Almost every time I go here, it's the same lady working, and she's really awesome. I don't remember her name, but she works hard and is really polite. I came in earlier tonight and she was by herself. Y'all need to get this woman some help! She was in there busting her a**!!

The staff is always wonderful! They know my order by heart everytime i come in. When my son orders, they do not rush him and listen to his requests! The place is so clean and nice compared to other subways I've been into before.
Came in seeking shelter from the rain while on a bike trip. Bought some lunch to wait out the storm. Expertly made sandwich was quite tasty. Girl working the counter was very friendly and accommodating. Will stop in again next time through town.

The service and food at this Subway were, arguably, the best that I have experienced from any Subway! The owner and his staff were outstanding. The restaurant, including the restroom, cleanliness and appearance-wise, was immaculate. The excellent location allows quick and safe access North and Southbound from Interstate 85.

Did an online order and the food was super fresh. I never expect much from subway but the subs were toasted perfectly and had the perfect amount of toppings on them. The employees were also incredibly nice when we picked up the order.
This place is the best Subway I have been too! My son and I have made it a tradition to stop there on the way to baseball practice on Saturdays, the staff is very friendly and the service is fantastic along with the quality made sandwiches. The place is kept very clean and simply the owner manages the place very well. It is hands down our favorite subway to go too!

It was clean the workers were nice but one was not very communicative Indian wore earrings on both sides. He must be the owner or manager from what I picked up. Anyways it would've been nice of him to say fresh mozzarella it's extra instead of waiting to tell me that at the counter.
I usually do to go/pickup orders and have never had a problem with any of my orders. Customer service is always awesome and diligent. Would really love for the seafood sandwich to make a come back, it was delicious!

Subway seems to be going downhill. I've noticed a great deal of them closing up shop. The owner at this place make sure that all employees measure out exactly what goes on each sandwich. Otherwise, the food is decent and the location next to interstate 85 makes it convenient to go grab a sandwich while you're traveling. It's not the best Subway I've ever been to.
This restaurant is always clean every time I go in and the food is always fresh! The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the past two times I have been in, I ordered cold cut combos and the first time I was charged for tuna which cost more and the second time I was charged for ham and it cost more. Not sure if it was an accident 2 days in a row or what but please pay better attention. You will lose customers by over charging them.
To be fair, I am a Door Dasher. This place was extremely slow getting the order together. I had a 9 minute drive to get there and the order still was not ready and I had to wait for it.
I'm not giving this ravishing stars because I ordered from the car for pickup and 1 min after submitting ordered I just walked in and they started making it but no one asked if I was in for placing or pickup I was standing in the express pickup location yet they didn't ask for a name or anything. I just want to hope the customer service still exists. I hope they do better next time. At least a " thank you " for visiting would help or even the soda you added on is in the cooler. Maybe I'm acting bougie or maybe not. But it wa not a great experience
We eat at the 129 restaurant regularly and it is usually fantastic so I hesitate to post this. Hopefully the owner will use this as a coaching opportunity. Tonight there was a new guy behind the counter with a huge amount of long curly hair. Normally that wouldn’t bother me, but since it was hanging down in his face and around his shoulders, not restrained at all, I was very cautious about continuing with my order. Thankfully he didn’t get close enough to my food to contaminate it. Hopefully the young man will be coached on how to restrain his hair.

Horrible service! This man puts literally 1 piece of each kind of cheese on my sandwich! It was a 6 inch and in all i got 3 pieces of cheese and lettuce 3 cucumbers but yet this guy will over flow the sandwich with mayo to the point where all I taste is basically mayo and getting it all over the place. I love subway but this one was seriously horrible.
"Language" the employee/partner or halfowner didn't understand what I was saying and was pushy if you don't speak good English hire a person that does they will help your business more than you would ever know. I ordered 2 6" combos tax added $20.00 ridiculous. Not Hating just sharing info. And my thoughts
One of the worst experiences as a customer when the owner I guess has a sign up saying to show coupons (previously never had an issue showing this place coupons and them using it) and when I went to show my coupon as I have used before the owner gets mad because I showed the coupon, immediately makes everyone uncomfortable by the way he speaks to me and my husband. I’ve never had an issue before and now suddenly it is? And I get an aggressive tone back the the owner/ manager?? Nope not again. Then he puts away what he was about to make for me and walks away in the back leaving the poor lady to be by herself. She clearly saw our frustration and was amazing. This guy and his attitude has to go or this subway is never going anywhere, making customers feel uncomfortable for doing what the sign says as they usually do just to get aggressive tone back. I am no Karen, but I almost went Karen on this guy. On the bright side the lady made a lovely sandwich for my husband, he made mine and it was I guess a passive aggressive way to show he was upset, everything was soggy. I’m sure he will respond with “this is policy” when the policy hasn’t changed in 1 week.
I normally am very satisfied with the service here, however, today not so much. I’m friends with one of the managers and he always makes my order without me even having to tell him what I want. Today when I came in there didn’t seem to be a manager at all and the lady making my sandwich was high on crack or meth. She took 40 min to make 2 sandwiches. She kept stumbling and almost falling asleep in the middle of making my sandwiches. She kept saying I wanted all these things I never asked for. People shouldn’t be able to make people food while high on something.
Take your business to another subway unless you want someone being rude to you. They don’t take coupons just because the owner doesn’t want to.
As many reviews explain. The store is listed as participating in coupons online and in the app. However, the store will immediately call you and refute the deal or argue with you at the counter about it. They claim they don't know how to update the system, but ignorance isn't an excuse to me for being part of a big brand. They get more than a 1 star due to still giving a discount for the inconvenience. Still will not return to this particular location.

