It was my first time ordering from this wingstop as we just moved into the area but I must say the service was phenomenal. From getting greeted as soon as I walked in and even though I was waiting for my order I was constantly being checked up on to make sure my order hadnt already came out and it was sitting back there. They constantly call out orders, theres a gentlemen on fries constantly updating coworkers, the constant drop of wings and chicken sandwhiches is incredible and my food was great, it was hot. I felt seen, heard and taken care of . I might be going back today for more. Everyone is so respectful, communication is top notch, customer service was great! Id def recommend this place. My only conplaint was the tenders were a bit dry, but other than that everything else was perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked!

My experience was nothing but great I was rushing to work from break and let the manager Erika know that and they made sure it came out in a timely manner. While I was waiting for my food I had great entertainment from the casheir keshawn me and him was singing, but overall my experience was great because there is nothing that makes me more happy than seeing African American people doing great. So I will be back soon☺️

I placed my order online so went inside to pick it up. I immediately got greeted by Joy, the cashier. While waiting for my food to be finished cooking, Joy began making my drink for me and making small talk. May came out from the back and began checking on the customers inside and then checked on me. They were so super friendly and asked me about completing a survey for them and showed me how to do it. It was super quick and easy. My food came out within 5 minutes so super quick since I had just placed my order. I ordered 3 types of boneless wings, mango habenero, hot buffalo and the spicy Korean. I also got some ranch for the side. The wings were hot, fresh and tasted amazing. The mango habenero ones were addictive but super spicy. The spicy korean was a mix of hot and sweet and of course the buffalo ones are always the bomb! The ranch was amazing. I dont know what they did but it was heaven and I could have literally drank it! No exaggeration here! In small talk after getting my food, I learned that May is the general manager and thats just amazing! She was in the kitchen doing it all just like her employees and teammates and that means and says so much! It speaks volumes that she also is motivating customers to submit surveys so they can see how they're doing and what may need improvement. I see this store making a big come up and I definitely think this is the best location yet when it comes to customer service!
Love their seasoned fries and ranch dressing! The chicken tenders are not from their😁😛🙃 Don't slay me for using the wrong "theirs" lol. Im not a English major😍😘🤓

I ordered my food an hour in advance because I know this location can get busy on weekends. I got to the location and my order wasn’t just basically ignored because I waited an hour even after I told them I’m here for my order and told them my name. Waited 1 hour then went in and asked what’s going on? The whole time they weren’t even were working on my order. I was very upset and disappointed. I know it was hectic but that wasn’t fair at all, and I saw other costumers who ordered through the app too who were struggling to communicate with the staff because they weren’t being direct. I usually am not a person to be impatient I’m usually very understanding but this was not okay. I hope this never happens again. The wings were good but my fries were very crunchy and had a different season that I didn’t ask for.

Don’t bother calling and placing order at this wing stop, I called when I left my house and I was on hold til I walked in the restaurant. The phone was on the counter and 3 people just standing not taking orders over the phone. Mind you I was still on the phone when i walked in the restaurant. They just leave the phone on the counter and will leave you on hold until you hang up. There was nobody placing orders in the restaurant when I walked in so both registers were open to take orders over the phone.
Order my food on line. Went to pick it up. They forgot my fries. I ended up waiting an hour just for fries! Horrible. Food was good after I warmed it up.
I ordered doordash for my credit Union branch as a gesture for them to have free lunch today on Monday but unfortunately the whole order was wrong I had to go out of my way get out of work on my lunch break just to replace the meals for my co-workers and it was just not a pleasant experience the only thing that had its saving Grace was that the manager was able to replace all the food. Still time, energy, money wasted just to get something for correctly that should have been done right the first time around.

Horrible place. Literally been waiting 45 mins for food. Every time I look up the workers are just standing around chilling. They have tickets full from top and bottom. Girl in the front keeps saying they are working on the order but you look at the back and guys barely doing anything. The poor lady in the front can only get out orders if the people in the back are making it work and she is literally putting stuff in bags and seasoning fries. Customers who are doing door dash or Uber have to wait forever for orders. Guys think it is so funny. SMH need to do better.

