Hi, I was surprised about the quality of the food, unusual for this airport: I take a simple cheese burgher but it was not "simple", I felt the flavour of the meet, tomato, salad and beacon mixing together in the mouth no need for sauces to cover the original taste of the ingredients. Compliments to the whole team: food service and atmosphere absolutely TOP. If you are hungry, do not forget to test the cheesecake 😋 creamy, sweet, and salty as it should be. I do not share the photo because it is too late 😂. Right to me, two old ladies appreciate the salads and a frendly talk, you know what I mean.... To mention the wide list of draft beers, I like Blue Moon, but you should try to find your preferred.
I had a great time sitting at the bar, friendly chat with neighboring patrons. Not too crowded which was nice. The bartender was kind enough to give me an extra drink after helping some customers choose a substitute beer after one of the IPA kegs was kicked. I had the ye ole pub burger, decent burger. Cheers!
Excellent service - and thoughtful staff. Came in for a beer while waiting on next flight which happened to be at a departure gate adjacent to the arrival gate of my parents plane from France - a trip cut short for my parents after a medical emergency. The staff gladly supported my endeavor to brighten my mom's day and handed off one of their sunflowers so that I can pass it along to her in the few minutes that we may have cross paths. So a big THANK YOU to the wonderful and caring Blue Point staff - little things matter!
Great place to kill time. Drinks solid, food is good, service great... Price is what it is, USA capitalism at its finest. Negative reviews don't understand... likely driven by flight delayed/cancelled and writing a review with a predetermined agenda. Don't let these deter you.
The place has two stars and I don’t understand why the lady that attended me was great and attentive and service fast the food also came fast and was decent

This bar is an oasis when the Delta lounge across the hallway is a mob scene, and there's no seating in Shake Shack. It's perfect for getting a drink and rest before my Delta flights. It takes ~20 minutes for my burger to arrive during off rush hours, and you may want to take that into account if you don't have much time before the flight. Drinks come fast.
It’s wild this place has such a low rating. We had beers and fries and it was a solid option for a major airport. Obviously it’s gonna be more expensive than your home town bar - Reviewers need to get a grip. The place was clean. The beers on tap were not soapy, fries were fresh and crispy. Our server Paula was nice and attentive. Timing did not affect our travel plans and was positive regular airport bar experience. Would come back.
Food was nice and it hit the spot. The server Danilelle was able to help me with an awkward part of my order. The soundtrack that was playing on evening of 10th March was good. Nice and chill. The cushioned seats are nice.

Thank you Ben for taking good care of us today. You were outstanding in making sure things were correct. Appreciate that. Food was average.

Whoever is management at this establishment: hire more workers, please. I'm currently sitting at the bar, watching two people try to serve 30+ people. They are doing a GREAT job, given the task, but there is only so much one can do given the number of people. Atmosphere is fine, it's an airport bar. Nothing ground breaking, but a nice respite when you show up to your gate 2.5 hrs before boarding because you're slowly turning into your dad. Would I come back? Maybe? Honestly uncertain. the beer is pricey (no shock there for an airport), and there's nothing special about it. It's a place to pass time, and not much more.
Would not recommend. The staff was trying their best not working against a God-awful QR ordering experience that is intimidating to many travelers. Lackluster food, but nice airy atmosphere. I have no idea who decided to use the online ordering system but I watched a LOT of people quickly move along rather than fight their system.
Andrea gets 5 stars. I kinda feel like 3 stars generous but the food is good. The service is fine. What makes me mad is that everything is via QR code. If your phone is dead you can’t eat here because management won’t let their employees take orders. The employees are losing loads of money due to the fact that the customer has to do all the ordering and no one (including myself) wants to tip 20% or more when we have to do all the work. Servers and bartenders need to be able to do their full jobs to make good money. Management is absolutely destroying this place. They have good food but I watched a guy get turned away because his phone was dead and employees aren’t allowed to take orders. Why even have employees? You don’t let them do their jobs. I have food sensitivities and cannot order what I truly want because options are limited on QR ordering where as servers could actually help me. I loved this place the first time I came but these new changes and restrictions with digital ordering are awful. Things need to change. Get robots and let your people go get jobs that value them if you don’t want to pay them what they deserve or allow them to do their job for good tips. Step it up, management.
Small, average, and expensive servings from an online system that's not reliable. We got a burger and a salad, a beer, a mixed drink, and a soda and our bill was $110. We tried to order three times, got an error message three times, and then had drinks show up as we were leaving.

