Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! We had such a great time at Cristina’s! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating — especially with our 3-month-old baby, which made our meal so much more enjoyable. I ordered the carne asada with shrimp relleno, and it was so delicious — perfectly seasoned, generously portioned, and full of flavor. My husband had the carne asada steak and eggs, and he loved every bite of his dish as well. We ate chips with salsa and queso con beef while we waited for our main dish. Everything we tried was fantastic! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was attentive without being rushed, and they really made us feel like family. We can’t wait to come back! 🌮🥩🍤
This has been a go-to place for many years. Today, we had dinner on the patio because the weather was so nice. Rosario is our favorite server! She is professional, courteous, has a wonderful personality, and is fun! Overall, this is a place to eat and our friends and I love to meet here.
Not too loud. Tasty Mexican food for a reasonable price. Outdoor seating is nice. Sometimes they have live music outdoors.
Had a family lunch for Christmas. There were 9 of us. We started with chips, salsa, bean dip and queso. Ask for their really hot salsa... if you're into that. We had a myriad of dishes and all were delicious! We also tried their specialty drinks! The watermelon and mixed berry margaritas were different and amazing. The service was spot on. Go try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
This Sunday morning breakfast after church was wonderful. I'm here from California visiting friends. They recommended we stop for breakfast after church. The staff was young and energetic. The service was a bit slow due to the crowded restaurant. But he food was delicious. I had the tamale dinner. I highly recommend it. It appeared to me that the owner was on site and available for help and guidance. He was professional and courteous.
My husband I always have an amazing experience when we come here, not only is the food outstanding, but the service is quick and efficient, and its a real team effort here, we don't ever get the feeling that we're 'just sitting there', someone is always paying attention. I love this restaurant so much I've brought coworkers here for lunch meetings and they've started coming here with their families! Very highly recommend!
Been to Cristina's many times in the past for fajitas. Haven't been in awhile and tonight when we arrived we saw they had a happy hour for drinks & food until 6 p.m. We know the food is good but the prices for this happy hour deal were crazy cheap. 10 oz. frozen margarita - $6; 3 street mini brisket tacos - $6; 8 mini flautitas (which were basically the same as 4 full sized flautas) with queso and guacamole - $6; Several other bargains in the food and drink area. Always complimentary chips and the best salsa around. My wife and I dined for $32 (including 2 great frozen margaritas). We had eaten at Chipotle a few months ago for the first time in a long time and 2 simple bowls with guacamole added and 2 drinks cost us over $40 and we waited in a cafeteria style line to get that food. At Cristina's you get full service as any other restaurant and this happy hour deal is such a great bargain. Try it - you won't be disappointed!
I was thoroughly impressed by the outdoor dining experience, enhanced by the presence of live music. The performer showcased an exceptional voice that harmonized beautifully with the music. The culinary offerings were nothing short of extraordinary, characterized by their superb taste, and the service provided was of a high standard. The staff members were exceedingly friendly, consistently wearing welcoming smiles. A delightful surprise at the end of the meal was the complimentary coffee shots, a unique and extraordinarily delicious treat I had never experienced before. I highly recommend trying these coffee shots; you will undoubtedly regret missing out on this exceptional offering.
Had a wonderful meal here. Delicious marg to start the mea. Started off with a salad with fajita chicken and the chicken was tasty and moist, the salad came with dressing on the side and it was fresh and crunchy. The chile relleno was the star of the show. I would come have that again.
patio was pretty nice, plenty of parking. food was good, average tex mex. Server was not as attentive as the other server working the patio. Not bad. server could have made it a awesome experience
Stopped in to meet family for dinner and of course Littlest Flip Out wanted a cheeseburger. Little Flip Out had a kids quesadilla with fajita beef. Mrs. Flip Out tried the carne asada tacos, and both she and Little Flip Out remarked how good the carne asada meat was. I had the Platillo Manzanillo dinner and it was good. Littlest Flip Out enjoyed the cheeseburger.
I love the food here but debating coming back. The server we got and we have her before. Her name is Lady , super rude always has a nasty attitude and look like she doesn't want to work there. She never greeted us just straight up asked what we wanted to drink. Managemnet really needs to talk to staff about having positive attitude. Aswell as servers being on their phones and ignoring us. I love the taste of the food but debating going to different location due to the attitude servers give here.
Service sucked a bit, they are short on staff... even says on the door they need waiters. The food was good but needed alot of seasoning. My husband got the parrillada and the chicken was dry and flavorless. The rice needed salt and the charro beans tasted can-like. The drinks were AMAZING, we had the mango margaritas and spicy watermelon cucumber. I would come again just to try something else. Oh and the blinds needs cleaning and light fixtures above the table... they are duuuusty!!!!!! Yuck
1st chips and salsa ~ chips had a light crisp very good salsa and beans were tasty beans just needed a little salt Margaritas~ we tried 4 different ones, the house Margarita was typical, I had a pineapple Margarita again it was just ok a Lil to much syrup. Then I had a spicy margarita which was water down not much spice at all Food~ I had the three enchilada combo, one cheese, one chicken, one beef, chicken was very good the other two just ok. Typical Tex-Mex. Rating 3⭐️ it was nice to try out a new place but would not return. Bill was about $90 It was not worth the quality for me.
I went for lunch with a friend. I thought my food was good. I liked their salsa a lot but I've had better chips elsewhere. My friend ordered nachos and avocado soup and I got a 2 enchilada plate. Their tea was fresh. The only negative I would say is that service was "okay" - I had to wait/ask for tea refills.
The food here is cooked a few days in advance and then reheated and served. How do I know? Well my food had a label at the bottom of the plate that said Sunday and the waitress admitted what happened. That’s not “fine Mexican cuisine” as stated on the door. Needs to be cooked to order. I will say through, service was good and our waitress was very sweet and comped my meal. Manager came out and profusely apologized but I won’t be back. The food wasn’t that good and service being good doesn’t make up for it.
I ordered a combination plate in order to try out different foods that they have. It was the worst Mexican food that I've ever had. The guacamole had no lime or any salt or tomatoes or onions so all it was was crushed avocado, tasteless. The beef was low quality. The cheese was low quality, no taste. I ordered one dish with beef and it came out as chicken. I figured I'd eat it instead of sending it back but, chicken was really dry. I ordered a draft beer. It was cool but not cold and tasted like it was old. It came with a table salt dressed on it instead of the thick grain salt, which is nasty and unhealthy. Top that off, the bill was $28 for one plate of food and a beer. I left 3/4 of the food on the plate; I don't ever do that unless it's really bad. They still charged me $14 after I told them I was very dissatisfied
I and a friend of mine had Sunday Lunch. I ask if I could get the Avocado and soup combo. (its usually a lunch special ) I told him he could charge me extra for it being on a Sunday and not the weekday lunch special. He said no I would have to order a la cart. ( Avocado soup was mentioned at least 4 times ) I agreed. After that he brought me tortilla soup and a cold tasteless enchilada When i ask if this was Avocado soup he told me it was just the same by with chicken NOT My friends lunch was also cold and and tasteless We spent over $ 50 for lunch I did leave a tip and pressed to print. He never brought my receipt I usually eat here once a week. I was treated like an inconvenience ...
I came with my fiancé mom and grandmother for their happy hour. The food was good, the drinks were decent but the service was extremely slow. I try not to say anything but we had to wait over an hour to order and another hour and a half to ask for a check which another waitress brought. We had to leave a minimum of a 20% tip as well! After all was said and done that’s when our waitress finally showed up only to review our receipt to make sure we tipped them . She then offered a free coffee liquor shot? I’ve never had such a horrible and odd experience.
