Great service! There was a problem with my order, and they caught it before bringing it out and started over. The young man came out to apologize and let me know. He was very sincere and my order ended up being exactly what I asked for.
I have eaten here a multitude of time and I have never had an issue. I have only gone through the drive-thru, but they have great Chili at this location. It is fresh, because I have eaten through it so much myself.
The food was hot, the fries were hot and crispy, the staff was friendly, there's basically nothing bad here. I really recommend coming here for lunch.
Wow this Wendy's has really been upgraded! If you haven't been inside in a while I would check it out. The staff was outstanding when I was there as well. Great please to eat at again!!

Wendy's offers unique options that most other fast food restaurants do not, such as sour cream & chive potatoes. Their Frostys are signature. Great selection on the value menu; chicken nuggets are superior.

After the remodel it looks so much more modern and clean. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The fries are awesome as always. The lady that took our order was so nice and courteous.
Did the drive through during a blizzard warning. The fact they were open is enough for 5 stars. The did was also great, as it always is. The employees were very friendly as well.
Front counter woman treated both my wife and I with respect (sir, ma'am, etc), wished her a happy mothers day, and was very polite. New renovations were okay, would have liked if they got up to the counter right away instead of having 2 different people look at me and then someone else assisting.

I’ve only been here twice but months apart. It was fast, friendly and good! I’m extremely happy with this Wendy’s. I now sometimes drive out of my way just to come here. You don’t find this type of great service anymore unfortunately. Keep it up!!

Love the baked potato and chilli, im not a fast food burger fan but its a clean store and the best multi variety soda place in the county, and the staff is awesome, i speak 5 languages and to see multiculterial people working together makes this a 5 star restaurant - cant we all just get along, great saying and i get to practice one or more languages there, they get a more diverse group of customers, they get me weekly or more in the winter for me anyway - God bless Wendys, its founder worked at KFC before starting this restaurant.
We stopped while driving through on a road trip with our family of 5. Restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Food was quick and price was great for our family. Way cheaper than other fast food places. Bathrooms were also very clean. Would stop her again.
The staff was friendly and nice! Food is prepared and cooked fresh in front of you quickly. They change gloves after each item they prepare for your order. It's comforting to know that some fast food chains cook in the back, and you don't know what they're doing to your food. I highly recommend this Wendy's in Hudson!
The lady at the counter was very nice. I prefer ordering at the counter instead of a kiosk. Hate those things. She even offered us water when we only ordered sandwiches. We ordered a Krispy chicken club and it was good.
My son and I go through the Drive Thru about once a week and always get great service. The food is delicious at a good price!

We were on our way home and decided to stop here. This was probably the best Wendy’s we’ve visited. It was clean, the food was fast, everything was hot & our order was correct. Give this weekday manager a raise.
Excellent service. Good employees. Don’t get the crabby patty menu though nothing special about it and not worth it. Their spicy nuggets are the way to go if you’re into that sorta thing

Clean and friendly service. A fairly average to better than average fast food restaurant. Not the best parking situation on location, especially during peak times. Plenty of parking in Wal-Mart parking lot if your willing to walk a little further.
Good food. Went through the drive. Good service. Only downside was it was hard to understand the person taking our order.
Got a Dave’s Double made perfectly and in a timely fashion. The chocolate Frosty had the perfect consistency and temperature. The only thing I could not get over was how sticky the floors were in the dining area.
Open only til 10pm so made it unde the wire. Typical fast food but did the trick. Thank you for serving us.
Good Wendy's, staff was very friendly. Sometimes it can be hard to understand the accents of some of the employees, however they have always been kind and understanding when I ask them to repeat themselves.
Food is decent and the portions are reasonable for the prices paid. One of the soda machines usually has all of the flavors. The other seems always to be missing some of them. Customer service is fairly to good, depending on who has the front-of-store spots. Overall experience: pretty good, but not stellar. Then again, it's a fast food restaurant, not a 4-star or Michelan-starred establishment.
The manager there is very nice. We had a problem with our order and she made it right by giving us a gift certificate even when we went there the next day! Thank you!!
