Very hospitable staff. Gina was patience after me and my kid made a mess. I told her the bathroom was out of paper towels and she genuinely smilled and said she would get some in there after she helps us!

The lady working this morning presented wonderful customer service. She was polite - which is a hit & miss in our industry these days. I don’t eat here often, but the chicken tenders & mashed potatoes w gravy was on point. Will be back, thanks!

Don’t know what other people are complaining about at this location. Food is good and priced well. Had multiple staff check in on me while waiting for a pickup order (was only waiting 5 minutes). Dining and kitchen areas were super clean. Great location.

The food was hot & service was amazing. The server at the window had a wide range of skills. She was able to use the cash register, the fountain drink machine, the deep fryer & was still able to keep our waiting time to a minimum.

Perfect the Cornell made fast chicken possible. I'm laughing at people waiting in line at canes chicken. They only sell one type. Dude it's chicken. I compare everything chicken to KFC. Want to be an idiot Stand in line over half hr for just tenders go to canes. Want to get fed at a good price come to KFC. I had their original 2 pc meal and I got their 10 piece nuggets. Which were o could tell 💯 chicken breast

It was a quick bite to satisfy some after church hunger. I enjoyed every morsel, the staff is friendly and courteous. The lady who took my order was super busy, but she made it look easy.

KFC is often ridiculed for the many horror stories you can find online, but this location holds it down. Been coming here for over 10 years now and I've never had a bad experience. Food is delicious, friendly customer service, and it's a nice place to sit down and eat. Chicken absolutely destroys what Cane's has next door in my opinion. Best fries in fast food. Highly recommend the spicy chicken sandwich and Mtn Dew Sweet Lightning.

I’m not a huge KFC fan but every once in a while I will get some. The day I came in they were packed and swamped with orders. The amount of composure and ability for them to get through a rush even with people bothering them. It’s great to see.

After seeing all the negative comments, I hesitated but it was really good, got a mixed bucket for me and my partner with some chic nugz(8p) they were short staffed, so she had to bring it out, no worries, I'm chill. The extra crispy was🔥 , ignore the comments and check it for yourself, on this one, if you don't believe me

Tried the Jack Harlow meal today. That was the best chicken sandwich I had in a long time. Felt like the food was handmade. W meal for sure. Mac and Cheese was good as always, Fry's we're unbelievably good. 100% recommend next time you at kfc.

KFC was very good. Service was good. Food was good for my friend. When my friend and I went in l was looking for the plant-based chicken nuggets. I was told that the manager took them out. Didn't sell well l guess. I'm a vegan and I was very disappointed ☹️. My friend and I will not return until the manager puts the plant-based chicken nuggets back in the menu. I care very much about the animals and how they are treated before being slaughtered.

I love KFC,the customer service here is good overall but Oustin is the best.He is kind considerate and always goes the extra mile to get you what you need.I hardly leave reviews but he deserves this one.Thanks Oustin

Not a fan of the recent prices, but that's not the workers fault. I ordered a twelve piece meal for a quick and easy dinner for the evening as I hadn't had KFC in quite a while and me and the kiddos were craving it. unfortunately I didnt even realize the price and it had totaled up to more than I was expecting and did not have enough cash to cover it, the employee at the window was very patient while I scrambled around looking for change and tried to figure it out, she then was able to apply coupons to bring the total down. I am y grateful for what this employee did. Food was hot but not what it used to be, not the employees fault.

Clean restaurant, cheery staff, efficiently moved customers through drive through. Only 4 stars due to getting order wrong. I wanted 2 sandwichs with my bucket but got only 1. Was charged correctly.

I prefer KFC over your neighbor. I stopped off ordered 12 tenders 2 sides. Not enough tenders so I waited for fresh. Like them nice and hot. Not as crispy as other locations and the box disintegrated with the oil and left a puddle of oil in the bag. I love your coleslaw. Chicken tenders were not nearly as crispy as others have been or when I worked for KFC in 2014.

The food is always hot and tasty. We always order the crispy. Staff is friendly and they are pretty fast at getting your order done. You have to ask for a receipt if you want it.

I had the chicken strip and waffles combo. Even though this may sound like an odd combo to some, I really enjoyed them. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the chicken strips were more thin than what I'm used to expecting from chicken strips.

