A little late on giving this review but yesterday I tried going to firehouse but they didn’t accept a $50 bill super weird. However, I just took my family to Jersey Mikes over in Hurst and they kept their promise and made it a great experience!
I went in last night and the staff was very friendly. They welcomed me in and asked about my day and overall were very talkative. I would recommend the #8 for anyone’s first time. thank you carlos, jackie and janete for making this a great experience
Went late around 2 for a mini turkey sand. Store was spotless, bread was a little hard to me, but customer service was outstanding, 10 out of 10. I will be back.

I've been coming here for years. The service is efficient and they're always friendly. The place is very clean, and I appreciate how often the cutter wipes down the slicing machine. Sandwiches are consistent and always tasty!
JM is my FAV!!!! This past week I had my order delivered, not so much bacon. I sent a review. The store manager contacted me the next day, to apologize and offer me a free replacement! Well, I picked that baby up today... SO YUMMY!!!! I appreciate that they work hard to give quality ingredients and service to their customers! Will always choose JM 💖 Thank you! I would of shared a picture, but I INHALED THAT THING!
I came in tonight to order a sandwich and was greeted by a very nice young lady. I was having trouble deciding what to get and she offered recommendations of some of her favorites. She greeted me with a sweet smile and a positive attitude. She had also asked how my night had been. This made the atmosphere feel very welcoming. I believe the young ladies name was Natalie or Nat. I am very pleased with the service I got today. I would recommend coming here.
5 years ago with a grievance, I called the Corporate HQ in New Jersey to express my disappointment in the staff of this store. Within 24 hours I received a call from the Store Mgr, Cindy who apologize + promised a free sandwich the next time I came in... this past Saturday (5 yrs later) I went + collected that sandwich the... staff honored that promise. I will be sending a letter of praise To the Corporate Office in New Jersey. Because this store under Cindy's Management represents the brand + it's Owners in a positive way. Good food, great staff, and a job well done... they still need to add garlic as a condiments options

I watched people put in their orders and getting their food before me. Most of my lunch break was spent watching them work. What is the point of online ordering then? The ONLY reason i go to this location is because it's the only one near me. Probably not going back for awhile...very disappointed.

I typically love a good Jersey Mike’s sandwich - typically my go to sub place. Had a not so great experience the other day though. I had a couple questions and the girl behind the slicer seemed real annoyed I was even asking. I ordered two sandwiches. The girl specifically asked which bread I wanted and I told her wheat and the Parmesan for the other. After getting home, I noticed I got white and Parmesan. In addition, I had asked for mayo and realized as they were wrapping it up they didn’t add it. So I nicely asked for it to be added and they rolled their eyes at me. Really bad service here and employees making you feel horrible for asking for something small. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this location unfortunately.
They have an app that says skip the line use the app. I placed my order and came in 5 minutes after. The bag was there but the order had not been started. I was then asked to wait as new customers came in and ordered while mine sat unattended. I asked for a refund. The cashier took longer to refund than it would have taken to make the sandwich, and making comments that were not needed. I could have come in and ordered in person and not waste my time on the app.
We literally waited by the check out for 10 Minutes before someone asked us if we were picking up or ordering then we said we were ordering and they said ok and went on there way then 15 more minutes of us standing there I. Finally said “hey we still are waiting to order “ and very rudely she said “ oh you got to go down there we don’t take orders right here “ then we went to the other side to order and they still took 5 minutes to come . Then before our order was done to pay she said “excuse me “ it’s 28.66 as we are sitting down . We did not know who she was even speaking to until I asked “is that for us” DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! Worst staff every I come here all the time and never experienced this kind of customer service
If this is how they treat their customers they need to go out of business , after taking forever to help me and my family and give us our food rhis is how it was delivered they also didn’t even put it into the bag , they left it like this and said “we don’t put food in the bag you do “ never have I ever experienced anything like this if I could give negative stars I would give 10
How hard can it be to read a ticket when you're literate?! I'm so sick & tired of this happening. My order is a Philly NO Onions!! NO Veggies!!! ONLY meat, cheese & mayo! Seriously how hard is that to read?!Selective sight is what I call it since they just see Philly! It doesn't matter if I order it in store since I've had to correct them while standing there even though I just said NO Onions! I order it online & it's been wrong every single time!! I'm done eating a hot sub I paid for cold because I have to pick onions out of my sub. I'm fed up, disgusted & will NEVER return. My business will go to a restaurant with employees who read specialty tickets.

I come here sometimes because it’s one of my closest ones. The tall black lady needs to learn some manners and customer service. I ordered a sandwich. Mind you, I paid almost $20 for it. I got it and it wasn’t the way I wanted it. I came back today to get it again since they said they would redo my sandwich. A guy did it the first time and he was actually cool, the woman however had a whole attitude like “check your sandwich cause I ain’t doing it again”. Let me remind you, people would complain less if you did the sandwiches RIGHT!! Normally I do check my sandwiches but that still doesn’t mean you screw around and not expect consequences. Also, I had my instructions in ALL CAPS!! You think they’d be able to read ALL CAPS but clearly they don’t. Have them remember people pay money and hope to have good customer service or else they’d be one no one will come back to.
This location intentionally never participates in ANY promotional offers put out by Jersey Mikes, so it must be a franchised store intentionally prohibiting customers from any deals/codes which is pretty cringe. Edit: The following response is complete BS I have tried multiple codes over past year OFFICIALLY advertised by jersey mikes not random website BS or canadian codes and one time even called and an employee had zero clue about a nationwide promo advertised by jersey mikes. They know their location intentionally turns off promo codes because I have even seen codes work when immediately released and then "store is not participating" hours later. Disingenuous reply when you 100% know you intentionally do this.
I had never been to Jersey mikes before. When I came in I told them I had never been there. They said ok take your time. While I was looking at the menu 2 of them were making smart comments. I was very confused by mikes way because when I asked about the juice they laughed and acted judgmental. I left because I won’t support a business who has poor customer service. Train those teenagers better. It happens at 11:45 on 2/23/2025. The fact there were no customers makes me wonder if this is why
My wife and I came here to order.And when we went to use her points, we couldn't for a pass code that we never set up or never have had.So they can't even tell me where to find it.So what is the point of that
I’ve always loved Jersey Mike’s, but this experience honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered an Italian sub and asked for extra mayo and extra banana peppers. When I went to pick it up, two young girls behind the counter were clearly trying not to laugh. One of them said, “We made sure to add extra mayo and banana peppers for you,” while cracking up. It made me uncomfortable, but I just said thank you and left. When I got home and opened my order, I realized why they were laughing. My sandwich was completely drowned in mayo and banana peppers to the point that I pulled out a whole pile of it just from half the sub. It was obvious they did it to be funny, not because they were following my request. I’ve never had an issue with this location before, but this was really immature and disrespectful. I hope management sees this and reminds the staff that customers shouldn’t be mocked for how they like their food.

Right when I walked to the front where the menu was this short Hispanic girl gave me the ugliest look and kept looking at me in disgust for what reason idk I walked right out never felt so uncomfortable. I just wanted a sandwich . Never coming back. The date was May 10/25 on a Saturday
