The food was so good — I absolutely loved the house Cajun butter sauce! The service was excellent as well. Our waitress was kind, fast, and very attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly. The food came out quickly, and everything tasted great. Definitely a wonderful experience overall! We ate everything lol
The music is such a vibe ! I love the atmosphere! The waitress was attentive and I I’m super excited to be here during crawfish season. The deals are also really affordable!!Stop by, you won’t regret it.
Service was excellent food was even better definitely will come back again might be twice this week I recommend anyone to co.e here if your a seafood lover!
The food is absolutely delicious and the service is amazing! They treat you so well and are genuinely kind people. Highly recommend this place.
We have been here for several times and have really enjoyed their food. Strongly recommend if you haven’t tried. Very traditional Chinese BBQ.
Several dining options here including AYCE! They have combo meal specials on their blackboard written in chalk. These include a variety of shellfish, crawfish (when in season), and different types of crab and crab legs. The AYCE option is currently $45 per person and the main draws are crawfish (currently frozen since it's not in season but hopefully fresh when in season) and blue crabs (in season as of this review). Other seafood items in the AYCE option include shrimp (head on or off), squid, mussels, and frozen clams. You can also throw in things like corn, sausage, turkey neck, and potatoes into your seafood mix. Flavors are pretty good and on par with most other Asian Cajun seafood spots. Our favorite is the House Cajun but don't sleep on the 13 Chinese herbs and spices. Heat level can be adjusted but if you're afraid of spice you can ask for level 0, which is less than mild. Also included in the AYCE are appetizers like fries, onion rings, fried fish balls, hush puppies, and a small fruit and snack bar. Canned sodas also included! Overall pretty decent value for the price. We'll definitely be back for more when the shellfish craving hits!
Amazing place, good prices! They had all you can eat $45 per person time limit 120 min ! Kids under 3 eat free ! Minton was great server and so attentive !
They food was great! We got the all you can eat special. In our bowl was blue crap, shrimp, turkey neck( that was really good), shrimp balls and potatoes! The house Cajun is the way to go!
My favorite place in Houston for seafood boil. The sauce is very flavorful and their combos are a very good value. Highly recommend and will keep coming back.
This crab seafood boil spot is a hidden gem! Prices are super reasonable for the quality and portions. I loved that they have a tablet at the table with pictures of everything it makes ordering so much easier on top of the laminated menu. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and the place was spotless. Big bonus: they stay open late, which is perfect for late-night cravings. Definitely coming back!
I’m obsessed with this place! The workers are so attentive and so nice! The food was AMAZING We got the crawfish combo & it’s not even crawfish season! It was delicious 🤤 Great atmosphere Will definitely be back! Daniel and Jacob were absolutely amazing! Ask for them!
Awesome food, quick service, quality music the only was the bathroom wasn’t the best other than that it was fantastic!!
Abril was very great and her customer service was excellent thanks Abril so much keep up the good work 45 dollars all you can eat veaw
The foot was phenomenal, flavor and everything. Customer service was great. They keep it pretty clean. Only thing you gotta keep in mind is that there's no waste. They charge $12 per pound for any seafood that you leave. However, you can take it with you. Once you pay
The service was amazing, and the food was outstanding. The service was perfect. I will be back in the future. Thank you!
Good food. Nice service. The portion is quite decent. Highly recommend.
Love this place so much! The best seafood! Pricey but delicious.
I love this place everyone I come here it an amazing experience and the food is really amazing 10/10 would recommend
Incredible value for money and huge bowl of seafood veggies and sausage which was more than enough for 5 people!!!
Amazing restaurant with great vibes! Absolutely recommend for you and your friends! Definitely try the Cajun fries!
The food was good! It didn't take a long time to come out, and it was hot and fresh!
Very tasty! I ordered a pound of snow crab and added a sausage and a corn with the house cajun style and medium spicy. Food came out pretty fast. And it was delicious. They provide you plastic gloves and bib so you don't get your clothes dirty. I didn't do the all you can eat(AYCE) today because they don't have snow crab in AYCE, but I can't wait to try it next time!
