I’ve been slacking on writing a review for this location for a while now however I come here frequently at least every week since I fell pregnant lol! Pizza has been my favorite food and this location is close by. So far, Every order I’ve made has always been very delicious! the food is hot and the pizza is a perfect mix of cheese sauce and dough, it’s just so flavorful and made to perfection! This is probably the best location I’ve gone too and secondly, the service (today particularly).. every encounter has been great but my husband forgot to pay online today and the lady was kind enough to let this one pass. I hope this doesn’t get her in trouble as it was a genuinely kind gesture I hadn’t ate all day and I was incredibly hungry! we come here every week so it’s not killing bank surely.. if anything what she did was very kind and I will continue being a loyal customer here :) (Pictures do not do their pizza enough justice by the way!)
Every single pizza we have ordered here has been so good! Carry out can take some time but delivery is always prompt.
I Understand the frustration when your order isn't right. But not once have any employee from this location given me a hard time fixing my order. My order has only been incorrect a few times and they always fixed it no questions ask. Every employee that has help me has been very professional and friendly just like Heather and Sebastian that helped me tonight. Thank you for all your hard work.
We did curbside and I texted when I was there and they responded to turn on my hazards, which I did. I waited longer than I should have but they had a steady stream coming in and out so I wasn't unreasonable. When I went in I asked how the curbside worked, they explained, and I explained how if been outside. They apologized made sure u had my whole order. They handled it in a friendly yet professional manner. Thank you for that ☺️. The food was amazing. It was exactly what I wanted and it was perfect. 🫶
I like the Jarrell Dominos pizza. They are usually pretty helpful and responsive to walk-in customers. They prep the food in a timely manner and have decent customer service skills. The food comes to me fresh as well. I appreciate that they rarely get my order wrong.
As a long-time fan of Domino’s, I've always appreciated the convenience and variety they offer. It’s my go-to pizza place for myself and my son, and we often look forward to our Friday night pizza ritual. However, our recent experience took quite a turn, and I felt compelled to share it. I placed our order around 5:50 PM on a Friday evening, excited about our usual: the coupon deal with a large pizza, bread bites, and a 2-liter soda. Anticipating a fun evening, we tracked our delivery and received our order nearly an hour later, between 6:40 and 6:55 PM. Unfortunately, that’s where things started to go awry. Upon opening the bread bites—a special treat my son had been eagerly waiting for—we found boneless wings instead. This was our first disappointment, as wings were certainly not what we wanted. My son was particularly looking forward to the bread bites, which added to his dismay when he discovered the mix-up. To make matters worse, the large pizza was also incorrect. It came topped with black olives, a topping my son can't stand. It broke my heart to see him cry over his meal. Though pizza can sometimes be a hit or miss depending on toppings, this was a major oversight. I decided to call the Domino’s location to report the mistakes. Thankfully, the manager was understanding and promptly offered to remake the pizza and deliver it to us again. I truly appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to rectify the situation, especially since I don’t have a car at the moment and was relying on delivery. However, when the second order arrived, we faced yet another issue. While the bread bites were left untouched and my son enjoyed them, the pizza was still not to our liking. It was disappointing to have both attempts result in unappetizing outcomes for my child. In summary, I love Domino’s for many reasons, and I appreciate their efforts to resolve the order mix-up. Sadly, this experience felt more frustrating than fulfilling. While my son adored the bread bites, the two incorrect pizzas overshadowed the evening's enjoyment. I hope that next time we'll get everything right, as I believe in giving them another chance, especially since they stand by their commitment to customer satisfaction. Here’s hoping for a better experience with our next Friday night order!
We always seem to have issues when ordering from this location, portion sizes, not getting the extras we ordered, pizza is never cut, it’s always something. 7$ worth of pasta apparently.
The last two visits have been awful. The first visit we listed as a delivery and over an hour later we had no pizza. They told us it was for carry out. We proved that it was suppose to be delivery and everything. The second one we ordered again and it has taken over an hour to get the pizza delivered
Ordered 2 personal pizzas. And got one with some extra protein. Glad I caught this before my kids got it. Took it to them. Of course they were happy to remake and hold the crickets. My response was **** that. I want my money back. Oh then everyone was pissed. Even had one employee try and tell me it was to be expected. Really? Expected? So expect bugs on your food from this location. I was there 8/8/24 around 12:30 pm today.
I’ll start this off by saying usually my orders from dominos are great. This past order though has completely ruined our experience and perspective as we know this was done intentionally. We usually also order the same thing, a medium buffalo pizza with extra buffalo and light chicken. I’ve never liked dominos chicken, it’s chunky and taste weird if you have too much of it. The pizza also did not have light chicken like I requested. The pizza I received had NO BUFFALO. Which seems like a purposeful mistake given that I asked for extra. To make matters even worse, my “cinnamon bread twists” were dry and cold. Did you guys even make those today? Or were those left from a different day? Not only were they dry but they were sitting in some weird gross puddle of what looked to be oil and dried sugar. Both items were tossed immediately as I refuse to eat inedible food. Though I did snap a photo of the pizza and the receipt to further prove the employee at this location purposely made my order wrong.
