I go here a lot for the ice cream. Not a huge fan of DQ food. Never have been. I know some folks complain about staff being rude. I've always had them be a polite as they're paid to be and moreso when you're nice as well. Cones are great. When I do get food, it's usually something like onion rings. Had a craving tonight and saw they were still open. But turns out that though they close at 10pm, the grill/ food is down at 9pm. That's alright, but kind of wished they had a notice for that somewhere. 🤔
Experience very good customer service from the representative. Very nice, but when it came to the blizzard oreo. Flavor It was good , but the price is not economically friendly. High other places is cheaper to buy it
I love this Dairy Queen,, try to go by there when ever I'm in Jacksonville. Theirs to black lady's that work there that I like to wait on me... They are awesome, friendly and always a smile. One customer stated this place always looks dirty,,, No it's not it's a very old building. It's been there as long as I can remember.
I usually don’t review fast foods, but after i experience how Polite the employers are here at Dairy Queen to be specific Datrion Robinson and lyana, has made my entire day with they’re good services and also the delicious food they made me as well.
I just wanna start off by saying that yesterday, I had a great experience! My food was very well made and the worker that goes by the name Datrion Robinson had excellent customer service! I don’t do reviews but I noticed how kind he was and how much work he puts into making the customer feel satisfied with the service!
I enjoyed the turtle pecan cluster it was sooo delicious. Watch out! These are is addictive. I'm on my back to DQ for a second one.

Went on a Sunday morning, it was really quiet but the cashier was friendly. Decided to dine in and had a decent meal. I ate a cheeseburger deluxe with a Oreo Blizzard; tasted great. Fast service as well, waited less than 5 minutes for my food. Only complaint I really had was the soda had more syrup than fizz, but I just chose a different drink after. It is peaceful in there, with staff chatting. I would go back if I'm ever in the area again.
Will you hear quite often usually it's pretty good, is pastime however my burger had to go back three times before they got it right, I never eat cheese because of my health, they keep putting cheese on it. Better luck next time.
It was very easy going through the drive thru. Employees were very nice and the service was quick.
The restaurant is really outdated and looks like it's been pieced together with scrap wood found in someone's garbage. The food is good and the staff are nice, but they seem a little down. With the way the place looks would depress me to work there. The owner needs to take more pride in his business and fix the place up.

When you are hankering for a Blizzard this is our go-to location. While never receiving horrible service it has been quite mediocre. The food was good and the drive through was fairly quick. It just seems that we are interrupting their day by being there.
Got the 7 dollar deal fries were cold I didn't get my sundae an my tea was watered down w no ice which tells me it was a mess up they let it sit an have it to the next person that ordered tea
When we arrived there were lots of cars in the drive thru and about 20 people inside. So,I'm thinking to myself 'wow! This should be good!' So I'm standing in line with my family picking out the deliciousness from the menu and I noticed the Jurassic World sign. (It came out a year ago! Warning flag went up) so I start really looking around. That place was dated like late 70's early 80's. It was very clean though, don't get me wrong. Then we asked the lady about a new coupon on line. "We don't serve that no more" 😮 no more? It just came out..... Everyone working there looked like they hated there lives and job. Not sure, but I think smiles are deducted from their pay. The lady that made our treats had attitude and put 0 love into it. Talk about skimpy on the chocolate! She didn't even fully mix the blizzards. It definitely was like the DQ in Fernandina. Nope, probably won't be back.
The food was good the burger was hot and fresh the service was ok my biggest complaint would be no access to napkins or spoons
Wasn't up to the usual standards. Was given fries instead of onion rings, didn't have pretzel sticks and had one small piece of brown, wilted lettuce on the fish sandwich. The blizzards were good though.
I have been going to this Dairy Queen almost daily for the past 2 weeks. I get the same thing every time, a medium vanilla cone. I got one last night and got charged $3.75, gave them a $5 bill & got $1.25 in change back. So I had my $3.75 ready today as that is what I have been paying but today it was pouring rain, I mean raining so hard & the lady at the drive thru says $4.29 for a medium cone. I didn’t argue because I was already getting wet but how do prices change so quick! By the way the DQ on University charges $3 for the same medium vanilla cone. I realize they are franchised & prices can be different.but the price should be the same every time at the same store!