We had a good time here. If you want a late seafood night, great place to go. I forgot how good Asian venues can be with their seafood, it’s just as popping as the southern seafood spots. Service was friendly. Never thought I’d get to enjoy a soju with a seafood platter!
Such good seafood! Order the combo B (2 clusters snow crab, 1lb head on shrimp, 1lb black mussels, 2 eggs, 2 potatoes, 2 corn, 2 sausage) lvl 3 spice (about a lvl 5 but we enjoyed!!) highly recommend for your go to seafood boil needs! Justin was our server, very kind and respectful!
"Gao’s Crab is an absolute gem! The Snow Crab combo seafood boil is a real treat—overflowing with shrimp, mussels, clams, and a bounty of sides like corn, sausage. Every dish bursts with bold, savory flavor, and the portions are generous enough to make anyone feel spoiled. The vibe is relaxed and communal—perfect for getting messy and savoring every saucy bite with good company. Whether you go full AYCE or pick a-la-carte, you’ll leave feeling deeply satisfied and eager to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking to indulge in a fun, flavorful seafood feast in Houston!"
Even though I didn’t order crab, the food I did get was delicious! Everything was seasoned just right, super fresh, and came out hot. The flavors were bold without being overpowering, and the portions were definitely worth the price. Service was quick and friendly too. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu!
The shrimp was absolutely delicious! Perfectly seasoned, cooked just right, and full of flavor. It had that juicy, tender bite without being rubbery, and the sauce took it to another level. Everything was fresh, hot, and well-packaged. I’d definitely order the shrimp again — highly recommend! 🍤
This place is awesome! Good food! Delicious crawfish and shrimp, the strawberry lemonade is so good!! And customer service 10/10 !!! Definitely one of my favorite spots!
Loveeeee this restaurant! Everything is always so delicious. The staff is very helpful. The food is so fresh and flavorful. Put server Raimy was great! Will definitely be back! Thank you! 10/10
This is my second time back this week, and it won’t be my last! The food is absolutely amazing, you can literally taste the freshness in every bite. The flavors are bold, the seafood is perfectly cooked, and everything feels top quality. The service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere makes it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Highly recommend Gao’s Crab if you’re looking for fresh seafood in Houston!
Love this place. food is great service is amazing my experience! I enjoy every time I come. my spice level on the seafood is a 3 my gf love 8 smh idk how she does it and she wants to try 9 smh. I want to try the seafood all you can eat but I wish it had the crab included so I probably never will experience they AYCE honestly such a deal !
First visit and definitely not my last. Came on Friday night for a solo meal and was seated fairly quickly. There was live music and everything was great!
The service was amazing! They have a great team that consistently asked if we needed anything if we wanted to place any additional orders. The team was very informative about the menu and the different options. The portion sizes for the seafood boil was sufficient. The food came out hot and fresh each time the crawfish were huge the taste was Great. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely return.
Second time coming to this place and it never disappoints! The all-you-can-eat crawfish is amazing. The service is outstanding — thank you, Melvin, for being so attentive and providing great service! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone craving crawfish. 10 out of 5 stars!
Gao’s Crab is a solid spot if you’re looking for all-you-can-eat crawfish. The crawfish come out hot, well seasoned, and consistently refilled, so you’re never waiting too long for the next round. The sauce is flavorful without being overwhelming, and the spice level actually has a nice kick. Portions are generous, the atmosphere is casual and fun, and it’s a good place to go with friends when you want to eat a lot and take your time. Overall, it’s a good value and definitely worth it if you’re craving AYCE crawfish.
