I've been going to this Long John's since I was little (25+years) I'm really glad that they stuck to the basics and they just make some really good fish and chicken. I've started taking my own kids and the atmosphere is still the same. Great food and great people.

The employees were so friendly and professional, it was really a nice experience to eat there. I will go out of my way to eat there again. I enjoy LJS food. This restaurant was exceptional.

Update came the second time this week and it was still just as delicious and hot, ladies still nice as can be. I love this location! Came in shortly after opening today, the lady was so cheerful and welcoming, the food was hot and clearly fresh made! Definitely worth the 25 min drive! Loved it

They did mess up our online order, but after calling and talking with them we got it figured out and went back and they took good care of us! Most places will just give you the thing they forgot, but they made it up to us and honestly this is the only long john silvers I'll ever go back to, even though it's almost a 30 minutes drive from my house! Tasha was amazing!

Been years since eating there and I'm happy to report the reasons I liked it then still apply now! Same crunchy fish and chicken also my favorite fried hush puppies! The service was good too friendly and pleasant and they knew what they were serving... And no I have no problem stating the ugly truth however in this case I have nothing ugly to report.. Just sad I waited so long to check it out!

I love Long John Silvers. I went here for lunch. She made my food fresh. The fish chicken and fries were all freshly made. Great service. I asked for extra crumbs and she gave me a bunch. I sure hope this location doesn't close down as many other locations have.

Went by there last night, last minute for us. The lady at the drive through was fantastic! The team fried us up some fresh fish. Dinner was excellent. 8 fish, slaw, corn and hush puppies. Thanks so much LJS team. Great job!

Placed an order for pick up. My food was hot and tasted fresh. The staff is kind and friendly. Whoever is seasoning the green beans, keep doing that!

I had placed an online order yesterday and scheduled to pick it up after work. I arrived at 8:30, but they knew nothing about my order, because of a technical issue with their computer. The employee at the drive-thru window went above and beyond to get my order to me. He was an example of how customer service should be. I very much appreciate it.

Delightful trip down memory lane. We first had LJS in 1970 when it first came to Oklahoma!! Two for one and we could eat a full combo for $1.00 each!! We stuck with them until they all went away around here. Took my brother with us to the one in Irving. Delightful young man took our order and served us!! Cook did a wonderful job of cooking our fish to perfection!! Crunchies were superb!! Cole slaw was great!! Thank you all for a fantastic trip to yesterday. Best wishes for continued success.

The service was so good that I had to make a review. From the manager to the rest of the staff, they were all very delightful and welcoming something that was very refreshing since in these times customer service Is almost nonexistent.

Stopped by Long John Silver today after giving plasma at BioLife because i was hungry and had some time before the TRE train 🚆 arrived. My meal was ready before I got my drink which was self-serving. Nostalgia hit with my first bite and I was pleased with my meal which was hot and freshly prepared when I got it. Walked over to the Heritage Crossing Point station afterwards with plenty of time before my train to Dallas EBJ arrived. Thoroughly enjoyed it and plan on eating here again the next time I'm in the area.

Food was hot and super tasty. We drove 25 minutes to get to this location and it was completely worth it. This is the first time I went to a LJS in over ten years and I've got some things to say. First, the cole slaw wasn't included with my order and I didn't find out until I got home. Normally that makes me really mad and I'll go back to the place to go get what's missing. The difference here is that the lack of an item from my order didn't take away from my experience there. I just went back in time to when I was just ten years old and my family, mom, dad and my brother and sister, were having a weekend family dinner at the local LJS in Pleasant Grove where I used to live. We went there on a weekly basis. I always got the fish and shrimp combo because I didn't like anything else. What I had today was the fish and shrimp combo with fries, missing cole slaw, clams and a crab cake. I didn't eat the shrimp because I'm allergic but my mom said they were great. I don't remember the crab cake from when I was a kid but it was pretty good. The clams were something I wouldn't have tried as a kid but they tasted pretty good and even my mom liked them too, though they could have been crispier. The fish was crispy and moist, tasted just how I remembered it did. Will I excuse the fact a part of my order was left out, yes but only this one time. Will I go on a weekly basis again? No, I want to live past 25 but we'll probably make it a once a month special dinner. Yes, its fairly greasy and very unhealthy but its good for the soul. No other fast food joint that I've gone to has ever given me an experience that took me back to a time when I was a kid and my family was together. Next time, I'll just double check my order to make sure everything is included.

