First time eating in this establishment. Really good service. As with most places that serve fried eggs, people are picky. My wife is one. She accepted the first eggs, but the waitress brought her out 2 more that were more like she ordered them. Well, she wanted more protein in her diet and she got it, unsolicited...lol. I'd eat here again.

I don't usually write reviews, but I needed to say what a fantastic job the staff at this location is doing. My sister and I went here for thanksgiving dinner after our dinner plans went sideways. The hostess and waiter who were working stayed upbeat, sweet, and positive the whole time even when they were clearly getting backed up with orders. They never missed a beat. A delivery driver started to get rude with the hostess and she handled the situation so gracefully and professionally. Our waiter handled nearly ten tables and the phones on his own and never let anyone slip through the cracks. I hope the owners know what a fantastic team they have!!

Nice big breakfasts that will last you through lunch if that's what you like. I seen your menu for 55+ has lots of great choices with plenty of food! The staff was friendly and the service was great. The food? IHOP's standard of excellence was fully in place here. We'll be back 😉
Jay was the young man that served us. His personality was awesome. Friendly patient explained and made sure my granddaughter picked the pancakes that she wanted.. overall a Great exceptional server and young man .. the food was great too. Cooked very well and serving time was timely..we will be back!!
Cleanest ihop I have seen in a long time
I have been eating here since ai moved to Huntsville 10 years ago and joined Thursday night board game group. While it has had its ups and downs, the current team is strong and I like the affordable, varied menu with the best sweet tea in town❣️
We haven't been to this location in a while, but we used to come and lot. Today was a spontaneous stop after we were in town early. Everyone was so friendly and very quick to seat us. Moe was an outstanding server!!! The food was brought out very quickly and was very delicious!
Birthday breakfast with our daughter and family. She turned 31 today Our server was "J". He was outstanding. Great atmosphere and food was great too :-) Thanks for making our day special Oh - and the free ice cream made her (and our grandfather) very happy
Service was great! Warmly approached by the host (whom I think was the manager or GM). The server was friendly and made suggestions with our choice of breakfast meals and ensured our drinks were topped during our visit.

We went for Sunday breakfast and the manager was sweet enough to allow our son to make his own pancake. It meant a ton for him to take the time out of his day to make my son’s day. We will forever be fans of this location. Especially because everytime we dine the food is fast, hot and the staff is super nice.
The food is on par with the picture shown to us from the menu. No missing ingredients nor is it given cold to the table. The condiments with the meal is included and gives a nice access to any age. The service is top notch with our waitress, Julissa, on what we order and how we like it to be. Gives us a nice communication if we need anything during our dine in while going above and beyond. The atmosphere in the place is adequate but somewhat cool temperature in the room. The areas around the corner and services station is clean and maintain. Overall, the restaurant keeps up with the customer service, maintain documentation in the front, and managing the place. Definitely one of the clean IHOP I have been to.

My husband and I ate breakfast 2/28/25. Not only did our breakfast arrive hot and quick, we had the best customer service that we have had in a very long time. Its not often that we take the time to submit a restaurant review however, we feel that we would be remiss if we didnt mention our server, Jay. Jay, kept checking on us and making sure we had refills and if we needed anything else. He was the most pleasant and professional server. Its because of him that we are giving IHOP our 5 stars. Jay, we appreciate you!
Came to the restaurant about 45 minutes before closing. We were seated quickly and had drinks within a few minutes. Our order was promptly taken, and we received food within like 15 minutes. The waiter checked on us several times and made sure that we never had empty drinks. He also made sure we had boxes and the check at the end of the meal when we were visibly done. For it being rather close to closing time nobody made you felt rushed and you were able to enjoy your meal.
I have eaten at this IHop several times, but this morning’s meal made me write a review today. Each time every employee has been professional and friendly, but my sever today was Stacy. She was an absolute delight! When I return again, I will ask for her 🙂
We have eaten at IHOP a lot but this time the food was exceptionally delicious! Even though the restaurant was crowded our server made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us several times. Definitely a great dining experience!