Tried this place last night with a couple friends & I must say it’s a hidden gem got the shrimp & the fixin & man let me tell you top tier ; definitely saving this place to go again 😋 and the henny shots is well worth the money had us feeling good ; will be to visit again very soonnnn! Waiter also made the menu so simple & it was easy to order! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Came looking for a new place to celebrate my birthday 🎂 and must I say this place did not disappoint! We had the Christmas special , and the special crawfish order! They bring out a small order of damage and a pitcher of water to start you off then you order right off your phone! Definitely see myself coming again in the near future! P.S. Happy birthday to me!!!! 😜🎂
Walked right in seating was available. If you get the buffet everyone at the table have to get the buffet, snow crab not included in the buffet, you can do combos also tho. I did an order of snow crab separately and didn’t expect them to be so big kind of filled me up and messed up my buffet 😂. On the buffet you just tell them what you want in the boil and they bring more as needed, and they have sides not apart of the boil that you can pack up and take home free, but the seafood boil items are $12 a pound to take home. The buffet was $45 and the snow crab clusters was $32to$36 I would have came out better getting 2 combos cause I didn’t make it to the second round 😐. I went with the house Cajun mild and everything was to my liking, boil sauce was addicting and I had to have it on everything even my side order of hush puppies 😂. I will definitely be back many times over. 🫡
Looking for a great spot to enjoy a cold beer, whether it's a casual weekday or a fun weekend? Don't miss out on their delicious food options that perfectly complement their beer towers! With a vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff, it's the ideal place to unwind after a long day. Plus, they often host live music events that add to the lively ambiance, making every visit memorable.
I caught the right season to taste the crawfish early this year. Everything was so fresh. I ordered all-you-can-eat and a la carte. Both worth the price I paid. Excellent taste. I shall be back. (this review was my experience from March 2023 and it got moved to the wrong Gao's restaurant)
The staff was extremely attentive & friendly. There was hardly ever a moment where I needed anything. The spice level on the food was perfect, but I may get a different flavor than house next time. & the AYCE for $45 was a steal, & they even let me take my leftovers home. Amazing staff.
Love their crab and crawfish boils! The crawfish are meaty and seasoned generously. The crab, mussels and shrimp were delicious and tasted very fresh. Eggs were a little overcooked/rubbery. Corn and potatoes were done right. Lots of seating and food comes out pretty quickly even when they’re busy.
I had the all you can eat for $45. It was sooo worth it for me even though I only eat the shrimp. Everything was fresh and it tasted awesome. The servers were attentive and the service was prompt. We started with some hush puppies, French fries, fried shrimp to start as appetizers. I had the shrimp, boiled eggs, sausage, potatoes, corn, broccoli, and mushrooms. The person I went with had the shrimp, crawfish, black mussels, baby octopus, corn, mushrooms, boiled eggs and he loved it as well. Definitely recommend but come with an empty stomach so you can get your money’s worth.
The food was good and Kai works well under pressure. They ran out of live crawfish so a few people changed their orders and Kai kept his composure with getting the orders cancelled and replaced. The mild and medium are both still spicy so be mindful if you don’t want any spice. They could have accidentally given us the wrong sauce, 🤷🏾♀️. Also the all you can eat isn’t worth it unless you eat a lot. There isn’t any crab on the all you can eat so be mindful of that. I got the Combo A: Snowcrab
Fun for the experience! As others have said, not worth it unless you eat more than 5lbs of crawfish because crab is not included in the AYCE (it used to be included). However, it does include mussels, corn, potatoes, shrimp, and appetizers! We were among the first ones to arrive when opening and the kitchen was still slow. We brought my dad for Father’s Day, they forgot his crawfish, and it took 25 minutes to get them out. But the kitchen is constantly walking out orders so it’s understandable. The mildest sauce is still spicy which makes it unbearable to eat so much. The flavor is ridiculously good- they put so much garlic which I love. We also ordered a dozen oysters but they only brought six (had to get them to correct my receipt at the end). We saw many families leave because they couldn’t justify $45 for their kids over 10. Your only options are: the entire table pays for all you can eat OR you order combos, take that as you will. This is nice for a once-a-year outing.
The sauce is really good! The crawfish are large which I love & the strawberry lemonade is fire. Service is amazing and the place is very clean.
Food was definitely delicious but not sure what happened but our food took 35 minutes even the table after us gotten their orders before us Luckily we didn’t ordered the all you can eat we would have been here for hours Hopefully in the future they can make the adjustments will definitely give them a chance and try it again next time
Valentines Dinner. Small menu, small seating, sad service. The food was good. It’s a good place to try for the first time.Had a party of 7 which turns out they include a 18% tip at the end which is understandable but the service was so bad. It was poor organization.Tip was almost $60 but when we asked for things they either forgot or took a while.
