Wow -- the food was delicious and the service outstanding -- our group was comprised of NYC residents, Texans and Europeans , all with high standards and nobody was disappointed with their food, it was all great -- on top of that the customer service, including attention from the owner Adil, far exceeded normal expectations -- bravo on a fine establishment and thank you !!!

Im a picky eater and I have a lot of stomach issues so I was hesitant. I ordered the chicken shawarma and asked for the sauce on the side. Omg…. Delicious. A must try. My friend ordered a lamb gyro and shes Middle Eastern and gave it a 5/5. Ingredients are fresh and like I mentioned it tastes delicious!

Amazing customer service, people behind the counter are amazing folks, my son and I where visiting Cornell and found this great halal food joint, thank you for serving halal food, Chicken over rice was tasty and the quantity of the food was great, we liked it so much that we went back there for our dinner and ordered the subs, Philly cheese steak and chicken cheese , Philly steak was juicy and tasted amazing, I requested it to make it hot 🔥, boy o boy they did add their sauce that had a great punch to it, keep up the great work, May Lord Almighty bless you all.

Very good place to go eat with friends and family. I ordered a large meat lover pizza, and the gentlemen working there gave me ne XL pizza. Very kids of him. Very clean place and the food was very delicious. I got hot wings and Bomber calzoned, which were so good.

It has been 2 decades since I was able to enjoy chicken gyros at the Rutger's grease trucks. However, today I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken shawarma gyro. I decided to give this place a try after reading the many glowing reviews. The food and service did not disappoint. I find that most gyro places do not give enough of the white sauce (tzatziki) and I usually end up feeling like the sandwich is dry. Here they give plenty of white sauce. The portion was also very good.

This food WAS SO GOOD! And I am not kidding! Like when I tell you… this PLACE GOT SUCH GOOD food and service! THEY GOT IT ALL! The owner was also so welcoming and so was his wife! The atmosphere in here is also really cozy! I got the chicken shawarma today and I ATE THAT UP! Nothing is left on the plate! That’s how good it is! 100% recommend!!

For late night food in Ithaca it is five star. I will definitely be returning. If this was NYC it might be 4/5 but the price, quantity and taste did not leave me disappointed. All these things considered. I would come here for the chicken over rice or bomber calzone

Absolutely delicious! We had the lamb with rice and a halal pizza — both were outstanding. The lamb was tender, perfectly seasoned, and served with flavorful rice that tasted homemade. The halal pizza was a pleasant surprise — cheesy, crispy, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s hard to find authentic halal food like this in Ithaca — Marrakech is a true gem! Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality halal meals

Quality of the dishes was average. The lamb meal was for my taste any little on the salty side. The gyros portion was also small. They guy behind the counter also was Kurt towards other customers asking him questions about the menu.

While the food is good. Some of the staff do not handle customer service well and the prices on the order information online are not correct ordered the family special for 27.99 and the bill was 44. Asked about it and the young man behind the counter was very rude. I would have even paid that bc the food is good....however due to service will not return to Casablanca or Ithaca halal or whatever they call it now.....rude and deceptive on prices. Was a good place but some of the staff are terrible. Returned rude with leaving.

Rather than clearly explaining that, the staff member insisted on promoting grilled chicken as the "healthier option." We went ahead and ordered the grilled chicken pizza, but unfortunately, it was undercooked and not enjoyable. As we were leaving, we politely declined a box for the leftovers and decided to share some honest feedback—not to complain or ask for a refund, but simply to let them know about our experience. To our surprise, the staff member responded with hostility. He raised his voice in front of other customers, claimed we didn’t know how chicken should taste, and even said we should take it to the health department. He repeatedly mentioned his 17 years in business and told us our feedback was not welcome. We were shocked by the unprofessional behavior. Feedback is part of running a business, and we approached it respectfully. Sadly, the way it was handled ensures we won’t be returning.