Our al server was H Renia and she was the sweetest lady! Southern hospitality indeed! Our brunch food was delicious and warm. The place was clean and staff was very friendly.
Love this place! Been coming here for years and years. It's been my cheap hangout spot for late night get-togethers and after work shenanigans. Sure there's hair in my food most of the times I've been here, not an exaggeration, but hey it's IHOP - good cheap food and chill staff. Miss you Terry

second time here in this very spot. was here last Oct with my sister, her husband and their daughter. employees were very hospitable. this time around the fry cook had sum’ to say😂.. he was hilarious. anyway, never a dull moment at ihop, food was great, atmosphere was great, people were people.
We stopped here to eat today on our way home after an 8 hour round trip to Children’s at Vanderbilt. Our server, Renee, was the kindest person we have ever met. The restaurant was clean and the food was great, but the service couldn’t be beat! My 9 year old little boy had a very long, rough day and she definitely made it so much better. I can’t thank her enough for the kindness she showed our family. Will definitely be back on the next trip to TN with hopes of having her smiling face to greet us!!!

Met a group of 3 but had originally gone to the location at Drake and the Parkway so I was about 1/2 late. The waiter was helpful and polite but on care the meal was over and my breakfast mates had gone, I felt rushed to finish up when I really just wanted to relax over my coffee.
Everyone who worked there was very nice to us, providing excellent service and being quick to assist.

We went to this IHOP yesterday and were greeted by the vibrant Stacey. Our server Keajuana was very professional and courteous. Both of them had Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I normally go to the IHop on the parkway and everything is always great, but I moved on this end and had to go to the one in University Dr. Food was good, atmosphere was clean except for a bug I saw crawling and the service was bad. Our server was rude, wasn't thorough that had me paying more for my order and she never completed a sentence. If I see her when or if I go back, I'm turning around at the door. 6/18/24 morning shift. She was seating customers. Tried calling to speak with manager could never get through.
This visit was not like any other we have had at any IHOP before, and we have been to this one and many others in the past. When it was time for our check, we were told their computers were down, so we would need to pay with cash or leave or debit/credit card info to be run when they came back up. Our server gave us a piece of paper with a total on it, so we opted for paying with cash. I'm NEVER going to leave my info for later! Food was great!!
Had double blueberry pancakes and bacon on the side. The pancakes were perfect. The bacon was way too thin and flimsy. Needed to be cooked more. The server didnt come back to refill the coffee and had to continually reask for things. He dissappear alot. Then had to wait 25 minutes or more for him to bring the check and then that long at least for him to take our money.
The food was very good. The wait staff is why I have to give three stars. He took our order and brought the food, didn't pay much attention other wise.

16 tables were occupied - I'd say about 25% of the tables. It took an hour to receive my meal. I heard the server ask where the spicy was, at least 8 times. During my time there, people waited several minutes to be sat. Instead of helping, the manager kept walking thru saying, "people at the door. People at the door." Eventually I asked to be rang out for what I had already eaten so that I could leave. I was brought my receipt and the food. My server did her best.
Feel terrible leaving a bad review especially with how hard the manager was working, but our server didn’t listen, was not pleasant, and it wasn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed by our service with her. I asked both times if they had the silk oat milk creamer they offer and both times she has said no with no hesitation. Last time I was fortunate enough another server was listening and brought it out to us, this time I was so frustrated with her lack of service I just gave up, if your servers don’t want to do their jobs that shouldn’t be a poor reflection on the manager, but it’s always who it falls back on, he was checking on every guest but we had already finished eating at this point. Truly disappointing because we love ihop, but we will not be coming to this location anymore.
