⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While in Houston, I spent way too much time trying to find a good pizza place that would deliver to my downtown hotel. I almost ordered from somewhere else — but I’m really glad I didn’t. Frank’s Pizza offers delivery in downtown Houston with zero delivery fees (or use of 3rd party apps - no offense), which immediately made the total cost lower (even with a solid tip). That alone got my attention — but the pizza is what will bring me back. It was absolutely fantastic!! I ordered half chicken bacon ranch and half pepperoni. It might sound like a strange combo, but it worked perfectly. The toppings were fresh and generous, the ranch side had great flavor without being overwhelming, and the pepperoni side had that classic, perfectly balanced sauce. The crust had just the right texture, and everything was cooked spot on. And here’s the kicker — I ordered on a busy Saturday night in downtown Houston. The estimated delivery time was at over 45 minutes, but it showed up at our hotel door in right around 30 minutes from order to delivery. That’s impressive!! If you’re staying downtown and want great pizza delivered fast (without getting hit with extra delivery charges), you cannot go wrong with Frank’s. Highly recommend!!!

We came here with our family during a Sunday afternoon walk around downtown and it turned out to be a great choice. The food was tasty, the team was welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and cozy. It was the perfect spot to sit down, enjoy a meal, and catch part of a football game before continuing our day out.
Stayed in Houston over the holiday and they were open so we decided to order a pizza in. I was in the mood for a very cheesy NY style pizza and they delivered! Rather than order online, I decided to call (like the old days lol) so that I can speak to a human. Took less than 3 minutes to place and they delivered within 20 minutes versus the 40 they quoted. The pizza was very warm on arrival. Crust tasted a lot like Papa Johns style. The sauce was very subtle and light which was phenomenal. My kids raved about the sauce! Perfect amount of cheese and sauce ratio. Lastly, I found the pricing for being downtown were great! Definitely worth the try and thank you to everyone at Frank's for delivering a solid pizza. 💪🏽 Happy New Year!
We ordered a large sausage and mushroom to be delivered to our hotel. Online it said 45 minutes, we got it delivered in 30 minutes and it was absolutely delicious! Also you can’t beat Frank’s Pizza prices!
Great small place in one of downtown Houston.. with Big flavor , Cheesy Pepperoni pizza! ,... Hawaiian Pizza , and Deluxe Pizza , they all had great flavors ! ( Of course there's more to the menu you have to try).. you can get it by the slice , personal or family size 😉... Now you have to plan ahead if your hungry, either order with time , or plan on walking a distance.. there's no parking lot and parking spaces are very limited. Overall it's a great pizza place .Staff was friendly. Food is great. 👍🏻⭐
Man, I’ve been in Houston since 2012, and this has to be the BEST pizza in HOU. I don’t know how, I am a top 5% of Google reviewers (specifically restaurants) and these guys have been going above and beyond. It’s to the point where my kids (elementary school) ask for this pizza during the weekdays and I drive 1h 10m to get this pizza at least once a week. I’m gonna drop a few pics and videos (if I can) but my kids love the mozzarella sticks and jalapeños poppers as well. I asked to do film in the back cause I wanted to see the chef toss the pizza. Such sweet people. These employees been there go up to 23 years, so these guys don’t screw up. These reviews that say negative, you gotta read the reviews. They say they’ve been going there for 10+ years and then leave a 1 star for a single bad experience. That’s WILD. People are more willing to leave a negative review than a positive - human nature. Oh, if your kids love sweet food, (or you do), ask them for their “Guzel cake”. Danggggg that thing willing get you hookedddddd (be careful).

