Came late afternoon on Friday (around 5:30PM). The section we got seated at was pretty empty, one other table was finishing up. Our server was Fidel, he was so courteous and a great sense of humor! I list what my table ordered: Drinks: Mango Martini and Under the Purple Sea Mango Martini was okay, squeezing in lime helped it taste better. I really liked the Purple Sea, it tasted like lemonade and I got to pour glitter into the drink 😂 fun experience and a big win for me! I would get three of these if I could. Appetizer: Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp I enjoyed the sweetness of it, given that im also a huge fan of coconut. Main: Shrimp your Way - Choose two Shrimp scampi and Crispy Dragon Shrimp with baked potato as side I enjoyed the scampi a lot. I thought the crispy dragon like Panda Express changing their honey walnut shrimp with a sweet and sour sauce; which is still good to me. Salmon Sesame Soy Bowl The star of the show!! The brussel sprouts portion were generous, the salmon was a bit fishy but doesn't deter to my liking, and I enjoyed edamame on top of the salad. It is slightly oily, but it's worth it. I technically live closer to the Monrovia location so I'll likely go back to try there next time, but I am very glad I tried Red Lobster for the first time in this location 😊
We celebrated my son's 16th birthday there. Nice atmosphere! Benjie, who served us was very pleasant and served us really well! 👍👍👍 for him! The food is yummy! We enjoyed the food and the ambience! 😍

Decent restaurant. Food is surprisingly fresh. Server was very attentive. Red lobster is red lobster they serve decent seafood at decent prices you get what you pay for. If you want actual real BIG seafood than go to a restaurant that serves actual real BIG seafood. Red lobster is pretty good for a chain restaurant and a chain seafood restaurant at that. Dont expect too much and you wont be disappointed. Really great thing they saved the restaurant because I see potential. The food isn't that bad and people will always love seafood every age every demographic. Don't take away a good thing. Not a fan of the biscuits though too bland and not enough cheese.

Its been a long time since I’ve dined at a red lobster. I wanted to take my mom to lunch and it was her choice. I ordered the soup salad and biscuits all you can eat lunch special. My mom got the steak and lobster. The soup was a really large bowl. I only had one serving of soup and salad. It was very filling and everything was delicious. We also ordered the mushrooms with Crab appetizer. It was really delicious. We had the best service from JoJo! He was fantastic! We had a great experience!
A friend and I decided to go to Red lobster at the city of industry by the La Puente Mall. Over the past 20 years my husband and I have gone there for special occasions birthdays anniversaries and celebrations. On this particular night I was celebrating my friend. The service was wonderful the food was delicious the atmosphere was clean and we enjoyed it very much. It was such a wonderful evening I even called the waiter over and told him I'd like to speak with the manager he was a little concerned but I think the manager for a wonderful time and a great experience and I also think our server and left him a nice tip and yes I will be going back to Laughlin Mall even though I don't even live in the state of California anymore. I go back and forth every month or so and our restaurant of choice will always be Red lobster.
My friend and I came to try the new seafood boil. Our server Fidel was AMAZING! He was very attentive and friendly. He checked on us a lot and made sure we were good. Whoever comes here next I hope you get Fidel as your server. 10/10 would recommend Fidel! P.S the food was bomb!

It's been years and years coming to red lobster, and I'm going to tell you a secret. "This is my favorite place to eat" Fresh and delicious seafood, my pick is the seaside trio. But they have so many varietie of choices. Hope to come back soon.

So I’m doing this review because I had a terrible experience at The old spaghetti factory in Duarte, the owner was kinda condescending in his apology. So I came in on Wednesday and did the $30 shrimp and lobster with my wife. We got sat right away. My server ( I wish I remember her name) never stopped with the bread she kept it coming 🤌🤌😮💨🔥. Food was perfect and my steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it. My wife was really happy too. I really wanted to write about it because I had such a bad experience in Duarte with the old spaghetti factory. And this restaurant really made me feel what it was like to feel good and eat well.
The location was great. It was nice and quiet for a Tuesday evening. Service was impeccable! Julio treated us with 1st class service. He was timely, respectful and made the experience that much more enjoyable. We’ll be back!

Wow Lizzy was amazing from start to finish. She was 1 of the best servers we've ever encountered. She very friendly and helpful with the menu, very knowledgeable and She had great recommendations for the table. Her Energy was great. She was on the go helping many other tables but beverages forgot about our table that's hard to do when the restaurant is super busy. We're very thankful she knew how to handle herself in a very busy manner never made our table feel in a hurry. Gave refills above and beyond and her character was just amazing. Thank you Lizzy for a wonderful experience at Red Lobster. That establishment is blessed to have you apart of their crew.

