Bought food here after being highly recommended by a good friend. I wanted the campero bowl but this location was out of rice. I ordered a 2 piece meal with a side of fried plantains. I was not disappointed. The chicken was crispy and well seasoned and the plantains were fried the right way.

I ordered the food to go, when I got home, turns out that the Mac n cheese wasn't in the bag which had me pretty bummed out.But the food was delicious overall. Very impressed with Katy's exceptional service. I had a problem with my order and she took care of me as soon as explained the problem. Also she took care of another customer that was sitting behind me. I can heard hiw professional she was. Not only fixed his problem but apologized and offered help if he needed . My first time trying out Campero because my Dad was telling me how good the chicken is & omg 😳 I like my chicken soft and not too crunchy and man this chicken is the perfect combination of perfect chicken to my liking and it’s not overwhelmingly seasoned like Louisiana fried chicken it’s the perfect combination of spices to my liking and the texture is phenomenal. I ordered the beans 🫘 rice 🍚 & mashed potatoes as well and those options were good but the beans were the best to me because of it’s chili like consistency. The rice was ok & the mashed potatoes were my least favorite because I don’t like dark syrupy gravy but overall I would eat it. I rate this place a solid 4 1/2 due to the flavorful chicken.

As always, I order my fried chicken(original recipe) that’s the best. Yuca fríes, black beans and tortillas are a must. Oh yeah.. don’t forget the coleslaw as well and the pickled jalapeños. We went at lunch hour and oh my goodness can it get busy. We had our lunch there and ordered to go. The to go order was taking a little more time than expected and one of our sides was not ready so we just asked for something else instead. Overall super friendly employees and the food was great. I'm a bit picky with my fried chicken and this was great. Maybe because I had not eaten it in so long or something but it was delicious to me.

Great food, but I paid $20 bucks and they forgot some of my items. They didn't give me my flan, my dinner roll, and dipping sauce I asked for with my nuggets.. also forgot to give me my horchata until I asked for it.

So i have visited this location several times,including when it first opened. So tonight, i went inside to take advantage of a deal, buy three pieces, and get one. I love Pollo campers chicken and Plantains, but yesterday was the first time I had a bad experience. The chicken sandwich was good most of the plantains was good expect for the last one I bet into it and knew it wasn't right so I trash it. I was done after that. This morning at 3am I was awakend a nauseous feeling I try nothing came out. Went went to lay back down and immediately had to jump up and go back to the restroom, and sure enough it was just a tiny bit of the plantain. When things like this happens interest in there places it really socks because I love their chicken. I don't know if I should give it time or never go back.

Don't be clear I love that grilled chicken. The plantains & pinto beans is cool. But The last three or four times I've been here in the evening they don't have grilled chicken. I'm not quite sure why this place has received a 4-star rating. I ordered the 8-piece family meal, and I have to say, it was rather disappointing. In my opinion, El Pollo Loco offers a much better alternative. The dinner rolls were particularly underwhelming; they're so small that you can finish them in just one bite. The only redeeming aspect was the beans. Unfortunately, the rice and grilled chicken were terrible. The deep-fried chicken was somewhat passable, but what's even more concerning is that this 8-piece meal is both pricier and comes with less variety compared to El Pollo Loco's 8-piece meal. You won't find chips, churros, salad, or salsa included here.

I ordered 20 pieces of chicken, half grilled and half fried. I ordered using the Pollo Campero app thinking it would be faster. I arrived 30 minutes after placing the order, and they told me to wait an additional 15 and I did without a problem. I returned to the pick up counter nearly 20 minutes later then, they told me to give them another 5 minutes that is almost 1 hour. That was way more than enought time to prepare my order, and I did not even get an apology for making me wait for ever. This happened on Sunday March 3rd at around 11:45 am.

I went to this pollo campero in Inglewood on Century Blvd, not clean, food ok, no napkins, no utensils, no trash cans to put trash, floor not clean. Owner should be ashamed that the Manager a young Latino lady was taking order, cleaning the floor, removing trades from the tables, this place is a mess, see pictures. We ordered through the drive thru we first asked for an 8 piece mix, the cashier Stephany said she didn’t think they had mix or breast chicken . How can you not have cooked chicken breast, makes no sense and she check they did have mix, it felt as they didn't want to sell mix chicken orders. Then we ordered a trio empanadas and Stephany informed us it was a 4 min wait and we said ok and order it. We got up to the window to pay, we paid and Stephany told us to go park and they would bring us our order, Stephany didn’t give us a receipt. We waited 15-20mins in the car then when I went to check on the order the cashier Stephany that took our order said you’re the empanadas order and I said yes. She went to the fridge grabbed the empanadas and put them to cook then I saw the rest of the order pack on the counter sitting out cold . Then I asked for a refund the cashier Stephany didn’t care she told the manager and the manager Carina was like she wants a refund for the entire order and the cashier Stephany said yes. I asked the manager Carina if it was fair we waited 15-20 mins and that until I went inside to check the cashier Stephany put the empanadas to cook without washing her hands and without gloves. Which is a food safety violation. The manager Carina just looked at me and didn’t say anything and gave me the refund back. I then requested a receipt since Manager Carina wasn’t giving me one with the refund and the cashier Stephany didn’t give us one when we paid. At the end of the day service is terrible and needs to improved. The people working there don’t care. I wouldn’t be going back ever. I paid $50 for cold food, terrible service, forget it. There are better choices with better service .

First and last time going in there. I hate those uncomfortable moments. This place only caters to you if your Mexican/Salvador. I mean the reviews are all Spanish customer being written in Spanish that google then translates..

I went to the drive thru, and placed 20 piece meal, paid, and the lady at the drive thru window said it was going to take 15 minutes. Directed me to park in the front and they would bring my food out. By the way the restaurant was not packed, only a few customers. 40 minutes later no food. Walked in to the restaurant and I didn't even say anything and the same lady that was at the drive thru window tells another lady, hey that's the 20 piece order. The other lady hands me the food and didn't even acknowledged 40 minutes had past. Customer service is the worst. I've been a few time prior and never experienced such lack of service. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family.

Spent over $50 for 4 meals, which include a roll and of course because the lady was in such a rush to get me out of the drive thru she forgot to give me our rolls. So annoying having our meals with no bread or tortillas. Also the Mac n cheese is soggy not tasty at all.