Wanted to try this spot for a while. It was ok, the turkey necks was the best thing. The shrimp was a good size as well. You'll choose your sauce flavor and spice level. If you get the all you can eat be mindful the portions are for two people per item. Be careful whatever you don't eat they will weigh it and you’ll pay to take it to-go. There's two sides seafood and BBQ. The seafood side isn't that big. It's located in a strip mall so they had plenty of parking available.
I will say the service was great, they were very nice! The space is small, but nice. The food was just mid to me, i wouldn’t go back for the crablegs which is what i had..
I was excited to try Gao's Crab because I love all-you-can-eat seafood, and I’d seen some pretty glowing reviews online. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite match up to my expectations or the TikTok hype. The place was much smaller than I imagined, and honestly, it felt a bit… ghetto. It was cramped, everything was paper or plastic (no real plates or silverware), and the seating made it feel like you were dining in a communal space rather than a restaurant. While my server was really friendly and accommodating, he disappeared for a while to go on his lunch break, and then it felt like no one was checking on us. I get that with a $45 all-you-can-eat deal, service might not be top-notch, but still, it left a lot to be desired. Now, let’s talk about the food – it was fresh and super tasty. I loved the flavor and the quality, but there were a couple of hiccups. I asked for headless shrimp, but was served shrimp with the heads still on. Not a huge deal, but it made me wonder why they even asked if they weren’t going to accommodate it. And then there was the baby squid – it still had the **quill** (that little plastic-like thing inside). It wasn’t the worst thing in the world, but it’s definitely not something I expected. What really bothered me though was when I overheard the manager asking other customers about their experience, but when I was leaving, he didn’t even acknowledge me. It felt like my opinion didn’t matter, and that left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended). Oh, and they ran out of sausages and clams – the two things I was most excited for. If those items are that popular, common sense would be to stock up more, right? Overall, I can’t say I’d rush back to Gao’s. I’d rather stick to my local seafood boil spot and save myself the drive to Bel Air. I may give it another try if I’m in the mood, but I’ll be managing my expectations a lot better next time.
Menu changed and so did the flavor... for the worse. Service is always great. Ordered a drink from the bar, mojito tasted like a TGIF dollar margarita. Manager wouldn't allow me to return it, drank 2 sips and they said I drank too much of the drink to return it! You be the judge... see the pic
This place has gone down the drain. I was a big fan back in 2022, I’ve come here many times over the years terribly customer service and also they are always out of Blue Crab or turkey necks……but these are the items on their AYCE menu. It’s a big scam!
Factual things to know as of 1/24/25: -$45 per person ages 11+, $20 ages 4-10, kiddos 0-3yrs are free for AYCE (all you can eat) -any food not eaten is an addtl $12/lb -2hr time limit -snow & king crab are NOT part of ayce - can sodas included (no limit stated) - if they're busy, you need to be on the waitlist or you dont exist as there is no one at the door to greet you. (there is a standing floor sign with a QR code). - AYCE is everyone or no one, Cannot mix and match meaning there cant be orders for AYCE & orders for combos/bundles at the same table - plenty of parking in strip mall PROS: 1. employees were pleasant 2. the dining area was clean 3. they dont skimp on the food (shrimp were jumbo, sausages were about 6" fat links, my turkey neck was large about the size of a fresh ear of corn🌽 4. ayce has a decent selection (see images) 5. food was hot off the stove 6. food wasnt overcooked CONS: 1. There was only one employee on floor to take orders so it took a bit to get his attention. I just started calling over any employee I saw. 2. house cajun sauce was nasty to our group... none of us 4 liked it. It is overly garlicky, chalky, and does NOT have a cajun flavor at all. It ruined the meal. 3. The spice levels are hotter than other boil places (2 in our group love spice and always get medium or hot but this spiciness was a bit too for their liking) 4. the leftover food charge... I get it aims to deter waste/over indulgement but there was no way I was going to pay more for food I didnt eat simply because I didnt like the taste and wasnt going to take with me. Personally, I think they should provide each table with small samples (especially the sauces) then limit how much food can be ordered at one time to 1 oe 2 lbs and require that is consumed in full before addtl can be ordered. If folks want to take leftovers with them okay fine, charge for that. I forced myself to eat 70-75% then just trashed the rest. No one ordered seconds. Unfortunately but quite frankly this was a waste of $195 for our group. We only wound up here because the Korean BBQ place we intended to dine at had a 2hr wait so we opted for this place instead (had never heard of it before). This makes the 4th or 5th seafood boil place I've eaten at and have yet to be impressed. I highly recommend trying to get a sample of the sauces first. I will absolutely stick with regular chinese buffets like Vstar, China star, etc. from now on. Better taste, better selection, better value. No more boil places for me!
