This is one of the friendliest Subway restaurants I have been to. It is always clean and nice people behind the counter. I drive past the Subway on Holman from Main St and Portland St to come to this one.

I came here, because the Subway on Holman was horrible. This Subway on Bagby street is much better. The employees are attentive and they move fast. They even know what a veggie patty is. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. Thank you for a better experience than the previous Subway I went to. I will return. I posted a photo of their Veggie Patty Spinach wrap.

I came here, because the Subway on Holman was horrible. This Subway on Bagby street is much better. The employees are attentive and they move fast. They even know what a veggie patty is. Every time I go to this subway my food is always fresh and good the only thing is the sidewalk is full of homeless people or someone selling

I order from here 2-3 times a week as this place is within walking distance for me. Service is very good... they know me by name now. During covid they are being as careful as they can... only a few spread-out tables and all employees wearing masks. At this time they have a special with $5 footlongs if you order via the app.

I come here super often because I live nearby. I've only had 10/10 experiences - the ladies who work here are always so sweet and my orders are always 100% accurate. If I order "less" banana peppers, or "more" tomatoes, they make it just that way. Love this location and will continue to go here!

Super fast and efficient location

This has been my favorite Subway location for over ten years. I pick up from here regularly. I have some mobility issues and they have always been willing to walk the food to the curb so that I don't have to drag my rollator out of the truck. Though I'm not sure that anyone here has English as their first language, I don't speak Spanish and have never had a problem with my order. Highly recommend.

Always visit this location, but was disappointed that they were closed for renovations. Hope they reopen soon.

Mine was a mobile order so I was able to get there slightly early and watch without them knowing those were my subs they were working on. Nice friendly staff and pretty efficient even with customers coming in and out and this was around 3pm! Clean, safe Midtown location and $12.99 for two footlong Subway Clubs was very cost effective!

the foods okay but they never have drinks. and a lot of times I come for the fresca and they never have any. you'd do better driving to the one 1 mile away.

You can't come here without being harassed by the valet guys that charge for parking I wouldn't suggest coming here this whole shopping center. Guy threatened to tow my truck if I didn't park in front of subway.

They will skimp on the meat & tell you all the out of every other meat.

My friend placed an Mobile Online to the Wrong Subway. The app told him to call the store to cancel it. The stayed on the phone toke 4 mins to answer the Phone. Then told him that he had to call someone else, but there is no other no number. Then she hung up after he argued with her for a few mins. Attempted to call back and the phone wasn’t answered for 5 mins. Money was Wasted and the Employee was rude. Never going back.

English is not the native language here. Rudeness, and blank stares while trying to order, due to lack of understanding english is common law. Punctuality when they open at 7am really isn't a strong point either, come to think of it. If it wasnt so close, wasn't full of sick people (medical center subway) or full of bums (subway at UH) I would go elsewhere. The funny thing about using your credit card here; is them wanting you to sign on the receipt where there is no signature required. This place could be so much better if the owner would invest in quality employees. Shame.
