This hidden gem in Marriott is perfect for casual gathering with colleague after work or with friends. I was introduced to the bar by a colleague, then brought friends here twice, all with great experiences. They have great food, fantastic charcuterie, and amazing cocktails. The waitresses have been very friendly and attentive. I have tried every dinner course and the steak was my favorite. Also bourbon with extra syrup tastes just right. During COVID, there’s no wait-in-line. You could walk in any time with ample space to choose from. Many people were redirected here because the rooftop bar was too popular - well, Heirloom is no second tier in comparison.
Thank you, Blake. Enjoyed dinner and the great service from Omar and the pleasure of speaking with Emma - nice conversations. Ella seemed very personable with her tables. The black cod, crispy shrimp, and beet salad were amazing! Inviting and relaxed atmosphere.
This Marriott hotel eatery felt calm and open, with valet service right at arrival. The space had a relaxed, airy energy, especially on a quiet Wednesday night. Our attendant was kind, present, and made the entire meal feel smooth. Dishes arrived quickly, which we liked, as a few noisy kids were running around. The food was truly pleasing. The sprouts had rich flavor, though a little oily. The thin-crust pizza was great for sharing, with plenty of tasty toppings. The star of the night was the ocean fish—cooked to perfection and paired extremely well with the greens on the side. I would return again, especially if friends stay at the hotel.
We had lunch here during our stay at the Marriott. Very fresh and tasty dishes! Our waitress was very nice. Nice wine and cocktail list. We split the Cobb Salad and Seafood Tacos. They have a great espresso martini.
We celebrated Mother’s Day here and had a wonderful time. Lovely poolside setting, tasty food, and a calm, relaxing vibe. Always a pleasure to come back!
I splurged and took myself out for a New Year's Eve lunch at Heirloom Farmhouse. It was a rainy day but I got a warm welcome from the bartenders and enjoyed a By the Slice cocktail while I waited for my Ahi Bowl which was so delicious, I could have eaten two of them! All the components were so fresh and yummy together! Not cheap at $26 but memorable and I would love to return to have it again. The menu is limited and the restaurant is on the small side but cozy and friendly and they do have outdoor seating for warmer weather! Disclaimer- I am a Marriott Associate.

If you want a spot in Irvine that feels more like a chic, breezy backyard than a stuffy hotel restaurant, you’ve got to hit this place up. It’s tucked inside the Marriott Irvine Spectrum, but it’s totally airy, modern, and full of natural light. They take the "farm-to-table" thing seriously, using fresh produce from local OC farms that actually tastes like it was just picked. The lemon ricotta pancakes are a total dream for brunch, and their braised short rib is the ultimate comfort food for dinner, trust me it's sooo good. The best part? It’s right near the Irvine Spectrum Center, so it’s the perfect "secret" escape to avoid the mall crowds. Whether you’re sitting by the outdoor fire pits or grabbing a fresh cocktail, the vibe is upscale but totally relaxed. It’s definitely one of the best hidden gems in the area!
Very kind waitress tonight. We ordered the chicken, sea bass, and ribeye. It was all great. Drinks were good to. Happy with our service. ❤️