Nope. Service was quite awful. Two salads on the menu. The fancier of the two, a twenty three dollar caesar salad (plus $8.00 for chicken) was literally 3 ingredients (romaine, cheese, croutons) plus dressing. No option to bypass the chicken. You can choose grilled or fried. You are "required" to order and pay (including tip) up front, using an app. I stepped out to use the bathroom and returned with my food sitting on the table, no silverware and no drink. I had to go up to the bar and show my receipt to get my beer.
My experience was a mix of highs and lows. If you're planning to stop by, I'd recommend sticking to enjoy the drinks. Overall, great place for drinks, but I'd pass on the food.
They have lots of power outlets (with USB A) and that's about the only redeeming feature of this place. Wish I'd looked at the reviews first. Make you scan a barcode on the table for service - and the website is terrible, many items were 'sold out' - payment took several tries and didn't feel secure. Had to practically beg for a single refill on overpriced fountain drink.
87$ for small Cesar salad (croutons were stale) 5 potstickers and an old fashion. Then asked to leave the server a tip after ordering via QR code. Not even salt and pepper on the table! There were three in our party (all ordered separately) and one person got her meal after the other two were finished. Then there was a dispute over what was ordered, using the QR app. The app was cumbersome and confusing. And they forgot the $8 bottle of water! Paula was a lovely server.
So. It's an airport, I get it. An old fashioned and a chicken salad... Guess how much? $70 with tip. I mean, c'mon. What a way to start a vacation. Don't bother.

Yeah, beers are good. Everything else is garbage. The “old fashioned” I ordered was whiskey, ice, water, and a cherry. Food was 2/5. You can do better in a 5 min walk through terminal 4.
I left the restaurant crying as I was yelled at by the bartender after my waiter lied to me about having coffee. When I walked into the restaurant, I asked for an iced water and a coffee. My waiter very rudely said they don’t have coffee and I asked him if it was okay to order food while I quickly run across the hall to get a coffee. It was 6:30 AM and the line was VERY long. He didn’t put my order in while I was gone and when I came back I saw him blatantly serving other tables hot coffee. I was a bit confused as he just told me he didn’t have coffee so I asked him if they had it again and he declined. The girl next to me ordered a coffee and was served it in less than 5 minutes. I was speaking to my fiancé about the scenario and then the bartender from behind the bar started yelling at me saying they didn’t have coffee and that he ran across the hall to go get it which is physically impossible as he would have had to pass me to do so. In addition to that, my waiter also refused to give me water after I ordered twice. I had to go up to the nasty bartender and get iced water. The food was AWFUL and overpriced. This was the most dramatic experience I’ve ever had dining. I never complain and I’m always grateful but this was unacceptable behavior. I’ve seen reviews where the staff also tips themselves after diners leave which is ILLEGAL. Do not go here, do not even think about it.
If you like the blandest food you've ever had with zero service, this may be the place for you. Oh, and don't forget airport food prices. Basically, it's $30 for a bad burger and frozen fries. If you want a beer, they are out of the small glasses so you have to buy the big one. How do you not have different size glasses. Will not come back.
Do Not Go Here. The waitress committed fraud and added a tip without my consent. I just saw another review below from Nathan that said the same thing happened to him a month ago. I caught the waitress and made a big deal about it. She tried to pretend she didn’t commit fraud but i kept telling her that she did. She mentioned that she would Not get in trouble for this. I recommend she is fired or arrested. I’m also considering filing a police report now that this has been reported multiple times. Please fire this waitress so she doesn’t keep trying to steal tips. Beer was good but expensive.
Ordered $35 worth of food while it was relatively slow through their QR code. Never received my food and was treated as a nuisance on the few occasions I tried to ask about it. Their excuse was that it was busy, but I watched groups come, drink, eat, and leave before I even brought it up the first time. Contact me ASAP for a refund, this is completely unacceptable.
I’ve been working as a server in hospitality for over 13 years. We dined at Blue Point on November 21. I received the absolute worst service I’ve ever received in my life at this place. This place was beyond overpriced for horrific poor quality food. I literally received a freezing, cold, thin hamburger patty on a cold uncooked English muffin with freezing cold fries. My husband received an equally horrible burger for a total of $57.66. The service was even worse than the food. I had to ask five times for mayonnaise and four times to get a glass of water and they expect you to tip up front. It is insulting to our industry and disgusting. Especially after receiving above and beyond exceptional customer service in Scotland for two weeks, and they expect nothing in return. Those are the people that deserve my tip. I would rather starve than ever go to this establishment again. shame on all of you.
