Horrible customer service (surprise surprise), came here to this location to get a happy meal for my nephew. I was given a baby fry and apples I asked what happened to the small and was immediately met with attitude “we have always done baby” so I asked for a manager which I was asked to pull up for. Sat for maybe 5-10 mins pulled back around, the manager refused to come to the window because “they are too busy doing stuff for our store to come to the window” but the team still refused to remedy the issue. Finally with so much attitude they fixed the issue just to move the other cars along. Won’t be back

Literally takes forever just to get your food, doesn’t matter the day. The night time crew SUCKS. I thought this was supposed to be a fast-paced fast food restaurant?? Apparently not. Go to the other one on university. Always fast service and great food.

If I could leave negative 100 stars i would, the manager was incompetent and the food was cold hard greasy sat for so long you could tell, even tho we specifically said at the speaker we would like the nuggets fries and cookies made to order ,he didn't follow thru and they also sold us something they didn't have so they gave us an extra cookie and that was no good and when we went back to get it remade, this man literally bring us back a bag of Fries no nuggets or cookies even tho we gave them everything back he looked at us as if HE was confused we asked for the refund and got that. This isn't the first time I've had poor service from them

24 hours is a lie. I work late hours and both times months apart I went here in the early hours of the morning I was told “we ain’t takin orders right now.” Should advertise that orders are taken whenever they feel like it.

Ordered online. Walked in, only person at the counter and it took 12 minutes for the cashier to even ask why I was there. Said I had an online order and she didn't even ask my name. Stood there for 20 minutes before I said "Excuse me, is my order ready?" Well that set "Serenity" off and she gave me huge attitude. Then the manager came over, I told him I was waiting for a double cheeseburger and I eventually got it. 28 minutes for a double cheeseburger seems absolutely ridiculous. Restaurants don't take that long and this is supposed to be fast food. Also, people like Serenity shouldn't be front of house. The polite lady behind me caught her attitude as well for no reason.

Went there asked for cook to order food, spent 30 minutes in the drive trough and food was cold eent back inside to get fresh food and the girl kept the food and tried to use the same nuggts and refry them. When she noticed me she then takes a walk with them and says where’s the waste basket I get the food and try it it’s literally just greasy hot no crunch bad tasting oil nuggets I will never come to this location ever again if I could give a negative 10 stars I would 🤦🏾🤷🏾

Terrible!!! I hate coming here. They’ll leave a line waiting at the drive thru speaker until they get people waiting for their food cleared. Tonight I sat in line for 10 minutes AT the speaker. Pull up to the window and pay for my stuff, then I get to the window where they hand you your food I sat there for 10 minutes before the RUDE cashier handed me my drinks and told me to pull up. When I finally get my food none of it is fresh, the fries are disgusting. They tasted bitter so I come back to get my fries fixed, I watch them drop them and I get home (2 minutes away from McDonald’s)and they’re brown and taste bitter! My Big Mac was disgusting, cold and stale. This was the worst experience I’ve had here, and that’s saying a lot because they’ve even missed putting MEAT on my burger before.

Went and ordered only a holiday pie and a large fry with the Grinch salt,, gave me the wrong pie and I went inside to fix it. There were around 10 people in the lobby who had been waiting longer than me, one who had been there for 15 minutes and not had her order taken. I sat for around 5-10 minutes and the lady bagging orders was completely ignoring everyone in the lobby. She said give me one second once and then continued to neglect everyone. I also noticed that there were no holiday pies what so ever, so it appears that they gave me the wrong pie intentionally ( I used to work at McDonald's, I know they did it to try and keep the line moving).FYE the lady ignoring everyone had braids with green and I think yellow beads on the ends, if you see her don't bother trying to get your order taken or corrected.

I waited 46 minutes for my curbside order, and never received anything. I checked in on the app and followed all instructions. After nearly an hour, I finally went inside and found the staff standing around joking while my completed order was sitting on the counter, completely forgotten. By the time I found it myself, all of the food was cold. No apology, no urgency, and no professionalism. This was one of the worst mobile order experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable.