The worst customer service ever. I'm trying to get something to eat before closing time and the restaurant has open sign. Why are they closed early 😕 people are hungry still and want to eat up until close.
This Dairy Queen is the closest to our house so we have been going for several years. There are some good qualities like the food is served quickly and the menu does have a lot to chose from. However, that's were the good qualities stop. The place needs to be remodeled it's falling apart and sadly in need of repair. Then this location NEVER and I do mean NEVER participates in any of the promo advertisements like free small cones. I've watched so many people leave because they feel like it's false advertisement. They don't even answer the phones so you can find out if the are participating. Those people that come in would also buy food most of the time if they had received the advertised promo. If your not going to participate then it needs to be on the website for this location. Otherwise people are wasting gas and getting angry which makes you lose customers for future purchases.
Last Veterans Day we stopped at DQ in Orange Park and got free blizzards so this year we stopped off at the Normandy Blvd location. We were told that that location doesn't do free blizzards on Veterans Day. We ordered two blizzards anyway: Oreo and Peanut butter cup. When we drove to the window to pickup our blizzards we were only handed one and charged for that one. When we asked where the second one was we were told that we had only ordered one and to look at our receipt. The young man at the window was very nonchalant about the mistake. Needless to say we paid for the second one. I felt that the young man was lazy and couldn't be bothered to fulfill an order or acknowledge that a mistake had been made. In fact, he just slammed the window when done with the transaction. It's too bad that on the day that Veterans should be honored with some type of discount we weren't treated like we would want to come back and believe me we probably won't be.
The Normandy Blvd location does not follow their hours posted, opening late if at all and closing early with no notification. When handing the blizzard they don't say which one is which. I'm gluten free due to being unable to digest gluten but my husband is not gluten free, so it is important to know which is which due to these health reasons.
This dairy queen only takes cards not cash that's kind of strange to me when I'm using a coupon giving me a small dipped cone for $1. Then went without coupon weeks later no coupon pd full $3 price for dipped medium cone & still stating taking cards only. Then handed me the cone dip was so thin was dripping & could see the ice cream . Ask why states running out of dip for cones, shouldn't I been told that before hand. Would have gave back but figured to credit back to my card ☹️ so just asked for cup to put this dripping mess in .Ice cream good but service should be better.
The ice cream had a really burnt taste. We ordered three blizzards and all tasted burnt. I’m not sure if it has to do with the maintenance of the ice cream machine not up to par causing the burnt taste. I will not be visiting this dq again. Also, please hire individuals that have better customer service.
The person behind the counter must have been either new or not very good at blizzard-making. It took quite awhile and not mixed correctly. At that time of the day half of the seating directly had the hot sun beating down in your, eyes. For the price, not a treat... Disappointed
Used a bad banana for my strawberry & banana shake/ Well passed over ripe/ had to throw it out after getting home 😔
Ordered the new parfait that has the cookie crunch dip cone topping. When she handed me the parfait I questioned myself because it didn't look like the picture I had in my mind. So I get home and look up the picture and it had cookie crumbs between the layers. I was given all vanilla ice cream and the did cone topping on the top. Yes I should have looked at the picture while I was in line. It definitely was not worth the money or time in line.
Idk if they were understaffed or what. Over 30 min wait in drive thru, blizzards weren't flippable (do they still do that bc this place didn't). Got the New york style cheesecake, and it's supposed to have strawberries through the middle, there's were only a few on top. Could smell old oil while driving up. Love DQ on a hit day after swimming but won't be back to this location.
I’m only rating two stars instead of one because I live ice cream so there’s that. However, my husband and I’s ice cream was already half melted when we got it. Thankfully mine was in a cup and I could eat it. His was in a cone and already halfway down his arm. He ended up throwing it away when we got home. Oh and the drive thru person was beyond rude.
Went through the drive-thru on August 13th at 9:00 p.m. I asked for a chocolate and vanilla swirl small cone and the girl that took my order Just responded with we only have regular cones... So I asked what a regular cone was She did not know how to explain to me what a regular cone was and I had to ask her if she meant vanilla.... I also ordered a number one then I sat in line for 28 minutes only to get to the window and be told that they are out of hamburgers... Worst experience at a DQ ever.....