My brother and i went n had to wait 2 hrs almost and we ordered 5 lbs crawfish, 3 lbs mussels, and 1lb shrimp. First the crawfish was soooo small. Barely any meat. The house cajun sauce was good but it was good till it got cold. N wasnt hot after it cooled. They were out of snowcrab. All u can eat is 45/person and honestly not worth it at all unless snow crab was included. I dont think the sauce is great and wouldnt recommend this place as they use frozen crawfish n not live crawfish. Space is too small n waiters couldnt keep up with the amount of ppl. Cooks took too long. With the amount of ppl esp all you can eat they took longer than it should of been. Overhyped and not worth the wait.
The food is good ... when it's available. The last time I went, I got there at 4:40PM, well before the dinner rush (they don't even open until 4:00 ...), and they were already "sold out" of lamb. The service leaves much to be desired. I've been to the Dallas location twice and the Houston location five times, and every time they've delivered items that we didn't order, and failed to deliver items that we did order. The ordering system itself is arcane and, obviously, error prone. Rather than simply telling a waiter what you want to eat, you must first scan a QR code on your phone, then navigate through half a dozen screens of mumbo jumbo (including being forced to "join their club" or some such nonsense), before you are presented with the worst organized menu / ordering app I've ever seen. (Not to mention, in the Dallas location, the QR code is on a super low contrast faux-bronze plaque glued to the table. It's muddy brown on slightly muddier brown. You will spend several minutes with everyone at your table pointing their phones at the plaque at various distances and angles trying to get it to register.) The 90's-era-website-chic menu has more than a dozen tabs you have to laboriously scroll through (only 2-3 show on screen at a time), and no search function. Each tab must further be laboriously scrolled through since each menu item takes up so much space you can only fit 2-4 per screen's worth of space. To order multiples of anything, you must add items one at a time. Want 12 lamb skewers? Click add, click ok, click add, click ok, click add, click ok, click add, click ok, click add, click ok, click add, click ok, click add, click ok, click add, click ok, click add, click ok, click add, click ok, click add, click ok, click add, click ok. You would think that the primary benefit of such an online ordering system is that the app would automatically sync with their inventory, so that customers would be told when items were out of stock. Nope! Last time I went, we ordered a dozen lamb skewers, among other things, and waited, and waited, and waited, and everything got delivered but the lamb. Three times we asked where the lamb skewers were. Every time the waitstaff said they would look into it, then went to chat with other tables for long minutes before heading back to the kitchen, apparently having forgotten they ever talked to us. Finally, more than an hour(!) after initially ordering, I got up and talked to the hostess at the register, only to be told that they were "sold out" of lamb, and that the waiter told us and we probably just weren't listening. First of all, what waiter? You order through the app. The app still showed that we had ordered 12 lamb skewers. The table included fluent speakers of multiple Chinese dialects, and at no point were we informed that the lamb—which still showed on our bill on the app—wouldn't be coming. I asked them to change the order to 12 wagyu skewers, and they said they would take care of it. 10 minutes later, we were still waiting on the beef. I flagged a waiter down and said, "We're still waiting on the beef. We didn't order through the app. The hostess said she would take care of it." He nodded and said ok. Everyone at the table had long finished eating (except for the person that ordered the lamb), so they ordered zha man tou (炸馒头) for dessert. It came and went. Finally the wagyu skewers were delivered, and everyone stared at one guy while he sheepishly ate them. Midway through that, 12 more skewers of who knows what were delivered. Tendons or intestines or offal or who even knows. Cue another long exchange with the incompetent waitstaff. Eventually the mystery meat was removed from the table and removed from the bill. tl;dr — decent food, nightmarishly bad service.
