It was fun! We went the day of a big game we sat in the patio because we had our dog with us which was very pet friendly 👍 great margaritas! Not everybody has those and I've tried the many places 😁😁 All our food was delish I had a burger we had great mozzarella sticks for appetizer overall it was fun! It is a chain but it was great food and great fun
Went in to enjoy our family time last night to watch the Lakers play and have great food! JAMES our server was fantastic! He was quick with our order and always came by to check on us to see if we needed anything. We had 2 tables that were being used and downsized to one so others can sit. He thanked us for our courtesy and we appreciated how genuine he was. We will definitely be going back! Good Job James!!👍
You can’t go wrong with wings and beer. The only downfall was the time it took for the food to come. We didn’t mind because we ordered beer. Our server Sabrina was so accommodating and very apologetic due to the time. We are not the type to complain so we didn’t even notice until I looked at my phone and saw the time. She informed us that their cooks called out. That’s out of a serves hands. Above all it was a great experience because of our server and we will most definitely come back because of her.
First timer. This place is amazing great service By Hector and fellow teams members.food came fast it was warm and very satisfying mouth watering. I order southern chicken sandwich with fries😆and zingy Asian wing and bbq wing with chill bowl😋. We are defiantly coming back with more people to share the yummy yum😎
I was so pleased and surprised with the level of service here now. I sat at the bar area with my boy. Alex, our server, went above and beyond. He let us know of all the specials available. We had the endless wings, and fried pickles. Everthing was served with in minutes of ordering. We didn't have empty glasses or wings until we said stop. COI BWW has made a positive, complete 180 when it comes to service and quality.
Great spot never been here and got a gift card for Mother's Day and me and the kids had a great experience. Andrea was our waitress and she was very attentive and easy going. The chicken Caesar salad was delicious sodas were fresh and place was clean. We will be going back again soon.
The food was really good, and good prices
Okay upon walking in it smelled like a cat litter box, but the bathroom was clean so we stayed. We got served by Victoria who was a great waitress. She was fast and attentive. My daughter got the kids burger I was jealous it was bomb I took a bite.
Our waitress was perfect. She was patient and answered all of the questions that my dad and I had. She explained that this location no longer serves pitchers of beer, nor do they have any buckets for bucket of beers. But she found a couple of water pitchers and made us a bucket anyway. My complaint is this, the franchise needs to update their HAPPY HOUR menu. If an item or product is not being sold or not available anymore, remove it from the menu! Our poor server wasted a lot of her time explaining what wasn't available.
So I had left a review for a manager Kimberly i believe she was from another location taking care of this location she was amazing today march 7,2025 went in with my partner restrooms were super dirty, trash all over the floors in the bar area. All tables that were empty in the bar were super dirty. Servers using empty tables to throw and place all dirty stuff. When the girl manger was there she would help clean and keep her restaurant clean. Now this new guy manager with tattoos kinda chubby doesn’t even care about the restaurant took a menu outside the restaurant and doesn’t come back in until like 30 mins. What is he doing outside for so long. Smoking and getting high. The lady manager actually cared about this restaurant now this guy is gonna let this restaurant go down the hill.
Busy because of world cup, but they knew that and it seemed like they had all hands on deck. Service was fast, friendly and accurate. Even the managers were serving to make sure everyone got what they wanted. Just make sure to go early if you want a seat, it fills up fast. Mango Habanero is the best sauce!
victoria the new manager is doing a great job. someone did an accident all over the toilet i reported to her and she went on and cleaned herself. great to see someone who finally cares about the service anr cleanliness about this restaurant. thanks to alex our server who worked hard communicating with his coworkers
Aaron, Samantha, and Joseph always attend me when I've gone and they are absolutely amazing! - the customer service here is always consistent, friendly, attentive, as well as patient! I rarely ask for anything (refills, napkins, boxes) cause they're always on top of it which is awesome! ✨ Never had any issues with the waiters and they're the reason why I love going here! The food is also consistent along with coming hot out of the kitchen! So the ones cooking in the back always keep it consistent and I know they're doing their best to push out as many orders especially during rushes! I don't like going on weekends though because I know it'll be busy and for me personally it's an overwhelming environment with all the music and buzz of people talking. But I love going during the weekdays! Puente Hills location is my go-to location! :) I will say though, the restrooms here are pretty bad. lol The stalls are absurdly tight and small except for the large one. And the toilets don't have enough pressure to flush away even paper. But I would say it's the only downside to this location. Everything else is great!
Its a hit or miss when coming here. If there are games, it can get rowdy sometimes and the wait can be horrible. Parking is great though because its just a huge shared lot. Service can be okay, really depends on who you get. Food is always good.
Music a bit too loud for my liking. Heard other table convo. Besides that everything else was fine.
Went around 11pm, music was very loud for not being such a packed night. My date ordered a drink from the server and he acknowledged but only brought the drink I had ordered. Also asked about happy hour menu and if what I ordered was on it and he said yes. When the bill came I was charged full price for the item. Only came here cause the other b dubs was more busy. But sure if I'll return but hopefully if I do the music isn't so loud.