The front counter person made us wait but he did not even say welcome to Wendy's hold a minute or recognition that we were even there I told him heads up people would like it if you would welcome them he said sorry and I told him don't worry about it just wanted you to know otherwise experience was all right
Hit or miss with this location. Half the time your order is hot and everything is correct. The other times your food is cold and they forget sauce or a straw for your drink ect. Tonight I got chili and it was not fully cooked;crunchy onions and hard beans. I think I'll skip this location from now on
I tried every breakfast item, the best the baconator sandwich was the best breakfast sandwich (4 stars) the rest were average and not really worth it, the potatoes were a 1 star they were dry and flavorless. The drive thru wait was short even tho I ordered for 5 people. Go there if you must but there are better places for breakfast.
The food was ok. Service was not. It was ok till I asked for receipt. Got an ok have to print. Waited, looked as if had printed, didn't give to me. Waited, still no receipt. She was doing other things ignoring me. Honked, a guy came over, both looked at me, told me nothing. Waited more, seemed as if doing other things. Man walked away neither telling me anything. Long honk opened window said rudely obviously printer not working. Working on it. Have to wait if I want receipt. Asked how long it was going to take. He said till I get it. Asked any idea. Got paper said printing 3000 something mine was over 200 away from printing. Left and came back to get it. Had not seen or knew how much. Person said $8 something. I may be unusual, I like getting receipt so if comes up different I am able to dispute charge. My mind reading skills failed I had no idea what they were doing.
The guy taking my order through the drive thru barely listened to me. Took me forever to order my food. It created a massive backup behind me. Then I get up to the window and they tell me to pull forward after I pay and they'll bring my order out to me. After a 10 minute wait food finally comes out. I asked them what the hold up was and they said they didn't drop chicken (for crispy chicken sandwiches) in time and ran out. So they had to make more. Only reason they get 3 stars is food was hot at least.
seem to have issues staffing. the time i was there they were very busy. 6 employees looked completely lost and confused, one employee was trying to do it all and the "manager" was completely pissed off and wouldnt talk to anybody, though she was trying. after waiting for 6 minutes to order, 2 drive up customers came walking in with their food, having been given wrong orders. This is when i left. i have been there when they were slow and it was very good then.
Food is always good. Service on the other hand is a hit and miss. Today was the worse though. I had the most uncomfortable service I've had at a fast food. Someone took my order through the drive thru. Didn't tell me how much it would be just told me to pull forward. The girl took my card, gave me my drink, shut the window, a little while longer gave my card back and about a couple min after that gave me my food. Never said one word to me. Didn't even make eye contact once. It was super awkward and did not make me feel very welcome to be there. Sucks cause I like the food but if I'm going to continue to get that type of customer service than that'll be the end of that.
Food was good. Parking was difficult to back out of due to vehicles waiting in the drive thru. Ice dispenser didnt work, soda had an extremely chlorinated taste and most of the tables inside were dirty.
Pretty annoyed, redeemed a coupon in-person and was told the price after the coupon and was still charged the full amount in my bank statement.
This Wendys smells AWFUL all the time. Every time we come there's a terrible sewer smell coming out of the bathroom area into the entire restaurant. It's super gross. It's been like this for months and they are too cheap to fix it.
So under-staffed on a Saturday afternoon that they closed the lobby while we were sitting in the lobby. Hung a hand-written note on the door and locked it to anyone else trying to come in. The cashier, who was actually extremely friendly, made it a point to tell every customer that it was her "day off". Interesting, to say the least. I hope they figure out their staffing issues.
So I wanted to introduce my grandson to Wendy's and Hudson location is the closest. Entering tee building you feel like you just entered a prison cafeteria bland and not inviting. The place was empty with only one other couple inside, it took about five minutes for someone to help us all the while employees screwing around and speaking Spanish I believe. Our large frosty had more frosty on the outside of cup than inside, we were rang up paid and received food asked fo my receipt and employee just walked away. I reached over counter and grabbed my receipt and another employee comes over and just stares at me. Never again will I go to Wendy's in Hudson and I will not recommend to anyone.
They changed their patties! Not sure when, maybe within the last year, Wendy's has done something awful with their meat The burgers used to be slightly irregular with clear evidence of having recently been grilled. Now they are perfectly identical, clearly not hot-off-the-grill, with an odd texture. On the bright side, you no longer need napkins: there is no "juice" to speak of except from the tomatoes. I used to love them, but now its Culver's only! Enormously disappointed!
