The greatest atmosphere and food. I was never a fan of IHOP and this was my first time dining. The service and food really do change your mind

Very neat and cool place to enjoy a great breakfast with family and friends. Visited this iHop for the for time in two years that we've been living here, I had a preconceived notion that the environment won't be up to iHop standard but I was flat out wrong. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time here and we're planning on going back soon.

I had a good experience with Uber Eats from this IHOP. My meals were tasty and delicious and also packaged well. I would order from here again.

Who doesn't love iHOP? Except for the [completely understandable] 20 minute wait time, iHOP definitely DELIVERED with thay NY cheesecake stack!!!!!! Listen! The food was great, service was definitely tip-worth (big up you, Dawn!) and I will always happily return. Could you consider taking reservations though?

The pancakes there are awesome. It gives out the diner in the restaurant. The milkshakes are yummy with love. It is good for birthday breakfast, lunches, and dinners. Highly recommend this for pancakes.

The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Classic Split Decisions Combo Breakfast, and it was just as amazing as it looked on the website seriously, it matched the pictures perfectly. The portions were generous, and everything was incredibly filling and flavorful. Heads up: They’re a cash-only spot, but they do offer a digital payment workaround. The receipt has a barcode you can scan to pay via their app. Just a fair warning the app can be a little slow at times, so be patient if you go that route. Overall, a fantastic experience great food, solid portions, and worth the visit!

I had to do a fantasy football punishment here of staying for 24 hours, where each pancake I ate reduced my time by an hour. The staff was very accommodating and supportive and never made me feel unwelcome, even though I was there for 10 hours.

Today I got lucky when I came here for breakfast on 12/26/2021. I’ll say I was lucky, because I got an employee that was new on the job. She was very caring and attentive to my needs. And unlike previous occasions, she offered stellar service. I had the steak omelette with hash browns, wheat toast, and coffee. I don’t know why IHOP has made their coffee cups smaller. They charge a lot more than a typical diner, coffee is relatively cheap to make.But I gave it five stars because of the great service. The waitress shouldn’t have to suffer.

Food always good! The waitresses was nice but not attentive enough to see if we were good or wanted any thing extra while we were eating. Maybe because the restaurant was crowded but, I'm so used to the staff asking, "Can I get you anything else?" We didn't get that! I still like IHOP and would go there just not at peak hours.

It was very cold inside of the restaurant. There was no hot water in the bathroom to wash your hands. I ordered the breakfast sampler which didn't taste too good and was cold. My family ordered bacon cheeseburger and salmon dinner which they said was good. We also got an appetizer platter that was delicious. Service was very good and attentive.

Went there for my birthday...got my birthday pancakes for free although I have to download the app and sign up it was worth it. Blueberry pancakes were delicious. One thing bothered me wow they were expensive. Look I understand everything went up in price but almost $100.00 for 3 people is outrageous. IHOP was always crowded this particular place was empty. To the manager - we always go to I hop for breakfast lunch and even diner - it’s been so many times we went there- today was Father’s Day and we decided just to get some food from there . Also we have our religious holiday . So as usual I was in our traditional outfit - sitting with my wife and children at the small crowded area next to Washroom. Everything was ok until our waitress came with check and try to teach me How much we should tip her . I know I don’t look like others when I realized other waitresses introduced to other guest but we didn’t get the same treatment. Being waitress she should know begging for tips isn’t looks good for her or for the business . She is doing a respectable job not something illegal or low class . Manager should notify employees that they don’t ask for money to guest . We the people eating in restaurants almost 3-5 times a week because of our job we know who to tip and how much . No waitress should ask for tip from the guest . Mr manager the person who spent almost hundred dollars for simple breakfast no one should come to him and teach for tips . Thank you it’s really sad .

Food was good. Service was ok. We were there late night/early morning on a Wednesday. I didn’t appreciate how cold it was. You would think a corporate chain establishment like this could afford to keep the heat on in 18 degree weather. Also why is it so quiet? No music? It was just an awkward and uncomfortable vibe. I’ve been here during the day so I know they can do better. Disappointing for a $50 4am breakfast. We would’ve been better off getting fast food and eating in the car. Our turkey club and burger was solid though.