Plenty of free parking and seating in the dining area and bar during the lunch hour. The wings are good, but not exceptional. The servers are fairly attentive at lunch, when I was there with a friend. The number of sports programs being shown is almost overwhelming. The volume on the main TV sporting event is entirely too loud. You can't concentrate on the other events. You also cannot have a conversation with the person who is sitting right next to you.
Like others have commented on the house music, it is way too loud. You can't have a conversation without yelling across the table. It also makes it hard to communicate your order to the server. There's no reason why the music volume needs to be so uncomfortably high.
The food was good; my only complaint about the food was that the wings needed more sauce. Overall, the service was poor. My side salad came out without the dressing. The waitresses were not attentive. It was warm and humid in the restaurant, and there were no paper towels in restrooms. And the music was too loud to have an easy conversation.
I know this is a sports bar—they have a large open seating area. The problem is that there are different screens playing different stuff. The problem for anybody (including the waiter) HEARING you—it is impossible. The dB were dangerously too hurtful for all. Our food was great—but I will not be back. IT WAS VERY VERY LOUD. Games on the screens BUT LOUD MUSIC BLARING. LOUD LOUD. The loudest restaurant I’ve ever been in.
Super slow they sit us down and no one came to give us a menu i had to ask someone. I ordered a chicken sandwich to be honest chick-fil-a is bigger and better and softer and cheaper the fry weren't that good either my wife burger they for got hers but we also had ordered wings and she ate wings and got full with that so we had to cancel the her sandwich to be honest the lady that help us just forgets alot. We spent 75$ here and were there like 2hrs because there so slow
Restrooms are always a mess when I go now. Dining area smells like wet dirty rug. This place used to be really nice, but the last year or so when I go I'm disappointed by the smell and cleanliness, I don't know if I'll go back again.
The food was right on par with all the other BWW I have been to. Service was good, considering it was during an NFL playoff game. The atmosphere, though, is lacking. There was a urine type smell as soon as you walked in, and the tables were pretty poorly cleaned. But once again, it was a busy night, so I can let that go. The main issue was that they had the volume way too loud on the game. Nobody could hear anybody else talk. Overall, it was a normal sports bar experience, and the 3 star is due to the smell.
It's okay. I kinda don't like the whole order with the app thing instead of getting a menu and such. Service itself was kinda hard to flag down a waitress if you needed something. Food was good and didn't take too long. But just overall meh.
So yesterday, I order online and my order was jacked up, first of all I clearly choose a flavor, and when I picked up, they were plain wings, with the sauce on the side, I called them up explaining how i choose the flavor, and how i wanted extra sauce on the side *(special request)and they made me bring back the wings so they could of add the sauce on all my (20)pcs. Next time im just ordering the flavor and that's it. The girl we spoke to on the phone suggested us next time you order them "wet"! when they dont even have that option ! Jeez, thank god I checked before I drove off the parking lot.
I come here just for the beer & wings which are pretty good. Everything else is over priced appetizers which aren’t that good, I got the chips and salsa for $8, ran out of salsa and they refused to refill the salsa, said I had to buy another order ( it’s free at the cheap Mexican spots). They just rolled out a new happy hour menu which is great because the Friday’s next door closed down so I come here now, multiple items under $5. Beers and small appetizers sure I’ll take it, but they’re regular menu it’s not recommended unless you have a big group pitching in.
Can't beat the wings, some of the best! No complains about the draft beer selection. The service was seriously lacking. With the exception of the hostess (she was very friendly) no one working there seemed to care much about customer service. But we'll be back because... Those wings!
American chain with big screen TVs playing sports and wings. On Tuesdays, they have a Buy-One-Get-One 50% off deal for dine-in orders, and they have pickup deals as well. Credit cards accepted. Indoor and outdoor dining available. Kid-friendly and it can be good for big groups. Free parking in a private parking lot. They have both bone-in and boneless wings, and I prefer the boneless wings. Came here with my family on a Tuesday evening around 7pm and we waited about 5 min to get seated (no reservations). The spice level is indicated on the menu. I would suggest the garlic Parmesan and my family really likes the wild flavor. The dry rub ones were a tad too dry in terms of the meat.
staff was nice *i think*, kind of hard to hear over the earth shattering music they were blasting. my appetizers came with my meal, which whatever the food is really good. come here if you are the embodiment of chaotic neutrality or white.
Service sucks. Had to wait 45 minutes for 12 wings and veggies. Couldn't even get a glass of water right away. No table service here, they told us that we must order online. Dont expect a tip with bad service like that.
This place smelled bad!! Tables were dirty and the booth was literally with no cushion. Food was decent and customer service is not there, when someone walks into a restaurant, please make sure to greet your guests and don't point to the tables where they will be seating, it's rude and unprofessional. I gave 2 stars just because the server did his job. To whomever is answering the reviews, please don't ask me to fill out a form!!. It looks like you are replying to every review with the same answer. Thank you.
