The food was delicious, and Tanya’s outstanding service made the evening even more special. I highly recommend asking for her when you dine at Bluewater Seafood! Of note, our fave is garlic cheese oysters on Wednesdays after 5 pm and Sundays.

Stopping in for a bite to eat and my server was so sweet! I truly regret not grabbing her name (she had short curly hair and glasses). However, the service was excellent. I had an issue with my food and she immediately took care of it. The manager on duty as well was extremely helpful and assured me the issue would be taken care of and it was! The outdoor seating is definitely the place to be and with great food and great service you really can’t go anywhere else!

Dillan was awesome! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and on top of everything. Our drinks stayed full and our food came out just right. He made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely hope to have him as our server again!

The food was amazing. The crawfish pistolet was life changing. The kitchen deserves raises. And so does Mrs Love! One of the kindest, most attentive, and welcoming individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by! I will be coming back again and again just to see her!

We started our meal wit' a couple cups of loaded gumbo, shrimp, crab and sausage....very tasty and loaded with lots of good-sized shrimp. My wife enjoyed a six count plate of coconut shrimp which I helped her with. She got sweet potato fries and hush puppies, all 5 stars. The fries must have looked good to our grandbaby because he snatched one off her plate while I was trying to take a picture of it. I was intrigued by the boudin burger, glad i ordered it because it was amazing. Half a pound of ground beef with boudin mixed in, cheese, lots of bacon, grilled mushrooms, jalapenos, avocado and pico de gallo. Came with fries and a couple onion rings. The fries were the only thing we tried that wasn't 5 stars. The service by Amaneigh L. was as good as the food.

Once again, Blue Water has truly outdone itself. It has consistently been one of my favorite places to enjoy exceptional seafood, and today was no exception. The food was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared — a true testament to the restaurant’s high standards and commitment to quality. Our server, Brianna, was outstanding. She was prompt, professional, and made me feel completely at home. Her warm and attentive service added a personal touch that elevated the entire dining experience. I also had the pleasure of trying the Painkiller cocktail for the first time, and I must say, it was a life-changer — perfectly balanced and refreshingly delicious. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience were, as always, top-tier. If I had to suggest one area for potential improvement, it would be the WiFi speed. That said, I understand this may be outside of Blue Water’s direct control. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning soon!

Awesome seafood restaurant! Been there twice in the last few weeks. Ava is an amazing server. Friendly and knew her dishes and flavors. The crawfish were fresh and well cooked. We went with the Bluewater OG seasoning - spicy and garlicky. Delicious flavors! The shrimp, corn, purists, andouille side were excellent too! The crab clusters were worth the additional charge. The blackened salmon dish was delicious and moist. The kid’s meals were large for the 7 & 4 y/o children in the family. Clean inside and out. I like that they gave us bibs and gloves. There is a bucket and roll of paper towels to stay clean. They also had a bottle of the dry seasoning at the table. Parking lot has a paved portion and a gravel area for additional parking. We really enjoyed this place. We’ll be back and quote recommend. Note my rating system: 1 Star: I wouldn't recommend 2 Stars: Didn't hit my standards 3 Stars: Average (nothing special) 4 Stars: Above Average. Would recommend. Still looking for the 5 Star. 5 Stars: Top of their game. Great food. Great service. Would recommend and plan on returning.

OMG!! I love this place!! KATIE is amazing!! She works the bar!! She is very knowledgeable and the menu and gives great recommendations!! She engages in conversation with all her bar guest and that's what's important!! I was there watching the DETROIT TIGERS and she informed me that he manager JEFF was also from Detroit he came and introduced himself!! That's great customer service!! Highly recommend coming to check this place out!! Oh GREAT PRICES AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD GOOD!

Wow. Out on the fluke in the area and stumbled across this place. The service was top notched and fast friendly smiles. My food was fresh and large portions. Definitely get your money work. The greenbeans surprised me with the amount of flavor (pork free!) Fish filet was huge and the bed fried rice included shrimp... total surprise. Hush puppies were 10/10. I'm definitely going back. I'll check out the drinks next time.

Food was Very good... Appetizers were plentiful and great. I think we overdid the appetizers so much it made the entree's less exciting. The service was outstanding. Our server was as fun and sweet as could be! The atmosphere was really nice. Very hometown-ish, medium noise levels, and easy to get around.

This place is pretty dang cute! The tartar sauce is GREAT (I’m a tarter snob), however my order was missing the jalepeño sauce so my tacos were dry. I also would love to suggest a slice of some sort of citrus to add to to-go orders. The Baja shrimp taco was delicious but the fish really needed that citrus element. The rice is good, but could use a bit more sodium. Overall, I would definitely revisit!

The music in the main dining room is ENTIRELY TOO LOUD and the AC didn’t seem to be working properly. (( it was quite warm in Houston for March). If your bar was separate then by all means- make the bar lively. I was also told it’s the same volume in the newer outside covered area- IT WAS Not. That area is much more tolerable in fact pleasant. If you plan on having any type of conversations within your own party/ at your table- just avoid it. I’m not sure when the music volume was changed but it’s definitely a deterrent. Others were also making faces when sat.

Ok. First let's start with I LOVE BLUE WATER, but not this location. Everything was over cooked. The only thing that was good was the fried pickles. My mom's popcorn shrimp was over done, my aunt had diablo shrimp, also over done, and EXTREMELY salty. My husband had the shrimp po boy and it was good he says. I had the shrimp and catfish lunch basket, and let's just say I've never not eaten my catfish, until today. I'm not sure of the exact word. Rubbery, chewy, just not edible. I ordered sweet potato fries and got regular fries, but pointed that out immediately, once I received the sweet potato fries they were delicious. Crab stuffed jalapeno things were just mush. Boudin balls were meh, edible. Top shelf LIT had way too much sweet and sour mix. Just a sad experience. I'll stick with my location on 2920.

Let me start off by saying that I love coming to Blue Water during crawfish season. I usually come on the weekend and always have amazing service. This time around, I had a friend come into town who wanted seafood so I thought no brainer, take him to Blue Water. Needless to say, I’ve never been so embarrassed. The bartender took 20-30 mins to acknowledge us and get us our drinks. I’ve never seen him before so he must have been new, but he paid way more attention to another coworker and following her around than he did his customers. By the time we got our food it was lukewarm at best and we didn’t even have a chance to order another drink because at that point we spent so much time there it was almost closing time. Morale of the story, I will never come here on a Monday ever again. Stick to the weekends when they have competent staff running the place.