So I usually come to this wingstop a lot. I've never really had a bad customer experience with the exception of the food a few times but nothing too bad. Today was ridiculous. I was checked out by the manager Sylvia. Right off the bat it seemed like she was in a bad mood. I asked for my order and then told her I had a coupon for the fries. (It was a birthday reward.. what a great birthday I'm having. Lol) she said I needed to print it out with a really nasty attitude. I asked if there is any way I could get them bc it was in my emails and I didnt have a printer and she states again in a loud, rude voice "I'm the manager you have to print it out you cant get them". I said ok. She then proceeded to ask me if I wanted ranch. I asked her if she could replace the ranch with a mango habanero sauce instead. She again stated super rudely "It doesn't come with an extra sauce!" I said, I know. Can I get the extra one? She rolled her eyes and started laughing at me. I gave her the cash and she said "have a nice day" again with an attitude and she just threw the cash in my hand. I usually always have a great experience here as far as cashiers but she was just super rude. And to top it off it's my birthday. There's different ways to go about saying no, and they have accepted my mobile coupon before so I dont understand why all the sudden I get made to seem like I dont have the coupon right there in my emails. P.S. You should probably put caution signs on the huge puddle in the hall way
I placed an order for my office staff for a large company on 10/06/2024 to be picked up on 10/11/2024. I called to cancel the order on 10/11/2024 at 10:30am ,when the location opened, due to an office emergency. I didn’t want them to waste chicken and wanted to call as soon as possible so that I didn’t waste the cooking staff’s time. I reached the restaurant, provided my phone number, my name was confirmed, and was then advised that my order wasn’t showing in the system. The employee advised that the manager advised since it wasn’t showing that I would need to wait to see if it cancelled. I inquired if we could check with my work cell to make sure. The employer spoke to their manager with me on the phone and the manager belittled her and advised to call back if it doesn’t show a refund in two to three days. I knew this was odd and made no sense, but I was attending to things at work and couldn’t attend to it at that moment. I received a missed call at 2:37pm from the location. I called back and was told they called the wrong number only to receive another call at 4:17pm that the wings I purchased weren’t picked up. I advised I called to cancel that morning only to be told that my order wouldn’t show up until 15 minutes prior to pick up. I confirmed it was to be cancelled and the employee disconnected the call abruptly. All of the people I encountered had poor attitudes and were unprofessional. As a part of my job, I am always looking for different restaurants to supply lunch for my teams for weekly and monthly meetings. My hope was to establish a relationship with this location since our office is local to it and wanted to use them for future orders. I can say with assurance that will not be happening presently or in the future. I do not trust the store leadership did the right thing and cancelled the order and have sent an email for resolution.
Order my food through UberEats 1 hour before closing. They accepted the order digitally, then told the driver they were closing 20 minutes after she arrived on time. THIS IS LAZY! THEY DIDNT EVEN CANCEL MY ORDER AND THERE WAS ENOUGH TIME TO GIVE IT TO THE DRIVER.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! Did a call in order at 10:32pm on 11/13/24 . My husband went to pick up the food and waited OVER AN HOUR when they told us it would only be 18 mins on the phone. After waiting over an hour they tell him that they had given out his food to another customer and said it would be an additional 25 mins to remake our order. Even that took an extra 40 mins instead of 25. By this time it was AFTER 12 am and he was STILL waiting on our food. We eventually decided to order from another place. That experience was absolutely HORRIBLE . This was our 1st time ever placing an order with this location. My experience with WingStop has always been great but this situation left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be ordering from this location moving foward.
They said our order was gonna be ready at 3:30. When we came they said it wasnt ready. We waited a whole hour and when they finally gave us our order, we had some items missing. We waited a whole lot more for them to make them. The items were cold and badly cooked. Second time this has happened.
I recently placed an order online. I called to change my flavor, the girl was SO RUDE. Then I asked for my wings to be extra wet, and I received them DRY. That’s not it one of the wings still had feathers. And also I didn’t receive my ranch. BAD BAD SERVICE
Ordered my food and got home just to find both fries were missing from my order. I call to see what can be done and they offer to remake them for me. I show up around 11pm because I called around 10:40pm (I probably showed up before 11 since I’m at a hotel 6 minutes away) I was told my fries would be ready in 4 minutes so I wait at the pickup spot for the next HOUR. I pretty much had to wait till they closed until they got around my two fries I was missing and was very disappointed once I got home considering my food had been sitting for the past hour. Didn’t think it would take as long as it did to receive my fries. I kept asking the lady at the front about my fries and she kept insisting they were coming soon.
They canceled my order and refused to remake it unless I reordered. Thats $100 for a $50 order?? Insanity!!
I placed an online order last night, the 40 piece bundle pack. I picked up my order off the bat my ranch was missing and asked for some and processed to go because I saw 3 boxes so I assumed everything was there. Wrong! I get home and my fries were missing so I go back for my fries. I got my fries and went back home. I start to take everything out and notice they shorted me on 10 wings. Service was horrible I will not be going back to this location.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! They lost my order the last time and it took about 45 mins. This time I ordered online and still they Failed. These people here are.......#@$!. Because they can't get orders right. Good luck to whoever decides to eat here. There trying so hard to learn Spanish when they should learn how to do the orders right. I would give the place a zero if I could.

The wings were the biggest disappointment — they came out lukewarm, soggy, and lacked flavor. Even the sauces tasted watered-down, almost like they were rushed or not freshly prepared. Overall, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re craving good wings. There are plenty of other spots that do it much better.

So sad to do this, the employees are so rude and disrespectful. They make mistakes with the orders (missing wings or ranch)and get upset at the customer’s because of their mistakes. They are always out of coke and their fries are overcooked technically burnt.
0/10 never try again. Ordered a 8pc wing gave me a hard chicken sandwich and the girl snatched the receipt out the bag before my bf could verify the order. High prices low quality product.

Horrible customer service and very rude cashiers. Wings were overcooked had to throw away. Im very dissapointed with my food and service.
The smell of sweage when walking in is what made me change my mind then when asking why it smell like that, they didn't know but it clearly smelled like a loud bad smell of sweage, The FOH Was Not Up To Part. Diamond The Cashier Was Very Welcoming & Ethusiatic.

I just made an order with them and I was trying to call them to add my sauce on the side, the dude let me in hold like ten minutes, and then he just told me “the order is already done I can’t do nothing” I mean what kind of respect you have for your costumers? I understand that you’re busy but you should take more attention to details and costumer service, and I didn’t get my food yet but I hope at least is good
My friend Maria had a horrible experience in this place and I don’t recommend it at all. She’s a 16 years-old minor who was severely ignored and mistreated by an almost 20, medium height, black man who didn’t want to take my friend’s order because she is Cuban so she has an accent speaking English. He acted really rude and disrespectful when she was trying to order 10 wings, two with no spicy, a Fanta, and some fries. At the place, my fried cried so much because the way that man treated her just because of her accent, saying that he couldn’t understand her and not even looking at her. After that, a tattooed white girl laughed made fun of my fried with the same man as before, and it really pissed me off. I hope you do something to improve the service because I don’t think Wingstop is a bad place, given that my friend went there with an obvious purpose and then she came back literally crying. Goodbye.
