The food is very good, but I was there recently and bought some things, and when I got home I saw my receipt and they charged me twice for the same thing.

Burnsville was not good food order was incorrect and service was terrible. Ordered papus not very good at all.
Ordered 2 orders of pupusas of Chicharron con queso and they I got 2 orders of frijoles con queso. 2nd time this happens. Don't buy anything here. Esto paso hoy 2/19/2022
They have great grocery and deli options but their restaurant section is terrible. I ordered a chicken enchilada combo which should of came with Mexican rice and beans. I got maybe 1 spoon of beans and the chicken had bones (yes bones) and fat meat all throughout the whole enchilada. I was pretty disappointed
Dear store owners, please always make your food with love. I always go and buy pickled cabbage because it's almost always good. But today I bought two cans and what a disappointment. The cabbage looks like it's just been soaked in water... ugly, ugly, nothing, it's yellowish, nothing, like they added jalapeños, no oregano... really a bad purchase. I would appreciate it if you always made it delicious.
Initially, when they first opened, the service was very good. The food was quite good. Currently, their quality and service have declined significantly. They have no control over orders; they serve haphazardly. My wife and I, along with our young daughter, ordered two breakfasts plus two pupusas for my daughter. The breakfasts arrived, but we had just finished eating, and the pupusas never came. We saw people who arrived after us being served pupusas, but ours never arrived. My wife asked, and they said they were almost ready. Five minutes later, I asked, and they said they were about to prepare them. It sucks. There's never any paper towels or hot water in the restrooms.