Haven't eaten at KFC in years. I thought I would stop and pick up dinner. Ordered the 2 wraps for $5 deal, a chicken sandwich, cole slaw, and fries. I found the wraps to be a waste of money and won't order them again. A small tender with sauce in a tortilla was not impressive. It was so small that most of it was tortilla, which I didn't appreciate. The fries were OK, nothing special..although the Cole slaw was tasty like I remembered. I'll be back for another sandwich some day.

The fries is the best thing out of all the fries and all the restaurants around it however the staff is you could tell they hate their job and be messing up orders but I'm praying for them as we speak that life the Holy Spirit enter into the ppl. Most of the time we have to double check that it's the right order and that all the sauces and such that we ask for are actually present in the bag

The staff was nice and helpful. The line was very long but I suppose since it's a Saturday night that is normal. I gave three stars because I didn't get half of my order. My husband didn't get his mashed potato bowls. We live like 20 mins away so we couldnt just drive back up there.

Quick friendly service, clean lobby for the most part. Quality of the food was good. I was disappointed in the chicken tenders. They are not kfc battered and taste like Banquet frozen chicken strips. If they tasted like the popcorn chicken beading they would be good. I think the pricing is a little to much for the sized portions of the meal boxes you get.

I ordered the 8 piece chicken dinner that feeds four. It's only myself, my 8 year old son and my fiance. We ordered our food inside for to go. We get home and the 2 "large sides" werent large at all. They used the bowls they use for their "famous bowls". I did call and talk to someone about maybe it being an accident for the small amount of mashed potatos and mac n cheese we took home since I paid 41.00 for this large meal for a family of four? she told me that they use those bowls now to dish up for the large sides as of 6 months ago. My fiance didnt get any mac n cheese or mashed potatoes because there was barely enough for just my son and I. KFC is one of my favorites. Always has been but the high price and then the little amount definitely pushed me away. Really disappointing...KFC you lost me.

Basically, only go here during the day. The night shift is extremely rude. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone greeting me, only staring at me. After I received my food, I had a question & the woman working the kitchen saw me & said “oh my god” while she scoffed. If you are working in customer service, this is not the attitude for it. It gets busy, we know. I’ve been there. However, you need to learn how to contain your remarks & comments.

I visited the Apple Valley location yesterday and was disappointed. I ordered a 12 piece crispy strip meal and only received 10 crispy strips. Of the 10 crispy strips we did receive, at least half of them were the size of chicken nuggets. For $26, you should first get what you actually ordered and secondly you should get food that is of value. The only reason for two stars was that the sides were actually fresh and tasty but definitely not worth $26.

Drive thru order, got my order no sauces and they wait was well over the 4 min that was said. (More like 10min) rather go spend my money at raisin canes

Takes forever to prepare food and always seem to be out of extra crispy chicken, even when its slow. My last visit, they told me to drove to the side and wait. Waited for about 20 min, went in to check on my order, find out they forgot about me. Had to wait for another additional 20 min for extra crispy... Was furious.

Pro: No line, they took the order correctly, food pretty good, and they remembered the condiments. Even gave us some free cookies. Con: They gave the incorrect item and forgotten the order of large fries.

Our very first Uber Eats order. Both tubs of dipping sauce were not packed. How do you botch that?

We ordered for dine in and waited 15 min for 8 PC chicken tenders, Cole slaw and Mac and cheese. There were 7 people working or should I say standing around trying to look like they are working. The tables were clean but the booths had food crumbs all over then and on the floor. We ordered for dine in and was given our food in a to go bag with no plates.

I went today at 1:30 to get some chicken. I was craving. Got it home and it was as dry as a mummy the fries were dry and so was The biscuit. The only thing I could enjoy was the drink. I usually get good food but the stars were not were not.

10/20/24 at apple valley location, I had a bad experience. Ordered a famous bowl. Hadn’t had one for a couple of years and use to love them. Unfortunately it was not close to the same as it used to be(at least at this location). The chicken was not crispy at all, was more of a nugget, wasn’t very much of it, hardly any corn or cheese either. Just didn’t taste good, even after one of the young ladies gave me a little more chicken.

Well first off the entire restaurant is Filthy, Kitchen, Dining area. The employees are unfortunately not in uniform or very well dressed, the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired! That’s the good news! The Chicken Pot Pie the are selling at $5.00… it’s probably fairly priced, but it’s not the same formula of the Original Chicken Pot Pie! The filling is so full of a Sauce I can only describe as Glue, the chicken carrot peas, barely any in the sauce! The Crust used to be flaky light, this Crust is tough, suck down into the sauce! I ate 3-4 bites and threw the rest out! It’s a Five $ product in today’s restaurant prices! I would not recommend it as a product! Marie Calander frozen is cheaper and definitely better! The Interior of Restaurant is Filthy, wore out, not fit for a Family! Chipotle’s products are far better and their dining while only average is better!