If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. The wait is so long and the staff was incredibly rude! I worked in customer service for many years and I am amazed that this treatment of customers is acceptable. I never get this service at other ice cream shops in the city and I don’t think I will ever be back!
This is the nearest DQ to my house. I would love to take my kids here for ice cream but with the slow staff, the unprofessional atmosphere, the lack of customer service I rather go to Winn Dixie and get them some. This place needs a lot of work on the staff and building.
Very horrible service no one had gloves on or a mask or even a hair mask they were very rude and had attitudes and the cook was touching people food with his hands. they were out of uniform wearing street clothes they didn’t wash their hands. They had only one customer and lock the front door so one can come in. They rush the food. They be in their cell phones and eat food at the front counter.this place needs to be closed down I do not recommend anyone to eat here very unorganized. The supervisor need to shut this place down.
Just left the drive thru and my food was a absolutely disgusting. The cheeseburger tasted like it was warmed in the microwave the bread was hard, the fries tasted refried and my blizzard tasted funny. I trashed the whole order and can’t call to complain bc their phone keeps hanging up.
Wish I could give you an actual review, but since the store wasn't open at 1130am I can't. Interesting that their hours are, 10 am to 10pm on Thursday...yet the doors were locked and no one answered the drive thru. Don't bother with this location, just go to the one on 103rd.
I give this place a negative 10 they gave us food in a flimsy box when my son grabbed it it dropped so I went to get another one made the lady apologized and said she will make another one less than 2 minutes later probably shorter than that she came back with the food I check my food its the same meal the fries were mixed in with the chicken sandwich not to mention it was hair on the sandwich I mean talk about poor customer service and just disgusting. I just got a refund we spent 30 dollars for poor service!
I already reported this but I realized I didn't post my review. So not only did my fiance and I wait in like for almost 30 min just to get to the window. It was 9pm. The store is open till 10. I know DQ practices. The person told us the kitchen was closed and they were only serving ice cream. I then stated. Well it states your business is open until 10. The employee responded with. Yes but we close the kitchen at 9. I didn't even want to and argue and tell them they were wrong. I called corporate and let them know how they practice their business. Never got a response back though. I did ask to be contacted.
Dairy Queen used to be a hit when I was a kid in the 80's/ 90's. Today they're an absolute joke. Your staff at the Normandy location are ALWAYS rude. 1st I look up the prices online they're $3.89 to $4.89 I get there and they're 5.89 & $6.89 what does your ice-cream have gold in it?! Thats plain crazy! So I order anyways I'm already there, I bought 3 things, $20 later.... People are coming out of a pandemic and you're robbing them on mediocre ice-cream and rude staff who clearly hate their job. I got a cookie dough blizzard add butterfinger. I can see NO candy in my ice-cream I ask her what's this? She says cookie dough get home there is no cookie dough and some stale butterfinger pieces that are chewy and not crisp and only in half the cup and I paid $7 for it. You are not the company you used to be your ice-cream is outrageous I'm surprised you're still open. It's not about the customer anymore at DQ... Won't go back again.
I ordered a Oreo ice cream Birthday cake a week in advance. I paid almost 40 dollars, in advance for it. I Go to pick it up the day of (10/23/20) and they failed to make it. The manager/ cake maker took my order and also failed to make my cake. I was given a cake they had in the freezer. It was a different flavor and happy Birthday could not be written on it. Things like this mean something to kids, especially this yr. I will never order a cake from this location again.
This location has horrible customer service. Ok..Same Stuff Different Day. This time, as I attempted to place my order, the drive-thru employee kept cutting me off. I asked for a medium ice cream cone. When I get to the window, I say "hello"! She smacks her lips and says, "you ordered a large cone?" I said, "No, a medium", and she rolls her eyes and begins to shut the window. Long story short, between the eye rolls, the sighing, and the sucking of the teeth, I ask is there a manager I can speak with. She shuts the window again. After bringing my items, I say thank you and once again, she shuts the window and I wait. She comes back and ask did I want to speak with a manager. When I say yes, she smirks, rolls her heavily lashed eyes, and slams the window. The manager comes to window looking as I had just woke her up from a deep sleep. As I explain my concerns. She just stares at me. No smile, no nothing. Finally I told her that I am a frequent customer and I need them to do better. While staring (really, she did not blink), she painstakingly says, "I am sorry". Like really? I can fathom a young teenager giving attitude, because she thinks she's being cute...but for a super-grown MANAGER to lack the concern, care, and professionalism needed for custoner service is unacceptable. I will never go here again and I will be sure I let my family, friends, and coworkers know about the lack of customer service, as well.
