🔥I’ve heard about this place for years. Finally made it over to try it out. Super yummy pizza with a couple different sauce options. And the Gelato was delicious. And the staff was really attentive. Also really enjoyed the middle eastern flare with the hummus and that calamari amazing!

This may sound strange but this is the best leftover next day pan reheated pizza. Hands down. The dough when reheated crisps up nice. I rushed to eat the pizza and forgot to take pics of it. Lol.

We were visiting from out of town. My daughter loved the spaghetti and I loved the meats pizza. Our waiter was fantastic. I told him about my stomach surgery and I couldn't eat that much and he assisted with everything. Customer service and atmosphere overall was fantastic. Definitely a gem in the area and out of towners.

We had lunch on a Saturday in October 2025. Staff is super attentive and helpful. Chicken wings were really good. Chicken Skewers were nicely cooked and presented, but very salty. Pollo Sandwich is delicious. Chicken Pizza is excellent. Definitely going back there soon.

This is one of my favorite pizzas in Houston. I am a huge wood fired pizza fan, and I think they have some of the tastiest and most consistent pizzas in the game The menu offers a variety of signature and classic options. There are other Italian dishes to choose from, but I have only had their pizza I have dined in once, and it was a lively experience. Everything is clean and nicely decorated. It's a great date night spot. There's plenty of parking. Also, the staff is great On this occasion I ordered Togo, and as always I got my order in a timely manner and everything was delicious I do wish the pizzas were a little bigger, but honestly, these are the perfect shareable pizza for 2 people Some tips: Bollo is available on DoorDash and other delivery services. Also, if you dine in and sit in the bar area they have a M-F happy hour menu 4pm-7pm and a reverse happy hour menu 9pm-close Cheers!!

I had an excellent dining experience at Bollo Woodfired Pizza on West Alabama Street. I came with my friends after our club meeting near the closing time. The wait staff was very attentive. Food was good. I would be back.

Reservation were for 745 pm showed up about 10 minutes early. We were seated attended to and served our appetizers by 8pm. Gustavo was great checking in intermittently and the food was amazing. My favorites of the night the Arugula salad. I could eat that errrrrday! (Slow hand clapping)

Such a beautiful place with plenty of seating inside and outside. We sat down quickly for lunch and everyone was attentive. Our orders went smoothly and came out quickly. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh, one of my favorite pizzas by far! I definitely want to be back for brunch as well.

I’ve been going to Bollo for years now and it never disappoints. My girlfriends and I celebrated a birthday last night and it was amazing. Our waiter Alejandro was attentive and made the night exceptional. Thank you Bollo for delicious food and a memorable night. Special thank you to Ernesto! Great food, service, and atmosphere. The pizza had great sauce, cheese and crust. Kale salad was great. Hummus was okay. Calamari was incredible! Be careful when adding a tip to the bill. It seems the tip is already added at a default 20%. The waiter never told us and we tipped another 20% on top. We ended up noticing the next day and asking for a refund on the extra 20%.

We have been coming here for years and have always enjoyed the food, service and ambience. We felt cheated during our last visit. We were a family of 4 and were automatically charged 20%+ gratuity and the waiter didn’t even bother to show the bill breakdown. I had a newborn who I had to attend at the time of paying and when I asked the staff on my way out I was informed that the minimum party size for automatic gratuity is 5. I recommend the restaurant management to encourage more transparency and remind the waiters on the tipping guidelines.
