We traveled from West Plains just to eat some Pizza Hut and the food was super tasty! Our waitress, Savanna who looked like she was having a rough day, was amazing! She took the best care of us! Everyone else seemed super grumpy, including who i assumed was the store manager. Store should be staffed with Savanna's and less grumps. Would travel again, just to see our waitress.

Order it to go. I Ordered a stuffed crust pizza There was more stuff crust than actual crust for the pizza. It feels like I ordered a thin stuffed crust pizza. It was not right.

We went on $2 pizza tuesdays. The pizza itself was okay, but the place is not very tidy or bright, and was very sparse. The minis also had a lot more bread than toppings.

Order said delivered at 7:53…did not actually arrive until almost an hour later. Store did not answer phone calls. Wrong pizzas delivered and they were cold.

Very poorly managed, I counted 9 workers all of them looked to be doing something but it was a unorganized mess. They had pizza's stacked up and just sitting there, line of people waiting to order a dining room with about 4 to 5 families in it with one person that has no clue on how to wait on people. He also got our order wrong plus he is supposed to help at the register I guess. Every table was dirty. I think this would be a great place if they had better management. Of the very few sit down pizza huts left, it is sad to see this one run so poorly. *update* went again today for lunch, they basically should just turn this into a delivery and pickup place and block off the inside seating. Restaurant dirty dishes on the tables, brought food out in to go boxes, had to go ask for paper plates and forks. Just a sad display for Pizza hut from when I was a kid. Those days are gone.

This place is unsanitary. Today, I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza for pickup. When I got home, I found a strand of black and wavy hair baked into my pizza. This is actually the second time that I've found hair in my food at this location. I'm not going back a third time.

We arrived shortly after opening, and were able to sit wherever we wanted. We could not find a clean table in the entire restaurant. The whole place was filthy. It was like the night crew left the cleaning for the morning crew to take care of and didn't tell them. My wife wanted to leave, but we were both really hungry so we stayed. The food was really good, and the service was good too. The young lady who was waiting tables was very polite and helpful. Would've been a great experience if the place wasn't so dirty.

Unbelievable. My pizza was BURNT, I did not ask for well done, asked for extra sauce, was given a dry hockey puck. I can’t believe someone thought this would be ok to serve, too late in the night to go back, pizza is inedible and dry!

Ordered the lovers deal 2 pizzas and wings. Took 1.5 hours to deliver, pizzas were completely wrong I ordered a medium pepperoni pan pizza and received a Thin crust mushroom and onion, also Got a pan ham and pineapple should’ve been normal hand tossed, and all the food was cold. The Pepsi was the best part. Called the store no one answered, called customer service said the manager would call back never did. Driver told me he would have the manager call me as well and never did. Choose another Pizza Hut location when ordering from Pizza Hut. Still waiting on a refund or call back from customer service team. Terrible experience.

Ordered their new tavern style pizza and a deep dish pizza. The tavern style pizza showed up as a regular thin crust pizza missing a topping. The deep dish arrived as a hand tossed crust. Maybe it's a pizza hut promotional scam to sell more thin crust? Very disappointed in a childhood favorite pizza establishment. I tried calling and was on hold for 15 minutes while my dinner got cold. I recommend if you do not need delivery get your pizza from Zalat way better and no issues. Shame on the big box for taking advantage of their customers looking for convenience and quality from a well established chain. The order was delivered from door dash for some reason this store contracts their delivery out to a separate party. Now the 6$ delivery fee makes sense. As long as I live in midtown I will never order pizza hut again. Papa Johns is just as close. Beware midtown residents and speak with your wallet. Too many good establishments have gone bankrupt and left us with this garbage that is pizza hut. After researching other reviews this pizza hut should be shutdown and boycotted. Lol. Its laughable how historically bad this location is. Shut it down and bring back my beloved pizza love location. If I get enough support I would love to join my fellow midtown residents in a protest outside this store to promote change and make a statement that midtown will not except this level of failure from a big chain store while watching our local favourites continue to struggle while this chain has consistently disappointed our community.

The most disgusting pizza & service I’ve ever had. I will literally NEVER order from this restaurant again. The pizza was dry as a desert, it was cold as ice, delivery time showed for 9:23pm-9:33pm; the pizza came at 9:50. The tracker showed the order being prepared; however, when I called, the agent said it was already on the way. I asked the driver what happened he said he a lot of stops. That has nothing to do with my order. I tipped before receiving but had I known I would receive a cold, dry pizza 30 mins late, I wouldn’t have tipped at all.

Horrible service they lost our order after 2 hr. And they say the district manager is the only one who can refund! This is BS Update: apparently they lose orders a lot and don’t answer phone. Be prepared for a 2-3 hour wait for you pizza as it gets cold and not fresh. LOOK AT THE Reviews! And they always seem to lack Employees as that’s the common excuse they give me which is sad! Corporate needs to evaluate this store and the owner as it is not on par with the standards of Pizza Hut!

Ordered at 7:33, received email stating that at 8:03 pm the pizza be right over. Online tracking stated between 8:03-8:08. Called the store at 8:25 and was told it’d be between 10-15 more minutes. At 8:29 online tracking stated order dropped off (this wasn’t the case). Called the store again and after a couple of try’s I was told I couldn’t be refunded because in your system the order was completed. Interesting how an order can be completed when there’s no delivery. Also worth noting how a customer can’t be refunded allegedly because your system didn’t allow it (not the customer’s fault that you can’t deliver what you promised)

Second time in a Row the Pizza Hut on Westheimer here in Houston don’t put the dipping sauces for the cheesy bites, and they don’t put the garlic as advertised on the bites. When complaining, Pizza Hut doesn’t do anything, as if this is normal. Not the first time having issues with Pizza Hut.