The hubby and I Love LJS. The staff at this location as well as the food has been Amazing. The food is always hot and never have had any issues with our orders. The only reason that this location got 4 stars instead of 5 is because the inside dinning is not open yet if ever. Also it's not this location but all LJS locations that I don't understand why they charge you for the crumbles and now even consider them as a side when they used to give them away for free like most other places that have them.

Loved the food. The lady in drive thru gave us a little attitude when we jokingly asked was the order correct. Which it wasn't! But we'll dine inside next time. I enjoyed the little area out back, pleasant lunch outing.

The customer service was great The place was clear on the outside but the building was dark which makes u think it's closed. The fish was cold The shrimp as well but the fries were hot. The staff were friendly and all was gud except for the cold fish. No one likes cold fish😭 Try them out for yourself but ask for hot food.

It's good, just make sure you get your condiments before your leave. Also, there's a bench like 5 feet away from the building, why are the employees smoking cigarettes right at the door? It makes me feel like I may be eating cigarettes. (I'm just kidding) but still, cigarettes and food; don't mix well.

Road construction is a real problem but not the restaurants fault. It seems things are changing. There weren't ANY batter crumbles in the bottom of the container. The hushpuppies & fish are so consistent. When I have a fast fist food LJS is my go to....always!!

Good customer service, not out of this world customer service but not terrible. Was surprised our meal did not come with drinks. Was asked if we wanted sauce when I guess I expected sauce to be put in the bag automatically. But on to the food. The Chicken, Fish, Shrimp, Popcorn Shrimp and hush puppies were on Point.! Excellent flavor, cooked and seasoned to Perfection. Cold slaw is also sweet with an amazing crunch. Fries were soft and Soggy. I'd say this location and this food chain are definitely worth a try.

Hadn't been there in quite a while. The crew was very nice. The place seems a little run down, but it's clean. The food was great! We did the AYCE Sunday and the crew was so friendly and very helpful. They couldn't seem to help us enough, really going out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Even without asking, they honored me with my senior discount and were just so nice about the whole thing. It's like most fast food places and the booths are a little tight. Sort of homey actually. Nice and quiet. We'll be going back!

No rank on atmosphere because I havent dined in a long johns since maybe 2015. I assume everything is the same. The good thing is, is so is there food. There was a period back in 2019-2022 that i stopped going. I tried them 3 different times, and like most companies; it seemed like they were in huge profit mode. What do I mean? The filet size appeared compromised, and worst of all, the filet consisted of like 90% batter. I decided to give it another chance early this year and things seem to be back to normal. Prices are a bit high still but there is more fish than batter in filets and the cashiers are very friendly. Whatever management took over, keep up the good work! I also see more lines around the parking lot now thanks to the hard work of employees.

They dont have any real "in-town" competitors for a fast food fish place so I think the prices are a bit high. Still the food is good & the service is cool & I've always loved the atmosphere here.

Friendly staff at this location! And man, I've enjoyed that fried fish at various locations for over 35 years now, and it's just as good as ever. Not really a fan of the chicken anymore though. Oh, and never have really been into hush puppies, but in this latest order they were soft and warm and I genuinely enjoyed them. Wish there were a LJS closer to where I live. It would definitely be in the dining rotation.

Easy to get in and out as it is on the corner. Make sure you enter the left door as it is the only handicapped entrance available. It is the entrance. Exit door is locked. Food is hot and fresh- cooked when you get there. We do not recommend the lobster bites.

We had placed an order online and ended up moving the order up an hour. The staff and shift manager were very accommodating. When we got there. They still did not have the order ready. However, they were very accommodating and providing us with a beverage why they put the order together in a pinch. Everything was made fresh and two are specifications. Thank you Long John silver's for making our Saturday an awesome day.

Employees were very nice and knowledgeable, the manager and staff. They were busy and got us served pretty quickly. Only bad thing I could say was the soda machine. We had 3 different people that got 3 different kinds of sodas and it all tasted flat and almost dirty. Like the lines hadn't been cleaned in years and it needed to be recalibrated or something. Drinks were terrible.

One of my favorite food items that I do not make at home is fried clams. Long John Silvers has great fried clams so we went here the other day for lunch. The food was delicious and delivered just what I expected. You can only order sides of clams, so I ordered two sides of clams, two hush puppies and one piece of fish of the a la carte menu. The food is prepared fish, delivered to your table for, crispy where it should be and it just helps fill my craving for some fried fish. The staff here work very hard and are polite. The biggest challenge with the restaurant is that the attention to the condition of the building is not there. I understand this as I am sure that they were hit hard during COVID and that right now they are in the middle of a nightmare construction project on the street so extra cash is probably hard to find. I hope that they are able to pay more attention to the building so that it is as welcoming as the food is tasty.