Price gaugers. I asked for just topping and they charged me for for a full sundae. Called manager Delilah and she says that's protocol. Called another store and it was the price I thought it was. Thanks for nothing Dairy Queen.
None of the employees were wearing gloves and only one was wearing a mask (below her nose). She gave me two of our blizzards (which were similar in flavor) and didn’t remember which one was which. Got home and they were the same flavor. The counter is dirty and so is everything behind the counter. Definitely won’t be going back.
This was one of the worst experience I have had in along time. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was turkey bacon not real pork bacon. The cashier sound they don't serve 'real" bacon and that's the only kind they serve. The meat tasted like it came out of the microwave it was so rubbery. The ice cream was running & watery. And the lady that was cooking up orders had on pajama pants. Not the same place... I hadn't been there in years and believe me I will not be going back no time soon.
I knew better than to come here. We needed a quick meal and my son talked me into coming here. We drove away with a hungry and crying kid because they weren't even serving food, over an hour before close. I've never had a good experience here.
Bought 2 hot dogs slaw only small hot dogs took for ever and the price 7.70 wow should have went to winn dixie and bought a whole pack
we came on a saturday night and got two sundaes. the young women working had a terrible attitude and was not professional and gave us something completely different then what we ordered and still charged us for our original order. don’t go here they don’t care about you or your business.
I came through the drive thru, lady taking my order kept saying anything else, anything else. No customer service at all. What else can I get for you??? Don’t be rude and pushy as if you got a problem. If someone asks you how you are, you should reciprocate the question. No manners at all. Whoever bagged the food forgot to put my fries in the bag and I had to pull around, no big deal, I hand her my receipt and advise I didn’t get my fries, she asked to then see inside my bag, ummm okay but there was no one else in my vehicle and I don’t lie. Again, no customer service no apology she just came back and handed me the bag. I get it people have bad days but when your job is dealing with customers (is the reason you even got a job, honey) don’t let your negativity rub off on everyone that comes through your drive thru. If you are unhappy with your job or life, YOU CAN CHANGE THAT SWEETHEART.
This is not even a true Dairy Queen location. The young lady as others have not called her and other reviews is still working here and providing horrible service. I stated that the Coke machine needed to be clean because the soda tasted like syrup. She would not respond when I asked for a manager she went off on me. Not to mention she is dirty. I’m sorry I meant not clean . I thought your uniform is supposed to be clean. Then she went back and fix my food and gave me cold, and when I tried to complain again, the manager basically shut me up and was like whatever so don’t go there
If I could give this review zero stars I would. The hours posted say they close at 10:00 pm. I pulled up at 10 minutes until 9:00 and I was informed that their kitchen is closed and they are only serving ice cream. Mind you, this is not the first time this is happened, however, I ordered a blizzard and when I got to the window I tried to pay with cash. I was told they are not accepting cash and I can only pay with a card. I didn't have a card with me I only had cash. They had already made the blizzard. She put it back on the counter and told me she was sorry they couldn't serve me.
Staff was rude and short. Wouldn't allow us to complete our order at the speaker. We had to correct several items at the window. Extremely long wait and not really short staffed. More because the manager on the speaker was more concerned with getting people to move up then listening to the order for accuracy. Even tried to correct us on an item that was wrong yet the receipt was correct. Just need some training and patience.