This place is consistently awful. They can’t even cut a pizza correctly much less cut it through. The price of their wings is insane to me, as they’re barely larger than a quarter. Hopefully new options are on their way because this is ridiculous. Additionally, it might be a decent idea to put people who can handle a busy evening on the register and not some scared kid who can’t remember who should be in what order.
I’m honestly really disappointed. My husband ordered Domino’s for my family while we were watching the Canelo vs. Crawford fight, and the portions were shockingly small. The medium pizza looked more like a small, and this hasn’t just happened once — the last few times we’ve ordered, it’s felt the same way. The wings were even worse. Not only was the portion tiny, but the flavor was bland and unappealing. For the price we paid, the quality and serving sizes just didn’t feel worth it. Domino’s used to be one of our go-to spots, but lately it feels like we’re paying more and getting less. At this point, we’d rather order from a different Domino’s location or another restaurant entirely, since clearly some places understand portion sizes better than this one. Wish I could’ve send pictures of pizza but we were all hungry.
I order 14” thin philly steak what ı got they dont even any excuse and said if I dont want it leave it. Must be professional
This is one of the worst place you can ever buy your pizza. The staff is so rude and they just didn’t know how to take care about customer service. I hope the managers or who is responsible for this people just to do something about this.
Every time I order from this Domino’s in particular, they screw something up whether it’s the seasoning on the pizza or putting cheese on the mac & cheese. I also asked for bacon bits on the mac & cheese and did not get that. I basically got plain pasta along with some plain wings that were supposed to be garlic Parmesan. If it was just a one time thing, I wouldn’t really be worried about it or too concerned but this is every time I order from y’all that is telling me that the manager is not doing his job in his part either they need to be re-trained or terminate them. I also tip very well every time and that does not seem to get me anywhere
Well sad to say this has been a disappointing experience, I called and made a order today 1 three topping thin crust, salad, loaded tots and cherry coke. Gave the address of the truck stop delivery driver arrived called me to get exact location store forgot the salad so he went back in the meantime I discovered they sent me a plain thin crust cheese only pizza😣 so I called the store in the meantime the delivery guy came back with my forgotten salad and caught the end of the conversation with the store who says sorry we will remake an send it out. I sent the cheese pizza back along with the receipt that clearly shows I paid for the 3 topping then I get a call back that they don’t deliver to trucks… so the guy inside get on an tells me that since I don’t have a physical address no dinner for me, so here is the takeaway there was no problem in the beginning until I asked that the mistake they clearly made was rectified so they just made some excuses up to not just make it right. Very sad I asked for a refund an was told I would be fully refunded. I will be watching to make sure it’s done, this is a serious disappointment in customer satisfaction and relations. Ps the one star is because of the nonsense in the store the delivery guy was absolutely decent an did his job he deserved the 10$ tip sad the store couldn’t do as well.
Order food for my family. Took a long time which I understand as it’s the weekend. But the order arrived and we opened it up to find that they made it wrong. Added mushrooms when I did not order. I called them to express frustration as I am highly allergic to it. To be met with a store person who said that all they can do is refund or put store credit, when I asked for a remake he said they ran out of ingredients. Then when I expressed my allergies he had no remorse, and said to me when I asked what should I eat he said I don’t know. The only saving grace of the night is the amazing manager Willie. Who took full responsibility and apologized for the employee dismissal of the situation, personally taking care to make sure we got a new order. Will be cautious next time around
Ordered a large pizza for curbside this evening. I arrived at the time quoted and still waited another twenty minutes. The pizza that was brought out was made wrong and had toppings that I didn’t order. They remade the pizza and the second one had missing toppings. The only good thing tonight was the sincere apology from the young man who was running the pizzas out to the curbside.
Placed order at 6:10 didn’t receive pizza until 6:50. Waiting in the lobby and listened to the manager along with employees use foul language in front of customers and young kids. Calling each other tweekers and acting like adolescent kids. Staff standing around because obviously they haven’t been trained to do their jobs. This is really a disappointment of a local restaurant. The only plus was my pizza was hot since I was there when it was taken out of the oven but they failed to cut the pizzas. Hope service gets better at this location.
I’ve been going to this location weekly for the past year since moving to Jarrell and have had great quality in food until the past few orders. Lately toppings seem to be lacking and the pizza ordered a couple days ago wasn’t even fully cooked or sliced! Location is very hit or miss these days. And you gotta love the driver that sits in his car blaring music in the parking lot too, lol!