Walked in with plenty of open seats, service was lagging, they told us there's going to be a 30 min wait, but we waited much longer and staff was looking lazy up front seating other parties arriving later than ours (4 people) before us. We finally get seated, waiter was friendly, but completely inattentive, forgot multiple items, was reminded, he STILL forgot/never delivered. They didn't have "hotc sauce and when I asked about another sauce as a substitute, he didn't know how that flavor tasted. I'm done with all my food and he asks if I still want coleslaw? This place is a joke. Staff looks untrained and they're probably high school age teenagers trying to run a "restaurant". Tried giving this franchise another chance after not eating here in over 4 years, and definitely NOT coming back. I suggest changing your "suggested tip amounts" back to a lower number. The 15%, 20%, and 25% shouldn't apply with this kind of "service" 🤡
Even though the prices are good for a dine-in restaurant, there's always a wait here. This place is always understaffed. You'll always have to wait about 30 minutes to be seated at a table, not because they're full, but because they don't have the staff to serve. They seriously need to start hiring more staff to serve tables. Update 07/2023: every time I come here it's the same problems. On a recent visit I entered with the family and had to wait about 10 minutes just for a host. When we got seated in the bar area we were just told to scan the QR code on the table and order. So why am I tipping? Do I have to go to the back to make my food too? I didn't mind ordering my own food online, and playing the interactive games are fun. But wait staff can't be expecting tips when they're not taking our orders. Plus the wait staff seemed non existent. They also served the wrong food. I the future I'm not going to wait to be seated. I'm just going to go to the bar area and sit and order food. Wouldn't recommend unless only for decent prices but the tradeoff is bad service.
So sad to see what this restaurant has become. Firstly, they've done away with menus, and therefore, eliminated ordering with a human being. Instead, they have a QR code that logs your order. Now I'm not the kind that hates digital menus, but the way they've implemented them here is the worst way possible. When you scan the code, it has you enter all your details before even ordering: name, phone number, credit card info. I half expected it to ask for my mother's maiden name and social security number. After this, it brings up the menu. We ordered 30 traditional wings. It then had us choose up to 6 flavors. We assumed this meant that it would give us 5 wings per flavor that we chose. WRONG!! One flavor was 5 wings, another was 3 wings, another was 8 wings. It made no logical sense. One of the "wings" was also just the tip of the wing with barely any meat. How they thought that was acceptable to give to us is beyond me. Next, it asked for our sides. We asked for 3 orders of ranch and 3 orders of just carrots. When we got our food, it came with one order of carrots, one order of celery (that none of us wanted or ate), and 5 orders of ranch. I'm not sure how they got this so wrong but I'm gonna guess it's intentional since ranch is probably the cheapest side for them to freely hand out. On top of all of this, when we got there we asked if we could sit in a booth or low table. They informed us that only the bar area was open and all of those tables were occupied so they only had bar height tables. One of our party members has a disability that makes sitting on those tall stools uncomfortable, but they wouldn't make an exception. Our party member didn't want to make a big deal about it so he agreed to sit in it, even though it was very obviously uncomfortable for him for the entirety of our time there. The server that brought our food was nice enough but she basically was the only person tending the entire bar area and it was obvious that she was only there to bring out food. I felt bad only tipping what was essentially a 4% tip but I just don't want to condone this system of customer service. Why should I tip more if I took my own order and did all the work for them? And I didn't even account for all the issues with our food against the tip. I'm not sure if all BWWs are like this now (it's my first time going to one in about a year) but if they are then I don't think I'll be going back.
The place was practically empty and they took 45 min. to bring my two simple chicken wing orders to me. Then after the waiter apologize that they didn't see our ticket thus the reason for the tardiness, the waiter collected our plates and spilled chicken wings and ranch dressing all over me.
Now I remember why we don't come to this location and haven't in over 10 years. We came in and decided to sit at the bar. The tables all had a film on them and the whole area had an awful smell i'm pretty sure it was emanating from the mop and bucket against the wall. It was musty trying to be masked with cleaning products which I'm sure was either from dirty mop water or a dirty mop (I'm a custodian). We decided to go to regular dining area which wasn't much better but didn't smell. Tables were just as gross. I'm surprised the manager has let the tables go with sticky residue go with all the dirt stuck to them stay on the middle of the tables. We order our drinks and food. We wait... Seemed like a while before we got anything and when did it was our wings and drinks. No napkins, no straws and no plates. Our server disappeared again. When she finally reappeared she brought us those things and to tell us the rest of our order was on the way (second time, first was when the wings came out). We finished the wings and we're waiting for a while. We realized she's running the area by herself and not getting help from anyone else. We've probably been waiting 45 minutes since we ordered and my husband gets up to find her to just tell her to cancel it since it's taking too long when she comes around with the food. Not her fault at all. She tells us they are training someone in the back and they weren't expecting a rush on Sunday. Again not her fault, poor planning on management. The worst part is tables with more people that were sat after us were getting food before we even got our sampler. There were only 2 of us at our table.
