This place is a treat! Their single origin coffees are exceptional. Their pastries are phenomenal also, truly just a delectable experience. I appreciate the knowledge of the owners and their recommendations every time. There’s limited parking but it comes with the area. It does get busy and the seats get filled up quickly!

My new favorite coffee shop! They really focus on the drinks, and nothing there is too sweet for my taste! There is also a good selection on non coffee times such as cacao milk and teas, which are all equally as great as the coffee! Very clean dining area and nice sunlight from the street! Only complaint is parking isn a bit rough, but that's the norm for finding a place to leave your car in that side of town anyways! Thanks for the hospitality:)

Simply the very best cup of coffee you will have in Houston, no competition. I try to go with they recommend since they’re the experts. Service is the absolute best. It’s like a family reunion. You feel welcome and seen. The atmosphere is simple but with warmth. The music is not distracting. Great place 10/10.

We found this coffee shop at random and are so glad we gave it a try. Beautiful, airy, relaxing atmosphere. And the service matches just that as well. Highly recommend. We do not live in Houston, but when we come back this is definitely a comeback spot for us.

Upscale heights coffee shop specializing in pour overs. Fantastic place to study or work. I tried a few of their specialty drinks: (1) Taiwan Alishan Coffee - $20 (2) Yemen’s Green Royalty - from their specialty pinball machine $13 - which you get a mystery drink and (3) which I can’t remember. All coffees were absolutely delicious! I don’t think I’m at the level of coffee sophistication to understand the flavors and notes of the coffees so will probably stick to the more classic / budget options going forward. The space is impeccable - modern and bright while feeling cozy and as other reviews have mentioned their bathrooms are state of the art. The owners and staff are incredibly knowledgable and friendly. Nick especially is a great guy! I’ll definitely come back in the future.

This coffee shop is an excellent choice for quality coffee and a well-maintained space. Their specialty coffee is rich and flavorful, clearly crafted with expertise. One standout feature for me is the clean and modern restroom, which is something I always consider when grading a place. The customer service is exceptional—staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely make the experience enjoyable. Overall, this place earns high marks for its coffee, cleanliness, and service. Definitely worth a visit!

Great place to get coffee and pastries in the area. Great place to work and study. The place is very modern and clean, they had great service. They have a large amount of different coffee options. The matcha espresso that I got was perfect and had strong good flavor. The pastries was amazing as well. I would come back.

Simply Coffie has an amazing selection of single origin pour over and espresso options. If you appreciate a good quality brew then this place is the place to be. The staff were also super helpful in selecting a roast and bean to match my tastes. You know a place takes their coffees seriously when they have market price beans on their menu, but beware… it will burn a hole in your wallet.

Stopped in here for an iced latte and a pastry. The berry tart was delicious - would definitely get it again. The iced latte was also very good, but I don't think I'll get it again because they don't provide any sugar as a policy. So if you like to add sweetener to your lattes, you just can't. Also the cup was tiny. Clean place with friendly service, just not flexible with coffee options.

Chocolate croissant was nice. They change their menu according to the season so those stacked looking pastry things you see in the reviews are not there now (typing this February 7th.) The mocha latte was not hot, but barely like warm and lacked a true mocha-flavor. (The chocolate needed to be way stronger. It tasted more like black coffee than a mocha??) I recommend the establishment work on their drink menu.

It's not lost on me that the name is this coffee shop is "Simply Coffie" for what I'm about to say. I chose this shop based on its high star rating, but I am honestly puzzled by how it earned such a reputation. I ordered a standard drip coffee, and it was watery and lacked any real flavor. To make matters worse, they offer zero condiments no cream, no sugar, and no sweeteners of any kind. While some shops aim for a "purist" approach, I’ve never been to a coffee shop that doesn't provide even the most basic coffee essentials. Between the weak brew and the total lack of options for the customer, this was a major letdown.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! First of all the matcha was so bad, it was all milk and barely tasted like matcha. Second of all this tiny microscopic “matcha” was $10! That’s insane for a tiny cup, I took one sip and it’s halfway done. I was EXTREMELY disappointed, never going back! If you want good matcha go to Wild instead, it’s cheaper and it actually taste like matcha not milk, and it’s bigger than that joke of a matcha shot from this place. You can see in the third picture the difference between both matcha sizes and colors.

I was very excited to find a new coffee spot on the way to an appointment and really looking forward to a delicious latte. Their service was very friendly, fast, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Great start! However, when they handed me my iced latte, I felt a huge wave of disappointment. I am not one to shy away from spending an extra dollar for sustainable and high quality options, but I also do not like to waste money. That is exactly what I thought when they handed me the tiny cup half filled with ice for $6.50. I was hoping the taste would compensate, but nope. It tasted like milk. Couldn’t even pick up the notes from the espresso. I had to go buy a second cup from elsewhere.
