Genuinely the best all you can eat sushi experience I’ve had yet! The flavor of everything is absolutely wonderful and everything is cooked well The price for value is good- $21 for lunch buffet. I recommend the Baby Tiger Roll (pictured below) & the Shumai (I couldn’t get a picture of it before I ate it all). The rolls are great! There’s a great filling to rice ratio, lighter on the rice, and the rolls are fair sizes. The restaurant was very clean and organized, and the workers all seeme knowledgeable and professional.

Sushi Masa is the best premium sushi buffet in Houston, hands down. The quality of the fish and the variety of options are unmatched, especially for the price point. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a fantastic atmosphere that makes dining here a real pleasure. The staff are all great and very attentive, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent sushi experience. Edit: Giving props to Jacob as his service he provided was above, beyond, and exceptional!

Corey was a stellar server!! This was our first time at Sushi Masa and it did not disappoint. The all you can eat sushi menu was on point. But more impressive, was the service. Corey was always punctual, extremely friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. We never had to wonder “where’s our waiter” or feel forgotten. Thank you for the great experience. The dining experience at Sushi Masa felt far more like traditional Japanese hospitality than a typical all-you-can-eat buffet. Each menu item is made to order, ensuring every dish is fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The service was exceptional—Tommy was patient, kind, and happy to explain any dish I wasn’t familiar with. With experience helping to open six Sushi Masa locations, his expertise and attentiveness truly enhanced the meal. Thank you, Tommy! The Tuna Tataki was beautifully presented and delicately prepared. The sear on the tuna was perfect—lightly crisped on the edges while keeping the center tender and flavorful. The citrus and soy dressing complemented the fish’s freshness perfectly, reflecting the care taken in both preparation and plating. The Pepper Tuna was another standout. Nicely seared and fresh, it had just the right amount of peppery kick without overpowering the tuna. The clean presentation and satisfying portion made it a very enjoyable dish. The Shrimp Tempura was light, crisp, and beautifully golden. The batter offered a nice crunch without being heavy or greasy, and the shrimp inside were tender and fresh. The Unagi was tender, flavorful, and perfectly glazed. The sweet-and-savory balance enhanced the eel’s rich texture without overwhelming it, and the elegant presentation made it a pleasure to enjoy. The Tuna Toro was a true highlight. The cut was clean, fresh, and beautifully presented. Its texture was rich and buttery, just as Toro should be, while the flavor remained delicate and balanced—simply exquisite. The Shaggy Roll was a delightful treat—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The combination of ingredients worked harmoniously, making each bite satisfying without being overwhelming. A must-try for anyone seeking a creative and tasty roll. The Philadelphia Roll with Tuna was excellent. The tender tuna complemented the creamy avocado and smooth cream cheese perfectly. Each bite was flavorful and well-balanced, delivering a truly satisfying sushi experience. Finally, the Baby Tiger Roll was absolutely delightful. Fresh ingredients and balanced flavors made every bite enjoyable, and the thoughtful presentation added to the overall experience. A wonderfully satisfying roll for any sushi lover. Overall, Sushi Masa offers a memorable, high-quality sushi experience with fresh ingredients, artful presentation, and attentive service.

Came here spontaneously we were definitely in the area and we all wanted sushi. Very big menu we did the all you can. Eat. Quality of the fish is good huge staff so you're always attended to. My waiter was nice. Gave us everything very accommodating water. It was always refilled. Would definitely come back.

Service was excellent and attentive. Every timewe go to Taizzi (another all you can eat sushi) the service is crap. Food was good and so much. Prepared fresh and arrived fast. Don't recommend yakatori, seafood soup or pepper tuna. Everything else was great.

We love the all you can eat sushi restaurants because one price gets you a large variety of food. Here, the service is faster, friendlier, and the best we've ever experienced. The food is good quality. I enjoyed every dish, some more than others. The Asian taco was a tasty original concept. I love the Halloween decor touches.

I get skeptical of all-you-can-eat restaurants where you have to order more food because some places can seem purposely slow to make sure you can't eat as much. Happily not the case at all here at Sushi Masa. I had a group of 10 (kids and adults) for lunch with everyone ordering AYCE and our waiter Tommy was on top of everything. He got orders in fast and had the table cracking up at his jokes. It was a great first experience at the restaurant. Food came out fast too. Some of the food options were more limited of course with AYCE, especially with the sushi rolls, but it's still a great deal at the price. Because there are a lot of cooked rolls too, it's great for people who can't eat raw fish. Fried tofu, fried mushrooms, chicken skewers were great too. And there are ice cream options for dessert. Definitely a place I'll add to my regular rotation. If you have a reservation make sure you're on time and with at least half your party or they won't seat you.

Amazing bang for your buck! Love when AYCE sushi rolls aren’t 50% rice. Was able to try so much on the menu. Bree and Zack provided great service at the bar. Will definitely be coming back!

This place is beautiful on the inside and the ambience is lovely! Lots of parking available and the whole experience is pleasant. Our server was Bree and she was very kind and attentive. Adrian checked on our throughout our stay and made sure the experience was excellent. The food is free and speedy. I’m impressed by how quickly food and appetizers came out. I’ve come to this location before this review and I love it! I would easily say this is the best AYCE in Houston and surrounding areas.

I seen this spot on Instagram, so we decided to stop by and check it out. They have a lunch special that is all you can eat for $20.95. It is located in a pretty large building and there is plenty of parking available. When we walked in, we were quickly greeted by the hostess, who asked us if we had any food allergies. We were quickly seated after that. There was no wait for a table at lunchtime. The decor is very Instagramable! We sat in a pretty large booth, but tables were available also. Our server was very nice and she checked on us frequently throughout our visit. It wasn't very loud in here and you were definitely able to hold a conversation without yelling. The food is good. I've been to a few other AYCE sushi spots. This place was definitely not my favorite, but the quality of the food was fine. The fish was fresh. The eel was our favorite!! The selection seemed to be limited as far as desserts and appetizers. I would say that it seemed to be a delay on the food coming out compared to the other spots I've been to as well. Overall, the food was good. I'm just not sure if I would return.

Every item then owned was monogrammed with their logo- must have costed a fortune. Money they should have spent on better quality fish. Everything was poor quality fish. The salmon was warm and such an odd color we didn’t even know which fish it was. Rolls were mushy. Some tempura was ok, most oily. My stomach hurt when I left. Looks like it’s a nice place, and it is clean, but food wasn’t good at all.
