a fast-paced New York Deli with the friendly staff on their toes to prepare and serve your dish. Eat inside or al fresco. They don't take reservations, so be prepared to wait - it is SO worth it~!

Ordered a couple pizzas and wings and it was all so good. The chicken wing pizza could use more sauce (but that’s me being greedy bc the sauce is my favorite part, now I just know to ask for extra next time.) It didn’t really matter though bc the crust was so good; I’m not a huge fan of pizza bc I’m boujie about the quality of the dough but it was so good the amount of sauce didn’t even matter, it was scrumptious and hit the spot. My only critique to y’all would be getting online ordering set up bc I’m not a fan of being on the phone and I know answering it takes up more of y’alls time. But the person who answered my call was so nice and patient which helped relieve my phone call anxiety. When I picked the order up the guys working were so nice, the one that had made the pizzas offered to carry them out to my car, told him I was ok but he insisted on at least walking over to open the door for me. Customer service 100/10.

This place is the real deal! The wings are delicious and cooked perfectly. They have Buffalo style and their own house style. I ordered the hot Luigi style accidentally and they were amazing! The pizza crust is slightly sweet with that perfect balance of crunch on the outside and a soft chewy center. I normally think plain cheese pizza is “meh,” but their’s is amazing. Can’t wait to try other combos. The item that takes Luigi’s over the top is the subs. They bake their own bread for the rolls. When I tell you that their rolls are like loaves of Italian bread I’m not kidding! It is some of the best Italian bread you’ve had, and the inside is packed with really high quality and fresh meats, cheeses, and other ingredients. The large subs are massive—most people will do just fine with the small! We just moved to Naples and ate at Luigi’s Diner twice (because we couldn’t find the kitchen because of all the boxes! Haha). We’ll be regulars—and anyone visiting us here will be making a stop there! The place’s decor js your basic Western New York pizza place. Do not pass Luigi’s by! It is on Main St (State Route 21) and parking is easy.

What a great little spot! We are visiting Naples from out of state for a wedding and the staff at this place was so friendly and welcoming. We didn't try any pizza but got some chicken tenders and fries and they were hot, crispy without being greasy, and very tasty. They were kind enough to give us great details on local recommendations for breakfast the next morning too!

Thanks for letting, two wet Bristol Hills Trail hikers dine in. Yes, we were hungry, but the food was amazing. The wings were cooked perfectly and not slimly like some reviews. And the pizza was done perfectly. The meat and veggies, were fresh. And the crust was not burnt and had good flavor.

We had a rehearsal party at Cummings Nature preserve, and Luigi’s’s delivered the food. Wendy took my Oder prior and it was an easy process. The food was great- everything was hot, and good. The delivery person was also very friendly and helpful! Wonderful experience- not living in the area!! I would highly recommend!!

Very nice environment. The perfect mom and pop shop found in the cute and unique town of Naples. The pizza is great. I recommend the chicken wing pizza as they dont use blue cheese for a sauce (not my thing for sauce). The slice pizza is tasty as well along with all other menu items.

Decided to venture out to little old Naples for somewhere different to go for lunch. We were not disappointed to say the least! I've heard great things about this spot so decided to give it a go. The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful! We weren't sure what to order for appetizers but the woman at the counter and the man cooking gave us some excellent recommendations and we were not disappointed! The deep fried cheese curds and Luigi wings are amazing! We got a ton of food and when we were told the total I was shocked. Almost thought they forgot to add something because it was far less than expected! If you're looking for a cozy little place to grab a good bite, I highly reccomend Luigi's!

Luigis is the definition of treat you like family! Great food, and excellent service!! You may experience a wait on busy days but that doesn't reflect badly on their service and food and is well worth the wait. Great prices and an all around amazing place. Supports the local school and ALWAYS makes the communities children feel safe and happy!

This place is a gem nestled on Main St. in Naples. Been going here for quite some time, many years. Food is very good, always consistent and reasonably priced. Quick service. Avoid popular times, parking can be an issue especially at lunch hour, they do draw a crowd on nicer days.

Nice little pizza place, been eating here since I was a kid, pizza is delicious and so are subs and everything else I've had. Staff is friendly and food is ready quickly. It's wheelchair accessible via a ramp outdoors and another small one indoor, but the arcade and bathroom are down a step.

Went disc golfing at the park up the road, was feeling a little hungry. Got a meat lovers and some garlic bread. Waited maybe 15minutes for the garlic bread and pizza was out to the table 10 minutes later. Greatly satisfied with the food and service. Will be stopping again.

We tried Luigi's for the first time today and wow, it was phenomenal! I loved the small-town pizza shop vibe. We got a couple slices of pepperoni pizza and it was excellent. We also got a small chicken finger sub and it was anything but small! It was massive! The bread is made in-house and was amazing - and the sub was packed with ingredients. I can't wait to try more items on the menu. Perhaps the best part was the hospitality we received from the owners. They were so welcoming and kind. I let them know it was our first time and they gave us a little overview of the menu. I give Luigi's a 10/10 and will definitely be back soon.

We were looking to have dinner delivered. Luigi's was the best looking on Google. I'm so glad we made the call to chat about getting delivery. The Hawaiian pizza, with red sauce instead of the normal white, was really good. The crust was on the thinner side and cooked perfectly. We also ordered chicken fingers and a salad as well, they were good as well.

Nice little pizza shop, solid menu, we ordered a calzone. It was good, generous portions of filling ingredients and overall good taste. Sauce, on the side, was tasty, too. Had the large - easily fed 2 of us. The crust was a little burnt, but it had a good overall flavor and did the job. I appreciate the game room area too!

