Came there at 5:40 am in the drive thru that is supposed to be 24 hours and I was told they are taking door dash orders only. This is the time that people are trying to get a quick breakfast before they go to work. I don't know if I was lied to, but I don't feel that was right as a paying customer. I gave y'all 5 stars but had to decrease it. I drove to another Jack In The Box and I was served properly

I seen 2 females go outside with gloves on and didnt change them when they came back inside that's so nasty they can get somebody sick and then one of them cash out a customer with gloves on and did not change them this all happened between 6:40 and 7

I couldn’t call or cancel my pick up order to change it to delivery the voicemail is full nobody cares to answer the phone so now money gone they put it as points when I never came & got the food

I will absolutely be calling corporate. The overnight staff are extremely lazy, I’ve had a bad experience each time I’ve came to this location around 1-2:00 in the morning. They act like they’re in such a rush & for what? Food nasty, fries cold wrinkled up and hard just chaotic. I’m over it & now I’m calling the big bullies in charge. If the staff doesn’t want to do their overnight jobs then don’t get an overnight job Simple!

Black lady keeps your change , she kept my change then I asked for a receipt and she gave me the receipt with my change . Probably cause she saw that I noticed what she was trying to do . She shorted me $2 . And then kept trying to rush me off to the front door when there was nobody in line and only one person inside and they were already eating . Wild

Carmen has the worst additude she needs to quit treating customers as if " she's talking to kids " she has absolutely no customer service ! This Jack in the box could have more business but they have no employees. I can only imagine how CARMEN treats employees !!

I've gone to this jack in the box for about 5 years now. Over that time, I've run into so many issues. If you show up at night, and the guy is working, and he will not take your order through the drive-through, he will tell you mobile only. There's also a lady who works at night, never an issue, then. Because she will take your order. My order has been right, maybe 2 or 3 times of the approximately 50-60 visits i've had. This jack in the box gives the brand a bad name. In my eyes, Jack in the box is canceled. And it is this specific restaurants fault.

Absolutely awful experience. It was my first time ordering Jack-in-the-Box and they definitely ruined it for me. I had placed an order at 4:40 in the morning and got there at 5:05 when I got to the drive-through. They told me that they were not accepting orders just like they had told the person in front of me. I told them I had an online order and she told me to pull up to the window. She had me waiting for over 10 minutes. My order should have already been done. It had been 15 minutes and you’re supposed to make the order after it’s ordered not when they get there. The point of online ordering is so that it’s done when you get there.She was on her phone and laughing texting somebody I guess when I finally got my food I said thank you. She did not respond. She just closed the window when I opened my food. The drink was too small. It was filled over halfway with ice that’s crazy! It was not a medium. The drink also tasted awful. It did not taste like strawberry at all. The fries were not salted and she forgot my sauces even though I paid for them. Also, how are you not accepting orders you’re open 24 seven. So unprofessional!!!!

I would not even give this place any star. Drive through is worst and I wounded how inside service is. They greet you “what’s your order”!!!! Then when you come to the window they already forgot what’s my order. After reminding them, when I got my food, I had to remind them about my drinks. The staff who works at night should be fired. I know derive doesn’t exist anymore at fast food chains but these guys are different. Also they don’t give you any receipts.

Looks like you lost about 3 customer because no one is is standing in the front to take orders and only seem to have about staff for drive thru . In the span of five minutes of me, waiting there and not a single employee to acknowledge the other customer. Employees just simply stare at you. Quite an interesting experience . The self check out is to be an assistance, not a reliance in the way that she stopped your store . Overreliant on software is gonna lead to your downfall and pending closure if this is not address.

This is by far the worst Jack in the Box I've visited. The service was good don't get me wrong, but whomever is on the line making the food needs to go. I've been working on a house in the area and there aren't many options for fast food in the area so I ordered 18 tacos for my crew and each taco had very little meat and lettuce. To top it off 18 tacos and I got 6 taco sauce packets. Two days prior I ordered hamburgers and fries for my crew. The hamburgers were not the way I ordered them and they forgot several fries, so I had to drive back up there to receive them.

Ordered from here through Uber Eats and it was supposed to be 2 munchie meals and only got 4 onion rings and 1 thing of fries. The presentation was horrible and this is not how a munchie meal is supposed to be presented. Horrible service.