Definitely will not return. Very unfriendly staff. I felt they hated waiting on my husband and myself.. we arrived in drive through and no one was inside or outside in line. They opened the blackout window and took our money. Then they left us sitting outside window for at least 10 minutes. They then opened the window and without any word handed us melted ice cream. Also my blizzard was not even what I ordered and was under filled . Why I felt so much hatred coming from staff.. I'm not sure. We only spoke very few words. ..What we ordered and thanked them .Not one thank you from staff. There facial Expressions said it all. I think they hate people
Horrible customer service 15mins to count a drawer? There should be a clean drawer as changeout should be fast so productivity doesn’t slow down. I would hate to be the owner of this business. Being the only Dairy Queen for miles this is crazy there should be so much more business then what’s going on but hey I’m just a paying customer. Take your money elsewhere. Update since the generic reply: No I would never visit this establishment or lack there of ever again. All of your reviews are bad as an average.
Second time going to this location. First time waited in line 15 minutes an no one answered even after me trying to talk. Second time waiting 10 minutes then had to pull around to the window. They close at 11 and it was 1040 and the window and front door was locked. Never got meals.
Waited and waited at drive thur, bad customer service, asked what I wanted and then get to windows and waited 2mins and was told they had 24 shakes to make and I had to wait at least 15mins, mind you no one other customer was there. So for a burger fry drink and sundea no one could make it. Wow..
There was almost no ice cream on the whole banana split. No light in the bathroom. I had to use my phone flashlight to use the bathroom. Ppl that don't work there allowed to go in the back door of the kitchen. I wouldn't recommend.
Well wanted to enjoy a day with my kids, stop by for food and Ice cream took 40 minutes to get our order. May have been two people working but still waiting on the food she came and slammed the tray on the counter and food flew off. Went to table waited on the blizzards she made only 2 of the 4 . when I went back and ask she got upset I ask for the drinks she said what do you want I said one sweet tea and the other 3 Dr peppers she said she did not care to know what I wanted I could get the drinks myself gave me 4 cups and lids. I went back two get the other two Blizzards she said I made them and I replied no you made 2 again getting upset made the blizzards and walk off our food was so cold and the blizzards were so melted she made them first and let them sit till we got the food. I just went back and ask for a bag to go she just threw the bag I will Not go back again so rude . Story was so not clean you could see food all over the floor behind the counter. It dose not matter if your under staffed its not the customers fault had 3 other customers standing in line seen how rude she was to me and thay walk out shame BUT I will take my business elsewhere....And this place was not clean you could see food on the floor in back very unclean all the tables was sticky and the floor the two ladies working just complaining WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE LOOK INTO ASAP
Just went here 10 mins ago and was told they are not cooking any food. They gave no explanation as to why not. If their not going to cook why bother being open. To many lazy people working there. I stopped here to get a blizzard on 10/13 the service is terrible I had to wait to finish being rung out while the cashier talked to someone on the phone about laundry. Behind the counter is so filthy. The cashier was dressed in filthy close. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned all day stuff al over the counters. Icecream come laid melting on the floor. No wonder the place is dead. I ordered the salted caramel truffle blizzard which comes with no peanut butter well mine had pieces of peanut butter cups in it. Now for me thankfully for me I'm not allergic and like peanut butter. But if it was someone who is allergic to peanuts they could have killed them. This place has gone downhill. It use to have hard workers now it has lazy I don't care workers.
Probably the worst DQ ever! In town for work, been craving a blizzard , first time, credit card only , second time the system is down so they can’t take orders, third which is now, was just at the drive through at 935pm it states they close at 10 pm and waiting at the drive through no one answers us but they inside turning off the lights. Ridiculous.
You can barely hear anyone at the drive thru. I ordered an Oreo blizzard and a Heath blizzard. I got a m&m and a heath blizzard. They refused to come back to the window to correct my order. Skip this DQ and go to Sonic.
This store is the WORST, customer service is horrible, ice cream tastes like spoiled milk, closes early, employees are dressed down “street clothes,” no hair coverage. The manager oh, my goodness! She’s the worst has a very disgusting attitude. I visited this store yesterday and an employee had a sweat towel across her shoulder “wipes face and continues filling orders.” The store is nasty just like their attitudes!
