Shake Shack was amazing - honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had! It was my first time trying a burger with avocado, and it was delicious. The patty was juicy, the bun soft, and everything tasted super fresh.

We went there on August 11th and I have to say the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me and my kids get settled into a table. They have employees who help grab straws and condiments for us. Also they were patient as my kids changed their minds on drink orders. Our cashier who took our order even stopped by later to say hi and check in on us to make sure everyone was satisfied with their food. Just a very appreciative mom for the staff there.

This is the cleanest Shake Shack location I’ve ever visited! The Triple Beef Burger was made exactly the way I wanted—perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.

Definitely the best "fast food" burger we ever had!!! Super fresh, interesting in taste and the bun was very soft. Order was easy and it was delivered fast. All recommendations for this one if you need a quick bite.

Oh so good - we were new to shake shack. The only issue we had was the tablet went down while we ordering. The nice gentleman came over and then just took our order. The shack burger is what three of us got and my daughter got the chicken bites. Two of us got shakes. Absolutely delicious all items were excellent. Wish we had one in our area. Was very happy with the food it was bit crowed with people waiting for there orders but as good as they are I get it.

My first time trying Shack’s stack, it was a new or strange thing for me to have mushroom in the burger, but I suppose it is healthier which make me happy 😁 Staff are very friendly.

The staff here are super friendly and the food was delicious. This is my 2nd time in New York (1st being 7 years ago) and this visit beat out the last one I had (last one was good to) The staff member going by the name of Sam (female) who was cleaning tables and greeting guest at the door. This level of customer service was better than the fine dining Italian restaurant I went to last night.

We tried three items: the classic Shack Double, the SmokeShack Double, and the 'Shroom Burger. ​The Food: The burgers are reliable and high-quality. The 'Shroom Burger has a very unique, crispy texture, though it didn't quite reach a 5-star level for me. ​Value: It’s worth noting that Shake Shack’s price point is a step above other fast-food chains. ​Verdict: It’s a "must-do" experience when visiting NYC, especially after a walk around the Vessel. However, due to the price and richness, it’s more of a special treat than an everyday meal. ​Solid 4 stars for the consistent quality and iconic vibe.

Liked the place but crowded. Somewhat difficult to find the table. Burgers are good but Dubai milkshake is awesome. Must try once. Ordering is very easy. The best part is no need to wait in line for Ordering. Overall good experience..

You'll have to order yourself on machines. They will loudly shout a name, so make that easy to hear. The place is very busy and the food was good. Would recommend eating here when at Hudson Yards.

I am from Canada and vegetarian. I found the onion crumbs an interesting choice. It is as we say the small things that make a difference, this is the first place from where I bought a burger that actually leaves the back side of the burger closed, that makes it not only easier to not get dirty while eating it and you don't lose a big part of the sauce and topping in the paper bag that it come in, should you choose to eat the burger in the bag. Very satisfied with my purchase. The only little drawback is that they seem fairly slow to process orders, and the place is jam packed, but hey that means the business is working well.

I have never been to a Shake Shack but wanted to try this one. It is one of the cheaper places to eat here in Hudson Yards. Everything was fine and exactly what you would expect from a good fast food restaurant. I don't eat burgers often but was satisfied with my basic burger that I had put together. The special fries were also very tasty, I would definitely recommend the BBQ seasoning. The water was in plastic bottles so you can easily take it with you.

Good food inside hudson yards in new york. Chicken and fries were cooked and fried great! The lemonade has great sweetness. It was a bit of wait at lunch time. Overall, I would go back to solid good food.

So apparently when you get your order, instead of eating it you need to first open your burger to make sure that the order is right! 🤷‍♀️ How ridiculous is that? We ordered 3 chicken shack burgers with onions, tomatoes, and avocado. However, we got chicken burgers with just pickles, and lots of shack sauce. Now, like normal human beings, we took a bite before realizing the burger was not right. When we took it up with the register, the agent said we should have checked it before eating. Also, he said he’d give us the ingredients on the side 😒 so that we can assemble the burger ourselves. Well if we wanted to do that, wouldn’t we have eaten at home? Sure it’s not a fine dine restaurant, but can I expect the correct order when I am eating out? Also, can I expect an apology instead of snide remarks like ‘check your burger before you eat it?’