Never have 🍞 after 5pm and always are missing items on the bar...I completely stop going to this one. So after 5pm this place is a waste of time
The restaurant had no customers except for my daughter and I. There were 2 girls working, none of them hardly said anything to us, the one named Christina made our sandwiches, she was very short with us, never broke a smile, was rude towards my 8 yr. Old daughter. I dont know how people like this even get employed anywhere.
I do not recommend this Subway at all. Last night, I was here at 8:45 (they close at 10) I was told there was only Italian bread left. Okay, no problem, I understand not making a ton of bread at the end of the day. I took my 2 Footlong Italian sandwiches and left. They promptly closed up and shut the lights off after I walked out at 8:57 pm. Tonight I stopped in to get three Footlong subs, all on Italian herbs and cheese bread. It is 7:30, they close at 10. I was told that I could only have one Footlong wheat, one six inch wheat, and a wrap because that’s *all the bread they had left.* At 7:30 pm. Seriously. Very unhappy after two different nights of trying to get our order - the way we ordered it. This is simply unacceptable. Do not eat here.
She made our sandwiches took my coupon her system was down we didnt get our food she didnt give me back the coupon decided to come in next day because I felt bad for her business asked about my coupon she never gave back and she said someone took it.. I've been to this location many times and have had great experiences. This last time I did not have that great of an experience. The employee Tay got mad at me because I asked for extra spinach and tomatoes on my sub.
Been to this location 9 times in the last 6 months. I'm not a picky person, but everytime I have been here, the vegetables have looked pretty bad. The food has not been that great, and tonight it made me sick. Ive been to some bad subways but this one takes the cake.
The food was great, but the 2 ladies working there stood out back with the door open smoking which could be smelled inside while we ate. Hopefully someone actually reads this. We were here at this location on 3/10/20 at 6:30
Somehow their 1 foot sub equals 9 inches. I didn’t know that meat could be sliced so thin. What happened to the old Subway where they piled it on? Seriously though, this is NOT the Subway to visit. Go to the one in downtown Jefferson.
Update 9/20/18 flys are even worse today. Couldn't even stand in line... Great staff. Low score due to fly infestation. all over food and surfaces..buzzing in your face. please do something about the flys!
Very disrespectful I ask for 3 cookies and he took the hole tray and trying to be funny and drop all the cookies on the floor I wonder if I was white would it be different. I simply left didn't get mad or nothing
Food is to high and when you take a coupon in you can only use it on 6 different sandwiches you can't use it on anything but what they want you to I just paid 12.08 for a foot long and it only had roast beef and cheese on it one kind of meat 12 dollars that is non since