Frank’s Pizza absolutely blew me away. This was my first time trying it, and from the very first bite I was hooked. The crust is perfectly crisp, the toppings are fresh and flavorful, and the sauce has that perfect balance you can’t help but crave again. I’ve literally been back every day since — that’s how good it is. Beyond the amazing food, the staff deserves just as much praise. Everyone I’ve met has been incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. They make you feel like a regular the moment you walk through the door. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the atmosphere hit this level of quality. Frank’s Pizza has definitely earned a permanent spot on my list of favorites. Highly recommend!
Stopped in with my wife and kids while we were exploring downtown on a Sunday afternoon. The food was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was a comfortable place to eat and watch a little football before heading back out on our adventure.
Visiting Houston for a conference, found Frank’s on Google and then it was recommended by an uber driver. Pizza is amazing, you order at the counter and they call you when your pizza is ready! Very casual atmosphere.
Dare I say it... Best pizza in the Houston area? It's probably at least the closest most authentic version of a New York slice anywhere in the area. The environment also totally has the feel of an authentic New York pie shop. The crust especially stood out as being delicious, it must be the Houston tap water. I will definitely be coming back soon absolutely perfect.

Amazinggggg pizza! Boyfriend and I shared a large Margherita that was to die for! I was hoping for leftovers but we stuffed overselves! It is insanely small in there which does make it rather annoying and the line for large pizzas takes up a lot of time. For single slices it seems people were only in there for about 10-15 minutes. Definitely a to go place.
Whatever they said about the pizza, it was true! The best pizza in Houston hands down. It took me three days to eat, I got the XL, but it was good warm or cold. Forgetaboutit!🤌🏼

Dang! We found Frank’s by chance, but I’m so glad we did! We were looking for a place to eat downtown. Then we saw Frank’s. Pizza and Beer. What could be wrong? what can i say, the 'za was good! came in with my aunt, and we were greeted by an employee. took our orders quickly and correctly. the pizzas are displayed in a sort of 'pizza buffet', with a glass separating us... and the pizza. we both ordered 2 slices (for each of us) of the "everything on it" pizza... (the name eludes me at the moment, sorry!) and we ordered jarritos brand soda. the employee who opened them for us might've been a trainee, because when he opened it, the bottlecap flew onto the counter. but he opened it, and that's what matters. paper plates. you grab your own napkins, pepper flakes, straws, toothpicks, etc. you seat yourself, and there are several options. a table, the wall, and looking out onto the sidewalk. the seats near the front door are all tall, so watch out. we chose a table near the door, so the chairs were high. so if you're short, or can't get up easily... maybe bring a ladder? (jokes aside, maybe ask for help... seriously.) the ones farther back are all regular chairs and tables. the t.v was playing family guy, and i watched as a couple sat by the window talking. the atmosphere was nice, and the vibes were quite homely! the pizza slice was pretty big, so that was cool. big 'ol fat slice, too. tip: ask for another plate if you're ordering 2, it might not be enough for just one! fresh flavor, didn't taste stale. not hot-out-the-oven - probably because it was already pretty late when we got there - but hot enough! (this doesn’t have anything specific to do with the restaurant, but i got complimented on my shirt here!) overall, great place! selfishly, i wish the employees were a bit nicer, but maybe that's just the old lady in me. it had an old style vibe to it, and i loved it. despite being so close to downtown, it was a calm environment, and the people were pretty chill!

Good spot for a quick slice. A few steps above mall pizza and open late. After a night of drinking, this is probably the best pizza you’ve had in your life. The restaurant itself is kinda small so it can get tight when the crowds show up. But people tend to eat and go so tables open up pretty quick. Or just get it go and eat outside.
*21 September 2025* Visiting from Atlanta. This place is just okay. We ordered the pizza and wings. Nothing mind-blowing about either. I've had better quality pizza and wings elsewhere. We came here around 2 in the morning on Sunday. The line was wrapped down the street. But I will say, this place is satisfying if you've been out drinking all night and need something to nosh on before heading back home. That seemed to be the case when my friend and I went.
I was looking forward to enjoying some pizza. 👎 While the pizza was affordable and hot, it didn’t quite live up to the hype. The texture reminded me of what you’d find at a skating rink—soft and soggy. Overall it was not worth the drive or the parking.