This place is actually insanely delicious the only issue I found it that they are rude specifically to anyone who isn't white or asian, while we were there we noticed at least 2 tables of people get up and leave while waiting to be served and waiting extremely long as well, the music is quite annoying, the seating is extremely close together, and the staff checked on us maybe twice without us needing to look around to get someone's attention we enjoyed our food but it genuinely made me question if it was worth the terrible treatment. But the sauce is one of a kind they definitely know how to make a good seafood boil!
It was over rated. I was excited to try it after seeing it on Instagram. They don't purge or clean any of the seafood. The shrimp and crawfish both full of poop. That is why you can't eat everyone's seafood. Then they told me the chefs reduse to clean them and there isn't a way to clean them. I did tell them Google will show you how to purge and clean them. Will not be going back
They say 120 min for the all you can eat and it took almost 60 to get our first order of food. Service is awful and nothing like the rest of Bellaire. Avoid this overpriced cash grab at all costs.
We drove here due to an ad for 13 spice live braised blue crab. The server told us that its not in season. He wasn't even aware of the advertisement that pops up daily on social media. If menu items only apply to some locations, then you should include that info on your flyer.
Fake social media hype! The food is subpar and the service was terrible… It took 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and that was after I went up to the bar for a menu. People who were seated after us were getting served though… The snow crab combo was decent. The crawfish that they claimed was live was FROZEN. I ended up not finishing. There are better seafood options in the area honestly.
On November 15th in Houston, I dined at this establishment with a friend at 4 PM. We ordered a seafood bowl containing snow crab, sausage, corn, potatoes, eggs, and a sauce. I also added lobster as an additional item, which I consumed alone (they claimed to cook it separately). Less than eight hours after the meal (having eaten nothing else afterward), I began experiencing severe food poisoning symptoms, including nausea, vomiting, and intense abdominal pain. Initially, I thought it would pass, but I ended up projectile vomiting throughout the night. By the next day, my condition worsened to the point that I had to seek emergency medical care at HCA Houston Medical Center. I have attached my medical records and documentation of my ER visit as proof. I reached out to the restaurant with my lawyer, providing a screenshot of my payment, a photo as proof of dining, and my medical records detailing my symptoms. Despite this, they have refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation. This was a horrible experience, both in terms of food safety and customer service. I strongly urge others to be cautious when dining here.
This is the worst experience ever. We got there at 9 pm waited about an 1hr to be seated and once seated we ordered our food they said 15-20 mins that our food would be on the way. Not to bother we didn’t ask but we started noticing people that had come after us getting their food. And a girl next to us even noticed and asked hey yall have been waiting a while we already got our food. Waiter tells us that only our order has malfunctioned we have to wait another 15-20 mins. We order Calamari it was extremely burnt. The rest of the food was good but worst customer service. Every time we would order something waitress or waiter would forgot and move onto someone else. Mind you we just asked for water refill and then boxes. Boxes came after asking 3 times and water never came. We ended up leave at 11:30pm. This is my first time eating here and my last.
We were very excited to try this place out since we were on a weekend vacation. TikTok made it seem so great, but it wasn't at all. Everything in our seafood was hard, barely even boiled, and we couldn't even eat. It was also the cheap ramen noodles. Also, the chicken wings had NO meat, and they were all black.
Had to wait 45 minutes for a table for 2 just to be told that all you can eat is no longer available after 10 when I checked in at 9:10? They should really let people know before hand specially after waiting long. Didn’t even get to try anything as the all you can eat was the reason for us goin.