Try to go there last night for dinner but if you’re going to make a mask requirement over a virus that has been well proven not to be as deadly as they thought it was and numbers manipulated so much just know that your numbers are dropping because I’m never going in your restaurant again.
Does not take their own coupons. If I had known that would not have gone there. They have a note on their sneeze guard letting you know that they don't take a majority of their own coupons.
Sorry but when owners change seen to be so cheap I ask for a foot long chicken sandwich and looks like owners was very careful to put less chicken and count the vegetables she was putting on my sandwich I usually stop here couple times a week but I never come back to this store
Do not visit this Subway location. I received a sheet of coupons in the mail about a month ago, and have used several of the coupons with no questions asked over the past several weeks. Today I tried to use a coupon again, and I was rudely told they do not accept the particular one I was trying to use. This same person behind the counter was also rude to the customer before me, because she wanted an all spinach salad, with multiple toppings. You just can't treat people this way in this day and age, and expect them to come back, which I won't be doing.....
I know that my rating will be responded to degradingly and in broken English so I am asking the franchise to please not respond. This is a fair warning to anyone trying to give this small business a shot...don't. If the odd colored/obviously old meats are not a red flag (as their current food rating is misguiding), please let my rating be your warning. Please take your business to any other location with a 5-10 minute drive difference. The man that took my order was extremely rude and abrasive and refused to accomodate my request to cut my 6 inch sub into two. I even offered to pay an upcharge. I have a large family and $$ is tight but I am always attempting to support family owned businesses like my own...however, for the first time in my life...I raised my voice and left to take my money elsewhere The man made it VERY clear that he'd rather throw the entire sandwich in the trash to waste rather than cut it in half for me. Mind you I asked him if this would be possible in the beginning and he did not let me know he was unwilling to accommodate my request until AFTER he had heated it up and was about to place the toppings on. I went down the road and asked for the same accommodation and without question, my request was granted without rude and judgmental commentary. As I yelled on my way out... this store and the lack of customer service is REDICULOUS and now I understand why there were ZERO CARS OR CUSTOMERS in the parking lot during lunch hours.
Me and my wife spent over 30$ for two sub meals, was only people in store and while asking manager for “new bag” of chips because MINE WERE STALE, she said that it was MY FAULT FOR GRABBING THEM. Sounded rude as hell. Will drive to Jefferson subway next time!
The rudest manager I have ever encountered at any fast-food outlet in my life! There was just one customer at the counter, who was already being served and 2 more staff waiting to assist, but because my wife and I didn't go to the official "Order Here" position, we were told we wouldn't be served! What a rude person - no wonder there was only 1 person being served at noon, all the other potential customers were obviously buying lunch elsewhere!!!
Tried to use the bogo deal from the app the manager refused to honor it. I I will not be coming to this location anymore.
I hate to leave a negative review and I normally steer clear from doing that but I tried to call the store to talk to the manager and no one is answering. My family and I usually get food from here like once a week after our boys games so we are here often. The food is always good so that’s not my issue but tonight I am feeling pretty disappointed from the owner. I placed an online order and got 2 foot long subs and used my points for a 6 pack of cookies. My husband went and grabbed the bag and came home. When he got here he asked me “did you not order the cookies?” bc they weren’t in the bag and of course I told him I did. Looked on the receipt to make sure and it was there. We sat down and ate our food and then he went back to the restaurant to ask about receiving the cookies. The owner consistently told him that he “knew he placed the cookies in the bag himself but it was “ok” and he would give him them anyway.” My husband told him that we didn’t get them over and over again as he kept making comments like “I can pull the cameras but I’m not gonna do that” and “I know they were there”. Point is, we didn’t get them and I don’t know who the heck would drive all the way back just to scam someone out of some dang cookies. My husband isn’t confrontational and is always super respectful. Again, I tried to call because it felt very disrespectful and seeing as how we go there all the time I was just kind of appalled by the whole thing. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk rant.
Does anyone at this store know how to make sandwiches? I don’t get it. I’ve tried over and over again to eat here. I’ve picked up and had delivered and it’s always gross. I ask for extra vinegar and the bread turns back to dough. I ask for a little extra toasted and it looks like the whole thing (veggies included!) was put in the oven for way too long. Never eating at this location again. It’s a clean store and relatively nice people. But they clearly don’t know how to make a sandwich.
Used the app to buy a bogo footlong deal. Got a normal turkey sub and a Beast which advertises a half pound of meat. Paid extra to double the meat. That was a 18$ sandwich and I got the turkey for free. Went to pick it up, watched the lady make it. I saw barely any meat go onto sandwich. I asked her if it was double meat. She swore it was. I asked again as she was packaging it. She swore it was. I went to the car and opened the sandwich on my trunk. No way this is 1/2 pound x 2 (a pound of meat). I walked inside, asked a last time. I said i dont see 2 rows of meats. She says she spaced it out and it wasn't 2 layers because of that. I went home, threw all the meat that was on half the sandwich (with cheese and sauce dripping off of it) onto my food scale. It came in at 4.5 ounces. X2 that's 9 ounces WITH SAUCE AND CHEESE. A pound is SIXTEEN OUNCES. I drove back to the store, scale in hand. I wanted to show her right then and there. She quickly brushed me off, took my bag from me and said she'd cancel my order. She'd rather throw my dinner away than give me the extra meat I paid for. Rude the whole time. When I questioned her about it, she blamed the owner and subway. Said that subway doesn't pay them properly for the bogo deal and that the managers policy is to do what she did to me. Lie to my face, and not give me the extra meat I paid for. I guess they figure robbing me is them making back their money for the free sandwich subway corporate isn't paying for? I was appalled. You bold face lie to a customer and you lose that customer. I'll be calling corporate too. I went up to Arby's and ordered new dinner. A "meat mountain" as a matter of fact. (Secret menu item, has every meat they have on it). Was 12 dollars and had 4x the meat of my subway sub. We also had a nice laugh about the scummy subway down the road and the employees made my sandwich with delight and high five'd me for an awesome order. RUN FROM THIS SUBWAY AND ITS OWNER.
This place does NOT honor official Subway coupons. My order was cancelled and refused because I used an authentic coupon on the Subway app. Owner says it costs him money...
Staff is so stingy with toppings counting every piece of lettuce the bread is thicker then what’s inside the whole sub
I did a mobile order and I have never had a more worst experience in all my life. Very rude staff who threw my sandwich on the table as I was watching him from my car handling my food. Very careless, and the staff member told ME to “not do that again” So apparently you can’t place mobile orders.
This location has the most unfriendly worker who doesn’t speak English. He even made a homemade sign that says will not accept coupons. What a joke! I am taking my business elsewhere. The environment is unclean. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else too.
Placed a mobile order with a coupon subway is featuring just to have my money taken from my bank account and my order canceled for no reason other than the owner is greedy. We will not be coming back here. I will be spreading word to people around the community about how poorly ran this place is. No wonder no one’s hardly ever in the parking lot! They rather make no money than some money. Don’t listen to the five star reviews, the majority are clearly fake and made by family and friends. I’ve never had a subway pull such dishonestly. Now I have to wait for 10 days to get my money back?! Thieves! I can’t wait for either new owners or this place to finally be shut down and something decent put in. I find it hilarious this place would rather lose customers and business instead of simply honoring coupons to bring business in… the owner clearly isn’t very bright. I went into location with a coupon and was denied the coupon, which was valid and was within date. Was told they no longer do coupons. There are multiple handwritten signs saying that they charge for both extra sauce and up sandwich toppings such as lettuce, tomato onions, exc. Who I assume? Is the owner also is in the middle of an interview and overheard him? I'm questioning the interviewee on how old they were. Was treated rudely and unfairly. All I wanted was a six inch, sub.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ON THE APP. I used a coupon that they have accepted MULTIPLE times, for them to cancel my order and take 1 to 3 days to have my money refunded. That was all the funds I had to eat for today. They did not let me pay the difference or even try to help me at ALL. They have accepted this coupon multiple times with no issues.