Went back today April 25 2025 for a redo and it was awesome 🤩! The food was way better. Mom had the bacon wrapped scallops, Pop the pick 3 with shrimp linguine, walts favorite shrimp and crispy dragon shrimp and I had the crab legs it was all soo good. Michael our server was amazing he was so attentive and funny we hope to see him when we go back again. Thank you 🙏🏼

We love the newly transformed Red Lobster. The food was so so good! We ordered Lobster Boils and loved them! Our server Sal was so sweet and welcoming. The drinks were amazing. This is our weekly go-to spot for sea food and great service 10/10. Good to be back

Absolutely delicious! Very flavorful and juicy clean cut meats and seafood. The wait wasn't too long but average compared too any other top rated restaurants. A bit crowded but it was a day after Valentine's day so it was expected. Waiter was so kind and caring. No problems with ordering and didn't have to ask or wait for refills on drinks cause they were quickly refilled. It was a bit pricey but the food and service was well worth it! Definitely will be coming back. It's just a bummer that they have closed the red lobster closest to my neighborhood.
Walking in to restaurant with uniforms & a great smile is a first impression. You hostess walking you to through a spotless cleaned restaurant is a second impression. A waiter with great communication skills, taking your precise order and applying recommendations is the final impression. Came for the lobster feast. The food was delicious. Joseph our server was the best server ever. Great service very professional and super nice and patient. Everything from the coffee to the food and desert was absolutely delicious
Delicious. And an extremely good price ($41 right now) for a live lobster dinner including sides, where I'm not having to buy a stock pot and cook it myself at home. I picked my live lobster out of the tank. I asked them to cook it 7 to 8 minutes. And they definitely did because the claws were absolutely perfect. At 10 minutes the claws are tough, but at 7 minutes or 8 minutes. They are absolutely perfect for a 1 and 1/4 lb lobster. Service was excellent. The restaurant itself seemed clean and did not have a weird smell which many chain restaurants have. I've never been to Red lobster before, but I was very happy.
What a wonderful experience! We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday. (This is her favorite restaurant) We had a party of 21. Our service was amazing management worked so well with me. I like seafood. I frequent Red Lobster very often, especially when they have seafood fest. My team used this location for a celebration venue. The host was amazingly kind and personable. We had the entire corner to ourselves. Our server was very accommodating to our team and our setup. The food was great and had a larger portion than I remembered, no complains there. Overall, the food, the people, the staff were all amazing and we really appreciated the hospitality.
It has been a while since I've been to RL. My husband and I went yesterday for our 6th wedding anniversary. Walking in, its so clean and the hostess was very nice upon greeting and seating us. Our server, Lizzie, came over to take our drink, food order; she helped me figure out my food order, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Food came, everything was delish. Hubby chose one of the boils, flavorful and plenty, he put on his gloves and seafood bib and got to cracking those crab legs. He was in heaven. The portions are big, we took some home. After our meal, Lizzie brought an anniversary sundae. Overall, RL is a 20/10. We will definitely be back.
Came here because of all the buzz over the new seafood boil and it did not disappoint! I got the mariners seafood boil, spicy, with Cajun & garlic butter combined. It was so delicious! I’m impressed with the amount of snow crab that was given at such an affordable price. If you ever come to the city of industry location, jojo will take care of you.
I was very impressed with this location because it had great service! We went right before closing but the staff was still very professional and nice. Our seafood boil was interesting and the drinks were priced fairly. I haven’t been to red lobster in years but I think I will start dining here again soon.
We had an amazing experience today. Fidel F, was so professional, welcoming and made awesome recommendations! On top of it. Had our drinks refilled without asking. He was phenomenal. Great place for lunch or dinner. They have daily specials. My favorite is the Shrimp Pick 2 or 3 ways: coconut shrimp, shrimp Alfredo, Walt's favorite breaded shrimp, and baked potatoes with everything and a glass of Mango iced tea with their freshly baked cheese bread. Add a side salad too. Service is always great here.

The food was outstanding . Whatever they did it's working , highly recommended. The happy hour drinks were good, the appetizers were great. Must say and it wasn't bad price either

This is our third time coming to red lobster. Again service is very capable, not excellent. Waitress forgot a coffee, when she brought the coffee, she forgot sugar and creamer. Abscent minded? Yeah. However, that's not the big problem. The Lobster Langostini was not seasoned properly. There were some areas on the dish that were too salty. The melted butter for the steamed lobster, again, too salty. It just needs a sprinkle. But believe me the rest of the food was really great specially the lobster and shrimp Alfredo, really nice. The Mojito that I had, did not have a strong flavor, it was fantastic and toward the end I was feeling it. Defenetly be back for those. Thanks to the bartender that made it.
This place is great for seafood! I always go for whatever the "fest" option happens to be an it works. You have to get the cheddar biscuits because they're delicious. I also enjoy the stuffed mushroom appetizer. I always get some sort of lobster because that is one of the reasons I come here and it is good. The staff was nice and accommodated changes to the order.