My friends and I come here pretty often and the experience is usually interesting but not unpleasant. Tonight was a different story. Whoever the man is with the apron up front was extremely unpleasant and rude when we went in to eat at 10:30 pm on a Thursday. Google AND the door itself have hours posted saying they close at 12 am. The man told us they “closed in 30 minutes” when we got there at around 10:30 pm and said they “close at 11:30”. First of all, that’s an hour, not 30 minutes. Secondly, please change your sign instead of just saying “I know what the sign says” very rudely. He essentially shooed us out, making us feel very unwelcome and said “Have a nice night” in a sassy tone. I don’t know what is going on in his life, but I sincerely hope it gets better… this is unacceptable

This was my first time eating at this University Drive location since the PreCovid days. There were only two waiters on the floor taking orders. It was a Sunday in March, and it's wasn't super busy. The male waiter said he and the female waiter were from Africa. They were super sweet! The food was disappointing, though. We waited about 25 mins for our food, and the waffle I had didn't have much taste even with the syrup. My son ordered an Oreo waffle. I tasted a piece, and it was okay. Just a bunch of sweet cream on a waffle.I was not impressed. My son loves eggs, so he enjoyed them and asked for another order of eggs. My chicken fajita omelet had way too much cheese on it. It didn't have that authentic fajita taste. I ate it because I was hungry. The bathrooms were not very clean in my opinion. They were fair. No trash bag in the trash can. Tissue on the floor. Cleanliness in a restaurant is very important in any establishment, especially a restaurant. We have to do better Huntsville IHOP.
Meh - mill slightly overpriced at $13.50. Two small legs, hashbrowns, "sausage" that was actually too hot dogs split and rapidly seared. And two pancakes that were not large but were genuinely very good. The employees were laughing and having fun which was fine but the service was disinterested and not particularly helpful.
I wouldn't have set foot in the IHOP in Huntsville, AL on University Dr NW if I wasn't desperate for something to eat late at night. Had I known what kind of disaster I'd be walking into, I would have gladly gone hungry. Let's start with the service. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't good. It was the kind of indifferent service that makes you feel like you're inconveniencing the staff just by being there. Now, onto the food—or whatever you want to call what they served me. The Nashville hot chicken was an abomination. It was drenched in a thick, tasteless, oily sauce that made it almost impossible to eat. I took a few bites and gave up. It was that bad. The grits were a whole other level of disappointment. They were lumpy, bland, and just plain sad. Who in their right mind serves grits like that? Lumpy grits are a crime against breakfast. And don't get me started on the orange juice. I'm pretty sure I was drinking orange-colored water with pulp. It was the most flavorless excuse for orange juice I've ever had in my life. But the final insult? The pancakes. When did IHOP start betraying their own name? The pancakes I got were half the size of what they used to be. Shrinkflation has hit hard, and they should be ashamed. How dare they call themselves the "International House of Pancakes" with these pathetic excuses for breakfast? This was my first time at this particular location, and after tonight, it'll be my last. That place left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. 3/10.
My waitress only got the remainder of my gift card $1.04 as a tip because she never refilled our coffee and was seen just sitting by herself near the kitchen for over 5 minutes. She only had 3 tables to wait on and never came back to any of them after delivering food. Sorry a tip is not a requirement, it is to tip for service, not an expected tip from customers! The server was amazing, but the food was TERRIBLE! The steak was some of the worst meat I've ever had and eggs were more dry than a Popeyes biscuit. Please unless you want pancakes or biscuits and gravy, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
We came here for breakfast. We did not have to wait long to be seated but once we were seated it took quite a bit of time before our server came. He came and got our drink order then proceeded to bring our drinks. I ordered coffee & couldn't even drink it because I had nothing to stir it with. We had no silverware or napkins. It took a while before I was able to locate our server to get a spoon. In the mean time I'm noticing none of the servers have on actual uniforms and the girl servers all had on extremely tight pants. This is a family restaurant not a sports bar. At any rate we finally ordered our food. I ordered an omelet and was definitely disappointed because how can you mess up an omelet. Some how they managed because it didn't not taste good at all. If I decide to go to IHOP again it sure won't be this one.
