Jellyfish is an awesome spot! The food is amazing, the restaurant is very clean, and the service is great. I thought the jellyfish roll was tasty (as it's the one I had upon my first visit) but boy was I wrong, the Citrus Hamachi roll is just mouth watering. Don't get me wrong, they're all good! Also had the Shaggy Dog, Chicken Yakisoba, and Spicy Fried Rice (this was amazing as well!). If it weren't as far out as it is from me I would probably be going 1-2 times/week. Amazing food and service!

It was an absolute pleasure dining at jellyfish! Vibes were great, super clean inside, AC was blasting, music was chill. If this is your first time coming here, I highly recommend starting with the K-pop salmon roll and the jellyfish roll. Both specialty rolls had a an explosion of rich tasting flavor. Service was also very good. I don’t remember our server’s name, but he was attentive and very generous! I would definitely come back.

Clean place, atmosphere is fresh and calm! Lovely place for some top notch Sushi, highly highly recommend! I got the Onion soup to start off with, and then I got the hypa-nova roll and the rock n roll as well! Very very delicious!!!

Had a wonderful Sunday lunch here. Prices are reasonable for a sushi place $10-15 for most rolls. I got the Sushi Set with a spicy tuna roll. The fish was fresh and not fishy at all. Also had two pieces of freshwater eel nigiri. Highly recommend!

Excellent across the board. Very friendly and welcoming place with stellar sushi and friendly staff. Had the Shaggy Roll, Hypa-Nova (favorite), yellowtail & eel nigiri, and mochi, all to perfection 😊

There's nothing better than a Sapporo and some good sushi. This place is a hidden gem! I strongly recommend the Wasabi sushi roll. It had the right amount of spice and heat!

Absolutely loved eating here! I ordered the Jellyfish Choice and it came with so much food for only $24 (hibachi chicken and steak with onion soup, salad, and fried rice). All of it tasted amazing! My friend really enjoyed her sushi rolls as well. The service was great. I highly recommend eating here. Note: We took the photo after eating a few bites.

This was great evening experience! I was actually heading to Miyako’s on Washington because of their happy hour prices and great sushi. I didn’t feel like driving that far so I ended up stopping here. I was kind of hesitant because once you find a good sushi spot, you kind of stick with it when you I’ve that craving. Well, I think I may have found another favorite spot!! I was not disappointed!!! They did not have a happy hour special or pricing. However, currently, they have a byob or complementary alcohol. Either which way, I have no complaints. Service was nice. Sushi was awesome! And I will most definitely be back!!!

Jellyfish was a bit of a mixed bag. The chirashi left me feeling a bit underwhelmed – especially the tuna, which tasted a little too fishy (ya I know it’s fish). We enjoyed the rolls, though, so credit for that. On the bright side, the service and ambiance were on point. Overall, worth a visit, but will probably stick to the rolls on future visits.

Below average sushi and rolls. Hibachi was equivalent to warming up cooked chicken in the microwave. The prices are way high for the quality and portion sizes. $17-18 per roll and $18 for lunch chicken hibachi. Just got to chipotle and get rice and chicken for $10 bucks. Very far from the 4.9 star rating. 2.5-3 star at best. Wish I could recommend, but I cannot.

Jellyfish Sushi & Grill is a casual Japanese restaurant located in a somewhat rundown strip mall, but at least there’s plenty of free parking. We visited on a Sunday evening with our 14-month-old son and immediately noticed that it’s very family-friendly—several other families with kids were dining, and they provided high chairs, which was convenient. The menu offers a mix of hibachi entrées, nigiri sushi, and rolls. I ordered the House Delight Hibachi Entrée ($23), which included chicken and shrimp grilled with light seasoning, along with onion soup, ginger salad, hibachi vegetables, and fried rice (an extra $3). My son had the Kid’s Teriyaki Chicken ($8), which was just teriyaki chicken and white rice. My wife tried three sushi rolls: 1) Jellyfish Roll ($15) – Spicy tuna, sliced pepper tuna, cucumber, gochujang, and microgreens. 2) Texas Himachi Roll ($15) – Yellowtail, shrimp tempura, sliced jalapeño, and ponzu sauce. 3) Cherry Blossom Roll ($14) – Cucumber, avocado, microgreens, salmon, tuna, ponzu sauce, scallions, and soy paper. Overall, the food was fine—nothing special, but it was not bad either. The flavors were decent, but nothing really stood out. The service, however, was great—our waiter checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a fast, casual spot for a quick Japanese meal with family, this place works. If you’re after high-quality sushi or standout hibachi flavors, you might want to look elsewhere.

I ordered chicken hibachi takeout and the chicken was severely over cooked. Basically burnt. But, after seeing how the restaurant is set up for sushi more so than hibachi, I plan to try the sushi and nigiri because it seems like it’s probably a better experience.

The service was fine, but the food was a huge disappointment. The quality of the raw fish was terrible and way overpriced. The noodles tasted like something from a cheap buffet and were heavy and bland. Definitely not worth spending over $72 for a few lousy dishes. Never coming back.