Today I took my wife to Red Lobster in City of Industry and it was an overall positive experience. Our server, Joe, was awesome and on point. As soon as my beverage glass was empty he was there with a full glass and his recommendation for my entree was a hit. Although the lobster bisque was horrible (which was not recommended by Joe btw) and the pasta was to cheesy with Parmesan the meal was good. Id definitely indulge again. Thank you to my bro who shot the gift card for Xmas and to Red Lobster for the feast.
Edited review: received a message on FB and returned to try this location again. There was an employee actually opening the door for customers and someone to take our seating reservation immediately. The staff still seems new but much more organized than the previous visit. Kudos for improving your service and upholding the long standing brand. Our waiter was friendly and attentive as well as the other servers. Thank you for the better experience. Original review : No one was specifically taking seating requests at the front counter and it seemed like the staff was a bit disorganized. I can understand it being a Saturday night but the manager or owner should be prepared for this type of crowd. Regardless, we were seated after about 20 minutes and 3 different people tried to take our order... didn't seem like an issue at the time but communication is poor if this is the norm. We had a party of 4 and 1 ordered endless shrimp. After bringing our food the first time around we were not checked on again for the evening. They close at 11pm and it was only a bit after 9pm so I'm not sure what the excuse was. After we were done eating I had to walk up to the front and ask for a box. I made a friendly complaint that I didn't receive any refills and it's pointless to order endless shrimp if there's no one to bring more.... he said he would call the manager and we waited an additional 10 minutes. Still no one came and we just decided to leave and not ruin our family night out. I don't believe in shafting the servers and left a nice tip still, but the management needs to get things up to par. Apparently our server left for the night and no one notified us so..... not sure if I'll be returning to this location after over 15 years of patronage.
When we went, it was super busy. 45 minute wait for a table. We tried their new seafood boil. It was all right. There are a lot of better options out there. The service was excellent. The biscuits were the highlight of the meal.
We visited for the lunch specials today. The $11.99 Endless soup, salad and biscuits was a nice selection. My clam chowder soup and house salad was hearty and tasty. My husband enjoyed the lobster bisque and Cesar salad. The biscuits were fresh and warm. Our waiter Jo Jo was attentive and friendly. We had missed the week day lunch rush so the restaurant was quiet and very clean. These lunch specials and others options are available until 3pm, but then at 3pm the Happy Hour specials begin. Next time we will try some of those ;).

First time trying a red lobster for the novelty of it. The waiters were very nice and accomodating but food quality was just okay. Most things were extra cheesy and salty. Lobster and spinach/artichoke dip - not bad but for all that cheese I expected more lobster or something better. Lobster bisque - similar to nacho cheese and lobster pieces chewy Tomato & mozzarella balls - larger side than I expected, fresh tomatos and almost a 1 to 1 ratio with the cheese with a good amount of balsamic on top Cajun Chicken Pasta- extra thick and cheesy, chicken was dry Lobster and Shrimp PO boy - very buttery brioche and nice amounts of cold shrimp and lobster lightly coated in mayo. I got something else with shrimp that had lime, chili, and was a nice jumbo shrimp that was very well cooked and spices were nice but was too salty for my taste Cheese biscuits - cheese made the biscuit incredibly fluffy, but the shell on the outside was oddly salty and didn't offer much flavor Triple choc. Brownie - cant go wrong here. Extra fudgey. Overall its a casual sit down place that offers a reasonable 4 course special during the weekdays. But I probably wouldnt come back for the food unless we got another gift card.
The waiter was busy and only came by little bit of time. And I told them steak to be medium well. But it was so soft and chewy it made me sick to my stomach. I asked and they said it was medium well. I guess next time, I won't order steak from here and just stick to seafood. And the famous biscuits they brought out were barely warm the first two. The second two were warm but not as soft as usual.
Don't come here if you're very hungry. There's not much selection and portions are minimal. Service for big group will be very slow.
My most favorite dish is the mushrooms stuffed with crab meat. Has not really tasted the same lately. The different chefs actually makes the dish taste different. The Red Lobster in Lakewood. Shame on them. My last 2 very recent visits I had to notify the Managers. The managers did have the chef remake the dish both times but they are not what I had been use to. One of the dishes sent out to me was actually burned. And, the waitress served it to me, and I sent it back. The second one was not so great either. I ate it but,I will not be returning to that Red Lobster again. There is one on Century Blvd. and another in the City Of Industry. I have had other problems with the crab broil I the last. Will never order that dish again. Thank God I have no complaints about their lobster tails, only the tiny baked potatoes. The Red Lobster in Torrance closed down! Why? I went there at least once or twice a week. My favorite drink is the Bahama Mama. I am hooked. I hope that things improve in the future.
Was not like it used to be. No one at front counter to sign you in for a while. Staff came and went at the counter, but never said anything. We will be with you, just a moment, someone is coming or anything to show we appreciate your business. We will be right with you. Had to wait quite a while to be seated. Many empty tables were seen. Nobody was bussing the dirty ones. Finally, we were able to be seated. Prices have gone up considerably. Guess it depends on what you order. It was that fish and chips plate. The cod was like a sponge and FULL of grease. Once it hit the bottom of my stomach. The evening was over. The other dishes were ok. Nothing to write home about. The complimentary cheese biscuits were warm and tasty. They offer a bar with a seating area. A couple of handicap parking spots in front by entrance. The parking lot is smaller size and rather tight with adjoining restaurants. Small seating area in the lobby area. Seating outside for waiting but close to banister, making it difficult to walk by people seated.