Just came through the drive through at 9 pm on the dot and they don’t close till 10. Ordered a Carmel fudge medium cheesecake blizzard and after pulling away, I took the lid off and our blizzard was 95% melted and like milk, it wasn’t even hot out for it to be melted at all. When you pay almost 7$ for a blizzard and they give you liquid in a cup, that’s ridiculous. Isn’t Dairy Queen supposed to flip your blizzard upside down before they give it to you, if they would’ve did that it would’ve immediately fell onto the floor so clearly they didn’t. I understand you close in a hour but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get what you pay for? I don’t recommend this location at all. Whoever made our blizzard needs to be re taught how to make them or they clearly just didn’t care.
If you don't wanna serve people don't work at a fast food joint. This is the worst Dq I've ever been too, don't order hot food cause it'll take 40 years to make it. Only thing they seem to serve is ice cream even then it takes them foreverrrrrrrrr to even take your order, then to make it takes even longer, half the time I only order a basic ice cream cone and it still takes them forever. They either giggle on the mic or be rude then when you get to the window they are even ruder or have zero customer service. Why hire people who ruin your business?

Horrible experience. My card got charged twice. We were told the one charge would be refunded but yet has happen. So we went into the restaurant & was told to come back to speak to the owner after talking on the phone with someone & was told that they had spoke with the owner. Was told they cannot give back refunds to a card, only cash in hand. Never coming back here again. Talk about being stingy with money!!! Just now seeing I received a response but, I can't click the web site.
The lady who took my family's order at the drive thru was extremely rude to us. We had a simple order of 3 of the same flavor and size blizzards. We did want ours in chocolate ice cream, but i guess they didnt have any. The lady who checked us out was on her phone inside too.
Today was supposed to be designated for a free ice cream cone.🍦 I took kids there and the Manager and Team was very unprofessional. The manager stated she only ordered two boxes of the small cones in a sarcastic tone. I asked if it could be put in a cup for the kids and it was a hard NO. This seems as though it was a scam to get business. She mentioned that they didn't give any out on the first shift. Im very Disappointed in Dairy Queen with the advertising and only thought to order two boxes of cones? . Was this really a set up to increase sells? The rude part is that the worker was talking over the Manager. First time there but the workers and Manager do not uphold your Brand. Thank you for the opportunity to share my feedback. No need for a response unless you wish to make it right.
This was a sorry ass experience. We asked for bacon cheeseburger and we got what looked like bacon dog treats, the bread was so hard it could kill a person if you swing it hard enough. The staff was mean and the establishment was dirty. One star is waaaay too much this place should be shutdown. no stars, no nothing from us. Ugh!

I ordered a caramel sunday but when I got it there was only caramel on half of it when I asked him to put it all the way around he said i would have to pay extra, even though I ordered 2 and the other one was perfect. My fries were hard and crunchy and I will never spend my money with that Dairy Queen ever again
This DQ is different than all the DQ I’ve been to, ice cream is melted and if they tried to flip it over like they used to it would spill out. Seems offbrand and ice cream was sub par. How is this place still open?! Sad that there is a DQ logo at this location.
I tried to order a cotton candy blizzard the girl that answer said rudely "we don't have that" it's literally on menu to order. I get it working in the food industry sucks but you don't have to be straight up rude to people you at least say "I'm sorry we don't offer that blizzard any longer or it's out of stock"
December 9th 9:30pm, First and foremost the lady who took my order in the drive thru was rude from the get go. Started off with "only ice-cream is available". I ordered a banana split which was all thrown in a cup and mixed up. Not like how a banana split would be prepared. Also the ice-cream was halfway melted and got on my seat in the car. I didn't realize it until I got home. It's just a shame how people who work in the food industry handle food and If you don't like your job just find another one where you don't have to deal with customers or food. Take a little pride in your job at least.
If the owner is wondering why they aren't making what they used to, it's definitely because of the staff. They are rude for no reason. The last two times I went through the drive thru, I ended up just driving off. I went to Wendy's instead.
The service was awful. The woman was rude and was nasty. To top it off she answered a video call and had no problem letting anyone know her drama. I was pretty horrified. When we finally got our ice cream she handed them to me with ice cream all over the cups. She gave me one napkin and before I could ask for more, she shut the window. I wish I could say that the food was better but I ended up giving mine to my son because his blizzard with M&M was obviously M&M that had been left over from 1992. They were all clumped & melted together. I'm sure if my son had continued to try to eat it he would be missing teeth. Please, save yourself the head ache and go somewhere...anywhere else!
