Cute and quaint coffee shop with such good vibes and a unique feel. I really appreciated the little touches like their logo to go cups, which made it feel more personal. Service took a bit since only one person was working, but the matcha was delicious and the medium roast coffee was fantastic. Definitely a spot worth stopping at!

Parking available in the back and on the street. Small menu with weekly special drinks. Prices are fair and reasonable. Their scones are fresh. I had their vegan blueberry scone and was very sad for it to be finished. Every bite was great. Will definitely return to also purchase their crystals and gems that are available throughout the cafe. Seating is available outside amongst the jasmines.

Passed through Hopland on a road trip and STEEP was conveniently right of the road. We parked and could smell the coffee a few buildings down. Our barista was friendly and welcoming. Super charming atmosphere and coffee was AMAZING! I got the Vanilla Latte with an extra shot.👌Perfection! So glad we made the last minute decision to stop!

this place has the best coffee north of San Francisco for a while... truly I drive back and forth up the 101 and into the backwoods and I make a point of buying coffee on the way and extra so I have it on my way home in case every place is closed.....They have a very beautiful environment full of crystals and wildcrafted sage bundles as smudge sticks that you can purchase they always have a little something special that's been imported or printed up a new t-shirt. They have a great iced tea and used to have tamales though on hold I believe because of pandemic. Squeaky clean including an outdoor area you could have a sit down for a moment Last time I was there I met some cyclists who had been traveling through the Trinity Alps

First of all this is the most beautiful coffee shop I've ever been to. Coffee was delicious, the barista was so sweet. I bought a crystal & hoodie that is SO soft (eco-conscious organic cotton) will definitely be stopping here on my way back through the area🥰

I'm an old man. It don't take much to make me happy. A fine cup of joe, maybe a home made pastry. This morning's visit to STEEP fit the bill and then some on both fronts. Not since my last visit to Paris have I had a finer cup. Ok, I'm a bit baked but it was close enough for jazz. Go. Enjoy yourself.

I was visiting Hopland for a meeting. Visited STEEP for a latte. It's pretty basic. Which is just fine. Place is nicely organized. Service was quick. Good coffee and tea options along with some baked goods. My vanilla latte was excellent. All in all, very good!

The staff here is always kind and welcoming. The inside of the shop has many interesting things to look at and for sale. There are a lot of plants, which makes it even more pleasant. The bathroom is clean. Aside from the road noise (which cannot be helped) there is plenty of nice seating outside. I always stop here for something when passing through Hopland and have never regretted it.

Came here got their honey latte and they're flourless chocolate cake cookie thing and I'll have to say it was one of the best I've ever had as far as the latte and the cake go. The cake has a crunchy inside that is also moist and dense with chocolate.

This is a very nice store with very nice crystals… I’ve seen many crystal shops, but most don’t care about the quality of their stuff like these guys obviously do. And on top of that, they had a gluten-free blueberry scone that was kind of a revelation. I find that all the other gluten-free scones I tasted around Sonoma County are actually scone shaped muffins or cakes. But these guys not only got the gluten-free scone flavor down, but it’s actually got old fashioned scone texture, and it’s extremely good. And the oatmeal hot chocolate was also great. I bought a beautiful crystal.

Absolutely LOVE the coffee here! Stopped in on the way to and from Ukiah, had the Matcha Latte and Carmel Latte. The Matcha Latte is perfectly balanced and the Carmel Latte hit the spot! I love that the Carmel Latte wasn't too sweet, it was exactly what I needed on the drive home! Also got the Almond Tea Cake, it was delicious and perfectly paired with my latte, not too sweet either! Highly recommend, especially if you're passing through

Person working there not very welcoming or friendly. We like to support small businesses but it would be nice if people displayed an interest in where people are coming from. Came all the way from Indiana. Nobody else in shop. She didn't ask anything just said dont film.. Coffee was a little weak.

Maybe there espresso drinks are good, but do NOT order the cold brew. Ordered the special maple cold brew drink which was supposed to come with maple cold foam, and was charged $10 for it. We were confused when we got the drink because it didn’t have any cold foam on top but when we asked the barista she said the bit of what looked like half and half on top was the cold foam and it just looked like that because they had made the cold foam that morning? The cold brew itself was overly sweet and very acidic, for me it was not drinkable and a waste of $10.

Poor customer service. An incorrect drink was made. The employee wanted to charge me for a replacement without an apology or possibility that it could've been her mishearing my order. Kind of surprising and disappointing. Won't be stopping there again.