This place is filthy, I was in about 6:30pm on a Friday night, there were only two customers at tables, every other table in the place was dirty and in need of cleaning evident by the order number placards still sitting on the tables. I asked if I could order at the register as the two kiosks had people who were fumbling and really not ordering. The manager told one of the girls to take my order and she approached with a sneer on her face like she was doing me a favor. She wasn't outright rude but I felt like she was unhappy that she actually had to attend to me. I originally stated that I would eat in and then when I saw all the tables were dirty, I requested my food be bagged to go. She looked curious when I changed my mind about eating in so I told her all the tables were dirty. She didn't even acknowledge that I had said that and just turned around and walked away. After driving for 9 hrs today I sat in my car and ate. The fries were as expected. The hamburger was cold and nasty,I threw it away. I would recommend driving past this place, worst McDonald's ever!

Had a mobile order, pulled up to the inside lane to order and heard voices that were super quite, so I said my mobile order number, finally I just pull around and get to the window and tell the lady she was barely coming through. Then she smarts off in the most passive aggressive way possible “well I didn’t take your order, that’s why” and looks at me like something is horribly wrong.

Usually when an establishment is bad I don’t leave a review and will just assume it was an off day for the staff or just a bad experience, but it would be a public disservice if I didn’t tell people not to eat at this McDonald’s. The workers all have a bad attitude accompanying an insane superiority complex that is ridiculously annoying and downright disrespectful. The wait times take forever for no good reason, but to give credit where it’s due the food was pretty good. On my first and last ever experience eating here there was a nice old man I helped with his order, and the staff including the manager disrespected him and argued with him and all he wanted was Sprite and ketchup. How arrogant and lazy can you be? Then the manager called the police on the man and had him trespassed for “disrespecting his employees” which everyone at the restaurant eating knew was not the case. Overall, while the food was good it is worth it. The workers are lazy, disrespectful, stubborn, ignorant and unprofessional with a manager who has the same mentality to back it up. Run far and fast, this McDonalds is a depressing piece of work.

I waited 30+ minutes in the drive through after placing a mobile order . I pulled to the windows and got rudely told " we're not taking orders so you gonna just have to wait" after telling them I had a mobile order I get told " what part of we're not taking orders don't you get." And was once again rudely asked my code. Will be the last time I eat at this one late at night.1

Waited no joke an hour on one burger and they still made it wrong. When I told them it was wrong they argued that it was the way it comes, until I pointed out on the receipt I did in fact pay for extra meat and extra cheese. They took the burger back from me and it sat behind the counter for 12 minutes (I timed it) until a worker finally put on gloves and unwrapped my burger and put more meat and cheese on it. My burger sat unattended for 12 minutes then was opened and handled. This mcdonalds needs to close its door if it can’t handle a single burger, not even any fries.

This has got to be the absolute worst McDonald's ever. I've never seen a "fast food" place take an hour or more to even take your order. Especially in the drive thru, which is supposed to be quicker! They take 1 order every 25 mins and then still pull you to the side spot to make the food while you wait another 30 mins parked!! It's McDonald's for christ sake! It can't get much simpler for a quick processed food! I've counted atleast 18 cars that have pulled up and then sat with no response until they leave. When a guy got to the window and asked if they were even taking orders they said it was shift change.... shift change for over an hour!?! If i hadn't placed the order in the mobile app and paid already I would've left too!

We ordered Big Mac and fish filet with extra sauce on both. Was told to pull up. We waiting 20 min for our food and received only one of our sandwiches. They brought out what we were missing and the both were cold and no sauce at all. Like nothing. I tried to call the store, you can never get through always a busy tone.

I ordered thru the app for mcdelivery and i must say I am highly disappointed with my order! I didn't receive not only the 2 sauce that I paid for but I also didn't receive any straws or napkins. My drink was supposed to be a sweet tea lemonade and it tasted like tea with water poured on top. I paid for lettuce to be added to my sandwich and they should be ashamed from how they fixed me sandwich. Really wanted strawberry pies and got cold apple pies instead. This is the second time I've had a bad experience at this McDonald's and will not be ordering anything from them again.