Every time I go here the workers always have an attitude. Get a better attitude if you’re gonna work any job. Also maybe clean the outside of your site. The drive through window itself has so much dust & dirt everywhere. Very unpleasant to look at.
Almost $50 worth of food and ice cream and I'm pissed. A girl took my order and was rude. No diet coke that's fine I'll get a normal one. I got one but the machine was out and it was disgusting had to dump them out as they were undrinkable. wouldn't be surprised if the whole machine was out. Cashier reads me my order and they rang my salad up weird. I questioned it and a girl stepped in saying that crispy chicken tender salad wasn't a thing. Its directly on the menu and online but she rang me up for a rotisserie salad which she mentioned they don't have either. But still cost like .30cent more and speaks to me like im stupid. I get my burger and my salad. Salad is missing the ranch so I asked for one. Cashier thought i was lying which i responded by pulling the salad out to reconfirm no ranch. He leaves and doesn't come back for a few minutes confused why I'm still at the window. I'm missing half my order still. I had to read him my receipt to even remind him what it was. Get my drinks and my chicken strip basket and leave.
Service is garbage, staff ignores and gives you the silent treatment. Just go to another location. The wait you’ll have in this location you could have just drove to another nicer DQ. If you want to go for a laugh the way the staff ignores the customers is hilarious they will look up at the ceiling or down at the floor. Or move in place like they are working. Or a combination of both.
the cashier please was really rude when I said hello twice without her replying even once. And my cone looks crazy like if the other dairy Queen wasn't so darn far away I'd probably have just left and gone to another one oh and she never told me my total or gave me a receipt
The lady who took our order was so rude and was rushing us to complete our order definitely not coming back here and they took forever to even get us to the window to pay and get our food.
2 days in a row I have tried to come here at 10:00 to get ice cream with my wife. On Friday January 30th there were two cars pulled in sideways blocking the entrance with two people that may or may not have been working inside standing in the doorway having what looked to be a disagreement with them. On Saturday January 31st We show up again at 10:00 only to find the restaurant closed to customers again. Very disappointed. This location would benefit from new management in my opinion.
So I don't do Negative reviews unless necessary, But this experience actually doesn't qualify for any stars in my Opinion. So I place a online order for 2 Of the $7 Meal deals because the night prior to 11/19/2025 I pulled into the parking lot at 9:20 pm expecting to be able to order some food, To my surprise the lights were off and no cars in the parking lot. So I shrug it off like okay maybe someone had to leave early and they had to close early. But I place a order for pick up and I pay through the app and I pull into the parking lot and I see all of the lights on and I wait because it said my order was being prepared, So I wait until the time it says that my order was supposed to be ready, I pull to the speaker and I'm greeted with at " CAN WE HELP YOU!!" with attitude, So I tell them that I have a Mobile order, I'm told that the only thing they can do is the ice cream, I ask " So what, The kitchen closes at 9 pm?" I'm told yes that it does. Then I'm asked to pull to he window. I pull to the window and am explained that the same thing at the window that I was at the speaker, So I ask do I request a refund or do you guys refund it. They close the window in my face and proceed to go in to the kitchen and come back out I tell them they need to update hours or something because this is the 2nd day in a row that something like this has happened. Probably my worse experience at Dairy Queen thus far. 0 Stars if I could, All I can say is "Be Better"
Went here and got a blizzard and got my daughter a dipped cone upon us taking a bite the ice cream tasted sour or spoiled I threw mine out but my daughter end up eating two bites before discarding fast forward to later that night my daughter is literally throwing up and I’m 100 percent sure it’s because of this ice cream I will NOT be returning and also the drive through service and staff was horrible and no wasn’t my first time being there but definitely will be my last
When i tried to order 2 for 5 they told me $14 and some chang when I asked why she walked away and manager just walked back with her and she rolled her eyes on the way by. I waited for some time and another man stopped by asking everyone if they need help while the other two avoided us. When owner is here it's fine but when he's not you can tell.
