Came in at midnight a quick snack before heading to the airport. The place still had a good amount of people which goes to show we probably picked the right place. The serveuse was very kind and helpful. Was our first time here and she taught us how to order and how the free membership work. Food is averagely cheap and really good. Authentic is what you’ll get. Will definitely come back. Great marketing tactic on the membership points lol.

Excited to try this place, they open late so it’s very convenient and a good hang out place! Vibes are good, very late bar feeling. Food is very good too not too spicy (i think they adjust it) and not too salty as well. Overall very enjoyable. Will hopefully come next time!!

It’s packed on weekends in the evenings, but I was told that before I came. That doesn’t take away from the quality of the food or the hospitality of the staff. My waitress, Mi, was very knowledgeable & helped me through the ordering process. She also informed me about the rewards program. They also had live music, & to top it all off, the food was great. I will be back.

So many meats to choose from! The lamb skewers and pork belly were delicious. We also had the clam with noodles, fried rice and beef soup. Loved the soup and clams. Everything was packed with flavor. They also serve beer towers and soju.

GAO’s Kabob & Crab is such a cool spot if you love seafood and skewers! 🦀🔥 The skewers come out juicy and flavorful with a fresh taste. Prices are super reasonable, and the atmosphere feels casual but cozy—perfect for a night out with friends. The sides like fried rice were great with the broccoli! Overall though, definitely worth a visit if you’re craving something different and tasty in Houston!

Great place for friends and family to join! Once you order the food with their QR code, a waiter will come over each time to confirm what you order and if you would like it spicy or not. My favorite from there was the king oyster mushroom, okra, and enoki mushroom. I also enjoyed a couple of their cold noodles. My friends love the chicken skin, pig intestine and lamb skewers, and fish the most. They also do reward points. I tried their silkworm and it reminded me of beans 😂. The other meat for me was a bit chewy and tough.

Loved most of the items we ordered, especially pork belly, corn, gluten, chicken, and bun. But the lamb skewers that were highly recommended were disappointing as they were hard to chew, not tender, and taste of gameness.

Came in to try seeing all the reviews. Got the beef, chicken, and pork. The grilled cabbage was actually the best thing we ordered with noodles coming in 2nd. The grilled oysters were tasty but that was a bunch of great garlic over tiny oysters. Not worth $16. Service was not bad and was clean. It just didn't impress enough for a second visit.

This was my second visit to this BBQ restaurant. There was a large puddle of water right at the entrance, extremely slippery, and no one bothered to clean it up—serious safety issue. The staff were rude, and the service attitude was very poor. During the meal, I found a small bug on the table, about the size of cumin seasoning. At first I thought it was spice—realizing it was a bug completely killed my appetite. Later, I went to the restroom and found no toilet paper or paper towels at all. Overall, bad service and a disappointing experience. Aside from decent music and okay edamame, everything else was a letdown. …and the restroom door was hard to open and clearly not maintained. Even after we finished eating, the large puddle at the entrance was still there—completely ignored.
