Awesome sweet tea! And...they offer a Taco Lite! I was just talking to a friend about the taco lite that Taco Bell used to serve. I just went here to get a sweet tea, and BAM! I spot Taco Lite on the menu board. I almost ordered two, but was glad I didn't as I received a rider request when I was almost finished. Wish I had thought to take a photo. 😐

The food is great, the staff is so nice, they let us know if we ordered one more item we got a discount and then gave the kids lemonade for free!!! We affordability were able to feed our family good food from a place that cares about you!!! Thank You we had had a long hard day and you made it better.

Great food at good prices. My favorite thing is you can get a GIANT bag of chips filled to the top with hardly any air in the bag taking up space for $6 and they taste awesome!!! Waaaaay better than the disappointing grocery store chips. Tacos are epic as are burritos.

I was asking about the difference between the prices for the regular taco and then ask for the price of the big taco, he started talking about a light Taco which I've never even heard of and when I asked him what the price difference was I was talking about the little taco and the big taco but he gave me the price difference for the light Taco in the big taco which was no price difference it says same price. I ordered three big tacos thinking they were the same price as the small tacos. The bill was a lot higher than I expected and I didn't realize why I tell I went back and talked to him

I love this place and make sure to visit every time while I'm in Dallas. The portions are huge. Taco Bell should be embarrassed with what they serve after seeing what taco Casa puts out at a comparable price. Have not sampled anything badd on the menu I think it's safe to say anything you get will be a good buy.

Clean, friendly place. Food is ALWAYS the same which is great. Never skimpy on the meat or cheese. Tacos are the best! Well everything at Taco Casa is excellent. And the best part? You don't even have to throw your trash away. They do it for you! Sweet Tea is the best around!

Taco Casa is simple. You get what you see, there's no bells and whistles. That being said, it's quality, quick food for a nice, affordable price! The employees are always nice and helpful and the place is always clean of trash. I'm a huge fan of that fake, congealed, movie theater cheese though. However, their other options of food are great!

My dad had never been to Taco Casa and he has been officially conveyed from his past favorite taco place. We have eaten there EVERY night this week. They had a raffle celebrating their 2nd year at this location and my dad won a $100 gift card tonight! Anyway, the food there is great! Ok, I love Taco Casa. I know it is not fancy. I know there is expensive Mexican Restaurants. But I LOVE these crunchy tacos! I love all their food. Get the nacho cheese with a scoop of meat. Game changer! $1.99 crunchy taco Tuesday.

I spent a couple years trying to convince my son about the higher quality of Taco Casa vs. any other Tex-Mex fast food place. Once he tried it, he is convinced of this simple fact. I have been a customer for over 5 years and I'm always pleased with the service and food. The taste is excellent.

Just got me 2 tacos for Taco Tuesday. They were so good. Juicy not greasy (but I do like a little grease sometimes) shells were FRESH lots of cheese easy on the lettuce just all out yummy good. 😋 👍🏼 And the guy at the Drive through window was very professional and nice Yall need to come to Southwest Fort Worth and show him how it's done.

It may be out of line, but to me Taco Casa manages to capture the delight of the late 80s/early 90s era of a certain competitor- and simultaneously has the old color scheme aesthetic! The burgers are great, the super burritos are choice, and they have black olives. Add in the sweet tea and I'm back on the regular. Bonus - the taco salad is way better than advertised!

Every time I come here I’m super happy. The staff is not rotating and I see familiar faces when I go in and they get to know you and your order. I really appreciate them always positive. My sister introduced me to this chain and never going back to Taco Bell and I loathe Chipotle. I say chain, but their locations are still sparse. We wanted a quick "snack" as we were on the go. We dined in and ordered 1 each, the Super Taco which is basically 2 Supreme tacos in one large shell Loaded with cheese on top plus tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream. They make their own sweet tea as all this hit the spot for us and can't wait to go back and try more on their unique menu. Try this place so you can get hooked too...!