Terrible experience. I was literally tricked by the waitress. I ordered Caesar The Day and she came out with a sandwich. I told her that I had ordered the salad and then she came back with a salad made of chicken pieces filled with sauce and I thought it was a special house recipe. When the bill came, I was charged exactly for the sandwich that had been returned to the kitchen. In other words, they took the rejected sandwich and cut it into pieces to put in the salad. It's unbelievable how there are people with such bad character.
Paid $60 for a beer and a sandwich. After 90 minutes waiting for the sandwich, I got up to take a picture of something on fire outside and the bartender threw out my 2/3rds full beer and then argued with me because he said I'd left. Of course the app had forced me to tip 18% before I'd known how garbage the service and food was going to be. What a racket.
The food was awful. Don’t tip in cash like I did (20%) because their App which you have to use to order, stays open even when you close it down and then it tacks on a 20% tip even if you wrote on the receipt (like I did) “given in cash.”
Stopped by during our 4 hour connection from Spain. The food is awful and they charge premium prices. You order online through the QR code and then they call out the order for you to flag down your food/drink. Though it says you can customize your orders on the online site, they still seems to mess the order up because it’s not clear to the server. We ordered nachos and wanted the sour crème on the side but there was no option for that so had to order without it and then ask the server for it. The nachos are probably better at 7–Eleven. Yes seriously, that bad! There was hardly any toppings or cheese and it was cold. Btw they charge $15 for them awful nachos. Oh and they request a tip on the online system before anyone has even greeted/served you-the nerve. I would not recommend wasting your time or your money here. Otherwise if you are absolutely desperate just recommend ordering beer or wine.
Came here to eat and wait for my delayed flight. When i finished eating, the waitress just gave me the paying machine without saying anything. She didn’t retreive the plates either. I put the plates on top of the table divider to have space for my computer. The waitress abruptly retreives the plate making the fork and knife fly on top of me, hit me and my computer screen making a hole. She didnt apologise and didnt care. Had to call a manager to see how they can compensate me for the damage. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
The restaurant is horrible. Went for drinks in between layover and you order at your seat using a QT code. I ordered a beer which came in two sizes sizes, small and a large, however the online ordering would not let me order the small because they were out of stock of the glassware. 🤷 Then my girlfriend ordered a glass of prosecco, which we waited for 10 minutes for which we didn't receive and I had to go up to the bartender to show her the order. When she got her prosecco, it was very flat because they didn't recork the bottle.
Enticed by the promise of "local" beer and burgers with buzzwords like "bacon jam" attached, I entered Blue Point with moderate expectations. Note: I failed to observe the very accurate 2.1 google rating of this establishment prior to ordering. Upon seating I glanced at the drink menu to peruse the brewer's offerings. All of their beers were out of stock save for two. The Stella cost nearly as much as the burger, a glorified Big Mac in sheep's clothing. The nearly $5 upcharge for fries is ill-advised, as is patronage at this "restaurant." Upon attempting to order their app failed, prompting the dreaded reaching out to their human automaton. Wrongly accused of being European, we had to order the old fashioned way-- face to sad, underpaid face. Their napkins are thin and you need a hundred of them, and their ketchup isn't even Heinz. If these things matter to you the way they matter to me, then stay away.
It’s an airport bar but still, over $100 for a couple drinks and forgettable dishes. 20% mandatory tip despite having to order online.
My husband and I were at JFK and went to this restaurant for breakfast on January 14, 2024. Our experience was awful. We ordered two entrées of scrambled eggs with toast and tater tots which cost $52.00 The eggs were disgusting and they were cold and overcooked, and the toast was ice cold, and the tater tots were inedible and freezing. The waitress had no idea what she was doing, and the service was awful. We complained about the food, and the waitress just looked at us and rolled her eyes, and did nothing to accommodate us. Do not go to The Blue Point restaurant in the Delta airport. You’ll be very sorry if you go there. If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would it wasn’t even worth one star.
Mamuka S is the name of the employee. Just horrible rude and unpolite. Slow service. 10 minutes for a glass of water. Another 15 minutes for Rum and Coca-Cola cocktail for $ 26.91 ICE WATER COCA-COLA AND RUM. Never again. I was at the bar.