I normally don't bash companies or food places. But I'm extremely upset. I know it's just food and it's not that serious. However, I didn't receive half of my order. Didn't receive my mash potatoes and gravy. I paid $.60 for extra sauces. None of which I received. I didn't get my apple poppers. I only got 6 honey bbq wings, which btw tasted beyond cold and rubbery. I paid $38 without tax for awful tasting food. And the rest I didn't even get. The only reason why I'm not rating one star is because the staff was very friendly and helped us and we got our food fast.

Berta treats the people here horribly. None of them can come to work because theyre scared of what’s going on in mn right now. It’s even worse that theyre all her family, she treats them so bad. She charges for stuff like hot sauce that used to come with meals. It’s sad because this place used to be open 365 days a week… now its only drive thru

Got the wrong order. 2nd time in 2 weeks this happened. Came home with the correct sides, and all the wrong chicken. Ruined our 40 dollar meal. Couldn't get ahold of restaurant, and customer service only refunded the chicken. I'm tired of wasting money at this location

Waited for 10 mins to get our order placed then waited another 16 mins for the order. Decided at that time to get a refund. Staff was disorganized. Watched as they gave the wrong orders to people and completely overlooked other orders. Never had this type of experience at a KFC before so I am shocked and disappointed.

First off the cashier during our visit looked higher then a kite(eyes were blood shot and he won't make eye contact). We asked him a question and could not answer us on it. The food was cappy. We ordered two potatoe bowls and the corn was watery so it made the bowl taste like water the corn was in. The chicken had no meat to it all breading. Ordered the mini corn dogs for my kids and they were cold when we got them. The side of Mac and cheese was super runny like soup. Next time I want KFC I will drive a couple more minutes to the next closest one. Will never come back to this one again

Stopped at the Apple Valley, Mn. location and ordered an 8 pc. meal with potatoes, gravy and coleslaw. I also requested a couple packets of honey. When I got home, I discovered there was no gravy, and no honey. One of the best parts of the meal is the gravy. How do you forget to add that to the order??? Too far for me to drive back to get it. How disappointing. But, an even bigger disappointment was the fact that my 8 pcs. of chicken did not include even one breast piece. Legs, thighs and wings. Sad and very frustrating. I can't see any reason to go back to this location.

the meal I ordered did not have the ingredients it was supposed to come with. I ordered the 2 chicken little meal and did not see it on the menu either the employee did not even seem like they wanted to be there either but that's not my problem I did not get the pickels in my sandwiches!!!

Thought I might try KFC after a while, almost a 10 minute wait to get my food through the drive through. Got my order wrong, no sauces or utensils. Definitely not going back. I'm surprised this location is still open after Canes being open next door.

Only ones in the restaurant on Friday night, August 23rd at 8:00 pm. Looked like about 3 guys working. One was taking drive through orders. We were not acknowledged by anyone. Stood there waiting to order for at least 7 minutes and the manager asked if we were helped yet. He was not very neat and orderly. He took our order finally and we waited, and waited and waited for our food. The restaurant was a mess! The place is run down, dirty just awful. Finally our food came, not hot - very disappointing. Root beer was out - didn't bother to say anything. Just wanted to get out of there. The guys that were working were goofing off in the restaurant, blaming this one for that and that one for something else. Very unprofessional. Colonel Sanders would be disappointed. Sad.....Will not ever go back to visit that Kentucky Fried Chicken.

I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru after ordering with the line not moving. When I finally got to the window, they didn’t even apologize for the wait and then my shake flavor was out. I asked if I could order another side of Mac and cheese and she said, “No, we have a certain way that we order and we have to go in order of the people behind you.” For it being a FAST food place it should not take over 20 minutes to get your food, expecially in line that is not moving. I believe best customer service, if you have to wait a long time, you should get something free or a discount on your order. If the first cars food takes a while to make, the workers should make the car move up or make some waiting parking spots for them to drive in. I’m not the one to complain, but for them to be making 12 dollars an hour or more (big sign outside saying starting wage 12+ an hour) and not having the slightest nice customer service.... For anyone living in Apple Valley, it’s worth it to drive to a different location before thinking to stop here.

