Awful experience at this location. Ordered pizzas, wings & redeemed points for cheese bread. The employee checking me out informed me that ranch or blue cheese does not come with an order of wings. All the years I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut, I’ve never been charged for ranch with an order of wings. My cheese bread barely had any cheese. The pizzas were okay but skimpy on the toppings.

The pizza we got was so thin it's laughable. It was just a normal large stuffed crust pizza (stuffed crust). Wasn't crispy or anything just weirdly thin, I don't know if the pictures really do it justice. Toppings and all that were good and the cheesey stuff crust was yummy. But the pizza itself being so thin was weird. Not a fan of this location, hope it was a one-off but didn't really check any reviews beforehand.

I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut before, but this time was a huge disappointment. The pizza was dry, the dough tasted different, and it even looked different from previous orders. The jalapeños tasted as if they were just placed on top after baking rather than cooked with the pizza. The pepperoni was the worst part—it tasted like rubber, and you could barely chew through it. The biggest issue, however, was the poor customer service. I spoke to three different people, including the GM, and he was extremely rude. Instead of addressing my concerns, he outright refused to help, telling me, “I’m not gonna help,” when I mentioned the pizza was lukewarm instead of hot. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which is what prompted me to leave this review. I expect better quality food and customer service from a place like Pizza Hut. Very disappointing experience!

Wow... What a bummer. I've been a customer for over 30 years.....This relationship has ended. You folks need to read Farrell's book "Give Them The Pickle." I have a $15 order and was going to drive and eat. I asked for napkins and the young lady at the counter tells me it will be $1.07 for napkins????? Your business model is broken if you need to charge a guest $1.07 for 3-4 napkins. I've probably spent, on average, $500 year with you for 30 years...About 15K and you make the decision to charge me for 3-4 napkins... You have to be kidding me....Keep your napkins...This is a bad business practice. Now you send me an AI response. Exact cut/paste you sent the other bad reviews you have received. Shame on you...You folks, by far, don't care about your customers.

Whatever happened to Pizza Hut from years ago? This location has failed us over and over again. We want it to be good so bad and they always fall short. Our last order before this time, we ordered tavern style and it was absolutely torched. A manager called me and apologized and gave us a partial credit for future. We used that partial credit to try again last night, this time the pizza was better but my wife picked up the food and they gave us the pizza and fries and forgot the wings. So I called and they said they’d deliver. By time they came it was 45 minutes later and they weren’t good and we were all done eating already. It’s going to be hard to give this place another chance. At this point we are just wasting money.

Really disappointed. We ordered two pizzas and a salad for delivery from the Hutto, TX location. The order arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was correct. The pizzas were as expected but the salad had a long piece of plastic in it. I'd describe it as fishing line, mono filament. When I called the manager he seemed dismissive and like it was no big deal. He told me he was surprised because it was a "new bag" and that he'd look into it. We have a small kid and the thought of him eating something like this pissed me off.

They gave us RAW chicken, I ordered boneless chicken wings & bit into it only to discover it was totally raw :(. Manager never even contacted us! The pizza was really bad too, one was not fully cooked and the other was over cooked, missing toppings. Had to throw all the food out.

We ordered at 5:12pm with a delivery time of 25-35 minutes. I called several times just to have the line disconnect. I have 2 small mouths to feed and a schedule to keep. If I would have known it was going to take longer, I would have ordered something else. It got here at 6:42pm. The pizza was obviously sitting for a while, the cheesy bread overcooked and definitely not worth the extra charge. Very disappointed.

**WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE** THE STARS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES AA WELL AS THE PICTURES. There needs to be a change of management/ownership. I lived in Austin prior to hutto and the 183/Research store by duval and oak knoll was always in point and fat delivery. Moved to hutto in April and I’m starting to think Gatti’s Pizza is better in hutto. 😎 I wonder how much sales this store is losing by turning their phones off at 9:00 pm. Picked up my order at 8:50 called ordering line since I could not get ahold of restaurant. They tried to call restaurant and couldn’t get through so they hung up on me also lol Great last day of summer for my kids because the pizzas I got were burnt af. Thanks for ruining our dinner Pizza Hut

Ordered a 3 topping large pizza off their deal menu, Cinnabon, and boneless BBQ wings for my fiance, and a melt for me(which it explained they were out of bacon when i ordered it, no issue). They called after 20 minutes to explain they had no cinnamon, I said no issue, and they sent an extra desert all good. Then the food got here and we got a tossed around cheese pizza cold, some boneless wings with a dip stuck to the bottom of the container. An empty melt box. And when we get the receipt, it doesn't even show the melt or the proper price of the pizza. And it just says a large stuffed crust cheese pizza. When I call the manager hangs up the phone after about 3 minutes. Called on 3 separate numbers. Absolutely atrocious. I called to handle this with tact and you hang up the phone like a teenager. Well done pizza hut. I'm driving up to your store to speak with your manager. Hang up on me 3 times after you drop the ball. Gross.

So ordered Pizza Hut today only because the dominos app wasn’t working. Ordered in advance for a later delivery and and they were still 30 minutes late. Here is what we got. Two pizzas no sauce. Called store only to get an attitude and be called a liar. Asked for manager the woman refused. When I questioned her refusal, she said ok hold on. Then in a different voice got on the phone and said she was the manager. I heard someone in the background telling her what to say. When I asked about that, she said no one was saying anything and called me a liar. She finally transferred me to a DK who said he was a manager and when I asked for the other employees name, he said legally he will not provide the info. Now at this point I was beyond heated. Then got hung up on by DK. Yes you will get an upset customer when you call them a liar. Tried to call back and the phones were disconnected and giving a busy signal. DO NOT GO THERE. My wife finally went back to the store and they refused a refund because there were a few pieces missing, but as you can see, we didn’t eat them.

This was a pick up. Disgusting. Over cooked & hard. Not crispy but dry & HARD. Tried a couple pieces & it was inedible. This is with extra cheese too. Worst location I’ve ordered from. This isn’t the first time they have messed up. I wanted to call for a refund or another pizza but my husband was so tired & didn’t want to drive for them to make another mistake, I mean pizza. If I could give zero stars I would. Whoever was in charge of our order tonight simply sucks. Basically our whole order was burnt. The cheese sticks we ordered had hardly any cheese & was also over cooked. I wouldn’t consider them cheese sticks just plain over cooked bread sticks. I would recommend any other location over this one.