Went to this location BEFORE nine o'clock. I was asked what I wanted to order and when I told her she said the kitchen was closed. The sign clearly says they close at 10:00 p.m. This happened on July 15, 2025.
HORRIBLE!!!!! Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the drive-thru speaker and the 2 young girls working were just laughing and messing around leaving me at the drive-thru window for over 15 minutes… I only ordered ONE thing. That is ridiculous and truly sad. I left without anything. DO BETTER!
⸻ I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I recently visited this Dairy Queen and unfortunately, I left disappointed. I ordered a Royal Cheesecake Blizzard and a Diet Coke. Right from the start, the staff member who took my order was not welcoming. I’m not sure if she was having a rough day, but the lack of professionalism stood out. Regardless of the establishment — whether it’s McDonald’s or Wendy’s — I expect to be greeted respectfully when I walk in. Not only was the greeting lacking, but my order was also incorrect. I asked for a Royal Cheesecake Blizzard and was given a Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard instead. On top of that, the soda I received was completely flat and had a bad taste. I asked if the sodas behind the counter were any fresher and was told they were the same. The cashier did attempt to change out the soda, but even after running the new one for several minutes, it still tasted awful. I ended up settling for water, but I had already paid for a drink — and wasn’t offered a refund or a replacement, which I think would’ve been fair. Throughout my visit, I also felt uncomfortable with how the staff behaved. After asking for a water cup, I overheard laughing and comments that seemed to be directed at me — I can’t say for sure, but it didn’t feel right. I sat toward the back to enjoy my blizzard, and when I briefly stepped into the restroom, I came back to find my Blizzard and full cup of water had been thrown away. I didn’t say anything at the time, but it just added to an overall bad experience. I won’t be returning to this location, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it based on how things went. I hope this review encourages some reflection and improvement for future customers.
I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this location. The first time, the drive-through attendant was extremely rude. On my next visit, no one responded at the drive-through, and when I went inside, the restaurant was noticeably unclean. The overall condition of the establishment is concerning and, in my opinion, warrants attention from the health department. I’ve tried and they have failed we will NEVER return here
The cashier was kind of emotion less. No thank you or anything. She also did not turn our blizzards upside down or even put enough ice cream in our cups. Services were very disappointing
Absolutely horrible, they were incredibly rude while talking to you, they got our order wrong plus me and the car behind us couldn’t even keep our windows down it smelled so badly of marijuana in the building. Not around but directly from the building. I ordered a New York cheese cake and it was supposed to come with strawberries and it came with no joke one single strawberry. I waited 30 minutes for a single strawberry.
Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Doors were locked so we couldn’t go inside. No signs posted to indicate this the employees just looked at us like we were stupid. Went through the drive through which too longer than it needed to be. Got out order and the fumes coming from inside smelled strongly of weed, probably why they had the inside closed. Blizzard wasn’t even mixed properly, all the mix ins were at the bottom with pretty much plain vanilla ice cream on top. Based on other reviews this place needs new management, staff or just be shut down. If this was my first experience at Dairy Queen I would never go to a Dairy Queen again.
Not a good place to go and eat. Too dirty and the service is too slow. We even found some dead roaches. The bathroom is out of order. They didn’t even get our order right. The cook’s dress code is not appropriate. Our original plan was to eat dinner there then have dessert, but after what we saw…We decided not to order for dessert and just left. Definitely not coming back to this place again. Too depressing. P.S. To be specific, we asked for 4 chicken tenders and BBQ sauce on the side, but they gave us 3 tenders and too much BBQ sauce covered as you can see in this picture.
This location is HORRIBLE! the service SUCKS and they are always rude and get orders wrong. Tonight I ordered a medium malt and a small Oreo Hot Cocoa blizzard and received a regular Oreo blizzard and a chocolate malt that was inedible and thrown away. I will never go back to this location!
I went to this location this evening at 7:47pm and received the wrong order twice! I told them I wanted a large butterfinger blizzard with triple peanut butter and triple caramel sauce! First one they handed me a butterfinger blizzard (without peanut butter and caramel toppings) and then second they handed me caramel and vanilla shake! The girl with pink hair and the chubby girl gave me an attitude when I told them the second time I did not order caramel shake! I will be reporting to the corporate office in the morning!