I want to start off by saying this is the first negative review I've ever left for any business in my life. I place an order online for the breadsticks, a buffalo melt, and some bacon cheese sticks. I did not add a tip, when you gave me the option to because it was pick up. And even though I'd already paid for it he said oh you need to fill out this and point it to the card reader, where it ask me for a tip that was all I was doing, so that's very rude and unprofessional obviously I didn't want to give it to you cuz I would have done it when I paid for it online. I noticed that 2 of my items came with ranch,at which point I stated I didn't want ranch and would like marinara. The guy rudely stated those things come with ranch,and marinara was $1.07 extra a piece. Maybe I'm the jerk,but I expected to be able to swap out the ranch for marinara. I paid $1.07 for the marinara,places the 2 ranches on the counter,and then got a crazy look and was asked what I was doing with the ranch, after I already made it clear I didn't want ranch. And to anyone that reads this,and thinks I'm being extra,my apologies,but this is the thing that finally pushed me over the edge enough to complain. Whoever this guy is,he definitely shouldn't work dealing with customers

I had an online mobile deal, for a free flats pizza with any purchase of $1 or more. I put the reward code in, and it dropped my total from 10 something to $5.41. When I arrived the lady told me I owed $5 and some change. And told me that I put the code in wrong and I didn't do it right. So the deal was not honored. The food was still fine, but due to the incredible lack of good service, I will not be back at this location. UPDATE: The DOMINO'S down the street has MUCH better customer service!

Placed order getting delivery from this store, it gave me and my daughter foods poisoning. Been vomiting up pizza. I need refund this is terrible.

I never received my order, I called them over 50 times to get a refund and someone keeps picking up the phone and then hanging up!! Horrible !!! Don’t order from here !!

Driver stole my food. And when I tried to call the store the line was disconnected. I had to call costumer service 3 times and they couldn’t even reach the physical store.

Manager hung up in my face after I called and told her about my pizza crust being raw….she has a terrible attitude..…I will not be back. This happened on 9/5 @8:30pm…..I will escalate to corporate...i didn’t deserve that. And from the looks of these reviews….yall seem to promote bad behavior from managers…..

Went in for a doordash to pick up food and a drink . Walked in and saw nobody . Looked around a found 2 employees standing around s pizza one guy was making. I asked for the order . Got it delivered and asked for the drink I said awww forgot it . GUESS what it was on the order I blew it . But why didn't the employee tell me hey u want the drink . Lol I came back later and the employee tell me they don't even have the drink that the customer ordered. And told me he was on the way to pick up the drink they don't have . Communication comon @pizzahut really he couldn't just say to a customer that unwant a replacement for the product we don't have that the customer already paid for . Basically a 30 minute waste of time in the middle of the night .

I called ahead, the time is 10:33, there's only one person inside of the store. She claims to be new. And could not answer a single one of my questions. The manager left to go to the bank. This is the biggest red flag I have seen in the month of September Order somewhere else!!!!

I will NEVER order from here again. I spent 60$ on the wrong order had no choice but to eat it because it was late. Asked for a New York style pepperoni pizza and received a cheese pizza!! Called the gm Dennis to rectify the order and he tells me I should’ve brought it back!!! I ordered delivery! You should’ve made sure my order was correct before it left the building. Clearly I didn’t want to go in the store if I ordered delivery! The audacity to not even try to fix the mistake! Bad customer service on his end and as a restaurant manager myself I’m highly disappointed as he was very rude on the phone I could barely get a word in. Don’t try to tell me about company policy when you screwed up on your end!

Absolutely the worst experience!!! Half of my pasta was not cooked on half of the order. Crunchy pasta… yuck! I call the store and the manager says for me to bring it back which is a 45 minute trip for me. Then says I can bring all the food back tomorrow for a refund! Very rude!!!

I ordered this pizza at 9:06 pm and it's 10:56 pm right now and still no delivery i called the restaurant and they said it was on its way but never bother to ask for my information or anything very bad experience will be posting on google reviews and i expect a full refund this is redicoulus i have screen shots as proof and will be calling corporate tomorrow...ps 11:47 pm how my stuff got delivered

Generally, I trust Pizza Hut, so I made the mistake of just ordering online, like I’ve done so many times, without checking out this location first (we’re new to the area). We’re 7 minutes from the store, yet it took 45 minutes from the time we got the text that our order was “out for delivery” until it actually showed up at our door. When it did, it was less than fresh – imagine that – and I was dumb enough to not check the order before the driver left. I’m pretty sure the pizzas were carried sideways at some point as can be seen in the photo. That’s last money they’ll see from me. There are better options out there.

Called for delivery and this is what I got. Pizza toppings were completely slid off the pizza. The Supreme pizza I ordered had a puddle of liquid in the center, did not even looked cooked. Super mad. Called to complain and was basically told it was my fault cause I ordered a different sauce. False, I've ordered this particular pizza before and have never had this mess delivered. I asked for a refund and all I got in response was "okay" and hung up on. Super rude, inconsiderate, just straight up disrectful. Super unfortunate cause I had really thought Pizza Hut had really stepped up their pizza game but I will definitely not be messing with this location again. Call center was little help also. Probably will not be a Pizza Hut customer any longer.