Went to the drive thru 6/19/22 at 6:10 the line was moving super slow, not sure why but when we drove up no one said anything for a long time so we said "hello" a few times to no reply! So we thought maybe its not working so we drove up to the window we saw 2 guys were working, so we sat and waited but they never came to the window. They saw us and completely just ignored us! So we left and took our business else where. So disappointing i have been supporting KFC for the longest time because i don't want them to close down like the rest of them. But today I can't be supporting anymore if they allowed those people to act like that towards customers. Replying to the owner- If we heard any response we wouldn't have left, we would have waited, the car infront of us left too. Also, I'm not sure how you guys expected us to know what's going back there when to us there was no communications. We didn't yell or scream like those other customers. We waited but like I said thru the intercom no one responded. If we could just get someone to tell us thru the drive thru the situation and let us know to wait we wouldn't just left. It doesn't make sense when you said you would have responded but isn't the person working at the drive thru supposed to say something first? We waited when there's nothing thru that's why we started saying "hello" All I'm trying to saying is we were ignored so we left. If someone could just at least say "we will be right with you" we would've waited.

How'd you guys get in here? That's how we were greeted. The dining area was closer because of short staff. But there were other guests in there eating. So we took our business to Cane's next door, and it was amazing!

Pulled up at drive through at 9:37 pm, ordered 8 piece meal, only to be told "We don't have any chicken". We asked "What?? You don't have any chicken????" Reply; "No, we don't have any chicken because we close in 20 minutes & so the fryer is off". Perhaps, you should close at 9:30 if you don't serve chicken past then!!!

I placed an order online at 4:00 PM to be picked up at 6:00 PM on a Friday. When I got to the store I was told they were “out of chicken” and they could not refund my credit card charge. When I questioned my refund or how a KFC runs out of chicken at 6:00 on a Friday night I was told to shop elsewhere. My worst fast food experience ever! Horrible store, rude employees and totally miss managed.

Don't recommend this KFC. KFC is delicious but the last 3 times I've been here the food didn't taste like normal KFC. Which is fine, but a consideration. Also, this time one of my pieces of original chicken was completely missing the skin. The time before that I ordered a 12 piece bucket and received 9 wings.

Drive thru at 830 pm on a Saturday ordered a 20 piece tenders meal with 3 large sides and biscuits. I was supposed to get 2 Cole slaw a mashed potato abs they substituted corn for the biscuits as they were out. Didn't receive the 2 sides of coke slaw and spent over 20 minutes calling them and they didn't answer the phone

WORST KFC/fast food experience I have ever had!!! I will NEVER go back!! I sat in the drive thru line for almost 40 minutes... I would have left but I PROMISED my husband I'd bring home KFC because he had been craving crispy chicken and potato wedges for weeks. So I stayed in line. I got up to the speaker, and not only did I sit there for another 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, their menu wasn't even lit up and it was night time! I could not read a damn thing! Someone finally asked for my order and then proceeded to be RUDE when I asked what the side options were because I could not read them on the menu! He said, "coleslaw, mashed potatoes, etc." I said, "Can you tell me all the options please? I'm sorry but I can't read a thing on the menu" He said everything but potato wedges... I asked if they had them, and they DIDN'T!!!! So then I go to the first window and sit there for who knows how long, and they wave me to the second window. How hard is it to make a sign that says next window please? I pay the $35 for an order that I barely want... and I get home and the order is WRONG!!!!!!! I give them ZERO stars. I had to give them one to leave a review. That was the most ridiculous thing I've ever had happen at a fast food place. WILL NOT GO BACK.

If I could give a negative that's what it would be. I ordered food online and when my son returned from picking it up gravy busted thru the paper bag and all in the plastic bag. Then I ordered an additional 6 biscuits with my 12 piece meal and of course it's not there called the company for a straight 10 minutes and no answer. This particular one makes the others bad

Ordered #8 3 pieces of original chicken and two sides. They gave me chicken nuggets instead of original legs chicken.

Went thru the drive thru at 710 Sunday night. Tried to order a 3 piece meal and they didn't have crispy chicken thighs (offered me a wing instead, but we all know there is hardly any meat on those). Didn't offer to make it fresh either. Told them I would come back another time. I don't treat myself to fast food often, so I was disappointed.