Not sure how happy I am to say this, but my family eats at this Taco Casa between 5-8/month. The younger kid loves it and we live 2 minutes away. Food is always quality, staff are quick and no nonsense. Greatly appreciate the team at this location for always being there to help a busy family have a delicious dinner.

Drive thru order. The staff was friendly on the intercom. I got my order quickly and it tasted amazing. The Only gripe I have is the wording on the menu. Taco light is not light, its bigger and better than the basic taco. It adds tomatoes and sour cream and increases the size of the taco. The taco shell is also different in texture. Try the taco light! You wont regret it. Overall, 5 out of 5 experience!

Came here to grab a bite to eat as I had been recovering from being ill and hadn't eaten in a couple of days. I had the Super Nachos. It was pretty good. I would come to Taco Casa again, but likely order something different. The two complaints that I have would be that parking could be better and the staff is constantly mixing up sweet and UNsweet tea orders.

Normally pretty good service and food quality. I did have one bad experience in the outer lane of the drive thru but one out of like 50 visits. They have the best soft tacos and bean burritos. The cheese is what makes this place. None of that weird thin stringy stuff with the plastic looking coating on it other places use. It's almost like you grated it yourself. This is definitely my family's choice for taco Tuesday.

Nice place for tacos and burritos. Clean and well kept inside. Portions are decent for price. No chicken or steak options on menu, that is reason for 4 stars. They have chewable ice and decent ice tea. No salsa, they have pepper sauce hot sauce. It tears up my stomach, I stick to mild. Worth grabbing a bite if shopping near by.

I went 2 days ago, on Friday..you can get specials on Fridays..I got 2 chiladas for $5.00. They were bigger than I expected..the food is quite good..like old school Taco Bell..remember the discontinued enchirito? You can get them at Taco Casa..tastes identical..I also got a cup of frijoles..topped with that signature sauce and cheese. Service was quick..the dining area wasn't quite as clean as I would've liked.

They have Chiladas, which are the same as the enchiladas that Taco Bell discontinued. Which also happened to be my favorite menu item there. The food can be a little bland as Mexican tends to be. They are not stingy with the cheese. Taco sauce only comes in hot, and it isn't that great. But with a little salt and your own sauce this place can't be beat.

Went there this evening and ordered 2 miles bean burritos with sour cream. I literally got 2 flour tortillas with maybe 2 tbl spoons of beans, a tsp of sour cream and sprinkles of cheese. To far to drive back after we got home. I'm from the town with the original Taco Casa. I remember when it opened, so Ive always loved it but tonight I was really disappointed.

Good fast Mexican food. I'm not a big fan of black olives which feature prominently on their food, but I don't hold that against them. [Great $5 deals on Fridays. Five Dollar Friday deals are now a thing of the past. Demoted review from 4 to 3 stars.]

It's an inexpensive drive-through. So no much to expect or review. Just drove through for casa delights, and the ordering process was ridiculous. Maybe there's a bad headset that needs replacing, but I had to repeat the order at least 5 times. Someone said the casa delights were a good sweet treat, but they just have a lot of sugar and cinnamon on them. Otherwise they are good for a quick taco or nachos with a simple menu.

Drive thru backed up and the employees just ignoring those at the window. This guy was a really disrespectful . Management needs to teach customers come first and don't ignore the customers. Each order took at least 5 minutes. My order was complete and ready to go when I pulled up but he proceeded to walk back and forth ignoring my presence. I love the food but until this place gets there act together I will go elsewhere.

Everyone has an off-night and maybe this was a miss at the end of a long day, but my wife ordered several items including nachos with extra jalapeños. She asked if the team member at the drive through could put a ‘hand-full’ of taco sauce in the bag, and she was told there was already packets in there. Turns out there were 6 packets, which I guess will fit in one hand, so 🤷‍♂️. That’s not the real issue though. When she got home I looked in the bag, there was a cup of jalapeños included (a big one at that 💪) but no nachos… Kind of a big miss.