My fries were not fresh and the chicken nuggets were all overcooked and dry. The cashier was very unfriendly. The cold brew coffee drink was very good.
The only reasons this deverves any stars is the management is good and the food hasn't made me sick. If I could give negative stars to the drive through service I would. Here's a tip don't greet customers with an angry "what do you want"
This Wendy's used to be so on top of things, but the past 6 months or so, not so much. The food is just fine, and the workers are friendly, but the last few times I've gone through the drive through, my order has been wrong. They have given me the wrong sandwich, the wrong nuggets, no sauce, wrong sauce, or even the right sauce and no nuggets at all.
I really can't believe the food was burger and chicken was dry and on the cold side! The baked potato was the only winning thing. Besides the order taker and the cook that redid our order. Wendy's needs to look back on how they cooked and served. They gone down hill like many other overr priced fast food places!
Went through the drive threw and ordered chicken sandwiches and bacon fries with a side of cheese sauce. Got home and had cheeseburgers and no side of cheese sauce.
I went through the drive-thru at about 6:10pm and ordered a small fries and a classic chicken sandwich. I live 0.4 miles from wendys. When I got home, I found the fries were room temperature. The chicken was hot, but the top of the bun was dried out. Halfway thru I noticed the bottom of the chicken looked green. Not appetizing and I didn't finish it.
They screwed up my order in the drive through. When I came back after getting home, they offered to correct it but made the food wrong again. Apparently no one can read the ticket that was printed for them. Also, they refused a refund after the second time even though I no longer wanted the food. Find another Wendy’s to go to.
They forgot the bacon on the bacon Jr. No lettuce was put on my Dave's double. One of the soda machines the soda came out so warm the ice was melted in a matter of 2 minutes. I told the kids on duty and he argued with me about it. Tables were all disgusting. All kids cursing and joking around in back being loud. Not a good place to bring your child to to here there stupidity
20 minutes sitting at drive through. No service. We pulled up and they yelled that they never took our order. We went around still no one else. Still no one there. Still no one took our order. 20 minutes later we left.
The pop I ordered was out of syrup and tasted horrible. Also someone cut my sandwich in half making it more difficult and messy to eat. I spent $24 and expected better service. I will never go here again.
News flash... we r in the middle of a pandemic, if ur lobby is closed, the carryout shouldn't be an option online. Some of us have timed lunch breaks and not a lot of time to waste sitting in ur always long line. Especially when I was ordering ahead. Now i paid for a meal I couldn't get and I have no lunch. So thx for nothing. I'm hangry!
I pulled up to the drive thru and the first thing the guy says is "what do you want?" All snappy and rude, i then had to repeat myself 3 times and after he finally heard it he responds with "okay then?" Super snotty and sarcastic, some highschool looking mexican kid, after how rude he was i decided to take my business elsewhere and am much happier then i probably would have been with wendys anyways. Dont waste your time the food is old half the time anyways!
This is literally the slowest "fast food" restaurant I've ever been too. Also they don't start door dash orders until the dasher gets there, which affects with people's job.
Arrived at the drive thru at 10:45 p.m. This location closes at 11. After 5 minutes of sitting there, I see a guy taking out the garbage and I asked if I could get a sandwich. They shut off the lights on me. As I am writing this, they are still "open". Wth!
Horrible drive thru experience. I asked for a missing sandwich, the gentleman that took my payment inspects the bag with his dirty hands touching all my food after he’s handled cash, credit cards etc. Then after he hands me the missing sandwich he slams the drive thru window in my face as if it was my fault.
Ordered 2 4 piece chicken nugget kid's meals last Sunday thru the srive up along with other items. When we got home one of the kids meals didn't have any chicken nuggets.
I mean, I was expecting it to be decent but it was just really bad. They mixed up all our orders so I just ate what I got and it was still kinda bad
cold frys, not a friendly staff currently. 2 employees i hear about they are gonna go home and do dope. like who talks about that in the dinner room, 1 table away from customers. very unprofession
Cashier completely misunderstood my order even though I clearly stated it, and entire front lobby reeked of urine with no obvious source. It was disturbing, and not this store's usual.
Ordered delivery for the first time and will never do that again. Ordered several items, one being an apple pecan salad. I did not receive an apple pecan salad, I received a ceasar salad (which I don't even like). Called the store, call went directly to voicemail, left a message along with my phone number, never received a response.
