Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The Cracker Barrel on Chaffee st. Is really nice and the employees are very helpful and courteous and friendly. It was our 1st visit there, and my wife loved the resteraunt and staff. She says we're coming back here again.

I have to clarify that I didn't go to the restaurant, I only went to the shop. I found it fascinating, so much color, so many aromas, everything I saw was incredible, that's why I recommend it!

Wonderful server and the updated interior. It's not the "old" Cracker Barrel look, but the benches are padded and it's brighter overall.

We had an excellent time here. This is the first Cracker Barrel that I’ve had in eight years and the food did not disappoint. The store was amazing, picked up an adorable outfit for my granddaughter too. I arrived just hours before from Alaska and this was my first stop.

Oh my.It has been a long time since we had great food and service especially at same time.lol.Anyways the food was very hot and amazing thanks to the person who cooked it.They need recognition also. And a big thank you to our wonderful waitress Karen G.She went above and beyond and I think everyone else needs to get training from her or atleast be more like her.We will definitely be back.I think Cracker barrell should reach out to her to let her know her customers think she is amazing.

Just deleted a bad review from 5 yrs ago to give a updated review. It's been awhile since we've been here things had gotten a little lack luster but today's experience was Awesome! Mainly thanks to our outstanding waitress Karen G! She was amazing and the food was very good as well. Karen has set the bar extremely high 👏 for other staff and upon talking with her she has been with Cracker Barrel for 20-30 years amazing and should be recognized this is the kind of person I want working for me! This is the face of Cracker Barrel that we haven't seen in many years, other restaurants should seek to find outstanding servers like Karen! GREAT JOB!!! We'll be back soon.

Very friendly receptionist, was not quite dinner time, so things were a bit slow, and i was seated right away. My server Haley was awesome, getting my drinks right away, and there when I was ready to order. She had the food out quickly and was all the server one could ask for A+ service. The food was tasty, and spot on for temperature. The 2 appetizer barrels for $9.99 was a meal in itself.. very happy with the service and quality. The location is bit odd to me, but worth the drive. Not sure what was changed but the gravy in the biscuits and gravy was very bland, sadly.

Oh so delicious! We were offered sourdough when they didn't have regular hamburger and it was perfect! Smells so good too! They're pretty busy today (Wednesday before Thanksgiving) but everything was smooth and delicious.

It is always nice to visit Cracker Barrel. The service, as always, was immediate and very friendly, our waitress was very friendly and even though she was very busy, she was always very attentive to us, she made sure that our order was delivered exactly as we ordered it. This is definitely one of my favorite places.

Great waitress Breana was professional and certainly a experienced server and manager of other staff. The food was a bit cold but the overall experience was good. I have eaten here many times for client meetings and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Their country store is stocked full of goodies that are cool and very unique from candy to shirts to all points in between.

This Cracker Barrel location was remodeled to the new design and it is brighter and more open than the old design, yet it maintains much of the "country" charm for which the chain restaurant is known; I like the new design. The food is good quality at a reasonable price, and the service is most always very good and this location was no different.

Also, I love shopping in their little store as well, they have the cutest things you can't get anywhere else and have a huge candy variety section as well. I highly recommend it for everyone.

Excellent service and great classic food. Shopping while we waited for our food was so fun. Husband even picked up a Bob Ross hoodie for $40.

We were unable to have Christmas traditional dinner so it was nice to get to order it at Cracker Barrel . Surprised on the price. Nearly 45 dollars for two people. Friendly waitress, great atomphere clean, great food. When your on the road trying to get home it's nice to be in a calm setting.

It still has some quaintness to it with the rockers outside on their porch and all the different kinds of nostalgic items on the wall inside. The food is pretty good and a pretty good menu. Our server was a nice lady that tried to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you Cracker Barrel and thanks to my cousin for taking my son and I there for lunch. It was a good day.

The French toast that was ordered was burnt and there was barely any fries that were ordered. The best part of our experience was our waitress Asia. She did a great job on checking on us and offering us biscuits to tie us over. She also made sure our check was discounted because of the wait. We understood it was not her fault and made sure she still good a great tip. Great customer service Asia, keep up the great work and best of luck with school.

This was the smallest Cracker Barrel we've ever been to. The floorplan was swapped and the gift shop was smaller. My husband and I had the chicken fried chicken and hamburger steak. One of my kids had the chicken and dumplings and said they tasted raw, not completely cooked. Item was sent back and taken off our bill. Our server was super nice and took care of us No RV or oversized parking in back, but there is a larger parking lot to the left where we were able to park.

Stopped at this cracker barrel this morning. The server was slow as molasses. Waited between 15-20 minutes to have our order taken. My wife joked about it would be lunch time by the time we ordered. Finally ordered our meal at 10:45am. Never saw the waitress again after this. People arriving for lunch were seated and served, yet our breakfast still hadn’t arrived. Finally we saw our missing waitress, 45 minutes after ordering she brought our meals. My wife’s meal was cold. My steak looked like it was rolled around in the parking lot for a while. It was cold along with the eggs. The Stone ground grits were stone cold. The biscuits were luke warm though. Absolute worst meal I have ever had! Spoke to the manager who offered to re-seat us and redo the order. Already wasted our time, now let’s start all over, wasting more time with a wait staff and cook staff knowing we complained about their substandard service and quality, Very Hard Pass!!! Sad thing is, my wife loves Cracker Barrel, but with this quality and service, I would rather do McDonalds.