The waitress was great the red velvet pancakes were amazing I need to say that one more time a----may-----zing. I've dined before and it was great. I just ordered a takeout but the one problem I have with this place is the language barrier. It took over 30 minutes to order 2 things and it doesn't seem like someone there could speak proper English. I understand that the workers are putting in effort to be a good service and are trying their best. But please at least hire people that can speak English for a smoother and easier process with at least a bit of experience in restaurants. Thank you.

This ihop has been run down. The place looks old and the tables have graffiti like a school desk and the chairs are not spongy no longer. The servers ok. However the clean up crew are picking up from my table before I even tell them its ok. Passing ever 2 min. I felt so uncomfortable I could eat in peace. The food also didn't look fresh. I would go hear years ago but now I wouldn't go back again until they do an upgrade and training for the staff. I rather fo to the on on liberty Ave.

This afternoon a lil after 12pm my mom and I decided to come to this I hop location. I was not pleased with my food at all . The hash browns were burnt and the scramble eggs taste too wet the turkey sausages was not good at all to me . The pancakes were good .I’m glad I was able to use my pancoins on the rewards ihop site to get five free pancakes . I ask the server I wanted to order it she kept saying ask the manager it was a hassle and so annoying . Also the server had too many tables to service . She was in rush and all over the place . I really was not satisfied with my food today . I was so upset that even the plates did not seem thoroughly cleaned . This ihop location need to do better .

The food was absolutely horrible. Literally disgusting from the coffee to the pancakes. Even the sausage was horrible. New York Cheesecake Pancakes were raw. The food tasted like dirty plate. Service from the waitress is what kept back my complaints. She was so positive and polite while the COOKS are ruining her Tip.

The food was fine, but the service at the end was inappropriate. I was pushed to leave a specific tip amount and was told to take my cash tip back when it wasn’t what the server wanted. That interaction made me very uncomfortable and is not acceptable.

Mozzarella sticks were WARM not melted at all. Such a sad experience but then again what did I expect 💔

I was really looking forward to taking my family to breakfast in our neighborhood on Friday morning, but it turned into a nightmare. The table was dirty and there was spilled milk all over the seat. The waitress seemed careless and only concerned about her tips, ignoring our order which ended up being cold. I'm not sure if they prepared the food before and let it wait for the customer. This is not the kind of service I'm used to at IHop in my neighborhood. Everyone in my family was disappointed with the situation. I think we will have to go further away for our favorite pancakes now, far away from this mess. I was craving pancakes. I thought giving this place a try as it was near my place, since it's hard to mess up pancakes. But i was wrong. The pancakes were soooo salty!! Weren't fluffy at all. IHOP is the only restaurant where you have a different experience every time. This location is horrible! The service is terrible and slow, the wait time and the amount of people in the restaurant do not make any sense at all. In today's experience me and my son had to wait 30 mins to be seated and then another 10 minutes for the waitress to even acknowledge us being here. Everything from the food to the drinks took longer than it should have... Honestly this was such a bad experience I may have to contact corporate! They did a terrible job at cleaning the table even in this Corona Virus Era and although there are many seats open because of social distance the service was equivalent to if the place was packed!

The waitress did not even offer water nor did she respond to us when we told her the table was sticky and if someone could clean it. Furthermore the food is overpriced and it’s too salty. Even the pancakes were salty. For 16.49 the buffalo chicken melt was literally a toasted sandwich with chicken that looked like tenders.. small tenders. It did not taste good. We did not enjoy the food, ambiance nor the service. I will not be back.

After waiting a while for my food my order was wrong 2 times, very unprofessional no since of urgency I worked for IHOP for 12 years customer service was very poor and disappointing, server was nice but not trained properly, management was nonchalant and not friendly very argumentative. 1/10 would not recommend!

I ordered sirloin steak with eggs but they gave me my order with a piece of plastic cooked in it. The eggs and pancake were old and cold. The workers were dirty and they were not wearing gloves nor hairnets. I want my money back.

This is the 6th time me and my family went to Jamaica IHOP restaurant same same and same the worst experience. This one is nearby my house that’s why every time we go there, but the worst thing is First of all, you have to wait almost 45 minutes then someone will come and take your order and the worst part is You have to wait on almost like an hour to pay your bills. Finally, not only me my table, my back table, front table each in every Customer have to take their bill go to the register and pay. Very uncomfortable unprofessional no name tag that’s it.. Long Island IHOP is the best. Please people don’t go to Jamaica IHOP.
