The food was great!! The server, Ben, was super nice and helpful

Overcharged us but caught it and came to our table with a refund. Very nice crew. Limited parking.

This subway is always clean and neat. Service was good tonight. Food is always fresh and good at this store.

I usually order on the app and do a drive thru pick up. Sandwiches always made perfect. Fresh veggies and great service overall. I have been into the store to order as well in person and the service was just as good.

Great sandwich's but could've done without hearing the guy jamming out with the music and trying to rush me but not listening to my order. But other than that it was good.

Austing and Poozie? (sorry if i botched the spelling) were extremely nice. The place was very clean and it was just an excellent experience. Wish all Subways felt this way!

The two young men working, both appeared to be high schoolers, were so polite! They chatted with us like we were old friends. We were both impressed by what good workers they appeared to be.

We have a nice Subway here. I always eat here when wanting a sub sandwich. The folks that work here are great! You give an order, and it's made exactly like you wanted. Plus, I keep our local dollars here. It also gives high-school kids a place to earn money.

Love subway and his they make my food .only issue i have is they never seem to have soup when i go there other than that the driveway is weird a little crazy especially at night..

The employees in my Iowa Park, Texas Subway are the best, they remember my order and are always friendly.

Wasn't happy with the new sweet onion teriyaki sauce on my sandwich. Always loved the sweet onion on my Italian but. But that new stuff is terrible. Who came up with that idea!? Just don't think I will be going back. I used to go all the time for two different sandwiches, but both I used sweet onion to top them. Only reason to go. Hate it when somebody changes a good thing... moving on!

They prepare and handle the food really and it is always good. Customer service from a few of the young employees could be a lot better but what do you expect these days lol.

I got the impression we ticked off the woman who made our sandwiches. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows. The food was the usual, no complaints.

Stopped in a friday night, someone in the drive thru ordered basically the entire menu but the staff pretty much held it together. The service was a bit slow because of this but the reason there are more stars is they ran out of turkey and instead of just letting me pock a different meat like i suggested they made me wait while they went and got more. Also the manager on duty was this screaming banshee of a lady, not someome i would ever wamt to work with or for. Finally the tomatoes where VERY underripe amd tasted straight up sour.

Nobody that works there knows how to properly close the sandwich all the ingredients end up outside of the sandwich and they do not cut sandwiches all the way through.

Never believe the website when they say they close at a certain time. Seems like staff closes whenever they want to. Tonight it said 10pm.. I made it there at 9:30 and they had already closed up and locked the doors.

The people who was working there must have been the owners I ordered 4 foot long and they put hardly any vegetables on our sandwiches my wife foot long chicken sandwich only had 2 slices of tomato and she wanted ranch on her sandwich and they poured so much it kill the taste of chicken, philly steak and cheese hardly no cheese girlfriend likes black Forrest ham with all the veggies but no jalapeno makes her sandwich so big but not enough veggies my tuna foot long not enough tuna my first bite was bread and veggies not going back

The guys making our food tonight were very rude. They laughed at me because of my heavy accent and then messed up the order. This is very sad, because on previous nights we have not had any problems....so much for diversity in America.

Of all the pathetic, disgusting Subways in the world, this one is the most disgusting and pathetic. Staff are incredibly rude, the store is filthy, and orders are incorrect or missing. Absolutely terrible.

I’m pretty sure I got a lot less tuna, than I paid for. A tuna protein bowl deluxe should have six scoops of tuna. I would know, I worked at Subway. Subway seems to always costs more than it should when considering the quality and amount received. Especially when the amount received is not portioned correctly. I can’t imagine it’d be difficult to train staff to memorize that a protein bowl gets twice as much protein as a salad bowl. Although the menu items are similar.

Have never had good experience at this location. Drove to Wichita Falls location, received friendly fast service and was home in less time than we WAITED at Iowa Park location.. Wichita Falls 5th Street has our business from now on..

This is by far one of the worst subways i have ever been too. The managers are rude to employees infrount of customers. They cant keep decent people for a decent amount of time. (They fired all the people worth anything). The knife situation is just unsanitary and also an allergy hazard. Every time i go in to the iowa park subway its been a bad experience. Corprete defiantly needs to step in and do something about the management.

every single time i’ve placed a mobile order everyone loses all their brainpower and forgets how to read. every sandwich will be made wrong. it’s like they take your order and generate random sandwiches out of the ingredients you put in your order. if it was a mystery box store this would earn 10 out of 5 stars because your guess is as good as mine on what i get after ordering here

Yes, it pisses people off when you waste their time, maybe try some preventative measures instead of lying when there was one customer inside and you were doing absolutely nothing. I'll take my money elsewhere. Customer service training is in need at this location.

Great customer service but I wish I had of took a picture of my salad. I order a chicken bacon ranch. I alway ask for shredded lettuce and spinach. When I got home I kid you not I have literally a fourth of shredded lettuce and maybe 5 leaves of spinach. The rest was maybe 4 banana peppers, onion three slivers, less than a half of cup of shredded cheese etc. I am not sure what was going on, however always check your order before driving away. Paying good money for a meal for a small child was not what I anticipated