Well walked in and looked at the facility and made a decision not to stay...not enough staff on hand...tables was not clean and alot of tables still had stuff on from previous customers. Floor was dirty...customers was waiting for service...So I walked out...
Went to buy Togo and ordered ahead of time on the website when I arrived there was no one at the front door or desk to greet me. I had to flag down a service after 5 min of standing there. It was weekday lunch and only 4 table . Music was way too loud inside and had to wait 20 min for my order
Went in a couple of weeks ago. For an early dinner. As soon as we walked in it felt bad. There was no AC so it was brutally hot. The few people there eating looked miserable and sweating. The TVs were full blast. I'm not exaggerating. I've been to lots of BWW's and sports bars this one was so loud we had to shout at each other from across the table and we weren't even near the bar. The waiter did walk up to the table and told us to scan the code for the menu. With it being 100 degrees inside this restaurant, and us having to scream at each other to be heard and being around miserable people. We decided to leave almost as soon as we sat down. Avoid this place. The worst BWW I've ever been to.
The waitress today was disrespectful and would come by when she wanted . When we got there she yelled to us that we couldn’t pick our seat. Instead of asking politely for us to move. As we finished she wouldn’t come back to pick up the check with my card and she screamed again because I took my customers copy receipt and hers but they were stocked together, I thought she had hers back. Ugh , her attitude was beyond, never going back!
The customer service is good. Unfortunately that is not enough to warrant a second visit. The food is awful, the quality and taste of the food has definitely gone downhill. Wings are stale and overly salty, the mac and cheese is sad no flavor, the burgers are average. There are better wing places out there, do not waste your time and money here.
This place smells horrible. As soon as you walk through the first set of doors it smells like urine. As soon as you walk from the second set of doors to your table it smells like urine. It smells horrible. We sat down and I couldn’t stand the smell. My husband decided to leave before we even ordered. We were surprised this place wasn’t busy and I can see why. I found other reviews of it smelling after coming and yet this problem hasn’t been fixed? That’s disgusting
Was asked to use the app and the order didn’t go through so, the waitress took the order. Received a wrong order from the start. Received the wrong size beer. Then when the right size beer arrived it was a completely wrong beer. Wings luke warm at best. Then, at the end I got charged for the meal I never got that I originally ordered in the app. Now, I have to go back to square things away. I have been going to this place for several years and have noticed a significant decline in quality and service.
Just left this place. Came here to leave a review. ALL of the previous 1 star reviews are as accurate as can be.. DISGUSTED this was by far the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in such a long time. The smell was very bad, it was complete empty. It was 9000 degrees inside. Service was terrible. Both myself and the wife both feel like we are about to chum and the whole ordering online thing just isn't it. Avoid this spot.
This place is absolutely horrible. Only gave 1 star because I can't rate lower. Went in for dinner with the family. Hostess wasn't present and another couple was waiting to be seated. Once she finally came over she wasn't friendly at all and just pointed at a table. We sat and the table was sticky, so we asked them to wipe it down. I took the opportunity to use the restroom. I wasn't even inside the restroom and the common area stunk like urine. I walked in thinking maybe it's me and saw vomit in the stall, on the floor and in the sink. I walk over to speak with the hostess to appraise her of the situation and she just nods. We sat and never saw anyone head to the restroom with a mop. The waitress took over 10 minutes to get our drink orders. She continuously was off in the dining area walking around and joking with co-workers. Took us over 30 mins to get our appetizer. We sat for over 45 mins before even ordering. All together took us about an hour and 25 mins to get food. I normally wouldn't mind but it's not like the place was packed. Food service was slow, waitress was absent, and never even offered to refill our drinks. In the end our dining experience was about 2 hours. Will not be going back, the disgusting restroom, horrible service, and overall lackadaisical attitude of the staff shows exactly why this place is in the condition it's in.
Recently went in to eat with my family, we ordered our food but ended up missing 2 plates, no one came over to say anything it was about 30 minutes later when I asked if it was coming and no one had a clue. I ended up requesting the check and they didn't even bother to say sorry for that or any of that sort. I would've been ok with a sorry or any sort of apology but nothing.
Poor service waitress was inconsistent restaurant was hot and humid to eat comfortable. They wanted to sit us in the bar area which was hotter and smelled like mold. The men's restroom was dirty as hell piss all over the urinal stalls had trash and hand wash sinks had from what I saw had mold sound them and the napkins to sry hands were in the stalls floor. Looked like nobody cleans the restrooms. I can imagine the women's restroom is but I hope I'm wrong. The restaurant had no a/c looked like employees don't clean the area's. I would not recommend this place to anyone or plan on returning to eat here.
It was hot inside, the ac was not working very well. The food was gross and made us sick next day. Service was slow. And the staff was not friendly. Had to order drinks from the app that automatically charges a gratuity. Won't be going back. There are a bunch of other restaurants near by that are better. The parking lot being empty should have been our 1st clue.