I LOVE Ihop and have been taking my kids since they were little too. You would think the making of the exact same dishes over and over would not be hard. The water tasted like wet pennies so I switched to tea. The tea was old like daaaays old. I ordered a pepsi and it had no carbonation so at that point I gave up. ordered a pancake that had strawberry cheesecake and supposedly syrup. The pancake was dense and hard. The FIVE strawberries were not ripe enough to even try to pass off. The "cheesecake" filling i suppose its called was sour and broken. I inquired about the strawberry syrup that usually has strawberries in it. She said they don't add it anymore! It's on the menu. Her remedy was to go in the kitchen get me a cup of frozen strawberries and syrup. For warm pancakes. The whipped cream was almost water. I am not "that" person but when its SO many things on one dish, I just couldn't do it. Needless to say I didn't eat and we left.
The entrance smelled. The air freshener in the entrance was overpowering. The smell drifted into the dinning room and was unpleasant. We had to depart before ordering because of the smell.

I was really amazed that they charged 99 cents per slice of bacon to upgrade to turkey bacon. At least that's what I was told. However, at the end of the day, they charge 99cents per plate. I really dont know what is correct. IHOP was the first place I went to that did not charge to change from pork bacon to turkey bacon. I was very disappointed. I have visited other breakfast spots(Dennis, Waffle house) and never had to pay an uncharge. I would also like to mention that IHOP has no other options for breakfast for people that do not eat pork
The server wasn’t sure where to put us, when she finally got us to our table, we had to wait 10 minutes to get drinks. She was the only server so we understood. When she came back to get our order she told us that party’s over 6 would be a 20% gratuity added to the bill. It was 4 adults and 3 kids… needles to say the food was great. The server only came to our table maybe 2 times and we only stayed maybe a hour total. After receiving our bill the gratuity was $32! The service wasn’t that great so we left $15.00 on the table and proceeded to the register where a gentleman stood up to take our money. The server was putting in an order for another table and when she seen us pay she stopped what she was doing and told the gentleman that she had it. He moved and she took over. She got her phone and added the gratuity to the bill and told me the price. I gave her the bill amount and she said it wasn’t enough. I told her that I’m paying the bill and I left her tip on the table and I wasn’t paying 20% for that service. I’m not being cheap but the service wasn’t worth $32. She told me that next time I may not get her and they will enforce it. I told her we wouldn’t be back and I use to be a server and that you can’t enforce gratuity. We live in Tennessee and this is a one time deal at this location. She said that things may be different in Tennessee but there they enforce gratuity. I told her have a great night and we left. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and a little unsafe. No one check us, or see if we needed a refill. Just the worst experience. We will not be back. Ever.

Extremely slow service under staffed we were sitting out in the lobby one night waiting to be said the hostess was running around doing stuff and seating people. It was about eight people out there. Finally I asked when were we going to be set cuz it's been quite a while she said that they had closed about 40 minutes ago and weren't taking any more orders period in our next question was of course when were you going to tell us and she responded that the manager on duty was supposed to do that and she was sorry. How pitiful in the eight people were not all together. And all she had to do was open her mouth and say something and it chose not to where are you all finding your people. Amazing
This location has just gone downhill unfortunately. There is never anyone up front to seat guests, you’ll be waiting for ages to be sat. The tables, restrooms, etc are dirty. The waiters are slow. And the very last straw was that the last time we tried it there was parts of a dead bug in my food. Save yourself the money and time, it is not worth either.
I walked in and stood at the hostess stand for 10 minutes being ignored. 3 people looked at me without acknowledging me at all. There was 1 family eating in the entire restaurant, so they were not busy. I believe it was a cook who finally said hello and grabbed my to go order for me. 👎
We waited for 10 to 15 minutes before we ever saw a member of the wait staff. There were 2 tables of customers at the moment. He asked us to wait longer before seating us, that's fine, get the orders that are ready out, I understand that. 5 minutes later, when we were finally seated we ordered drinks. He brought our drinks, then gave us time to decide. When he returned to take our order my wife said she wasn't ready yet, he immediately said he'd be right back, i tried to get his attention before he could walk away and he responded, with an attitude, "I'll be right back" and went to take another table's order. You do not ignore a customer at a table you're already interacting with to take another order at a different order, all I wanted was to see the crepe menu. When he came back I told him that I tried to ask him for a crepe menu when he turned and walked away. He apologized and told me that "we're were really busy, even though we only have 3 tables." Three tables is too much for this guy to handle! And, then he told me that everything on the crepe menu was on the regular menu. No, it isn't. Not even half of it's on the regular menu. We will not be returning to this store. We paid for our drinks and left.