We went for dinner on Friday for our kids birthday. They weren't too busy at the time and more than half the tables were empty, yet our server was nowhere to be found most of the time and ignored us when we asked. When we were trying to get more napkins, we saw him walk by us and called out to him at least five times. He ignored us and we thought "fine, maybe he was going to a different table". As we looked, he just walked up to the window and closed some of the blinds. There was no way he didn't hear us because we were literally the only table in the middle and there was no table seated in his direction. The seafood was fine and mostly fresh, but the side orders are left to be desired. Our Brussel sprouts appeared charred and burnt (all dark no green), asparagus were overbaked and soggy. After the main course, our server came to us asking if we wanted some clam chowder. Since they took our order at beginning and came back to tell us they don't have it for dine in, I thought the soup were offered for free as an apology, and who asked for soup after the main course? Turns out it was $42 extra for four bowls of mediocre clam chowder, what a joke. For $350 after tax and tip, I expected better.
Food was mediocre at best. Upgraded the meal to 10oz. NY steak and it tasted like a cardboard . They forgot to bring one of our side dishes & we didn’t realize until after we left the restaurant. The service was OK, but the person who brought our food to the table clearly didn’t want to be there & she seemed annoyed when we asked for butter on the side with our crabs. We paid $150 for two and we could have gone somewhere with way better food & service for that price.

When we were seated Jared came over and took our orders. He was very attentive and we were initially really happy with our server but when we were given the complimentary bread, we were informed that Sarah was going to take over. That is when everything changed. She dropped off the bread and only gave us one little plate when it was two of us and the napkins that were on top of the plate were dirty. It felt like she got that plate from another table. She eventually brings out the mushrooms and they were really cold. We asked her if she could please reheat them because they were super cold. You could tell that she didn’t want to proceed with our new order of mushrooms because she asked us if we wanted to change them to different types of mushrooms. When we declined, she got upset and went to the kitchen to place our order. When we finally received our actual meals, the food was cold. She would disappear for a long time so we knew if we asked her to reheat our food we would be there even longer. Then to top it all off, after we had started eating our food, that’s when she finally decides that it’s a good idea to bring out the bib. Meanwhile, the people that are sitting close by to us are getting the best service from Jared. We were definitely disappointed and we won’t be going back to that red lobster. For anyone who gets Sarah either ask for another waiter/waitress or leave the premises (unless you’re ok with getting really bad service).
I usually don’t do this but I have to warn everyone. Tried their new seafood boil in “Cajun butter” but it was awfully disappointing. No flavor, no Cajun, no spice just melted butter with garlic. Shrimp was very tiny and so was the lobster tail. I highly recommend you take your money to a real Cajun seafood restaurant instead. Staff was nice and I’m sure their other dishes are great but this was definitely not Cajun seafood.
The front host was lying about the waiting time. We came to this restaurant about 730 pm and was in rush, trying to get here ASAP. The front host: he looked short and skinny, no name tag on, no introducing himself. He told us that we had to wait, but it would only be 15 to 20 minutes, so we decided to wait patiently. After 20 minutes, the host was talking to another server:" We are so behind !" I over heard it, so I went to ask the host:" Did you tell us that it was only 20 minutes wait?" He replied:" I am sorry. " I had to tell him:" It is not about being sorry. You are wasting my time. " We had to leave this restaurant in an empty stomach, being lied on, being wasted time, with anger and plenty of frustration! This is not a small thing, even many kind customers who have put it up for a long time. This is about honesty and to respect customers time. Some customers have to eat and to rush to another event, so don't lie to them! It is selfish to lie to customers and try to earn some money by having them wait and suffer. I certainly will not come back to this restaurant chain anymore.