Worst Customer Service ever. I’m there wait 10 minutes to sit but not busy only 4 tables been use. When I sit I do let the waiter know I’m ready with my order. Then another 5-10 minutes go by he takes my order. Doing this time 5 minutes later he brings my drink. But no napkins he said wait. Then at 1:15 he brings my Food but again as he walks away I say napkins please he doesn’t answer but then he sits two customers down again he says in a minute but he taking the new customers order this bothers me cause still no napkins till 4 minutes after he finishes with that customer. I called him a IDIOT CAUSE I FEEL HE TREATED ME WRONG . He calls Mg and I get kicked out but that’s the only name I called him cause instead of him bringing My napkins and saying I’m sorry I forgot he only said HERES YOUR NAPKINS THATS WHY I CALLED HIM A IDIOT. Both him and the Mg don’t know how to treat a customer that’s why not a busy place. I won’t come here anymore and will let many of my friends know about this place
Had a very negative experience. When I first walked in the whole place just smelled like pee. Ordering your food online to be served at a table was just annoying. When I come to a restaurant I don't want to have to order online I come for the personal experience. Everybody's food came out at different times. Was not able to eat with my family, was the last one to get my food after everybody else was already done. Not a great place to take your family for a meal. Was not happy at all.
BWW generally have bad service but this one in particular excels at that. It’s like there’s no on site manager or I don’t know why but clearly the staff needs leadership and guidance. They really don’t care about customers time. Who ever is the manager should be ashamed and step down for someone competent.
Worst service ever, I was there with my son after work while changing some tires at Americas Tire 02/24/24 came in, ordered a couple of beers, beers took 30 minutes after we asked 2 bar tenders and 2 waitress about our drinks. Bar tenders were snobby and were mocking un because we complained, bar tenders, 2 woman were just chopping it up with some guys at the bar, they need more supervision. We were in our work close after a long day of work, maybe that’s why the lack of service, we just wanted a cold beer and something to eat, we just left. TERRIBLE SERVICE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR HI BACK!!!
My son and his friends checked in and were told It was an hour wait. An hour later they were told it was another hour, which caused a bit of scrambling because most of them don’t drive, so some had to get picked up and others went to another restaurant. My son told me that other parties were sat before them, which had showed up after them. When I called to complain the girl that answered told me that they did not want to overwhelm the kitchen. As a business owner I understand the staffing issues. However, as a business owner I also understand the concept of under promise and over deliver, they clearly don’t. You can’t double your wait time and expect people to be ok with it. I have been here twice and both experiences have not been good .I also understand that the Google responses are probably managed by a third party company, so I’m looking forward to the generic response.
A HORRIBLE dinning experience. The staff was incredibly rude to me and my entire family. My 10 year old daughter asked for some sauce on the side and they said it’s not possible and then said I would pay extra for it and he just walked off. We also asked for a straw and he responded we no longer do that as we look around at other tables with their straws. Lack of customer service. Do not take your family there.
Absolute trash. Came in to order and was told 15 min. Took over an hour even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Bathroom is a public hazard - stinks just as much as the staff. Complete opposite of the Buffalo Wild Wings in Whittier. Don't waste your time or money.
This is my local BWW and let me tell you it was never this bad but I went a couple of weeks ago and man the food was horrible ! We got wings with fries and everything was cold and tasted old ! We asked for new fries and they brought us new ones but they tasted the same just a little warmer. . The wings also didn't look appealing they had some weird crust on them that looked like they were old .. Man I was disappointed with this BWW I spent 70$+ and I was not satisfied and was still hungry. Avoid this one people I'm telling you find a different one. Sodas are flat as well
BWW always seems to disappoint. I’ve tried many locations in the hopes that not all of them are the same but this location (city of industry) was the cherry on top. We waited over an hour for our food (we ordered wings and two chicken tender meals). We asked our waitress if she could check in on our food about 5 times and got the same response “it’s coming out soon”…1hr and 15 min later we received 1/2 of our order and 30 min after received the rest of the order( not what we had ordered). At this point our waitress looked like she was fed up with us asking for our food and drink refills. We asked to speak to the manager about our wrong order, all they did was discount $10 from our order. Horrible experience, not worth it.

Took my kid to dinner. After 10 minutes waiting I looked for an employee to ask if we seat ourselves or wait. After 5 more minutes someone took our name down and had to wait an additional 30 minutes (had a timer running after waiting the first 10 minutes) Spoke to a manager but honestly felt like nothing will be done about it.
Poor service and cleanliness issues at City of Industry location on Sunday night. The order was incorrect, and despite multiple requests, the waiter was dismissive and avoided the table. Other staff members were unhelpful, and the restroom was unsanitary. Overall, a very disappointing experience that needs to be addressed.