We were drinking beers and playing battle ship at Naples Brewing Company and decided to order a pizza from Luigi's, conveniently located across the street. The service was great, and they were willing to bring the pizza right to us at the brewery. We ordered a white garlic based small pizza with broccoli, ricotta and roasted red peppers...what a treat. Would 100% nibble up there again

The pizza was pretty good. Thick crust, but light. Service was very cordial and prompt. I own a restaurant and I hate when people write stupid reviews. Like the guy who reviewed this place saying he tried the pizza "several times" and it wasn't good. That statement is brilliant. A true conesiour of fine dining I'm sure.

Wings are phenomenal. Good sized and the sauce tastes great. Pizza is good. Your get your toppings in good portion. Interior feels open, plenty of seating.

Stumbled across this place while out for a drive. Red and white checker table cloth type of place. Baked Ziti was very good. You will never be able to finish it. 2 big pcs of garlic bread and a salad come on the side. I'll stop back in again next time I'm in the area

Really nice and friendly staff eager to help with anything you need! The guy that filled our order was really nice and didn't rush us even though they were busy! Good price for 2 slices and fountain drink! Pizza was slightly greasy, but tasted so good! Outside seating is nice. Basics were fine, but the floors and walls were visibly dirty. Bathroom was dusty and there were little spiders in it. Just looked like it hadn't been attended to in awhile. Would mostly recommend for take out!

I 100% recommend the Garlic Parm Buffalo Style Wings. Made perfectly every time. Nice crisp, generous garlic and cheese. Might be the best Garlic Parm wings I've had. Pizza is decent, and good subs.

We stayed at a nearby VRBO. The second night here we ordered a pizza, salad, wings and fountain drink. Returned the night before we left and ordered a calazone to go. Everything we had was fresh, hot and delicious. Staff was friendly and made sure we were satisfied. Prices were good. Yes, the place is dated, but excellent meal and service one would expect from a home-town pizza place. Will return on our next trip to the finger lakes. Thank you.

Good place to park while I am at my dentist! Dentist is great! Never ate Luigi's! Must be good though considering how long they have their.

Something has changed at Luigi's. Still excellent service but the food is not as good. I thought it was a fluke the last time . I was embarrassed my guests ate a sheet pizza that tasted like 7/11 pizza. So tonight I ordered our family regular but once again the pizza is not like it use to be & neither were the wings. Disappointed seeing I drive farther for Luigi's because it was a family favorite.

Place was dirty needs a good scrubbing wings were terrible (2) orders we threw them out after eating a couple pizzas we’re just ok!! My advice stay away!!!!

Ordered Fish fries at 5:39 to be delivered to my home in the village. It's currently 8:07 and we're still waiting for our food. Should have just gone to pick it up. Really looking forward to the cold, wet and bloaty food now.

Ok for local pizza. Better options exist, but it hits the spot in a pinch. Slices are on the small side. Usually under a heat lamp for a while. Good ranch.

Wings were gross, (slimy) pizza is similar to Domino's. Service was friendly, our group wanted to like it but was very disappointed.

The takeout food (steak'um sub) was not to my liking, ordering was difficult, they were out of a lot of things and the employee was confused and focused more on get Co workers than the customers, and the wait was more than 30 minutes for a couple hot subs with hardly anyone else there to eat or order takeout. And I found the premises not at all a comfortable place to wait.

They took money out of my account they where not sapost too now I have to wait days to call my bank to get it dropped not happy taking a 11.00 charge with out permission

Ordered 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks told them we wanted the pizzas cooked longer we ended up with under cooked pizzas and the Hawaiian pizza that is supposed to have garlic sauce had red sauce. The mozzarella sticks were over cooked and empty

I grew up eating at Luigi every Friday night for 15 years of my life. This place is NOTHING compared to how Dominic ran this amazing establishment. I am absolutely appauled and sad to bring my family here. This place was disgustingly dirty, the bathroom I have no words, the kitchen...I was afraid to feed this food to my kids. I have no words.....

The all you can eat pizza night is always out of pizza and they take forever to refill the pizza. It seems like they try and make you leave before you get all you can eat.

You know the saying: " There's no such thing as bad pizza "? This place says "Challenge accepted." Long wait time for a pizza, frozen dough and the sauce taste like tepid tomato soup. If you like bad pizza, this is the place. Make sure you order extra cheese because they are very light with it. Very dirty inside! They need to shut down for a few days and do a deep cleaning. 3 hours after eating and 4 of us had stomach issues from the pizzas.

This is the last time we will order from here(not sure if it makes a dif but it's usually during the week an after 6:30pm). We've asked repeatedly not to put mayo on my sub because of a severe allergic reaction to it. Well I fig after the 5th time they wouldn't do it even after a reminder. Well I had to use my epi-pen to say the least! Also I ordered 3 orders of fried dough. That tastes like it was fried in onion ring oil/grease it's terrible. I really hope that someone with a severe allergy dont have to go through what I did tonight because of there negligence!

We ordered the #4 Large pizza 2 dozen wings also cheese curds fried mushrooms and cauliflower on Sunday. We were charged twice once for nearly $100 then for nearly $65 they said when contacted Monday the sale of $100 had been voided yet here we are on Wednesday afternoon and the funds still have not been returned to my account. Not to mention the food wasn't that great.

Went for the first time in almost ten years. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Five mins later the next customer ordered a pepperoni pizza. 20 mins later they got their food before us. Our pizza was nothing like it used to be, and the crust was completely burnt. Air hockey was cool, but not that cool. Try again Luigi :(

We ordered a large pie and a large calzone at 547pm I was told it would take 1 hour to 1 hr and 15 min… almost 2 hours later they finally got here! Their pizza looks like Pizza Hut pizza and Pizza Hut is way better tasting ! Their calzone was almost burnt on the top and we had to take the whole top off to eat it! $37 right in the trash!