Clean but absolutely freezing every time we come here. At least three other customers complained about the temperature being too cold during todays visit, but nothing is ever done about it.

When this location first opened, we came here often. However, they have increased their prices to ridiculous levels! The big nacho dish used to be about six and I think it is more than $7.50 now. The employees are nice, but it's not worth it. I'd nearly rather go to Taco Bell and suffer the consequences.

The last two times I went here I had multiple items missing from my order. When I brought it to their attention they had to do an investigation and made me feel like a criminal. I love taco Cass and this is the closest location to me. I'm not the type to complain about food. If it's not up to par I'll just live with it, but don't short me several items on multiple occasions and then treat ME like a criminal when I ask for what I already paid for. And in no instance did they even offer me a complimentary drink or anything for all of my time they wasted. I'll drive the extra miles to go to a different location from now on.

Service was polite and prompt, but these are the smallest portions I've ever seen in all my years of eating Taco Casa. My super burrito was mostly lettuce, olives, and sour cream, I couldn't even finish it. The bean burritos were the smallest I've ever seen. Whoever prepared our order did so like the cost of the ingredients were coming from their paycheck. I wasn't able to go back or go inside, or I would have requested a refund. This is the first time I've ever felt ripped off at TC.

The Super Nachos were absolutely horrible for almost $9.00! The beef on it was good, but the beans didn’t taste like they normally do and I believe it was because of the horrible canned cheese they put on it that tasted worse than the canned cheese at a concession stand! OMG I’ll never get those again bc I’ll stick to the other items I normally get! Yukkk

I have been going to this location since 2019 and it used to be excellent. However, it has been going down hill over the past year or so. There’s been continuous inconsistency with portions and taste. I decided to give them a try once more this evening. Big mistake! It was the worst experience I’ve had over the past six years. I ordered a Super Salad with extra sour cream and an extra side of beef, and a sweet tea. For starters, the drive-thru person forgot to give me my tea. I had to remind him. Secondly, once again, there was no beef in my salad. They stopped putting beef in the salad a while back, thus the reason I always request a side of it. The menu board and website still list beef as an ingredient in it. Finally, they didn’t give me that side of beef even though the receipt stated that they charged me for it. Instead, they gave me hot sauce which I said I did not want. I can’t eat hot, spicy foods. There’s a Taco bell and a Los Alberto’s down the street. I’ll be going to those places instead.

The food is always good and the people who actually work here in the store are always nice. On Tuesday I took the lid off my tea, ate a few bites of ice, and found a bug down in the ice that I was about to eat. I contacted someone at what I thought was corporate who refunded my 6 bucks begrudgingly, and said he saw nothing that indicated the bug came from their restaurant. In other words, Mike Ferris (?) thought that on Election Day, with 3 kids in school and a full work day, that I had nothing better to do than call and email them with a phony complaint of a bug in my drink. This was a disgusting experience that could have been handled way better by whoever happens to be in charge. Yuck.

First of all, I am an avid lover of Taco Casa, however this location is not one I recommend. They advertise Taco Tuesday like all Taco Casa's but they only honor the price on HARD SHELL ONLY! Yet that is not expressed to the customer or advertised anywhere! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME for the inconsiderate management call you will want to make after being over charged for your food, visit a different location!!!

I did not like this location very much. The cashier was extremely rude and acted like we were a problem. Then as we were sitting there eating our food we noticed she was going around cleaning the trash up and cleaning up the bathroom and doing all these other things then she proceeded to go back in the kitchen without washing her hands dipping her hands in the ice tray where people get their ice from.after seeing that we didn't even get our drinks refilled even though we wanted it because we were afraid that we were going to get bacteria from the cleaning. I hope these guys can get a better staff and maybe have better cleanliness training.

The food is fine. The drinks are not. A large soda costs almost 3 dollars but the fill it so full of ice it literally touches the lid. They then do a quick spurt of soda in there and send it on its way. You get less than half a soda can worth of soda for 3 dollars. Big ripoff. Don't get a drink here.

