KFC

I don’t know what other people’s issue with this place is but I’ve never had bad service here. The food is KFC, you should know that when you walk in. Ether you like it or go somewhere else. I like The food but others must not know what they are getting into.

I am giving all 5 stars for this restaurant, the food was excellent the service was excellent as well. The restaurant was clean. And the entire staff was very friendly. This restaurant has done a complete turn around. I will be returning here for lunch again. Keep up the good work. Thanks

Our food was made a bit late and waited from order to getting jt around 35-40 minutes, but one of the employees was a nice lady who was super friendly and apologetic, i know its not the employees faults when food is late 90% of the time but it was appreciated, she gave us a little extra food and this little treat for the wait, completely changed our outlook on the experience and stopped us from not going back

Staff is the best! Super friendly and kept my food warm while I was late for an order pickup. 10/10

I haven't been to k f c for years!!! Decided to stop for lunch !!! I ordered the famous bowl...so delicious!!! I also ordered a coleslaw.Because I love it from kfc, there's no better in my opinion!!! I ordered two pot pies because they were only 5.00 a piece.So I thought we would try them!!! The only thing that was good. What's the top crust, the contents inside? We're horrible It didn't look like a pot pie to me at all!!! I will go back, but I will never order that again!!!

The person at the drive thru made it hard to understand when she was saying when I was getting my side but overall it was better then what I was expecting!! It tasted like Popeyes but juicer and without the Cajun kick in it. I got extra crispy 4 piece combo with fired and biscuit.

I just started coming here. I've been here a few times. The food is always hot but when it comes to napkins when you get a family style meal I've noticed they give you two to three napkins? Maybe they're trying to save cost

Stopped by for a quick meal for my family of 4. We were asked to pull ahead after recieving our drinks, after waiting quite a long time for the food it was dried out and fries were cold. I know anyone can have an off day, but we won't be trying this foe a while. Not worth the money. Haven't had this experience at other locations.

Berta treats the people here horribly. None of them can come to work because theyre scared of what’s going on in mn right now. It’s even worse that theyre all her family, she treats them so bad. She charges for stuff like hot sauce that used to come with meals. It’s sad because this place used to be open 365 days a week… now its only drive thru

KFC famous bowl with the request of it being spicy shouldn't be dumping the hot sauce to make the mash potatoes into a soup....Insane. I better stick with Burnsville since I don't know why this location can't even meet the basic needs of a meal. Pretty ridiculous.

When I shared they tried to convince me to take a different order instead of the one I originally requested. When I got home to eat the famous bowl I ordered they only put two pieces of chicken in it. Save your time, give up on KFC, and just go to Canes next door.

Highly disappointed that it never fails this location ALWAYS has poor service/ customer service. Just went through the drive thru and requested all drummies for a 3pc combo deal. I find it funny that ANY OTHER KFC location has never told me “we can’t do that for a deal” I ended up leaving and rode past the window and seen a Hispanic girl & boy laughing staring at my car as I was driving by. I’ve had many similar interactions as such which makes me uncomfortable & not worth spending money. which is why I typically don’t bother to come to this specific location. Employees are usually rude & condescending and always quick to deny ANYTHING! Last time I came here months ago, another Hispanic lady was denying me sauce packets because I ordered two wings & not a bucket of chicken?? Once again…I’ve NEVER heard that before. Of course I left & went to the Burnsville location where all drummies are always acceptable any time I ask, and I always receive out standing customer service. I will not be returning to this location & will not recommend this KFC to anyone.

The "manager" Sarah was a liar and extremely rude and even cruel to me when an order I had placed was incorrect. I called immediately and she was kinda hard to deal with on the phone but eventually promised to replace the meal, then when I went into the store 2 days later to get my replacement meal she laughed and told me that she didn't say she was going to replace anything and smiled at me like she was doing this for fun. Honestly I should have recorded my phone call. Anyways the customer service here is the worst I've EVER experienced and if KFC was smart they would fire her.

I've tried twice to order thru the drive-thru on two separate days within the last three weeks and no one would come over the intercom. I had to check my phone that they were actually open, but I ended up driving away twice and went to Cains instead.