Visited last Thursday evening 01/14/21 around the 18:30 hrs We bought the 16 family pieces and The shrimp combo meal ,Nice complements we noticed the nice fast service drivethru was very good so when I pay at the window the young lady that took our order when I handed my credit card I was observing she scanned it to make our payment went it went through she open the window but she only gave me the receipt But, Not my credit Card then I asked her for my credit card she responded me with an attitude that I needed to sign the receipt Then afterwords she gave me back my credit card That was very strange, and to tell you the truth I don't trust anyone with my debit credit card due to past experience with stolen Credit card number So I think it wasn't necessary for her give me an attitude I know for a fact that The majority of the bussines and retail as soon as they scanned the payment goes through so, I don't know why she gave me an attitude. I had an experience in the past and don't believe I wanted to happen again Over all the food was good

This Long John Silver's is ok. The staff is friendly food is made fresh but it's probably not for everyone. LGS is best when you haven't had it in a long long time. It's just not as enjoyable as it once was, is it the taste buds getting older? is it the food? Who knows...Like I said nothing against this location or staff it is what it is.

Food was good. The floors were wet the sign Said. .but they were not..floors were greasy. I couldn't use the restroom as I'm disabled. I could have fell. I saw another person not disabled almost slip and fall.

It was a low key Mother's Day for my wife and I. We decided on fish from this location. The man said it would take 4-5 minutes to cook it. So we placed our order, paid for it and then pulled over to the side so we would not be blocking the window. After 15-20 minutes I drove over and my wife walked in. He said you left. She explained no we didn't we pulled over so other people could be served. NO way will we anymore though. He didn't say wait here, or anything. I tried to motion to him that we were pulling over, but only two people working and he didn't see me. So be warned. The man is not the nice lady who has served us there before.

Five stars for the excitement of visiting one of my childhood places to eat. I made up my mind that yes it's going to be a visit to one of my childhood favorite food places. I hadn't been to Long John Silver's in a while not until Saturday 4/27/2024 around 6 pm. I ordered fish and hush puppies and received a courtesy lemonade after asking about the senior discount and it was too late to give me the discount after I paid. When I ate the food it seemed ok but that drink was lemonade I really didn't care for. By Sunday morning I was running from B to B, Bed to bathroom over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. I unfortunately missed a day of work due to this food or drink poisoning. As soon as possible I reached out to the franchise. I spoke with a manager on Tuesday and was instructed to reach back out to another the following day. I did just that. explained everything again. I don't want to go on here. There was no resolution through LJS. But thanks for the memories and I shall not return to this location. I wouldn't want to risk my life or finances. Thank you W-F for returning my funds.

Dont order thru uber eats because manger Joe says that (although I order condoments) they didnt see it. Called uber eats and they said it was on my order. My order was a 12 piece family meal with hush puppies and coles slaw, fries with drinks and 2 cheese cakes and nobody saw fit to put in muti vinger, ketchup, hot sauce on a $88.23 meal being a truck driver i dont have access to a car so im the one who got screwed literally.

So the service was great but the food was not. It tasted like it was fried and then refried. Which means it was full of grease. The fries were really disappointing. I wanted regular fries that they showed on the menu and everywhere else at the restaurant except for the counter.. I got greasy waffle fries instead that I ended up throwing away. I thought I found a good thing but I was wrong again...

The young man who took our order was really nice, but the food could have been better! My fish was hard, and had been sitting there for a while, and my shrimp was way over cooked! I know it was 8pm, but you were still open for 2 more hrs! The young lady told my husband that he couldn't sit at the tables because she was cleaning the lobby area, and so I made him move to a booth. Then she came back, and said that he could sit at the tables. You had already made us feel uncomfortable about it! I was really disappointed, and I'm probably not going back to this location!

Pulled up 2 hours before Close and Lobby was Locked. No signs about Lobby being closed... No one around no cars or customers... Just one guy cleaning up. He didn't seem concerned to help me. They obviously didn't want to work or take my money.. so I left with my $40 and went elsewhere that had A Open Lobby and Happy Staff to tend to me... I'll never return you this location.