Our waiter was pushy and demanded gertuity be added to the bill (you will get according to your service and addtiude. He alao would not listen when I told him about something I did not want on my plate due to being a Diabetic. My stake tips were supposed to be rare and mine were well done. When I said something to the waiter he just blew it off and walked away.
You’ve got all of your employees standing around talking instead of helping all of the ten customers you had this morning, my husband and I being two of them. If you’re on your break, don’t sit in a booth in front of customers you aren’t helping. My husband and I sat in a booth for 35 minutes and all we had were waters about ten minutes in. The waitress said they were brewing new coffee so I’d have to wait; I watched two separate trips being made with coffee in hand to refill people’s mugs but I never once saw my coffee. We walked out over bad service, not a lack of service. Will never return.
They don’t have managers in the building at any giving time of the day so don’t ever have an issue it will not be solved.
This place looks nice from the outside, but it becomes pretty quickly obvious that the seats in the restaurant booths are mostly torn and are in need of some repairs. The food was ok, my wife enjoyed her sunny side eggs but the breakfast burrito I ordered was alright. For $14, I would have expected a little better. The most concerning part of the meal was across the wall at the other booth the employees working there (seem to all be related or maybe know each other through the local mosque since they were talking alot about whether they had done their prayers that day). The conversation was loud and a few customers including us were looking over there which isn't a big deal but suddenly one of the male servers started telling the female who was the hostess (he referred to her as Mrs K), that his tables had not tipped him and he had changed it to 10% and 20% "because its ramadan". This was said to a group of like 4 other employees who laughed about it. For those not aware, this isn't just poor employee conduct. It's criminal as it's considered credit card fraud. Needless to say, we settled our check and cash and will be avoiding this restaurant in the future. I am highly recommending saving your credit card receipt and/or verifying your credit card statement charges against what you expect, especially if you dined on 03/02/2025.
Worst experience I've had at Ihop, black girl in there made the order ring up more than it should have been and then laughed when my partner struggled to stand up, will not be coming back to this one
Service, it is awfully bad. Worse Service in town. Staring with servers doesn't take notes at order. Didn't get our order as we asked for, then when we asked for missing food, she(servers) was trying to blame at us (costumers) that we didn't order Worse Service in town
The reason I am giving the service 1 star is due to gratuity. My server after taking orders reported to us that it is a mandatory 20% gratuity fee for parties over 8. Which is fine, however it did not show on the receipt. The server just took 20% from the total himself. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and gratuity is not foreign to me. However I’ve always known & seen it to be automatically taken. It seems as if he just lied to us about it being mandatory and just FORCED everyone to pay a 20% tip. Which is something we would have done naturally without being forced. The waiter insisted that it was some sort of sign explaining this however we did not locate nothing of the sort. Contacting a lawyer to look into situation just wanted to give everyone a warning.
Husband and I had an early dinner here today & sought to use the "BOGO" coupon received in a mailer. Despite having the coupon on table & visible the entire time (and acknowledged by server before we ordered), we weren't told until we questioned the check that the coupon was "no good" because one of us ordered from the 55+ menu. Really? You couldn't have alerted us to this fact when we placed our order??? Made it feel like a bait & switch, and we definitely won't be back!!
Food was extremly under cooked, however i do feel it was because the waitress's bad arritude and crappy customer service
I made a purchase of a shredded beef taco side was a blueberry pancake (with blueberries inside of the pancake) and a classic burger no bacon with a side of fries. Unfortunately I realized I only received half of my order later on that day. I normally stop by this IHOP when in that area. What made matters worst with I very common mistake that could happen with and food service company is that the manager i was talking on the phone with in order to fix this small inconvenience was being very dismissive and continued to repeat that I need the receipt. If she had shown some form of patience and clear understanding of what I said to her which was the receipt was thrown away because I forgot to pick it up from underneath the receipt I'm suppose to sign but I do have evidence that I was charged on my credit card for a meal I did not fully received. As she was rushing me off the phone she did repeat as if I didn't hear her the other 5000 times about bringing the receipt. I'm posting this not to get the server who made a simple common error but to acknowledge that particular morning shift manager needs to improve on her customer service skills since it's obviously lacking. They'll probably hear from my credit card company about being refunded etc. but I'm definitely not going to this IHOP again anytime soon.