My husband, toddler and I went here for an early lunch. We got there right when it opened and they were a little slow to get us set up. But the server was excellent and very professional. I got the Spa Water drink, it was very nice for a warm morning. We sat on the patio by the pool and my toddler was loud, no problems. The food was perfectly priced for the quality. I’d definitely come eat here again and may even consider staying at the hotel.
Really great meal for a hotel restaurant. Roasted carrots were great in the yogurt sauce that was like and Indian influence. Definitely get the heirloom tomato salad, phenomenal. Had the flank steak and it was definitely overcooked. Not medium rare. Still tasted good, but not where it should have been.
Came here twice whilst staying at the hotel and both times, the food was really good. Both the veggie omelette and the breakfast sandwich were delicious. The chicken apple sausage and breakfast potatoes were also really good. Service wasn’t that quick, but the pool views were great. We were sitting outside and the weather was perfect, so there was no rush on our part either.
Overall I would give 3.9/5. The service is good. The place was clean. The burger was good but just lacked a little more flavor and was borderline dry. The pizza was flavorful and the crust seemed too soggy and undercooked. The chicken pasta was good and saucy. The hotel has mandatory valet parking just fyi. Probably will not return for that reason. Not cool to be forced to valet.
I’ve had the pleasure of dining twice in this restaurant. The first time as hotel guests, we had to wait a long time to get dessert. It felt like the kitchen had to procure the fruit and ice cream first. Our second visit, we were part of a tasting party for a future event. The appetizers were delicious, the cocktails were light and refreshing. The beef dishes were both well executed and flavorful. The sea bass was respectable but I did not like the rice and corn risotto that came with it. The roasted cauliflower was surprisingly satisfying even for a non vegetarian like me. The chef heard our input and appropriate accommodations will be made.

Heirloom Farmhouse Kitchen has fine ingredients and kind staff, but puzzlingly fell short on execution and atmosphere during my morning visit. Booming club music blaring while waking up was not ideal. With the espresso machine also out of order, forcing reliance on merely average drip coffee to wash down the morning breakfast was lacking. All around, the overall experience underdelivered.
The service was great and good cocktails. They seem to have a good happy hour. However the food does not match the prices. The ribeye cut does not justify the cost.
Decent drinks served in a nice environment with inattentive service. The place was basically empty while we were there, and yet the two employees managed to spend all of their time chatting and none of their time refilling our drinks.

This restaurant is in the Marriott. It did not say that when we researched it. If you go to the Marriott just to dine you have to pay $20 to park. OK now let's talk about the food. Pick an item on the menu and then just reverse the list of ingredients. For instance I got the chilaquiles. The 1st ingredient is andouille sausage. That is the least. I got 3 itty bitty pieces on my plate. Almost needed a magnifying glass to find it. The eggs were cooked properly. The last ingredient is chips. That was 98% of my meal. If I wanted a plate of chips, I would have asked for it. All 3 of us were not happy with our breakfast. Very disappointing!
The food was tasty. Salmon glaze was very good. Service was a bit slow. It is a hotel restaurant right next to the pool, so we had to deal with kids yelling to their parents, hanging out in bathing suits with no shirts on. This wasn't conducive to a relaxing meal with my out of town family. We won't be going back there.

I hope I can spare someone their time and money with this review. We were shockingly disappointed by this restaurant. It took 90 minutes to get our food, and the food quality was worse than what you’d expect from bad room service. Caesar salad was iceberg lettuce, no dressing, and croutons (see photo). Pizza looked like pizza from a room service kids menu (see photo). The steak was about 2oz (not even close to an entree portion with an entree portion price tag). This is marketed as a farm to table restaurant but it most assuredly is not - and trust us, it is not worth your time. We highly recommend going to a restaurant at the Irvine Spectrum and avoiding this establishment.

After my Uber Eats order was canceled I called to see if I could put in an order for a small pizza. They let me know they don’t work with Uber Eats but I could order directly through them over the phone so I did. I asked how long the wait would be & they said 45-minutes. I was surprised it’d take so long but decided that was fine. 45-minutes go by and I show up to pick up my pizza, only to have the front desk confused about my order. After several minutes of waiting they informed me my pizza still isn’t in the oven & it will be another 20-minutes. At this point I told them no & left. Over an hour for a pizza is ridiculous! I do not recommend.
First of all you need to know this restaurant is INSIDE Marriott hotel, so you will be charged $15 just to park. There are no free parking options. We came for brunch at 1130am to find they were only serving lunch. Bar was closed, only one server on staff (bless her she did do her best to serve us). Appetizer came out 15 minutes after our entrees, which took 30 minutes, despite the place being empty. Asked for extra sauce for my very dry fish tacos and it never came. Food was not good at all and very overpriced for what you get. Not worth it- go elsewhere!