Went there at 9:00 Thursday 5-6- 2021and was told as they were turning off the lights when i pulled up to the speaker that they were closed. I know the difference between 9 and 10 so they closed an hour early. If they close at 9 they need to change the hours on line. After working 12 hours today all i wanted was to not have to go home and cook.

If there was an option to give this restaurant a -1 star then I sure would, all I did was come to pick up an Uber Eats order and someone at the front desk just said 5 minutes, then I waited 15 minutes, and went to the front desk asking about the order and they just ignored me like I was non existent, thats the #1 problem with these low quality, irrelevant restaurants like Long John Silvers. They don't care about people who order food out. And now my shirt smells like your dirty, filthy, disgusting, disgraceful, embarrassing establishment that's a so called restaurant.

Manager is Rude. Picks and chooses who he speaks to coming in store. While I'm sitting in restaurant ; he decides to reprimand an employee on the front counter in front of everyone....Disrespectful and Degrading individual!!!!! Furthermore he asks a customer in Drive Thru for their phone to review store. So u Fraudulently making your store look good.....So not good Leadership. He's no better than previous Management!!!!

Omg. I been coming here 10yrs. In drive thru they take minimum 10-15 mins per customer. I dont know are they going to go catch live fish and then bring it back to cook it. Many times people get sick of waiting and leave the drive thru line. Not good for business

Didn't even feel like a fast food dine-in facility. The cashier would go sit or lay down after each customer, which was few in between. Found hair in my food and the food has tasted much better in the past vs today. Please consider hiring people that can stand on there feet for more than 10 minutes and get a crew that can create a much better and pleasant atmosphere

I ordered here just an hour ago and finished my whole drink that I ordered, however, when I opened the lid to get to the ice, there was a metal object in my cup! There was only one person in front of me and they did not look busy at all(still no excuse) but I dont see how this could happen and what this metal object is even used for. I am disgusted, as I drank the whole thing and this thing looks rusty!

Worst experience ever. Slow to take order and wanted to purchase a 100 gift card. Was told I would have to come back after 5 pm. It was 1 pm in afternoon. There are better places to get food nearby. No wonder brand is struggling.

Haven't been to a LJS in forever. I remember them being so good as a kid. I quit going as an adult just because it all tasted the same and just wasn't good. Nothing has changed. Fish is garbage, chicken was just ok. Just really bad. The lady working the window was sweet and very professional.

I orders via Uber eats 2 piece for 6 hush puppies and fries. I received 1 piece of fish 8 hush puppies and fries. I called the manager she assured me the order was sent correctly so the driver must have help himself. The bag was taped shut and not messed with. I wasn’t looking for anything to be replaced but a simple apology and I got that. Horrible!! Never again will order from here!

THE SO CALLED LEADER MANAGER NAMED CARRIE PUT JUST 1 PACKET INTO THE BAG AND CLOSED THE BAG. AS I WALKED OUT THE DOOR I CHECKED THE BAG TO SEE IF I HAD ENOUGH VINEGAR PACKET AND DISCOVERED JUST THE 1 PACKET. SINCE I DID NOT STATE HOW MANY PACKETS AND AS A LEARDER CARRIE DID NOT ASK, I SAID TO MYSELF I WILL LET THIS ISSUE GO. SO, THIS PAST SUNDAY AUGUST 13TH I WENT TO THE STORE AND MADE ANOTHER SHRIMP PURCHASE AND THIS TIME WHEN I OPENED THE BAG I DISCOVERED THAT THEIR LEADER CARRIE JUST PUT THE SHRIMP IN A UNOPENED BOAT CONTAINER AND NOT A CLOSED CONTAINER. I should have known better when the food came out so fast. I assumed “and you know what they say” that it probably came out hot and fresh. NOPE soggy and chewy because it’s been sitting. Parking lot was empty so that figures. But to sell me food that’s been sitting and it my lunch time…how irritating and, I don’t like returning food for new because you don’t know what they have done to it. You should be ashamed of yourself for selling that. NEVER AGAIN!

We waited inside for over 20 mins for our order to be taken , your employees give priority to pick up orders. We asked if someone could take our order and they told us to wait , not even nicely. It’s hot in there as well , and employees are not very nice.

I ordered the 3 chicken and 2 fish with hush puppies and corn and Cole slaw. I was missing my hush puppies and the Cole slaw smelled bad and it was moldy. The corn looked old. The chicken was very over cooked. I don't think I'll be going there again. I would be taking my business elsewhere
