Papa John's

This used to be one of the best Papa John’s around, but it seems to be going downhill. The last few times we had it, our pizzas are sloppily made with hardly no toppings or cheese. If I wanted that, I’d go to Dominos. This Papa John’s also never seems to remember the extra garlic cups we order. It’s as if they forget to deliver them on purpose so they can steal money from me. Do better, Papa John’s.

Typical chain pizza, which is a hit or miss. Depends on who makes your pizza that day. Can't go wrong with the 50 percent off when Wilds, Twins, Vikings win! Usually, the only time we order. For the full menu price, i would rather purchase from the local pizza vendors, which, in my opinion, are much better.

Well when I showed up there was a lot of people waiting to get their order, I was waiting to place an order. Once I got to the front I was told to wait so they can hand out all the other pizzas, after that had a restructure getting dough and pizza boxes set up and then they took my order. I placed my order and that was fine and they were very good at updating me where the pizza was at in the process but waiting close to 30 minutes just to place an order and then another 30 minutes to receive my pizza. I would really appreciate it. A soda or something while waiting for that long would have been nice but other than that it was good

Found a hair in my food but not before I had to pull it out of my own mouth. I have short brown hair and this was a long black strand. I took a bite and it came out of the dough as I was chewing. Very gross

The delivery driver was great. Pizza, meh, not so much. Please learn how to cut & I paid 57.00 for cheese to be placed on my entire pizza, not just a few pieces. For a 10.00 tip this is unacceptable.

I ordered a pizza expecting the usual side of jalapeño peppers for a bit of spice, but what I received was ridiculous! The pepper included was laughably small - barely enough to even taste, let alone enjoy. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and portion sizes. Disappointed and reconsidering future orders.

I’m pissed!!!! I placed order at 3:15 to be picked up at 5:15. Husband was there for an hour and order is not even make yet and the guy told me it’ll be another 45 mins. This place should stop taking order if they know they cannot catch up or make it in time. It said will be ready in 24mins, how is it possible???!!!!! Straight up dishonest. My kids were so bumped out and papa John definitely ruined their Halloween night!!!!

I’m pissed!!!! I placed order at 3:15 to be picked up at 5:15. Husband was there for an hour and order is not even make yet and the guy told me it’ll be another 45 mins. This place should stop taking order if they know they cannot catch up or make it in time. It said will be ready in 24mins, how is it possible???!!!!! Straight up dishonest. Pizza arrived cold. According to their animation that shows where the pizza is during the process, it sat minimum 20 minutes dying. I'm sure it was because they are now using door dash. Food was cold despite being delivered in an insulated pizza carrier. It would be nice to know upfront if that is who is delivering the pizza. We used to love this place and ordered frequently, but the taste and product has gone down hill. Called once to voice a concern and was told management would call back. They never did. Owner obviously doesn't care about their product, service or consumer.

Ordered online and waited one hour for a cold pizza to be placed on my front steps and the driver didn’t even ring the doorbell. Sorry I pre tipped and received poor service.

Instead of calling the phone number on the order (or poking their head around), they left it on the cold concrete out front. I was watching the app and it was flashing in the one prior to "delivered". The cheese was all separated like a Lunchable and was an insulting amount. The crust was soaked all the way through and literally dripping. The cheesesticks and pizza boxes had cheese on the inside lid. The pizza was folded over on itself. The garlic parm breadsticks' box was drenched in oil (about a third of the way across the side/ bottom). All of the oil and seasoning fell off the tray and left the breadsticks dry. It's honestly as if someone dropped the entire order on the ground. We are SO disappointed. Not doing that again.

Our delivery never came and Papa John's ruined our midnight kick off event for our high school soccer team. I picked Papa John's because they offer delivery until 1am. Clearly that is a lie. I called and placed the order and went in to the store to confirm the order and delivery the day of the event to make sure they knew it was legit and answer any delivery questions. Pizza never came. It was devastating. I went back to the store the next day to try and get my money back. Not sure yet if I still have a credit card charge. This has been a terrible experience.

If customer requests are going to be ignored, what’s the point of offering customization options during the ordering process? It’s frustrating to pay for food that doesn’t meet basic expectations, especially when the employee is expecting a tip at pickup. By the time I was reheating the wings in my oven, I had already given up. This was a waste of money and time, and I won’t be returning. Quality and attention to customer requests should be a priority

What I received was the complete opposite—both the pizza and wings were severely undercooked. The pizza had far more cheese than I asked for, and the wings were actually cold inside, making them completely inedible. If customer requests are going to be ignored, what’s the point of offering customization options during the ordering process? It’s frustrating to pay for food that doesn’t meet basic expectations, especially when the employee is expecting a tip at pickup. Came to this restaurant to pick up two dash orders. I was a couple minutes before the pick up time. They told me that it will be a 15 to 20 minute wait I ended up waiting 30 minutes if not more just go back inside and they’re still not ready, but making other people’s orders people walking in and out so unprofessional I would never order from here and I hope I never get another dash order for this location. Very unprofessional need to work on your communication skills and customer service skills because they suck
