The customer service is always very nice. Garden burger is very tasty... cooked to order and quickly done. Lots of topping selections at a reasonable price. I love the Cajun Tatar Tots!!! Nice and neat burger joint..I usually get mine to go!

We tried 4 different types of burgers 🍔 . The chicken burger was good 👍 however beef burgers were a bit dry and flat. I think adding some sauces would enhance the taste. Size of the buns were a bit tiny compared to the price charged, suppose to be a big meal as i compare it with other burger places, hence the 3 stars on food. We requested to add some sauce to one of the burger and staff was nice to help with that request. Service was very good and staff is very friendly. Nice place to enjoy fsst food with family. Lots of parking. Place was nice and clean. Smoothie was also very good.

*edited* I finally found a way to get here. The meal was fresh and hot. Burger was tasty but small and kinda bland. I gotta say best fries of anyplace I've been. That said the price and wait time especially around 3pm was too much. Overall I'd rather have Griff's Hamburgers.

The burgers are delish. I also got onion rings and cheese curds. The onion rings looked good, but were totally bland in flavor. Disappointing. The cheese curds were good, but they barely give you any in an order. Not worth the price. They skimp on any dipping sauces you get.

Ordered classic and the steakhouse burger. Both were drenched in oil missing salt no taste bland. Student at the counter didn’t had much idea how to take orders. Fries were decent.

The building was clean and the staff was friendly, but the time it took to get my meal was absurd. I ordered at 12:18 and didn't receive my meal until 12:50. I understand that the food is made to order, but there were only 3 people in front of me. The food itself was ok, nothing to write home about. The tots were alright, but could use seasoning and the burger had fresh veggies, but was overall mediocre. I'm glad it was only $10.

The food was half cold and half hot… some cheese was melted while other was just cold, like straight from the fridge. Also the portions of the cheese curds for its price seemed way too low. I was not expecting much but I’m still disappointed

No option for onion and I got the smallest slice of lettuce and tomato on my DOUBLE. At first glance, it didn’t even look like it had lettuce and tomato, but I guess it was available for about two bites of the burger. This was my very first and last time. It has potential though but for $10 I expected the burger to be at least HALF as loaded as the photo. It was basically just meat and cheese. I won’t go back.

I’m writing this review in their parking lot because I paid close attention to the manager who was sin the corner facing everyone that entered and exited the establishment. The main thing I noticed is that she greeted everyone walking in and leaving except me and my fiancé. Unfortunately, we noticed that we were the only black people in this establishment and the only people that weren’t treated like every other customer. And she was seated behind us the entire time so she coulda still spoke as we never left her line of sight. Now to the food, no the put the jalapeños to my burger at the very bottom with nothing else. The cheese felt like the just placed it on and sliced it off the block and they had sauce bussing out the top of the burger but not in an appealing way. And you have to season the fries yourself which kinda sucks

This was my first time trying this place, and unfortunately it will probably be my last. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and my husband got the double bacon cheeseburger, both with fries and drinks. Right away I noticed the prices were out of this world for a simple drive-thru meal. When we first pulled up, I noticed no one was there at all, which seemed a little strange. The lady working the drive-thru did say it would be about an 8 minute wait, which I actually appreciated because at least she was honest. But after sitting there for at least 20 minutes, with literally no other cars or customers, I started wondering if they had forgotten about us. By the time we finally got our food, the drink they had given us was almost gone just from sitting there waiting. Now for the food. My husband said the double bacon cheeseburger was good, but definitely not worth the price they’re charging. As for my fried chicken sandwich, it was honestly nasty. It had no flavor, the breading was extremely thick, and it was falling off the chicken. At that point I felt like I should have just ordered a grilled chicken sandwich instead because the breading added nothing but disappointment. The fries, however, had plenty of seasoning. In fact they had so much salt on them I was honestly wishing they would have sprinkled some of that on my chicken sandwich so it could have at least had a little flavor. The one positive thing I will say is the lady in the drive-thru was very nice and offered us sauces, which I appreciated. But I also don’t understand how you can order almost $40 worth of food and be handed only two napkins. What if someone spills something or drops food? After paying those crazy high prices, I honestly see why the place was empty. Sadly the food and the wait did not match the price, and it’s not somewhere I would come back to.

I was highly disappointed with this restaurant. The portion sizes did not reflect the cost at all. I ordered a tray of Caesar salad ($50) and received a tray that was only halfway full. The tray of tater tots I ordered was also filled with just enough tots to cover the bottom of the tray, nothing more. I ordered from a catering website and when I contacted the restaurant their manager informed me if I wanted a full tray of salad I should've ordered two. She said the catering site reflected that the tray would only be half full; it does not. They really believe a full tray of salad (just lettuce and cheese) is worth $100. Not worth the money for that little food and it didn't taste very good at that. On top of all this, it arrived about 40 minutes early and was lukewarm at best, then cold by the time we were ready to serve. First and last time I'll patronize this establishment.

Oh boy where to start. I don’t think I have had this bad of an experience with a fast food place ever in my entire life. So it was 2 of us and we ordered their recommended ghost pepper burger, mango habanero burger, chicken tenders, and fries. The fries was the only good thing and everything just went downhill from there. Tender meat was hard and undercooked making them completely inedible, same was the case with mango habanero burger. The ghost pepper burger was going good for the first few bites until the bacon. The bacon was the EXTREMELY HARD and had a really bad smell, when I complained, they offered to replace. I went for a chicken BLT instead and low and behold, the bacon in that burger was also extremely hard and had an extremely bad smell. I almost puked on the second bite. It was extremely bad experience and I would 100% not recommend this to anyone.

This is supposed to be a chili cheese hot dog. There's like two little dribbles of chili on this, and it's absolutely covered with everything else. I tried to eat it, but it's just gross. I don't know if this is a one-off or what, but I'm just annoyed. The chili is also sweet, which I wasn't expecting.