The waitress ask if we wanted a drink refill we said yes we finished our food and she didn’t come back with our drink so we drank a cup of nothingness and then took another 25min to get the check . I guess I wasn’t thirsty , had to use my salvia to water the food down
We waited so long to get service, upon being seated the floor was dirty. Our food took a long time. When we had to pay I had to take my card to her as she didn’t come get our card. Then she took another 10 minutes to bring us our card back. 0/5 if I could give any, I know it was busy but I have been to other BWW with better service and the same amount of people.
Food cold and expensive they take forever to bring you the first of never coming back again
You open the doors of this place you immediately get hit with the smell of the bathroom, next you wait for the hostess and they’re hiding somewhere in the back, they come out 30 mins later and immediately tell you in a sarcastic tone, “you know we have self seating at the bar?” They sit you down at a dirty table, then your waitress won’t come to tend to you until 30 mins after you sit down. The place is always empty too. Just don’t eat here the management clearly doesn’t care about this place. Don’t respond to this review either, y’all need to really train your staff better and clean the place up. At least they play the games in the background to distract you from the wack service. I use to come here with the homies but service has really let themselves go. Do better.
honestly idk what is going on with this place but I tried to give it a shot one more time. The chicken tenders were hard as a rock- i’m talking like biting into a piece of rock candy. the inside was dry and could clearly see it was cooked hours or even a day before I would not doubt. fries were sub par, the buffalo tots were also not great but were half off so they get a pass. overall very very disappointing.
Please save yourself time and money by not coming here. We just came here this past football Sunday at 10am and right when you walk in the whole restaurant smells like pee and poop!! We tried sitting at the bar area but how were we going to order food when all you can think about is how bad the restaurant smell is!! It was like we were sitting on skid row in downtown LA !! This place looks and feels so un-sanitized!! I really hope this place closes down soon so they can build something else. What a waste of space at a good location near the AMC! Again, Please save yourself time and just go to the Chilli’s down the street or even BJ’s
By far the worst experience we have had at any restaurant. The second you come in, the entire entry area smells like urine. They are so short staffed there is no hostess so you wait forever for one of the food runners to come take you to a table. Once you sit down they explain there are no waitresses/waiters and everything is done through the app. So if you have menu questions that is too bad. The app did not want to recognized my postal code instead of a zip code and when I flagged down a food runner they told me it could be difficult and offered no help. When we did finally receive our order the food did taste similar to other Buffalo Wild Wings just with a strong scent of urine. I would not recommend this location.
I was there with my family for Mother’s Day the restaurant was fairly empty yet we waited there for an hour to be seated they didn’t tell us an eta or give us a menu to start figuring out what to order avoid this establishment bad service bad experience
Went in at 5:26 and there was no one there to seat us so we had to seat ourself at the bar. The server who took our order was nice but we hadn’t gotten our food at 6:13 and it wasn’t busy. So we left because the food never came.
Haven't had BWW in a bit since they closed down the Brea location. Went in so excited. Had the UFC fight on and put in our Angel game on one of the Tv's. Wasn't that busy. Put i. Order for some appetizers ans some drinks. Drinks came in 15 minutes later. Appetizers are in 45 minutes after. We had ordered our food in between. Almost 2 hours later. And food was still not at our table. Drinks also were taking about 30 minutes. Left before food got there. Went to Kingston and got our food and drinks on less than 20 minutes. Wild! Not sure if I'll ever go back to BWW. Buf if I do it won't be to this location.
Here’s a professional yet direct review you can use for Buffalo Wild Wings: I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I visited with a large party and wanted to keep our alcohol tab separate by ordering drinks directly at the bar—something I’ve done at many restaurants without issue. However, the bartenders, Sam and George, repeatedly told us that because we had a table, we could not be served at the bar. This made things unnecessarily complicated for our group, especially since not everyone was drinking. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the bar staff at this location. It seems like there’s always confusion or pushback when it comes to simple requests. As someone who frequents Buffalo Wild Wings, it’s frustrating to feel unwelcome at the bar. I hope management addresses this ongoing problem and focuses on providing better, more flexible customer service.
Where to begin? Terrible and unprofessional young entitled employees. Management can’t solve a customer problem if their life depended on it. The employee named Julian always gives sassy attitude at night when I come with my friends. The worker named Mia is the rudest food member I have ever met and gave my partner attitude. The food use to be consistently good but now is average at best whenever they get the order right 🙄. Last week was my last time ever going to this location. I have never seen a group of young people be so negative and give off bad energy at a sports style restaurant. Do not waste your time on this eye sore or its workers.
Service a big zero Manager on duty zero Restrooms disgusting Bar dirty and rude service Seen our drinks sitting on the bar for over ten minutes. Finally went up and got them myself. Received part of our order and it was cold.we didn’t receive the rest of our order and after waiting so long I just had them cancel it and asked for the check which took another half hour. Then you have the nasty smell of sewer. And it’s dirty takes staff forever to wipe tables down. This location needs a whole revamp. Staff can’t be bothered. I’m sure they follow the example of their manager. Try to support our local businesses we have given this location the benefit of the doubt too many times. We will no longer be supporting this place. Highly and I mean highly recommend going elsewhere.
