I noticed some people had unpleasant customer service experience, but for me service always has been superb! Employees are super kind and caring. Breakfast sandwiches are mostly great especially croissant sandwiches. Foods are prepared warm and fresh. Fresh orange juice is my favorite beverage.

I recommend this place because the employees are very friendly, I was served by a girl with glasses who was very helpful and kind. I would visit this place again.

Love the donuts. Clean. Not very big. 3tables and each table has 4 seats

Coffee is key... and it's great here... I want to try sandwiches here.... look amazing...

The donuts are daily prepared by amazing bakers. All are well prepared. The filling inside the donuts were unexpected but a welcomed surprise

I like it here. It's close to where I live. The donuts are pretty good. I do wish they had a pizza bagel. I like that you can get burritos and other bagels in addition to donuts. I also like that they have chillas. I also really like that they keep the place very clean and organized and decorated. UPDATE 10/13 The only worker there spoke very little English. She even told me so. She didn't understand what I wanted when I asked for a tuna melt. I kept asking and pointed at the menu and it just wasn't happening. It is was frustrating.

It was a busy Sunday...and I think the girl who took my order was new...took over 30 mins to get my order ready, plus an extra 5 mins to get my coffee... There were other people who ordered food and got it fast.

It's a basic type of local donut place/ coffee shop, it's OK if you don't have any expectations.... But it is open all the time... 24/7

Donuts are decent to say the least. But there is always one or two workers Max. Most of the time it's dirty in there and there is only four tables with two chairs each. As there is only one or two workers per day the waiting time increases with the amount of people that are in line to get donuts or a drink.

I asked for an everything bagel and this looks like poppy seeds and sesame seeds only plus they burned it a little which was not that much but definitely not an everything bagel I still ate it 😂 because I was craving an egg bagel sandwich 😅

I came to dinner with my family and the tables were dirty. We asked the girl serving if she would give us a wet towel to clean the table and she only gave us dry paper to clean it. The donuts and everything they sell there are very delicious but the other tables were dirty so you can't enjoy everything delicious they sell I hope that on my next visit the tables are not so dirty

I came to dinner with my family and the tables were dirty. We asked the girl serving if she would give us a wet towel to clean the table and she only gave us dry paper to clean it. It's all good until it comes to customer service. The employees aren't even cheery, they seem to hate their job.

There fresh orange juice is great and the fact that there open 24 hours my husband and I walk there

Be careful of the Mean older woman, She made me uncomfortable about ordering anything because seemed bothered taking my order even though I just asked for a BLTCC, I didn’t slide my card right the 1st time and she got Realllyyyy upset over it, then she grabbed my card and did it herself saying that she doesn’t know what I’m doing and implying that I am stupid💀. Even after I told her I’m sorry she just kept going on just being mean at this point. Oh and she gave me the wrong sandwich still😂…likeeee howww u repeated it back to me🤦‍♀️ I think everyone else might be nicer tho☺️

There is this woman employee with green eyes she is very disrespectful and rude she should be fired. I ordered politely and she gave me a ridiculous unnecessary attitude. I come here often and don't want to see her face again.

Went there today around 8 pm (12-29-19) and the new girl was mopping and serving food without washing her hands. I'm not going back. The members of our own community are so embarrassingly unprofessional that I hate living in Huntington Park.

This place is not even open 24/7 I’ve been here about every other weekend and once I get there the doors are shut close with lock but I could see an employee inside but Dosent even bother opening the door she has tattoos a little on the heavy side and short. Online shows it’s open 24/7 but in reality it’s not so don’t fall for this call before you go they definitely lost one customer

How do you get an attitude for a customer asking for 2 dozen doughnuts? How are you a world known doughnut shop and run out of doughnuts at 800 in the morning?? Horrible customer service, never again.

Worst customer service ever, this was the first time that I see that a front desk/cashier yells at the customers, banda mexican music extremely loud at graveyard time. Rude and very disrespectful employee. I will never buy anything at this location, very disappointed. NOT RECOMENDED!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. There’s this older lady that gave so much attitude for no reason. I ordered a bagel sandwich combo and for the drink she just grabbed a cup and got coke. She didn’t even ask me my drink choice, and me being shy to say anything my friend stepped in and said I wanted a different drink, she then proceeds to roll her eyes and gets the drink I actually wanted.

07/18/25 @ 09:02pm, came here for a quick bite but as soon I entered a woman sitting down at the tables tells me that I will have to wait.. she's on her lunch break..😑, I look over at the kitchen area and see another woman and ask can she serve me? 🤷‍♂️, and this same woman states "oh she just clocked out..", damn.. no customer service what so ever, I really hope Management sees this review because this is completely unacceptable 😑, this woman was fair skin, I think had glasses and an Addidas black hoodie sweater, blondish hair. The other woman whom I didn't interact with in the kitchen had brunette hair.

The night staff was rude the girl that took are order was really rude had to repeat my order like 10 times.

I want to start off by saying the service is plain awful, I wish I could give the manager or whoever’s in charge a call on who they let in their staff. Professionalism in a place starts by being respectful to clients. Not hitting on someone abruptly. Leave that for your time off. If the hiring manager is reading this, please pay more attention to your male staff when it comes to female customers. 10/10 would not recommend.

Brisia was so sweet, love that manager. She always treated us like family. I’ve been going to winchell’s for many years now and never had nothing bad to say until now. The new manager treats their employees horrific, always talking down on them. I heard him scream at them in front of customers. There’s only sweet ladies there and they’re amazing always treating customers right. I wish someone can check on those employees. Being mistreated by the new manager.

The only lady you cooks the food is always talking crap about the customer, the employees don’t get it I can tell them 100 times and they still get my order wrong and then look at me like I’m stupid . The food is good I wish you had different employees though .

Garbage Place First the old lady at night was not welcoming at all. No Greeting No smile Nothing. Although she was cheerful with the previous customer. I gave her a hello greeting twice and her blank face. So I requesting a fresh squeeze juice. I was told by the lady at first they didn’t have any fresh fruit or vegetables. I ask her what the cups of juice on display were. Seemed to be a language barrier with the old lady so a back assist came to interpret. I ask I’m how long the juices had been in the display. He replied all day. Then the lady said the lemons were bitter that why they couldn’t make juice. Crazy cause I hadn’t even told her what type of juice I wanted. Then the back assist said the old lady couldn’t make it cause it was too busy. Although I was next customer and nobody was behind me for the most. Weird interaction. Don’t think I’ll ever go back. Energy was so off

First of no signs where on the floor, now if she didn't like a customer walk in because she was mopping she could of lock the doors. I asked her what the tortas have in it and with attitude she answered, i said you know what nevermind let me just have a hot sandwich extreme melt, I asked if she can please include extra veggies and again with attitude she said how would I do that if that is open sandwich I said is okay you can charge me extra veggies every time I come they always make it the way I just asked you. She still gave attitude, turned around a Said "ugh" and I told her nevermind thank you I will not take anything, I spoke to you nicely and I get that attitude and asking me how your going to do that. I've always come and order the same thing here and for this person to give that attitude and make me feel so uncomfortable just because maybe she has a bad day sorry but horrible customer service. You don't like the job not my fault I was just going in to get food for my lunch. Now I wasted 20 mins for that..