I went to the Hurst, Tx Taco Casa to pick up dinner for family. I had two $10.00 gift cards and after ordering I went to the drive thru to pay and pick up food. I noticed that the cashier was having issues with the gift cards and ended up calling the manager over. After looking at the screen the manager told the cashier to tell me that they did not take gift cards. I know this is not correct as my family eats that this restaurant frequently. When I inquired about it, I was told that I had to use the cards where they were purchased. Once again, I know this is not correct. I paid for my order and when I go home noticed that I was missing items from my order. There were 3 sides of cheese missing, a taco lite, and I was supposed to have a diet coke but instead received a root beer. This is not the first time I have had issues with this is particular store, but the service here keeps getting worse as time goes by. This is my 6-year old's favorite restaurant, but that will be changing if things do not improve soon.

Spoke to both th the GM and The district manager, They both had an opportunity to do the right thing and take care of the guest simply remake the tacos as ordered and they wanted to come back and charge me for their errors. Brought food home, everyone got sick. Last time I go there.

The nearest location is 3 miles away. I drove thru traffic and 2 wrecks to get there. I ordered 10 burritos, 4 tacos, and a sweet tea. They forgot to give me my drink but fortunately I remembered to ask before driving off. After getting back home to my family, I find out they also forgot my 4 tacos. I called to request a refund on the order as I would have to get back out to get more food, compensate me for my inconvenience. They repeatedly told me they would refund me for the missing food and that’s it.

Connor one of the managers made several orders incorrect and thank goodness I was watching my order to go because he messed it up. When I told him, he put some lettuce on two of the, and threw the other one away and made new one very very very rudely!!!!! Taco shells were steal and there was absolutely no favor to the meat at all!!!!! I go there alot and know a previous manager and one of the managers now. I've never experienced thus before this time and I go there

Check your receipts!! They are over charging people especially on “Taco Tuesday”. Trying to blame your bank but it’s their system over charging people and telling them something else.

Fix your speaker. Or hire people that pay attention. When I order something I expect to get what I order, when I ask for a certain thing to be left off, I would hope they’d get it right. I have a food allergy, thank god I was paying attention and didn’t eat what was given to me. If that’s not the problem hire people who can read! My whole family got food poisoning there yesterday. A horrific experience…. That location is gross. We should have walked out and not eaten there and spared ourselves - But unfortunately, we fell for it. I have always been a huge fan of taco casa but this location is grimy with incredibly rude staff. We also saw a rat, literally scurry away from the back door when we were leaving. Little did we know that just eight hours later we would be fighting for the toilet, uncontrollably going back and forth from puking to diarrhea. Never again!

Walked into the building to order my food to go. When I walked in nobody was at the counter. All I heard was "whose working the counter?". I didnt get a hello or how are you today like I normally would anywhere else. If you are going to work in a customer service type of business then you should have the respect to say something like hello or how are you or something but don't be rude and have your customer standing there for almost 5mins while trying to decide who is going to take my order. I ordered the super tostada and had to wait on line at the drive through for over 10 minutes. I told them it was the wrong order and they were willing to fix it but would have to charge me the difference. I said I should be comped for the difference because of the wait and the inconvenience. Instead of acknowledging my request, he just refunded me for the whole meal (which included other items). I will never eat there again.

12 /15/ 2024: gave them another shot and yet again it’s an epic failure. Beware doing delivery they NEVER include your whole order. Clearly they don’t care a try to screw their customers. Half my order was missing!!! No quality control or doublechecks!!! Leaving a review doesn’t help they just ignore it like the phone calls!! food is good but epic fail tonight. No care with packaging so food containers were open and spilt in bags, taco dripping in grease like they dipped it in grease so tortilla soggy and can’t even pick it up wo falling apart. Got nachos dry which are typically put in a container they just threw some chips in a bag. Totally lazy