The seafood boil was not boiled everything was hard, not soft at all. The crab legs had barely any meat, it was no fresh like it’s been frozen for a long periods of time. There noodles are not good at all, it’s all the cheap ramen noodle bags, highly don’t recommend this place, find a better seafood place than this restaurant!
The restaurant couldn’t take cards due to a Wi-Fi outage. We confirmed multiple times that the price the host gave us was the total after tax before going to the ATM. Once we returned and got seated they confirmed again the cash total but with a different waiter. it turned out the amount did not include tax although we confirmed multiple times and went out of our way to get cash. Very misleading and unaccommodating when the issue is on behalf of the restaurant—be cautious if you eat here.
Had 8 lb of crawfish. It was frozen, dead and old!! Flavor was meh. Would not try here again. However, scallops and crab were decent but not the best I’ve had! I came here from a tik tok video, so I wouldn’t believe everything you see out there! Also, waiters were unsure with menu and could not answer simple questions. We had to ask them multiple times for certain items to bring to the table and it was not even packed!
We understand that Valentine's Day is a busy time everywhere. We waited for forty minutes before getting a table, and we have no complaints about that. But after we sat down, the waiter told us that we couldn't order the all you can eat after 10:30 PM,yet there was no sign indicating this. It's the season for crawfish , but they were using frozen ones. Besides, their prices are a bit high.
Service was PATHENTIC.! Asked for simple things and completely ignored and forgotten 3 times. The wait was already 40 minutes long. My drink took 10 minutes to make and the bartender was just sitting around. The server girl in a ponytail acted rude and stupid. She even laughed when my partner had to get up and get stuff for the thing she supposed to get like napkins. Food was good but I give 0 stars if I could. I’m surprised the 3 lbs of frozen crawfish I got was tasty. I over heard some customer before me in the other reviews about them.. that they weren’t seated for the same amount of time and then ended up not getting nothing. All because of the time frame that the kitchen was closing and it was still pretty early 11 pm they couldn’t let them do the all you can eat. I’m glad that we didn’t spend that much for all u can eat cause we would be super pissed off. It’s Valentine’s day , super busy right? Ain’t no big deal, why don’t keep it professional and do your job right so you can get a nice decent tip 😂
I placed my order online, and the food was ready exactly within the estimated time. The crawfish was a bit overcooked — good, not great — and unfortunately the service didn’t help. The young lady with blonde hair (Abril?) at the door does not assist customers in the order they arrive. When I pointed out that I had been waiting and was next, she responded with an attitude and continued helping the person who clearly cut in front of me anyway. This place came highly recommended by a colleague, but after this experience, I may need to have a real conversation with her about all the hype she put on it. 🤷🏽♀️
Complete waste of money. This place is a mess from start to finish.Their “all you can eat” is straight-up false advertising. There is absolutely NO crab included, which is ridiculous for a seafood restaurant. If crab isn’t included, don’t advertise it like it is. The menu prices are also misleading. The kids’ prices listed are apparently outdated and higher when you’re actually charged. That’s not a mistake, that’s poor management. Update your menu. They give you 2 hours for all you can eat, but the service is so slow it doesn’t matter. I had to ask the waiter multiple times for the same items, while people who arrived after us were getting their food first. Completely disorganized and frustrating. To top it off, when I checked the receipt, they had charged us $5 for ramen that was supposed to be included in the all you can eat. When I complained, they suddenly acted “surprised” and removed it. Makes you wonder how often that happens if customers don’t check their receipts. $97 for two people for bad service, misleading advertising, and billing issues. Not worth it at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I went to this place in an evening around 6pm, and order an A and B combination. On the menu it said among other things it had sausage. When we received our order and very excited, until we realized there was no sausage in it. We asked the waiter and he said they have run out of sausage. Ok so at 6 in the evening you have just started to have your customers coming in for dinner, and you have already run out of one of you most important ingredients. That’s fine I understand. He then got us 4 more corn. But after a little bit we clearly saw the other table next to us had sausage in their bow. I don’t know. Maybe you should have said “let me check in the back” or “wait a while and we will have some sausages out”, instead of just telling us you don’t have it.