Really Bad customer service. The lady at the front of the house with red hair and glasses was a really bad hostess. She presented me with an attitude gave me the wrong food and when I asked for an exchange she gave me an attitude about it and very rudely communicated her disbelief with her coworkers in the back of the house. I’ve been a loyal customer with Ihop since I was a kid and I’ve never been as offended as I have today. Honestly until they get this corrected I will not be returning back to this IHop.
I order online and the bacon was cold. I called and was told to bring it back and it would be taken care of. Then I get a call back stating that the owner said they would not make it over and that the order placed was only for children 12 yrs and under. It baffled me because who in their right mind would even want to even feed their dog, a squirrel, a bird burnt/cold food? Also how do they know who it was for and what age grouped consumed it. At the end of the day the bacon was not prepared correctly and the owner should be more customer service friendly and apologetic. I don’t understand why this IHop has had the worst Owners and for decades. Someone needs to come to Huntsville with integrity and exceptional service skills and by them out! It’s been bad service since I can remember, it’s just a convenient location and the food isn’t always bad.
Wow oh wow. Never have I experienced such HORRIBLE food on mother's day none the less. Good service. Good wait time. Good clean place. Horrible food is my only complaint. A hash brown is normally a square there. I got 1/3 of the normal amount there!! My cheese cake pancakes were very very dark and not fluffy at all!!! Because it was busy (understandably no complaint there. It was mother's day) I had my food to go. I get to my destination disappointed in my food. Do better
Waitress was doing with her hair not ever washed her hands...last week same lady Waitress outside smoking when we got there saw her outside in front door then she came straight to our table to serve us not ever went washed her hands...told her go wash hands cause saw her smoking outside. She was show her face shake her head. She did not go washed her hands just went front desk used germs bottle...that very sicko For manager he knew she touched all of her hair while manager stand talked to her he saw it and not ever tell her not go there anymore go other ihop than university drive huntsville alabama
Tonight must have been an off night all around for them. I’ve been in the industry for a long time, so I tend to give a lot of grace when dining out, but tonight was atrocious. My server was pleasant enough, but I sat with an empty cup after my first cup of coffee, and tables around us remained dirty after patrons left. Another table in my server’s section received their food before their drinks (after the manager on duty attempted to deliver their food to our table instead). My son ordered the happy face pancake off of the kids menu. As I was cutting it up, I noticed that the center of the pancake was a little undercooked. Not a big deal, I just took that part and set it to the side. I order an omelette that I get pretty regularly when I dine at ihop. The chicken inside was very dry and the salsa tasted like maybe it had been sitting on the line for a while and needed to be swapped out for a fresh pan. I pushed the omelette to the side and enjoyed my hashbrown side. When my server came back to the table to check on us, I told her that I wasn’t a fan of the omelette, but I was more than happy to pay for the food that was being eaten. The manager then came to the table and said “you ordered this, I made it the way you wanted, and you’re not getting it for free” I explained that it just missed the mark this time and that I wasn’t going to eat it. He said that I had already eaten some of it (about three bites) and that I didn’t like it because of the “stuff I had added to it” (I had asked for avocado on top, nothing crazy added to the dish itself) he was very dismissive and insistent that I pay for the food, regardless of if I ate it or not. I mentioned that I was a fellow restaurant manager, and he cut me off saying “me too, so you understand you need to pay for your food”. I was very taken aback, and did not know how to respond. I was never trying to get food for free, I just didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t intend on eating. Once he left my table, I asked my server for the check, and the managers name. She refused to give me his name, saying that he was “having a bad night”. I told her that regardless of what was happening in the store, that a manager should never talk to a customer in such a rude and accusatory manner, and that if I had treated a customer the way that I had been treated tonight, I wouldn’t have a job anymore. I got a box for my food to bring it to my brother since I was going to have to pay for it regardless and didn’t want my money to go to waste. I’m not sure why this location seems to struggle so much with getting in management that has any customer service competency, but judging by other reviews I’ve seen, it seems to be a consistent issue.