I hate being dragged to this bww, service is always so slow. Whether it be busy or slow, you waste so much time here waiting for service. I always get buffalo wings and you'd think I got damn chicharrones with how dry they are. Also for the price or the margaritas, wish they'd have bigger cups.
The service was horrible, our order got messed up and delayed. We all got our food at different times. Menus did not have prices. So we didn't know how much we are getting charged we had to ask for each item. Wings were so expensive. I will say I was disappointed. I'll be going to wing stop next time.
I’ve been a delivery driver for years and this location is the worst for picking up orders. They always take forever for having their orders ready. I usually end up having to wait 20+ min after the given pick up time from the app. I know I’m not the only one because there are always frustrated delivery drivers there waiting with me as well. Often times our orders are stacked with another restaurant, and that customer ends up receiving cold food due to how long BWW takes to have their orders ready. Other BWW locations I’ve delivered for have no problems having their orders ready on time, it’s just this location.
Came here earlier today to have some drinks and food with my friends & it took a server 30 minutes to finally greet & attend us even though we ask the manager with the braids & a jersey on if someone can take our order now because we were ready to order and she just gave us the rudest face & said “when I or someone else is ready we will” and left and we saw her sitting down!! Doing absolutely NOTHING we will certainly not be coming back ever we ended up leaving and going to Wingstop 🤷🏻♂️
Worst location ever. Waited over 2 hours on an order made several hours earlier. I gave up waiting and just cut my losses. Lame excuses. What a waste. Will never be coming back here again
This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. Our waitress never checked on us, didn't offer refills, and we were left without basic things like napkins. One of our meals never even came out, and the food that did arrive was cold. It felt like we were completely overlooked. Very disappointing, especially when you're paying for a full dining experience.
Placed an online order. App said it would be ready by 2:30. Gave them an extra 10 minutes since I know it's not accurate. I'm at the restaurant. 40 minutes later and still nothing. I've been told they're waiting on the dippers for the last 20 minutes. Only waiting since it was a gift card. Edit: Got the food after asking them to cancel it. Got the the car, checked the food and half was cold. I thought whatever don't want to bother anymore after waiting 45 minutes. I'll just microwave it at this point. Got home, sat down to eat and realized we also didn't get a correct item.
I ordered food from this location and it was delivered through door dash the proper safety precautions were not taken prior to them handing my food to the driver they left the bag wide open with my food exposed as well as not sealing the kids for proper safety to not me tampered with very disappointing and DoorDash felt my safety concern was only worth a $9 refund I didn’t eat the food concerned for my safety and loss out on food and money. My receipt clearly says DD aka DoorDash
I felt ignored for a majority of the time I was here. I came during the UFC fights and was focused on the fight most of the time. I ordered food toward the end of my visit her and it took over 30 minutes. I only got my food after asking for my check so I'm not sure I would have ever gotten my food if I didn't ask for my check all. From my POV there we're only two bartenders. One guy with a jersey and a female bartender. The female was really sweet and made me feel welcome. The gentleman bartender seemed really inattentive. There was a girl next to me that was trying to get his attention and eventually she got a waiters attention instead and got her check and left. After I saw that I made a point to raise my voice to get his attention which is probably the only reason I got my 2nd beer. Hope this place gets better.
I order 2 3 times a week here because my shop is down the street. Everytime it goes more and more past the pick up time. You wait forever at counter for pick up while the employees just stare at you. Recently got an order had a fly in my drink, the waiter questioned me like I did it? Seriously, I just asked for a new drink.
I've given this place way too many chances to improve, but each time I am left speechless that I'm paying for it. The food is consistently coming out cold and the chicken wings are hard. Like eating tough beef jerky. The toilets here are unmistakably the worst I've ever seen in any public establishment. It's absolutely sickening. The servers are decent.
I’ve tried giving Buffalo Wild Wings more than one chance, and both times were a complete disappointment. The first time, we showed up an hour before closing and were flat-out denied service. An hour before closing. If you don’t plan on serving people during business hours, just change your hours. That already left a bad impression. Then we decided to give them another shot for Valentine’s Day, big mistake. The service was terrible. No napkins, no drink refills, and they even brought out the wrong order. On top of that, no one came by to check on us or ask if we needed anything. We were basically ignored the entire time. For a chain restaurant, the bare minimum should be basic service and getting the order right. This location seriously needs new management or better training. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Edited. Manager on duty - Julian After arriving, we came inside while another group was being helped. We thought that the lady that helped them would come back after seeing us walk in, she didnt btw. After waiting at the podium for 10 mins, we were not greeted by anyone during this time, we saw multiple people walk back n forth in the area, not once did they look over and acknowledge our presence. We decided we would go to another establishment, that was better prepared to handle customers.