I wishedI had read the reviews before coming on my lunch break Ordered the foo lt long nachos with chicken and the chips were stale. The date on the bag was for August 12th, so not out of date.The bag may have had a hole or was compromised in some way, who knows...but they were stale and I went back to the store for them to be remade. First, they stated no way they were stale, but didn't taste them, so how would you know?? After going back and forth, she said she couldn't remake them but would void the transaction. Her demeanor was all nice during my original transaction, but when I came back with my complaint, it totally changed. While I'm thankful for the refund, I would much rarher to have had something for lunch!.....I will never visit this location again!!!
THIS LOCATION SUCKS! Every single time I attempt to use ANY coupon there they say they don’t accept coupons or they make you get the sandwiches they want you to get (which is usually the cheaper sandwiches). Hopefully one day a new owner takes over and is willing to accept coupons because you have to work with your customers to keep them coming back. Never giving customers a break in this hard economy is poor customer service.
This location is horrible. They don't honor any of the online deals. My coworker and I ordered lunch, bogo footlongs. I received a confirmation and he went to pick it up only to find that they canceled my order because they don't honor deals. Now I have to wait to get my money back. This is a horrible way to do business. I will never spend my money at this location again.
I just went there to pick up my online order. Then I grabbed my cup after the associate touch it with his bare hands so I decide to swap out cups and then I got me my Sprite from the machine. There were black mold, floating at top of my drink.”the reason that I know this cause I worked at a restaurant before”. He said I’m sorry and I said it’s OK just FYI there’s somebody will come after me. They will probably complain too. He told me to get another cup. This rude manager that a woman. Told me it will be up charge for the cup! There was black mole/or fruit fly whatever it was floating in it from the machine. I ask her then would you drink out the cup. Since you ask a paying customer to do so! This place is surely ridiculous. If anyone get the drink out the machine please check it before anything!