The food quality was mediocre at best, and that's if I'm being polite. To be honest it wasn't even that good, I've eaten cookies that were bigger than the patties on my burger. Some of the help didn't appear to speak English them hard to understand when calling out orders for customers. While I got what I paid for, I didn't get everything I actually ordered. Doubtful that I'll be coming back to this place any time soon, they don't deserve the business if that's the quality of service and food they offer.

Please do not go to Apple Valley KFC the owner of this restaurant has no idea how to cook KFC food. In my 30 years of eating KFC as a fan, these guys managed to spoil my food eating experience from KFC two times in a row. About year back I had a bad experience eating at this location since then I drove extra 8 miles to Eagan location which I had been consistently happy with. I gave them a 2nd chance to earn my business thinking by now management may have changed. Look at the dry and old drumstick they sold me. I’m disgusted by this bad food serving.

How hard is it to hear original recipe? I ordered an 8 piece original recipe chicken only and I get home with extra crispy. Guess where it went? In the garbage. I can’t and won’t eat the extra crispy. Will never ever stop there again. It’s not that difficult people!!!!

They made me wait longer than they said it would take. I had to go in when I was in the drive thru bringing two kids with me. I wanted them to cancel the order but they said they'll get it ready for me right away. They were even offering cakes and cookies and I said no. I wanted to give them a chance to fix things. But then they missed items I ordered.

Today I ordered 2 buckets of chicken along with sides through the drive through and was told there would be short wait and to pull ahead and they would bring my food out. I did so and I waited for 20 minutes before I decided to check in. When I walked up to the window to check the employee that responded proceeded to scream at me. He said get away from this window and they would get me when they get me my order. He yelled if you have questions you have to come inside. I told him this was unacceptable to speak to me this way and I would be coming in to speak to the manager. When I came inside the store he met me at the counter yelling at me still about checking in at the window so I asked if he was the manager and he just started at me. Finally he called for the manager and then walked back to the line and started yelling at his co-workers. When speaking to the manager she just made excuses about why the incident occurred. Never was there an apology or attempt to make it right. This happened at the Apple Valley KFC. I will not be going back and will ask others not to go to this establishment. Awful service and poor management! What happened was unacceptable!

Manager Bertha really rude with employees, treated them like she owned, idk why people keeps working for her. Bring my business somewhere else.

I asked for popcorn chicken; they said that they "only have one size, and it's $10." I thought it would be a pretty big container. What I got was a box the size of a soda can. For ten dollars!

Terrible service and food. Order was placed an hour ahead of time and still had to wait 20 minutes after arriving for the order despite the drive thru and store being empty. The chicken sandwich we got was undercooked. On top of this the worker who gave us our food was rude when we complained about the late service. Save your self the time and frustration, go to Burnsville location or a different food chain

KFC famous bowl with the request of it being spicy shouldn't be dumping the hot sauce to make the mash potatoes into a soup....Insane. I better stick with Burnsville since I don't know why this location can't even meet the basic needs of a meal. Pretty ridiculous.

Highly disappointed that it never fails this location ALWAYS has poor service/ customer service. Just went through the drive thru and requested all drummies for a 3pc combo deal. I find it funny that ANY OTHER KFC location has never told me “we can’t do that for a deal” I ended up leaving and rode past the window and seen a Hispanic girl & boy laughing staring at my car as I was driving by. I’ve had many similar interactions as such which makes me uncomfortable & not worth spending money. which is why I typically don’t bother to come to this specific location. Employees are usually rude & condescending and always quick to deny ANYTHING! Last time I came here months ago, another Hispanic lady was denying me sauce packets because I ordered two wings & not a bucket of chicken?? Once again…I’ve NEVER heard that before. Of course I left & went to the Burnsville location where all drummies are always acceptable any time I ask, and I always receive out standing customer service. I will not be returning to this location & will not recommend this KFC to anyone.

The "manager" Sarah was a liar and extremely rude and even cruel to me when an order I had placed was incorrect. I called immediately and she was kinda hard to deal with on the phone but eventually promised to replace the meal, then when I went into the store 2 days later to get my replacement meal she laughed and told me that she didn't say she was going to replace anything and smiled at me like she was doing this for fun. Honestly I should have recorded my phone call. Anyways the customer service here is the worst I've EVER experienced and if KFC was smart they would fire her.

I've tried twice to order thru the drive-thru on two separate days within the last three weeks and no one would come over the intercom. I had to check my phone that they were actually open, but I ended up driving away twice and went to Cains instead.