We got the at 1st quarter we asked the Manager Marianne if she can clean a table she said hold on. (No smile) we waited a few minutes she wasn't busy I was watching her just walking back and forth. So we cleaned our own table and another customer give us napkins to wipe it down. We sat down right before halftime we got our drinks. When Kiki a service came to us with a smile because we tracked her down. Marianne walked over and said they cleaned off there table and put the stuff at the end of the bar top and said she was calling someone to clean it. Why justify her mess up. If it was for Kiki we would of left she said sorry for Marianne actions and we very friendly did her best to try to get the drinks and food moving. There were dirty tables not even being cleaned up. As she was sitting down. She shouldn't be a manger she looked like she hated her job, but at the end of the day she chose that career she should quite. We will never go back to this BWW. Because it was packed and she didnt want to work. I seen her just sitting at one point it took 4 people playing with the TV remotes. Crazy where was upper management to take control. Very disappointed but great job Kiki you did a great job trying to help everyone you can. I would hire you to help run my office an time. Marianne is in the Laker jersey and the man with the white is the one that gave us napkins and he said its normal that customer clean there own table there lol I thought he was joking at 1st lol. Oh and we found a wallet on the floor and the man came back and we gave it to him the same way he left it. I wrote my number beside the receipt waited for a manger to call me regarding the situation but never called.
Ordered nachos and added chili , when I got my nachos they had very little cheese and no chili. Server said he would bring me chili. I went to restroom I cane back and my table had been given to someone else. I paid my tab and told a manager of which all I got was an apology. I will not be returning.
I was never greeted or acknowledged as I stood at the host podium a few min ago to get seated. Several servers were working & it wasn't busy at all. I waited 5 minutes & not one employe made eye contact or greeted me so I left. Bad look for your staff at this location!
I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had during our recent visit to your restaurant. After placing our order, it took nearly 40 minutes to an hour for us to receive only part of our food—and what we received was cold. The remaining dishes arrived 15–20 minutes later, appeared to have been recooked, and tasted as though they were prepared with old oil. Throughout the visit, I had to repeatedly remind the waitress about the rest of our order and request drinks, as she never checked on our table. Each time I looked for assistance, she was engaged in conversations with other employees. To make matters worse, other customers who arrived after us were served before we were. This level of service and food quality is unacceptable. Our experience was unpleasant, and we left completely dissatisfied.
Dismal experience. Took forever to get our drink orders in, longer to get the drinks itself. Wings tasted like they were left over from yesterday afternoon and the burgers were so greasy they left my hands moist and icky. Don't get me started on the fries, simultaneously hard and mushy at the same time. And 17 bucks for a burger of that quality? Absolutely atrocious. Staff looks overwhelmed and overworked, no manager in sight or if there was a manager they don't present themselves as one. Dirty menus, sticky tables, passive aggressive gentleman at the front doing bare minimum while one girl runs the entire dining room. I realize times are tough but you'll only burn yourself, the employees and keep customers away with this kind of decorum. Eat local and heed my warning.
I ordered takeout wings on Sunday. I placed my order around 12:00 pm for a 2:30 pm pickup, which should have given them more than enough time to prepare the food. However, when I arrived at 2:30, they still made me wait until 3:20 to finally get my order. Completely unacceptable. This was a total waste of my time. Terrible service. Don’t bother coming here—it’s just not worth it.
Me and my partner decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings we got there at 11:50pm sat ourselves down because employees were just starring at us instead of letting us know we can sit ourselves the girl with the blonde hair said she’ll be back to help us after helping another table we waited for 30 minutes (every server kept passing by but nobody attended us) until a guy finally came to take our order! We ordered our drinks and food at the same time ten minutes go by she finally stops by our table after passing several times and tries to take our order after waiting for so long but we let her know someone has already took our order. Anyways 20 minutes go by and we haven’t even gotten our Drinks! After our server was passing by many times! as we finally get our drinks. Ten minutes pass by my partner wanted to order another drink as he was the server cut him off mid sentence told him “he’ll be back after he gave a table their drink” he NEVER came back and was just passing by us like we didn’t just want to order another drink! He passed by us so many times new customers came in and they right away attended them took they’re order while we just waited looking like fools for someone to attend us we never got to order the drinks he wanted never got our food neither !! Eventually we felt unwelcome and like we were being ignored intentionally. My partner and I just decided to pay for the two drinks we received ($25) and cancel our food order it was 1 something am when we decided food was never coming we were never going to get a chance to order a drink we were very dissatisfied & disappointed and the WORST part of this was it wasn’t even BUSY there was very few people in the restaurant and yet everyone was getting attended the table behind us was getting check on several times by “OUR” server as too while him and other servers were just passing by us like we were ghost! Not even an apology or nothing and after canceling our food he still has the audacity to “look” upset when they were the ones ignoring us! Manger was no help too acted like they didn’t care! It was also OUR FIRST TIME HERE! I’m literally so upset because we could have gone to eat at another restaurant but couldn’t because it was already to late! Whole night ruined if we would’ve known we would have NEVER came here!