The restaurant was fairly clean and pretty empty. There was an issue with my husband’s order. He asked for sausage and was brought bacon. He also asked for grilled toast instead of toasted toast. He received brick hard toast. When he sent it back, the cook had the nerve to send out LITERAL white bread that touched the grill. Unbelievable! Our server Malik was very attentive and helpful. I don’t plan to return to this location.
I’m in town on a work trip and had to work today—Veterans Day. I’m a veteran myself (eight years of service) and stopped by after work, a little after 8 p.m., to ask if they were still doing any Veterans Day deals. The person at the counter very rudely said, “Not anymore. We stopped at 7.” I looked at my phone and said, “Oh, I just missed it,” and he replied, “Yep,” in an extremely dismissive tone. His attitude was unnecessarily rude and condescending. I completely understand that promotions end at a certain time—I work in customer service myself, so I get it. I had planned to order my food to go and leave a nice tip regardless, but after that interaction, I decided to take my business elsewhere. A little respect and kindness go a long way, and this experience was really disappointing.
Notice the difference? Cause I sure did. I ordered the crepe combo thinking I would receive what I ordered based off the picture shown on the menu. But it was just folded there with no filling or glaze, nothing. Told the server and he said “that’s how they’re served.” Waste of money.
11/3/2025 Been coming here a long time. Always loved it, the food and the service. However today unfortunately I received very inappropriate service. The waitress seemed really nice and cool, until she decided to publicly humiliate me for getting the happy face platter because "it's only for kids" and I'm an adult. She stated very loudly "you're not 12 girl! Who would serve you that platter?" Turns to her other coworkers asking "who's serving this to her??" Mind you, I've been getting this platter for awhile with no issues. It's a chocolate pancake with a smiley face made with whip cream, eggs and a sausage. Perfect for me cuz I usually eat all of it and it's very fulfilling for me. Anyways-the other waiters/waitresses crowd around me, maybe about 5-6 of them, making sure I knew "yeah, you're not suppose to get that it's only for kids" the waitress was really upset about it, I asked... why is it such a big deal? It's food? Theirs nothing on here that says adults can't order it. I decided to just change my meal to something else. She still brought me the pancake (that I didn't even want anymore) and most likely charged for me it. Yes, I still left a tip but I shouldn't have. It was very inappropriate of her to treat a paying customer like that-a paying customer that comes in there alot. I probably won't be coming back now. if you're going to be that upset about an adult ordering a kids item gotta state that on yalls menu, right? If not, I highly encourage management to talk to their employees about this type of behavior. What a shame. </3
Served cold food and coffee and even accused of trying to avoid paying for a burger sampler plate, which was brought to our table by another server. We let the server know it didn't belong to us and sent it back to the kitchen. Another server brought out another burger (wrong) that no one ordered shortly after. The manager came to our table and said we could keep it without pay. We didn't ask to keep it but still charged. We are not thieves! How unprofessional that another server loudly contested that our server would have to pay for it and continued to bad mouth us; saying how we knew one of our children ate the burger and that we were trying to skip without paying. The tickets were wrong over 4 times with additional items. The staff involved was disorganized throughout the exchange. So unprofessional and disrespectful!!! I do not blame our server. She continued to smile and maintain her disposition and professionalism the entire time! I definitely won't be back - no matter I live 3000 miles away.
We waited 30 minutes and still didn’t get our drinks. My dad ordered a cupcake pancake and got no icing so he asked for some she went to the back, a few minutes later the waitress came back and gave my dad the pancakes but it still had no icing on it. I still don’t have my strawberry milkshake.