Was just in and the manager snapped quite rudely that the inside was closed! Lobby had about ten people in there. The crew was completely polite and apologetic for the lobby being closed at 8 pm on a Friday. There were 6 of us extremely hungry and needing to use the bathroom. Told to leave.
Location clearly has gone down hill over the last couple years. This morning was the last straw for me, I'm never going to this location again. Over 15 minutes from speaker to receiving food, and that was after a 5 minute wait before I got to the speaker. I was told to pull forward, ok, no problem. 12 minutes of waiting there, I go in reverse to see what is taking so long, and get handed my food. I ask the kid at the window and get told it was a wait for sausage. First of all, how does it take 12 minutes to make sausage at a fast food restaurant??? Are you cooking it on the radiator? Had I been told when I ordered there would be a 12 minute wait, I would have chose something else, or passed entirely. When I voiced that I was upset, and frankly wanted a refund, the kids response was just "sorry, do you wanna talk to the cooks?". Surely, you have to be joking man. If you're in the area, go to any other fast food restaurant in town, your experience is sure to be better. If you really need Wendy's, Woodbury isn't far at all. I love Wendy's, I hate this location. This is far from the first mess up like this, but it will be the last.
I usually like Wendy's, I can't judge the food this time cuz I left. Drive thru didn't greet me for like 2 min so I said hello, and was told to hold on a sec. No one in line, no one in the store, so why am I waiting another 3 to 4 min before they finally ask me what I want, after I order he says the pop machine isn't working. Ok. What is going on with the customer service there lately. I went to McDonald's they took my order, my money and gave me food in less time then it took a Wendy's employee to ask what I wanted to order.
Me and my mother went to go get their food and the guy that took our order was extremely slow and barely understood what we were asking and kept trying to make it sound like we didn’t know?? For example I asked for the cheese fries (which ended up being spoiled) on the side and he said they can’t do that and then proceeded to have a 20 second conversation with himself about how it’s cheaper if we do it on the side of the meal lmao. I called back about the fries being spoiled and he explained that they have a “new policy” where they can no longer do refunds and eventually after explaining that not giving us reimbursement of some sort while the food that was given to us was completely spoiled and clearly tasted unsanitary is illegal, he said “we can give you a refund” like what?? And lastly, when we got to the drive through he literally just went “hello?” At the speaker, window, and phone. I’ve worked in fast food long enough to know there’s a required “thank you for calling Wendy’s etc.” but for the record I did not catch this persons name, he was what looked to be a Mexican male that was heavier in weight, black sweater, medium black hair. And somehow he’s a manager.
The last two times I’ve been here none of the workers speak much English then get mad when you can’t understand them. This last time I sat at the register for 10 minutes, all the workers in the back were just looking at us talking. Finally a worker comes out of the back room and takes our order… and of course gets it completely wrong. I don’t know what happened to this place.
This was horrible service, I ordered through the drive thru and was told to "Hold on!" Not please, no asking to give them a moment, just very rude. Of course they got my order wrong, asked for no onions and I got onions, no straw for my drink. When asked what was wrong, the employees just ignored us and pretty much threw our food to us through the window. Very disappointed, as Wendy's is my favorite fast food. My fries were old also, if we ever go back we will go inside, but will probably never go back there. Worst service I have received in a long time. Save your money, or use a little extra fuel and go to a different Wendys
None of the staff used gloves, watched a crew member in the back holding a made burger, wrapped it, wiped his nose, then onto his pants and continued to make food. No gloves with raw meat and chicken = cross contamination with a little snot added. We walked out and did not order.
Dine in on 5-10-23. Ordered my meal and asked for 2 bbq sauces with it. He gave me one bbq and one ketchup packet. I asked for more ketchups, like 10 is what I said. He proceeded to give me 4 more. I said that's not 10. He looked at me like he didn't understand and just stood there. I said can I have more. He said more? I said yes. He gave me 3 more. That still doesn't add up to 10! I just shook my head and took my tray. Didn't even bother saying I only got one bbq. Edwin was his name. Wendy's, you need to put people that are fluent in English at the counter!! This is still America right? Food was good, restaurant was clean. Service sucks.