Super slow service. Got our food before the drinks. We had to ask for pur drinks and it seemed to be a major inconvenience for the server. Still took an extremely long time to get our drinks and got our drinks after we were done with our food. Waitress was less than friendly.
Food came before drinks. Had to ask for drinks. Waitress wasn't friendly and seemed put out when I asked for drinks. Beer came out then my mixed drink came approximately 5 minutes later. If I come to JFK again I will not go back.
Most overpriced airport food you can get, I would avoid like the Clap. Here’s what a $14 pretzel looks like. (One pretzel bite eaten and it was terrible) Might as well just go into the airport bathroom, flush $80 down the drain and get a three-day-old egg salad sandwich from the Hudson and still be happier with your decision.
So they say never to expect good airport food. I really wanted Blue Point (BP) to be different and yet here we are wondering what we were expecting. First of all, the prices are outrageous for the food you get. The "Eiffel Burger" is $25 of which you get a standard frozen bland patty between an off-the-shelf English muffin. The onion soup that comes with it wasn't too bad in taste (perhaps because my expectations was so low at this point) but looked like an oil leak from an old car. Oh, you pay extra for fries, which are again bland. To further sprinkle salt in the wound, $16 for a pint of beer. So you are essentially paying Gordon Ramsay prices for food put together that was all purchased off the shelf or defrosted. And of course, the service is non-existent. You use the QR code to order via a website and some person walks by and tosses the dish, then disappears, never to be seen again. Had it not been in an airport terminal, this place would be out of business by the end of first week. Save yourself time, money, disappointment and the rage.
This was by far the worst food I had picked up to go from any airport, anywhere in the world. I was rushing to get to my flight and the server was kind and said she would get my sandwich quick. I took my bag and ran to the flight. Sadly, what I did not know is that I was going to get a piece of cold leather (disguised as a chicken). I tried to take a bit and truly could not. The passenger next to me commented that maybe they gave me the plastic sandwich model by accident because that did not look real or safe. I would say I am worried about getting sick, but truly I could not get a bite. $28 !!! Down the toilet. Please save yourself the pain and stand in line elsewhere
I definitely should have read the reviews before eating the disgusting food here. I don’t understand why they are still open. The buffalo chicken tenders I orders tasted like a small piece of chicken wrapped in a slice of bread snd then fried too hard. I couldn’t even eat it. I hate I wasted $16.32 on food that was inedible!!!
The foreign bartender wow! Would never have him any busy. I was working on something for the military takes his water I was drinking saying have order in 20 min. Wow I guess you know when empty all the others a full. Keep your money don’t go there.
Waited 45 mins for freezer burnt pretzel bites that were inedible.
Was just charged $100 for an inedible black bean burger, a Caesar salad that was nothing but lettuce with a little bit of weird dressing and cauliflower. That was basically just fried dough.
$20 for a house margarita. They lady totally ignored me,but the male waiter was friendly Only thing i liked was that they have qr codes per seat so u can pay/order on ur phone whenever u want and not wait.

Do not come here… I wish so badly I looked at the reviews before coming here. I paid $45 for a burger and a beer. Mind you, the beer was a draft pour and they were “out of” the small 🤔 so I paid $16.50 for a large draft pour. The burger I paid $25 for did not come, they served the wrong burger. I got a blue cheese burger and the one they gave me has a patty, bacon, lettuce and bbq sauce. Don’t make the same mistake I did
Seemed ok from the menu but the food was nothing like the menu stated. Food was very marginal and very expensive! Insulting actually.
Had a lame experience at this place. Waitress (short girl with curly hair) can’t be bothered to remember her name was very rude. She threw the pen in my direction to sign the receipt instead of handing it off like a decent person. It’s kinda of lame considering how you’re paying almost $15 for a single drink and they cant be bothered to be nice.
This review is for their Chicken on the Fly: there was no service, just a screen, people in the back but they won’t come out. Many customers came and went but I already ordered so I waited 13 minutes for cold fries and a Nashville chicken sandwich that had no spice, and got 2 drinks for just under $40. When they brought my food I wanted ketchup for my fries and the large woman made me wait while she dolled out all of the orders that had piled up and gave me grief for even asking. Maybe bring the meals out when they’re ready and fresh instead of waiting for them to pile up? Nah. Horrific place to eat if you’re trying to catch a flight.