Love the chicken nuggets. ABSOLUTELY HATE the service went the the other night and paid with card and little did I realize they never returned my card to me.only did I realize that I did not have my card till I went to pay for coffee a day and a half later. This is the 3rd time I've not recieved my card back from them right after my purchase.
Honestly the worst fast food experience ever. Fries taste like they've been sitting there all day long. And the sandwich was disgusting Because the chicken was dried out .
Honestly if I could give this place no stars I would. They messed up my entire order and it took 25 minutes for them to bring our food out. It's a fast food restaurant for gods sake. I ended up leaving before I even got all of my food because it took so long. And on top of it, they were out of half of the drinks and tons of food. Overall, it sucked.
I went through drive thru. I have a buttermilk and pepper allergy. Both are severe. I tried to ask questions related to my allergies so I could make sure I eat what I ordered. The person there either didn't know what buttermilk is or did not speak enough English to understand me. I asked if the biscuits had butter milk in them. Thc, I can have butter and milk but something in the chemical compound of buttermilk triggers a reaction. So I tried to order a breakfast baconater no sausage. Because of my pepper allergy. They put the sausage on there and I didn't realize until I took a bite. If your going to have someone on drive thru or taking orders. Make sure they speak enough English to understand allergies. Lucky I took such a small bite and spit it out no lasting harm was done. Do better. Yes I threw out my food.
I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and 1 spicy nuggs and was told to pull ahead. After waiting 6 minutes they bring the food out thinking it should all be fresh. Only 1 of the sandwiches was fresh and the rest were old cold and not edible. This place sucks.
Seriously the worst customer service ever. I’ve emailed multiple times about my experience to give them a chance to correct it but no response. We went through the drive through and ordered two sandwiches and a bowl of chili. After paying the kid at the window asks what we ordered! After we tell him he walks around confused and then shoves four bags at us and ensures us it’s our order. Two items were the other two were NOT. I get that it’s hard to find employees right now but all I asked is a refund for the items we did not receive with zero response, and no one answers the phone at the actual location.
Went there before closing since it was one of the only places still open and it was 15 minutes before it said they closed and when I pulled up to the drive thru they immediately shut down the board without saying anything was very rude and disrespectful. Don't list yourselves as open till 1 when you won't serve people who show up a whole 15 minutes before closing.
Wanted to like them but even though I love frosties, I am over this place. Paid 34 dollars for two combo meals which is ridiculous. To top it off they wanted to charge me 50 cents per sauce. For a friggin bbq and ranch sauce. Told them I would never be back. Paid 34 dollars for two- combos and they want more for BBQ. NEVER AGAIN!!!
This was their last chance! Very Rude when they had the order wrong, trying to prove it was right. Waited over 10 min in the drive thru after we paid for the food. "Unable to do a refund" for the missing food. And final straw, NOONE handling any of the food had gloves on! 3rd time in a row we had issues, too bad because we really like Wendy's, but no longer the Hudson location.
Order 4 meals and received only 3. Paid for 4 but received only 3. The worker at the window was very nice and full or energy. Would have turned around but weather was bad.
Just had a terrible experience with tha manager telling me I was wrong for presenting a coupon at the beginning of the order. The coupon did not bring off any price so we were charged the whole thing. Instead of offering any assistance the manager was telling me I need to learn how to use coupons? We were all heated so I walked away realizing they did not give me the (2) drinks I ordered. $20 for 2 biggie bags without the drinks. Super disappointed and will be giving my money to other local restaurants.
I was sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to order food off my mobile app, but it was being slow. Then I finally got my food. And the worker was rude towards us. After I left and parked somewhere else the cops were called on us because we were sitting in the parking lot for “too long”
Online order- was there in 5 mins cause it was ice cream. Waited 15 mins out front for my food and I got a chocolate brownie frosty instead of the caramel crunch one I ordered. Guy who brought food was gone before I realized it and I almost missed my appointment cause it took so long. F minus
Tried to get a couple Frostys and it’s literally a soup... The mix-ins sank to the bottom immediately. So gross we just threw them out. It looked like the place was being run by a couple of teenagers with no oversight.
Manger could NOT refund me and re ring up the order.. wow.. I thought I was ordering a combo and realized when I had no fry’s. I asked if he could refund and start over.. nope he can’t… never will I set foot into that place I’m calling other Wendy’s to see what they would do because it’s not right!!
